For assembling the houses, in order to get everyone motivated I made it a team competition game. The winning team gets the right to receive the meal first.

Dog-girl team (5 members): The overwhelming favorite for victory. Everyone has high physical ability and work motivation, and their solidarity as a pack is outstanding.
