Her Royal Highness Seems to be Angry

Memories of His Royal Highness's distant day of gossip

Her first encounter with him was in the courtyard of the royal castle.

As usual, when she was about to do sword arches in the courtyard, he suddenly came down from the sky.

He fell straight to her. In a panic she hurried to use the levitating magic, avoiding him clashing himself… and hence to the ground.

He was a young boy who looked a little older than she did. She glanced. The dark hair and dark eyes that coloured his face were a rare colour in the world at the time.

He was dressed oddly as black all over his body. Moreover, the design of that garment was in a shape I had never seen before. His appearance was unusual and she accidentally spoke to him.

"Hey, you, where are you from?

To her inquiry, all he had to do was tilt his neck with a strange face and a crying face. He looked around like he was in a panic and blued his complexion.

@#$ %#% &……

Words emanating from his mouth were a strange language she had never heard before.

No way. I thought suddenly people came down from the sky, unexpectedly that was a foreigner, and she didn't know how to handle it.

But we can't just leave it like this. It's unlikely, but I couldn't abandon the possibility of being between enemy countries either.

"......... let's go to your father for now. I have to make a report."

She said so and gently grabbed his hand and walked out, still in the midst of confusion.

With a sad look on his face that was still going to cry out, he still walked behind her without waving off her hand.

"Hey, Hima today?

More than a year has passed since he fell out of the sky.

The day was clear with gentle sunshine falling.

When she came to the courtyard, he was reading a book under his usual tree.

"Huh? Hippo... why?

For a year, by encouraging him to study, he remarkably improved his language. Now I can speak so fluently that I don't even take a pull to the people of this world.

"You know what! I'm going under the castle today!

"Under the castle..."

"Yeah! So why don't you come with me?

"Are you sure...?

"Of course! I wouldn't ask you out if it wasn't good."

"Oh well...... yeah. I'm interested under the castle, so I'd like you to take me with you if you like."

He closed the book he was reading and stood up. And he said he was going to change and went into the castle.

When she waited on the spot for a while, he eventually returned. She and he came under the castle through the way out of the royal castle.

Both he and she floated under the first castle.

The city, with its deep-rooted claw marks of war but still keeping its brightness, taught me a lot of things she or he doesn't know, things he doesn't know just by being in a castle.

In a city full of the whispering happiness gained in a world too heartless to hope for peace, he and she played around obliviously at times.

Second, a handkerchief fell out of his pocket as he was running the lead. It was a gift she had given him before.

He also noticed that he had made a drop, and when he stopped with a sudden brake he hurried back.

She was also happy that he was taking care of his own gift and reached out to pick it up.

His hand touched each other so that her hand reached the handkerchief that fell to the ground at the same time and the two hands blurred.

She and he solidified at the same time as funny, staring at each other's faces with amazing eyes.

They pulled their hands together once again and turned away from each other sassy.

"Oh, sorry!!

"... it's okay..."

Neither he nor she could really face each other with their eyes turned away from each other.

He noticed, she realized.

They said they were in love with each other.

Five years after he fell into the world.

Turning twenty, he ceased to be a boy and grew up to be a fine young man.

Once more liked by the King, he has had more opinions on politics since this time.

The policies he proposes, the tools and weapons protective equipment he makes were all groundbreaking and just substitutes they would never think of.

In his opinion, the kingdom's economy gradually rose upwards, so much so that neither national nor military power had ever been more bottom-up.

Suffice it to say that if we keep this up, we will eventually outrun our neighbours.

And that spring, he married her.

The king allowed her to marry him, who was admired by the people as a hero for saving the kingdom with strange knowledge and tools.

"The Great Sage of the Redemption" and "The Treasure of the Kingdom" gave a wedding as many people watched.

The day was a festival to name the country, and the feast, which was held discreetly, lasted until night.

He and she were leaning against each other in a lighted room with a light lamp, listening far away to the stirring that didn't stop ringing.

"... I still can't believe it. I can't believe I married a princess of one country."

"Right. I just thought I was going to marry someone from the aristocracy."

She laughed small at him as he narrowed his eyes to miss the five years of the month.

The girl he fell in love with had become more beautiful and attractive enough for everyone to turn around.

The boy she fell in love with had grown into a riddle of young men who had lost their childhood, and if they also realized the height they were as tall, they would have pulled her out and become manly.

"I came to this world, and I didn't know the right or the left, and you always cared for me."

It didn't take long for me to like you, she stared with a loving eye at his side telling that.

"But you're a princess, and I'm just a resident. Never catch up. So I was going to push this feeling into the back of my chest and take it all the way to the grave..."

That's what he says. He hugs her body softly. She gave herself up to his chest as he was made to be.

"Thank you for choosing me. I love you."

"... Yep, I love you too. Don't let go anymore."

In his feverish eyes, she wrapped her arms around his neck. His face approached from either side and he exchanged a melting mouthfeel.

The night was quiet for the two of us.

"... why"

In her arms, he lay with a weak grin.

Weird noises and red chunks overflowed from his mouth if he breathed, and a dripping arrow of liquid mixed with red and purple pierced his chest deeply.

Even though she wasn't injured, it hurt all over her body. It hurt my heart more than my body.

"... humans like me can't do anything because they have so much magic..."

Every time I uttered a word, the sand of life was pouring out of his body. She keeps doing healing and detoxifying magic on him, but she knew she couldn't make it anymore.

Magic is not omnipotent. Because there is no miracle magic in this world that can treat him for immediate poisoning and fatal injury.

"I can't believe you're covering for me...! I don't care..."

"Please, don't cry..."

His hands, stretched out with trembling, touched her cheeks with gentle hands as if merciful of the broken.

Even though he was losing more and more blood from his face, he was laughing to the end.

Without wanting to miss his expression at all, tears overflowed from both her eyes like a broken pearl, causing his face in front of her to be sumptuous.

"... go ahead, because I'm waiting. Just you... I love you..."

The word finally, his blood-swet hands slipped down the carpet as if to embody his endless life.

Her, voiceless screams and cries echoed between the bloodstained thrones.

The girl wakes up in a dim room lit by a bright moonlight.

It's supposed to be a dream, but you've already lost it, and its dark cold and beauty fuels loneliness.

"... eh..."

As she hid the two Shizukuishi communicating her cheeks, the girl hit her back to sleep and pressed her face against the pillow.
