Case summary: The Tongjiang Bridge, which has just been commissioned for two days in the city, has undergone successive vehicle crashes. In two days, the number of crashes totalled 21, resulting in 53 deaths. The bridge has been completely sealed off and the commissioning suspended. There are 3 things in common in every fall.
