Chapter 191: The Death of Nick

Da-da-da-da ~

The incoming SWAT team quickly inspected the entire house with a gun and several other teams surrounded the entire apartment building, blocking the surrounding route. However, these people are obviously not a problem for Lin Rui, who has just jumped out of the window. The upgraded Phantom Set is more concealed, and he quickly left in the shadow.

Leaving Lin Rui, while knowing that Nick must have his own arrangements, he was also worried. After all, the plot had been ruined by him, and things didn't necessarily go as Nick had planned, and if Hydra was really going to attack Nick inside S.H.I.E.L.D., his fake death plan might have actually died before it even started.

Now Lin Rui can't always stay with Nick to protect him. Now S.H.I.E.L.D. is almost Hydra's. If a mysterious figure like Phantom Knight appeared in S.H.I.E.L.D., Hydra would certainly not ignore it. Lin Rui didn't want to get himself in trouble yet, so, just thinking about it, Lin Rui took out his phone and called Night Demon.

“Hey, Night Demon, I need your help. Here's the thing, you should know Chief Nick...” As he walked toward his uncle's house, Lin Rui spoke to Night Demon about Nick.

Lin Rui intends to get Night Demon to pay more attention to the Hydra movement within S.H.I.E.L.D. If they really intend to attack Nick directly internally, then Night Demon will definitely save Nick. After all, in Hydra's view, his new street hero must not have known that S.H.I.E.L.D. was already under their control, so there would not be much of a precaution, as Captain Rogers had long ago been under surveillance.

By the way, now Lin Rui, the power of the Night Demon, doesn't know exactly where it's going. But Lin Rui can be sure that his strength has changed dramatically now compared to Matt, whom he met in the beginning. Lin Rui also did not know if "Dragon Teng Gong" was more suitable for Matt or whether it was a boost to the main character Halo. He had not reached the level of Night Demon by practicing himself.

So, if Hydra really doesn't take Night Demon seriously, then they'll be surprised. As such, Lin Rui quickly informed Matt of his intention.

“Well, no problem, I'll keep an eye out. If they make small moves, I'll stop them. I won't let anything happen to Chief Nick. Of course, if they hadn't, I'd have cooperated with Director Nick's fake death plan.” After Lin Rui talked about it, Matt on the other end of the phone promised. At that time, Lin Rui agreed to Matt's entry into S.H.I.E.L.D. was also in one aspect, and he could help do something Lin Rui is not doing right now.

“OK, please, I'll be in touch.” With Matt's assurance, Lin Rui then hung up.

Next, Lin Rui's footsteps accelerated. It is now over 10: 00 PM. He must hurry back to his uncle's house, otherwise he will definitely be told.

……

Not to mention that Lin Rui's side was a little upset, so he asked the Night Warrior in S.H.I.E.L.D. to pay more attention to Director Nick. Captain Rogers' apartment was surrounded by S.H.I.E.L.D., and the injured and unconscious Director Nick was quickly taken away. Steve must have stayed behind, and Agent Kate wasn't with Steve, and he didn't know where he was going.

Since knowing that the inside of S.H.I.E.L.D. has now been controlled by Hydra, Captain Rogers now sees little trust in anyone, and he doesn't even say much about Natasha, the black widow who rushed to hear the news, just that Nick was injured after the attack, not about Hydra.

But Natasha obviously knows something, but she doesn't ask much when there are people around her. He had given Natasha an assignment before Nick's accident, which was somewhat strange, and Natasha's assignment in the course of that operation was to copy an information, an encrypted information. Later, Natasha handed Nick the flash drive with the information. Natasha didn't have time to figure out what was on that flash drive because of Nick's accident. However, she had a feeling that the information on the flash drive must be very important, perhaps in connection with the attack on Nick.

Soon after Captain Rogers and S.H.I.E.L.D. returned to S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters in Washington, D.C., Director Nick was immediately scheduled for a rescue operation. And Captain Rogers and Natasha watched the surgery outside the operating room, and that clear glass in the operating room showed them the entire operation. It was also arranged after Steve asked, and he was not comfortable letting Nick do the surgery where he couldn't see it, although he knew that Nick must have arranged it, but he was still a little worried.

First aid surgery did not last long. After the ECG monitor uploaded the long, no beating drip ~ ~ sound, the paramedics who were doing the rescue looked at each other a few times. Finally, they dropped all the surgical equipment in their hands, looked at the clock on the wall, and the doctor announced Nick's time of death. Nick Fury is dead because he was shot and bled out too much.

Drop ~ ~ ~

His eyes stared dead at Nick, whose heart had run out on the glass wall, and Captain Rogers' hand unwittingly pinched his fist, and finally walked out into the hallway and slammed against the side of the wall. Boom! The thick walls were blown straight out of a pit that had been recessed, and the cracks were everywhere.

And watching Nick die, like Steve, Natasha seemed incredible, and she took a few deep breaths and walked into the sidewalk like Steve did.

Buzz ~

Just as Natasha walked towards Captain Rogers, his pocket phone suddenly shook slightly twice. The moment Steve felt the vibration, he pulled the phone out silently and quickly left the phone screen behind and stuffed it in his pocket again, a series of actions that were so secret that no one could see it.

And Natasha had come after Captain Rogers had just stuffed his cell phone in his pocket. Captain Rogers had to wait for the cell phone information to intentionally pick this aisle, so after Natasha came, there were only two of them in the aisle.

“Steve, I think this is weird. Nick was attacked, and I think it probably had something to do with what I did before. I got an encrypted file on that mission, put it in a flash drive. Do you know where that flash drive is now?” Near Rogers in silence, Natasha whispered.

Steve's eyes flashed slightly when he heard Natasha, but he answered calmly, "I don't know, he was already like this when I met Nick, and he didn't say anything about the flash drive. Do you think it was the USB drive that attacked him? ”

“Steve, I know you don't trust anybody right now, so do I. But you have to believe me, I can't let Nick die for nothing!” It seemed like Captain Rogers was hiding something from himself, and Natasha's voice went up a little low.

“Now that you know I don't trust anybody, don't say anything more, let's each help Nick.” No more talking to Natasha, Captain Rogers has pushed her hands off the aisle.

Watching Steve leave behind, Natasha's eyes glistened and she didn't know what she was thinking. Finally, she walked out with the same face.
