When Johnny drove his motorcycle back to Rochester, all the places he passed last night as the Horseman of the Spirit had been surrounded by engineering teams. And because witchcraft killed two innocent people last night, it has now sparked police ideas, and local Rochester Sheriff Jack Hall himself came to the scene to investigate.
