Chapter 1092: Bad Desert Examination Team

The Sahara Desert, the largest desert in the world unsuitable for survival, is rare to speak of on a weekday basis, and even highly adaptable desert animals are rare. However, just as Lin Rui and Thor fought in the central Sahara desert, behind a sand dune not particularly far from them, a 12-member desert caucus was camping to rest.

This desert science team was formed by a professor of environmental science at a university in Washington, D.C., with his own students, and this semester's subject was about the desert environment, so his students had to come with him. On a pro bono basis, in addition to bringing his own five students, the professor paid for five retired soldiers with extensive desert survival experience and a guide to the terrain of the local desert.

However, even if the team of twelve was fully prepared, the equipment was very top-of-the-line, and one of their cars failed a day ago. If just one car fails, it doesn't have any effect on them. If it can't be repaired, it should be lost directly. It's rich and discretionary. But the next half-day sandstorm put their entire team in an extremely difficult position.

After a dust storm, they were unable to communicate with the outside world, although their team had not taken a step forward with experience and the Global Positioner was still working. Even more desperate is the fact that several students are ill in such a harsh environment. Although medication is not lacking, it does not help their condition at this time.

Now, apart from resting in place and minimizing physical activity, this team can only look at luck. The reason for the drug dust storm, not even the local guide was sure to take everyone back.

“Professor Esther, I still can't reach Desert Rescue.” After failing again to connect with the outside world by satellite phone, one of the five experienced mercenaries walked to the professor who was paralyzed in the trunk and said.

It is now clear that they are trapped. Fortunately, food and water are temporarily scarce, and they can last a few days as long as there are no accidents. But in this desert, who can guarantee that there won't be any accidents the next second? So if you still can't reach Desert Rescue for the next period of time, the hiring team will leave with the guide before they run out of food. Otherwise, we can only wait to die.

“Still can't get through? …" Hearing the mercenary, Professor Esther, who had been paralyzed in the car, responded with a slightly faint look.

“Alice, are they alike? Better? ”

“As always, their condition will get worse and worse if they do not return to treatment in a timely manner. ”

“Hey!... are those desert rescue teams stupid? How long has it been since we've responded to their signal? We haven't sent anyone to search!” Hearing the mercenary in front of him say that the students who were ill were in poor condition, Professor Esther shouted angrily, but still weak.

Every team entering the Sahara desert sends a safe message every few hours to the local search team, who will know that they are experiencing difficulties once the timeline has expired. The search starts after a certain amount of time has elapsed. Not to mention, Professor Esther, they're a team from American universities, and they have backup teams themselves.

“It shouldn't be that they didn't rescue us, but they haven't found us yet. In the desert, it is very difficult to find a team that has experienced dust storms.” When Professor Esther complained, the mercenary briefly explained.

“So what now? Can we just wait here? ”

“This is the best way to go, at least we have a few more days of food and water left. ”

Boom!

Just as the mercenary captain and Professor Esther were talking about what was happening to them, there was a sudden burst of noise coming from the side of that little dune in front of them, like thunder.

“Hmm? Thunderstorm?!” Professor Esther's spirit suddenly flashed and his tone was much higher when he heard this movement.

“Did the rescue team send out fighter planes to search and rescue?” Unlike Professor Esther's judgment, the mercenary captain would prefer the roar to come from a fighter engine.

Boom!

Knock!

However, the mercenary captain was apparently disappointed and the roar continued, but instead of the fighter shadow, he went through the sound of successive thunderstorms. If Professor Esther didn't believe me, there was thunderstorm weather in the Sahara Desert!

“It's true!! Thunderstorm in the desert! I have to write it down!” The movement over the dunes has not stopped, and Professor Esther is no longer feeling weak.

As he shouted, Professor Esther had jumped out of the car, then went to fetch his own equipment and greeted three students who were not yet ill.

“Let's go! We have to record such a rare climate change!” Seems to have forgotten their present situation, Professor Esther greeted his student King Sandhill with excitement and climbed over.

Seeing Professor Esther's excitement, his three students were helpless and had to follow Professor Esther with some simple equipment. As for the mercenaries, three men were separated and the remaining two guarded the camp.

Although the sand dune looks short and not far away, Professor Esther and they climbed up a long time ago. After they struggled to climb up, the ongoing thunderstorms seemed to have just come to an end, and the clouds in the middle of the air over the sand dunes had begun to dissipate, quickly disappearing under the sun above the desert.

“Ah! How did it disappear so quickly!!” Professor Esther, who almost broke his old legs, watched the clouds dissipate across the dunes shouting with despair, which is a very rare climate change.

Pfft, pfft!

While Professor Esther was screaming, several students who climbed up behind him threw their equipment directly into the sand and sat down, and they were powerless. However, just as Professor Esther and several of them sat paralyzed on this dune watching the disappointment of the clouds that had disappeared in front of them, there was a sudden wave of strong energy coming from beneath the original clouds.

“There... there seems to be something! …" The moment after the energy fluctuated in the desert over there, the mercenary captain looked over and suddenly said a reminder.

Boom!
