Having interrogated Ulysses, Techara had almost completely believed Lin Rui and what he had said. It turns out that under the state of peace and stability in Wakanda, these threats were really hidden enough to provoke unrest in Wakanda.

While walking to the lab, Techara has placed the female general in charge of investigating the armed groups that Ulysses has just described as possessing some of Wakanda's technology in various parts of the world. While the likely leaders of those armed groups, Nijadaka, have been captured by S.H.I.E.L.D., the real masters behind them are not necessarily Nijadaka.

Because Ulysses is not Wakanda, he knows more about the real Wakanda than the outside world, but he doesn't know much about it. So Techara doesn't know much. Now he just feels that there is a dark fog covering Vakanda, and the threat is imminent.

“I didn't expect Su Rui to get along well with that Jackson. It seems that the geniuses do have their own particular way of communicating.” Before we got to the lab, Techara already knew what was happening in the experiment. Techara was still somewhat surprised by the scientific and technological exchanges between Surrey and Lin Rui.

“These are the sites that have just been detected globally with a vibratory gold reaction, all of which, with the exception of a small amount of vibratory gold that is normally traded out by Wakanda, are unknown and consistent with the information provided by Ulysses.” Pointing to the red dots in the panorama of the planet in front of us, the female general quickly explained.

Wakanda, known externally on the planet, is a small, agriculture-based African country that produces a very special metal, but it does not attract universal attention because it produces very little. And most of the money that is normally traded out by Wakanda is used by the world's top tech companies or forces like S.H.I.E.L.D. to make weapons, without much impact.

Now, these forces discovered by the female generals, all of which had been stolen by Ulysses from Wakanda. Perhaps there are others that Ulysses doesn't know where they came from. After all, it shouldn't be enough to arm so many forces that Ulysses stole them.

The eyes swept rapidly over the panorama of the planet, and even though Techara had some psychological preparation, she was surprised. Turns out, without their knowledge, there are so many people out there using Wakanda's vibrant gold and technology to create so many organizations that can cause global unrest.

You know, so many of Wakanda's tribes chose to live with Jinjin to escalate the global war by avoiding the exposure of Jinjin, and without the high-tech technology brought about by Jinjin, many families were shattered and displaced globally by the fighting between nations and forces.

If all of these forces with Vincent Kim and Wakanda's high-tech power were to do it, they would really cause them a lot of damage unless the Federation of the Earth had integrated enough power at this time. Moreover, because they are all organizations founded by war-torn people, they have formed a force with the support of Wakanda Zhenjin and Technology. So these organizations are not documented by forces like S.H.I.E.L.D.

“Any more intel? What about the people behind these forces? It's definitely not Ulysses. Is it really Nijadhaka?” Looking away from the panorama of the planet, Techara looked at the woman general and asked seriously.

“It has not yet been investigated that, although these organizations are relatively loose, they do possess both reinvigorating gold and some of Wakanda's high-tech weapons. And the masters behind them have always been a mystery, and the people behind them have never been seen, except for the regular funding and equipping of these organizations. As for whether it was Nijadhaka or not, it is not certain.” Upon hearing Techara's inquiry, the female general replied quickly.

“If it was Nijadhaka, then suddenly he was captured by S.H.I.E.L.D., then these organizations should have acted as well. But now they don't seem to be responding. ”

Just after Techara's two sentences, two of those red dots in the panorama of the planet before them were flashing. At the same time, Chimoyu-Joo sent a reminder.

But after all, Wakanda's technology transcends the outside world, and these people can really hit S.H.I.E.L.D. a lot if they're surprised.

“My king, shall we fight? Although they had nothing to do with Wakanda, they had in their possession all the gold products and Wakanda's technological weapons.” Looking at those two flashing red lights, the female general looked at Techara and asked.

These things are all internal to Vakanda, just because S.H.I.E.L.D. is involved, they could be hit pretty hard right now. This is not a very good situation for the establishment of S.H.I.E.L.D., which is a major member of the Earth Federation, and may affect the establishment of the Earth Federation. After all, their actions will surely expose Wakanda to all nations and forces around the globe.
