Hitsugi no Maou

Twenty-eight Tales: The End of Faith

Wind containing water. Ash up on the hill removes his iron helmet, softens his hair and looks up at the sky.

Slightly blue, cloudy skies.

Instead of her taking a big, deep breath, the dust drags her chair and bucket.

"Around there. Over there, where the clouds thick and solidified. The wind that Morg makes is swirling over there. If you show up, it's from inside."

A dust sitting deep in the chair slaps my bucket with his hand.

Meaning sit down, but Ash kept staring at the sky as he stood.

Her cheeks are slightly fine.

Dust put his arms and legs together and laughed, "Morg would be happy if he was so expected," he said.

"Anyone who wanted to see the dragon so far, other than the Coffins, is probably none other than you. At least the snobbers should be looking at something different."

"If they see Morg, they can die. That's what I've been traveling for."

To Ash, who naturally returns his voice, Dust sounds his nose and sees the equally distant sky.

Beneath the swirling sky of clouds and winds lies the capital of Coffin and Snoba, like breaking the horizon.

Dust waited for the emergence of the patron saint he was accustomed to, concerned about the disturbance of his freshly knitted hair.

"Welcome, gentlemen of the Coffins. Well, well, well..."

The capital of Snoba. Euk, who followed the army, waited in the large square where the settlers watched over the distant windows.

In the middle of the square, at the altar of a stone that has grown high, stands Yuk's tail: Makito, the brave man with the battle axe, and Sante, and Guildmaster Leo Sandra.

Lucina stares at the warriors of her own country who followed her from the royal castle, and at Yuk with God behind her back.

Leo Sandra put her hand on her own lips about what she intended and put her hand over her intimacy toward Lucina. Ignore him. Lucina releases her voice to Yuk.

"What can I do for you today?"

"The wounds in the arena are finally blocked."

Yuk taps his brow with his fingers. There was a wound on the gladiator Magdael, crawling for a long time.

"To celebrate the complete healing... and to return to your interest in the Coffins, to hold a feast."

"Sounds like a hippo, as always. Think about it all the time."

"Well don't say that. It will be a pleasant feast for both of you. A shocking feast in history."

Behind Lucina and the others, Shin, God moved.

Looking back, God is looking in the western direction, with his arms wide open. I watched Gallol and the warriors solidify around Lucina to see what would begin, and Yuk said, throbbing for fun.

"This General Yuk is a snobber hero and a symbol of power. The scratch on that face greatly broke the hearts of the people of Snoba. If you Coffins don't suffer any more, you won't get through."

"What are you going to do!

"The legend of Coffin was overwhelmingly destroyed... but one thing remains a very large legend. A legend that leads directly to your faith."

Lucina slightly changed her complexion and looked at Gallol. Whispering small "It's about Morg," Gallol nods with his pulled face.

"Clouds move fast. Rain is approaching. No way, Morg on this occasion..."

"Aren't you going to attack the nest like a hunter......! I was teasing my little one but I didn't know he was going to try to drop the active Morg directly......!

"Come on, gentlemen of Coffin, let's free ourselves from evil Morgue and give you the myth of Snoba"

When Yuk raised his right hand gently, Mariela cast a spell on God.

Respond to that word that sounds low, and God's mouth opens wide.

Some of Coffin's warriors swept out their daggers. But instantly Gallol said, "Put it away! scream."

The settlers surrounding the square stood with swords and bows and arrows.

Much more expensive and powerful weapons than those of the Coffins.

As soon as Lucina clenched her teeth and looked up at God, a glimmer of lightning ran into the sky, and the thunderbolt was pounding (mostly).

Don't. Don't come. Don't come.

Mariela grinned at the screams of the Coffins, finishing her final spell.

God raised an unusual cry that the hearts of the hearers would turn upside down, and opened his mouth untouched.

When a second thunderbolt strikes and the whole sky blinks brightly, the shadow of the dragon rises in the clouds of the west.

Immediately afterwards, a snake crawling out of God's orbit and mouth pulls into his body. So put aside for a moment............ a serpent with a huge, fangy mouth jumped out of God's mouth toward the sky.

All the Coffins were silent. The giant serpent twists himself everywhere and ascends to heaven as he is tucked away by a small group of red serpents.

A great serpent, even with the giant of God, so long as he doesn't know how the hell he was lurking in his body.

The head eventually broke into the clouds where the dragon's shadow floated.

An awesome roar that rocks the sky, the earth.

Lucina, Gallol, and the warriors stared without blinking as their roaring lord fell from the far sky toward the earth.

The sky stained black for a moment as the dragon's shadow fell to the horizon. The neighborhood is surrounded by darkness, depriving all people of their sight.

Screaming and fury rose there, and people were in a state of panic (today), at that moment.

Suddenly the world filled with light that I thought would crush my eyes.

Lucina glanced with her eyes closed and was held and supported by her thick arm where she was about to fall. This arm is Galore's arm.

What happened!? Speak up, but no reply.

Noticing Gallol's arms trembling, Lucina softly turned her hands away and looked at the world in a vortex of sad voices that rose around her, as if they were terminators.

"Hih...!

The sky was blue.

The gray clouds disappear without a trace and continue as long as the bright blue space looks over.

Overhead there is a light sphere that shines beyond direct view, twisting and illuminating Lucina's white face.

The snobbers are cheering in front of Lucina, who hugs her like a baby on Galore's arm. Some of them were even weeping about what was to be congratulated.

In a whirlpool of cheers, Yuk, Makito and Leo Sandra look up into the sky and let their eyes glimmer.

"This... surprised you... that dragon, were you really (once) weather wise? How the hell does that work?

"Isn't this magic too? Mariella said that non-human creatures have powers similar to witchcraft. Maybe that dragon was using the magic of calling the clouds and hiding the sun."

"Either way, it's a great sight! The moment General Yuk and God defeated the dragon, the sky cleared! It's a truly heroic picture! We brought the light back to the Dark Country! The Coffins will have to acknowledge the greatness of the General for this too!

The moment Leo Sandra had turned her smile, Lucina lost her strength from her hips and was glad to leave her full weight with Gallo.

The patron saint is dead. The world has changed. In that reality, some of the other Coffins are out on their knees or falling to the ground.

Yuk snorted at the way it looked and snapped something in a whisper.

The voice did not reach Lucina, but I knew what I had said with my lip movements.

"Unopened people."

Watching Yuk tremble on his back and laugh, also under the gaze that killed Sante's emotions.

Lucina was clenching her fist and striking herself in the leg (thigh).

"- What, this"

Before the bright blue sky, Ash said with a mosquito (or) crying voice.

At her feet are rolling iron helmets that mimic Morg's face.

Ash reaches in the direction where the dragon's shadow has fallen and shivers his fingers, shaking his throat again, "What is it?"

A dust rising from the chair approached Ash's back silently, trying to pick up the iron helmet. The instant Ash turns around and grabs his shoulder.

Ash, who drew his face, screamed in a voice close to screaming.

"What is it!? Why does the sky suddenly clear up? Wasn't it supposed to rain!? Didn't the dragon... Morg show up from the clouds!?

……

"I fell... I fell... hey... I fell..."

Repeat, Ash, the dust looks down quietly.

And when he clasped his trembling daughter's face with his hands, he laid his forehead upon her forehead, small, and told her.

"Coffin's faith is over."

Ash gave me a strange voice. Dust keeps staring at that face stained with despair.

"Morg is dead. Killed. So the sky is clear..."

Dust continued to stare at Ash's face, crying out loud, as he stood still, burning into his eyes.
