One Hundred and Fourteen Stories: The Rain of Death

Mariella's face pierced by thick arrows makes strange noises. When I touched the arrow that jumped out of the back of my head, I had red copper hair. Eventually, from Mariella's left eye, my eyes spilled.

Yuk, the hunter and Magdael, lost their words and just opened their eyes.

From Mariella's destroyed face, little blood flows out.

A red rinse as thin as tears just flowed from the wound and orbit. Mariela stares at Yuk with her remaining right eye, with the arrow stabbed.

"Euk"

Very, very quietly. Yuk bites his lip and returns only his gaze to Mariella, who speaks as if nothing had happened.

"Don't interrupt, okay?

A grinning, cheering Mariela then shifts her gaze to the hunter and Magdael… with the same expression, "Bye," she reaches out to the sky again.

Moments later, the hunter unleashed a new arrow on Mariella like a disease. There was a noise, and the arrow bores Mariella's heart. But Mariella doesn't fall. With a grin on his face, he uttered a spell.

"Holy snake, now is the time to take this earth"

A hunter showers all the arrows to Mariella with a growl. Rolling over the snobber soldiers, Mariella is shot in one arrow after another, like a hare, in front of Yuk, who dodges the attack.

But Mariela doesn't stop smiling as she reaches for the sky. There was no sign of any itching.

"... he's immortal too...!

Magdael kicked down a snobber soldier in front of him. Turning to him, Yuk says, hiding himself in a stiff soldier's gap.

"I'm not immortal... Mariella is... just a 'woman'"

Soon after Magdael asks what the word means. Mariella spat out the last phrase toward the group of snakes.

"Dye it with death."

Mariella's voice shook the air with a strange sound - eventually a group of cloudy snakes made a rough noise and began to scatter.

"Coming. Death. Brutality. It's raining and it's pouring."

To my father's voice, Dust responded briefly, "Oh," while keeping his brightly red-stained right hand away from the stone wall.

A group of red snakes that fly out like arrows one after another over the sky and eventually descend towards the surface. Feeling the signs, the dust exhales trembling.

On the stone wall, a small ring of Rayakels drawn with his own blood emits light pale and illuminates the face of the dust from the bottom.

In response to the magic emitted by the new rings, the entire stone wall was beginning to bring a thin blue light.

"After the serpent has poured down on earth… God will surely, the immortal giant will move out. This magic light feeds just fine to attract him. If the Demon King is up to something again, you'll see at a glance."

"Call God to the King's Capital... So, what are you going to do? Are you still taking over the giant corpse again?

"No, God will not come into a decent magical circle more than he has already taken over once. You have to attack it in some other way.... well, I have a few thoughts... but there is no way to ensure that God is punished."

……

"At least, let's leave hope behind. God will try to destroy the rings of Rayakels, the stone walls. The moment is a battle.... my father, Keurenez Javier. Can you protect me until the moment of battle?

To the demon king's inquiry, the father pulled the sword of the translucent spirit body out of the translucent sheath he raised on his hips as well.

"It is a sword that has protected His Majesty the King. I don't take lag when it comes to snake buckets. Leave it to me."

"... I need another favor"

"What?"

Dust, clawing at his chest, said.

"Apologize to me."

My father lays down his sword. I responded to my son, who didn't even give me a glance, still with my eyes open, for a little while.

"I'm sorry. I'm the one who made you king of demons, and I'm the one who made your mother unhappy."

……

"In the afterlife, let my mother scold me with you"

And Dust, with his father, gazed upon the sky of the serpent, and upon the God beneath him.
