How to Live as the Enemy Prince

< Chapter 3. Nice to meet you (6) >

Callian looks at Alan calmly. I stood there without saying anything, but it was clear what I wanted.

'Let's talk.'

Even though he was a foreign prince, he couldn't handle it on a horse, so Alan stepped down. Then Callian was able to see Alan's face.

Thanks to this, Kalian was quite surprised by the look on Allen's face, which he clearly knew was in his 50s.

No matter how high you look, you're in your mid-20s.

Luckily, the color of his unique hair, which darkens as he descends, suggests that he is Alan Manasil.

"When you complete 7 circles, you reverse your age once. '

Then I understood that the voice coming from the front door was younger than I thought.

'Of course. I got it right.'

Callian looks at Alan, not obscuring his admirable appearance. Allen's eyes were filled with doubts.

'It's only 14. How do you look at people with those eyes?'

He glanced at himself, not unlike the guards, but with a different gaze. Somehow, I felt like I was looking at a useless bird that wasn't dressed like him.

Alan bows lightly and greets Calian.

"Alan Manasil."

A simple greeting. That attitude was encouraged.

No one other than the royal family can greet the prince like this in the first place.

Now Alan didn't even know who Callian was, and he wasn't just playing. It was because he knew himself to be talented enough not to have to cower in front of the royal family.

'I like him.'

I felt that Allen's attitude wouldn't change even if I stood in front of Remain. Callian smiles sincerely.

"Nice to meet you."

As I told Jan, Kalian was royal, so I didn't mention his name to her. Soon, Callian looks at Alan for a moment and asks.

"It's too late, how can you just go back?"

"The door was too high when it opened."

Alan, looking into Calian for a moment, gives you a grumpy voice.

'Let's go back and say it.'

Callian smiles slightly, hearing Alan's reply.

Now Allen is saying that the guards saw and kicked him out.

With a sigh of relief, Calian picks out a suitable horse with a relaxed expression.

"I mean, you left the door open and you're looking for a place that's closed."

What's the point of having an invitation?

Alan looks at Calian in a strange way.

The first time I saw it, I felt that it was not something that fourteen boys would do.

Instead of apologizing, Callian smiles, pinched from Alan's attitude.

"There's a lot of wind, so the door is covered in dirt. I was in such a hurry to block the wind that I couldn't wipe it down."

And so, he added, saying that he didn't even care if the guards made a mistake to keep anyone out.

Should I be honest, not apologetic, or shameless? Alan's jaws slither up.

'You're a fun kid to watch.'

With that in mind, Alan starts to take a good look at Callian.

When I first saw it, I noticed a lot of things that were invisible.

Then the smile on Alan's face fades.

'Wait?'

Alan's gaze touches the edge of the red robe he was wearing. Then he glances back at Calian's hand and looks back into his eyes. It was hard to know what he was thinking, so Calian was just quietly getting his attention.

Alan is one step closer to Calian.

His expression is stiff, and the light on his face is young.

"Excuse me for a moment."

Alan suddenly extends his arm and grabs Calian's wrist.

- Boom!

I would have avoided this much if it were the same as usual, but today was a particularly harsh day. I was literally on the verge of losing my mind and being called around all day. My body didn't move on my own.

Furthermore, no one in the palace could so carelessly touch Kalian's body. Thanks to my caution, I grabbed my wrist without hesitation.

Allan grabs hold of Calian's wrist, his eyes wide open to see something.

"What the heck!"

When Callian opened his mouth to say "Moore."

Alan spills his Mana into Callian's body.

A sharp pain that is hard to get used to pierces your heart. Calian clutches his chest, unable to speak. My body was shaken by the pain that seemed to be several times what I had felt.

- Polygon!

Raven, who recognized the owner's condition, stepped forward and took my body to Callian. Calian grips his teeth, leaning against Raven's body without surprising.

'I can't believe I got caught before I even had a proper conversation.'

Alan nods, looking at you like this. You open your mouth with a grave face as if you knew what your magic would do to Kalian.

"Even if you keep the door closed, you can't block all the wind."

What a nice thing to say! '

Callian looks at Alan with fierce eyes and grabs his wrist. Alan loosens the power of his hand, thinking that his wrist is going to break if he doesn't let go. Then you take a step back. It meant I wouldn't touch it anymore.

"· · · · · · · · · · · Ha."

Calian closes his eyes for a moment and calms his anger. Not long ago, a voice came from Calian's mouth as if he had resigned.

"I wish I had told you I had something to check."

I found out about the pain before I restored Allen's mind, so I have nothing more to say. Of course, I didn't even have a smooth voice.

"You can't stop all the wind. I couldn't stop them all. At some point, I couldn't write Mana."

Alan nods.

"Did you know there was an anomaly?"

But that was not the problem.

'I'm only talking about Mana, but I don't know if there's a real problem.'

I've come to admire sorcerers in a land led by descendants of dragons. I was about to let the precious Grand Wizard who came on his feet slip right in front of me.

But then I encountered something I had not thought of.

"Hmm."

Suddenly, Alan looks up and sees a Cizphanian statue erected in the middle of the fountain. I could hear the sound coming from the street all day long.

- A prince who resembles a Sispanian.

That, too, would be fun to watch.

Alan looks back at the Cilician statue and palace and asks.

"How did you follow me so quickly?"

Calian puts his strength into his hands.

A prince who seemed in desperate need of Allen's help followed in a timely manner and was facing this situation. There's a lot of obsession with calling this coincidence.

'I was trying to hide something that hurt until I got my heart right in case that question came up.'

Callian considers a few words to answer.

I came from the future and knew you were coming. That's why I can't say I've been waiting a long time for your solace. But I couldn't lie. Alan would have noticed that.

"I was walking around on my horse when I heard a conversation with the guards. So I rushed right over."

I swear to you by Serenty, what you just said was not a lie. It was a practical trick, but I answered honestly anyway.

Alan looks at Calian with an unknown look for a moment, and asks again.

"Why did you run?"

"Because you ran."

At that moment, Alan smiles deeply.

It was because the answer that was right for my age was a voice that still had a grudge. Alan asked again, thinking that he was in a lot of pain.

"Then why did you look for me?"

Kalian doesn't respond quickly.

'You know it's because you can't use Mana, so why do you ask?'

Alan stares at Calian, who's lost in thought. Whatever the answer was, I didn't even think about it.

A few moments later, Kalian opens his mouth.

If you say, "Why?" "

Why I waited for Alan without looking for a healer.

The reason I came out of the palace knowing it would be chaotic when I went back. There was definitely something.

Callian straightens up the body that was leaning against Raven.

"Alan Manasil. I want to get that name."

A small sigh follows.

"· · · · · · Looks like the real wind is coming soon."

In fact, it meant the day of the assassination was coming, but I couldn't discuss it in more detail. I just thought it would be a good idea to understand just enough to fight between the three jaws.

Alan scratches his forehead with his index finger.

It was not that I didn't know what the prince in front of me was going through. I am well aware of the power Queen Silica holds in her scabbard in the palace of Cairys. That's why I think I know exactly what this third prince, Alan Manasil, is thinking.

"Is the prince trying to stop the wind, or are you trying to put him to sleep?"

Are you just going to protect yourself from other forces? Or are you going to beat them all and be on top of them?

Callian stares at Alan silently.

Is he really worth believing? The last thing I looked at was another look at it. The same light appeared in Alan's eyes, facing those eyes.

A few moments later, Calian relays the answer in a solemn voice.

"We have to stop him now. And what I want is not a throne. But if you need a throne to do what you want, I have a plan to put you to sleep."

A vainglorious word that merely presumes the throne as an option.

The prince who has nothing in his hand but a dying body says so.

I had fun already.

'How much more fun will it be in the future.'

Alan's jaws rise back up again.

I've made a decision.

"Then."

You raise your finger to the royal palace of Cairis.

"The invitation, please."

Not just a three-day invitation to the King's Birthday celebration, but a good reason for me to help you.

Calian smiles. Soon, he clears his smile.

Sharp, red eyes peer away from Alan and stare at the ground. My head is bent and my knees are bent.

- Thanksgiving.

The white cloak swells for a moment, hovering in the air, soon landing on the ground like a feather.

"Khalian Lane Cairis."

Calian's voice spreads calmly.

Alan looks down at Calian's back, kneeling on one knee in front of him.

"Greetings to the teacher."

I had eyes that weren't my age.

His back is so small.

Alan opens his mouth.

And I answered towards the disciple I met for the first time in my life.

"I accept your invitation."

Yes, you are.

I'll save you.
