How to Live as the Enemy Prince

< Chapter 26. Nothing Hard (6) >

The spring breeze is great by itself.

According to Hina's expression, it gives the impression that sunlight powder is contained in the wind. The spring breeze, not as bitter as winter, not as breathless as summer, nor as lonely as autumn, was truly great by itself.

A rose scent carried by the wind flows over the terrace.

- Looks like you got what I said back.

Randall reminds himself of what he said one day, "Don't let go of my hand." The goal was completely different, but Calian did not deny it otherwise, because he was right to stay out of sight.

- I will.

And then Randall grabs her hand like this.

Thanks to that, the scent of the rose that always heavily pressed down the corner of my heart was now a little light. After a short visit with that slight difference, Calian smiled and said with a quite satisfied face.

"Smells good. Lime smells good and rose smells good."

After Calian returned to his room, Jan's car smells of roses. It was a scent from a dried rose petal with a round, thinly cut green lime slice.

"I think you were very tired yesterday. And the rose turned what you gave me last time into a Hina car."

Just one.

I was referring to a rose that I cut off to restore Randall's gaze in the Rose Garden. Soon after, I left it to Jan while I was looking for Chase, who had made a car out of it. I also liked the lime that was put together to soothe fatigue a little.

Sitting on a terrace overlooking a lush rose garden, smelling the scent of roses blowing with the wind, drinking tea with limes and roses. If I hadn't met Randall, I wouldn't have enjoyed this sour, aromatic tea. Now I'm just relaxed without thinking. I could only spare a moment, but it was still good to see you.

"Thank you. Thank you for taking care of me."

So I thanked Jan.

I thought it was a rose, a lime, or a Kalian, but Jan just liked it.

- Knock knock.

You hear a knock as you relax and empty your cup of tea without another conversation.

Always a little noise.

A sound that is hesitant before knocking, knocking once or twice, then knocking a little louder. I always knocked like that.

"Come in."

So, as he did with Jan, he didn't ask who it was again. It was because they knew that they would not be able to hear me when I asked them.

Soon Hina came to the terrace with a very small footstep. Kalian turns his head toward Hina.

"It looks good on you."

Hina was wearing a white robe.

The decorative gold button was fastened and a new purple healing symbol was embroidered on the left chest for Hina's back. The appearance was quite spectacular because of the gold embroidery that became tighter and more glamorous towards the ends of the lobe and the sleeve tips, and three rows of gold chains of different lengths to secure the lobe from flaring.

It was Balkan's uniform.

- Not yet. It's awkward.

In Kalian's words, Hina said:

It was the right robe for the first time since I put on what Kalian wrapped around me the day I rescued Kiri and Hina.

'I am Prince Plants' favorite cat, Prince Kalian. '

The black robe that Hina wore after her cat was the one she treasured that day.

"If you go, it'll be real soon. You'll find out how many people are crazy about this Cairis. I'm worried that I'll be disappointed before I stay. It's just a bunch of weirdos."

The Stones.

They seem to have robbed the palace of all the proper thinking systems that were left behind.

- All of them, I think, will be fine.

Hina replied:

Kalian nods, smiling and smiling.

"It's going to be okay."

If they're not nice to you, I'm not nice to them.

Hina smiles brightly, not knowing what Kalian had swallowed. The smile, and a nice cup of tea, gives Calian the energy to rest and move again.

Kalian was going to Wilhelm's coffin with Hina. That's why I thought Hina would pay a little more attention.

"Let's go. I'll take you."

Calian moves his feet lightly.

It was to take Hina and create something to hold back in her empty hand.

* * *

The sound of a firecracker is always peaceful.

Burning the dead, I remembered the face of the teacher who asked me how contradictory it is to say that the sound is peaceful. A quiet smile was drawn on Arsen's face for a moment.

Uriah who saw it asked.

"Pretty good, huh?"

It's been a day since I left the palace.

And I wandered down the street.

I wandered in the plains of the royal highway exactly one day. I headed in the wrong direction at the fork, so I came back and the day was over. Thanks to this, I couldn't find a city with a hot meal and a bed, so I decided to go camping.

It was not particularly uncomfortable for the wizards to sit around and sleep anywhere anyway, so it was outdoor.

So Uriah got excited, and Arsen didn't think much of it. That's what I'm saying.

It was Euria's opinion that we should eat, sleep, and leave early before the sun sets. Arsen nods as if he had no idea. Then, in support of Euria, I caught a wild chicken.

"Not bad."

Arsen replies appropriately towards Euria, checking the smell of roasting chicken cooked on a campfire.

In the last 10 years, Euria has been camping for enough magic to cook a campfire. It's just that campfires are perfect for camping for no other reason.

When the smell spreads through the forest or darkness descends a little later, I did not even worry that this campfire would catch the eye around me. There could be bandits in the forest just a day's walk from the capital, and even if I met such a group, there wouldn't be any special problem.

Uriah, who opened her space on Juju Island and took out the tea leaves, drew two cups of tea out of the air and handed them over to Arsen.

"Thank you."

Eyria said, looking at Arsen's white robe and the royal crest engraved on his chest, who took the cup of tea.

"He's not under anyone. I was surprised."

"I was more surprised that the Chairman of the Association was an informant."

"It was more fun than I thought. Intelligence. So I'm really going to make it later when I have time. Information Organization."

Uriah laughs alone, saying: It was because I thought it was the same with Kalian that they were both doing something unexpected.

"What brings the Chairman of the Association?"

Arsen, who was waiting for the laughter of Eyria to end, asked.

"Let's go check out the Movement Wizard."

"I don't think the prince knew, so he was just quiet, but Lord Grace is already there."

The word "prince" by Arsen has always been Kalian.

Uriah nods small.

"Well, yeah. There are other things we can look into nearby."

Arsen just hesitated a few times because he seemed reluctant to elaborate. This time, Euria's question turned to Arsen.

"Heysia, the prince ordered it."

It was a question of burying the master who blew up the Heitian palace. I already knew, but I had nothing else to say, so I was going to take it out. Arsen smiles and answers Uriah's question.

"Who else could it be?"

"Earl Manasil must have said something."

"You can't. Earl Manasil has nothing to say to Prince."

Arsenal was the best person to know how Alan dealt with Calian. Then Uriah, who remembered Alan's infinite disciple love, laughed as she said, "Of course not."

"By the way, how did the bar accident go? I thought some of you would be sick with your personality."

Arsenal's gaze flickers toward Euria.

It was quite rowdy inside the Balkans, but there were no rumors outside thanks to Calian's "bounty full of castles." However, even the nobles who are interested in other people's work know what Uriah doesn't know.

"Is it just a question or a gathering of information?"

No matter how much Uriah stood by Calian's side, Arsen did not trust people easily. Moreover, since Callian left the capital with the excuse that he is going to look at the sorcery camp, he doubted whether Uriah was having second thoughts.

"The kid's all grown up."

Just out of curiosity, Uriah smiled and said, when the answer came back.

"I put on my uniform, and I put down my cowardice."

Oh, I forgot.

Arsenal flinches at the peer of Euria, which is rising in candlelight.

"I'm here, coward."

I wonder where only the wizards of the Balkans went. The wizards are all gone. You put such wizards in front of a competent man who has been leading them like crazy for over five years and questioned them. I thought I was crazy.

However, Euria's peer does not disappear.

Arsen silently asked if he was too angry at the horse mistake. Uriah saw a fierce light in his eyes and said again.

"That's a big one. Kid."

It is clear that someone's movements were caught up in Euria's son-in-law. It was a compliment to Arsen who noticed it late.

Arsen takes a sip of the tea in his hand. Like it was nothing.

"Is it dangerous to investigate? Quite a number."

Uriah loosely tied her purple hair, tied it a little tighter.

"Oh, come on."

It seemed like it was nothing, too.

Arsen grumbles.

"You knew it was dangerous and asked me to come with you."

"But you know how to fight, you know."

Euria, the deputy commander of the Balkans, stands up on her feet, assessed as "a boy who knows how to fight." Arsen watches it, smiling and waking up together.

Long time no see.

It's been a long time since I've seen him.

A wizard who treats the Five Circles Master of Ice as a child fighting Arsen. Few wizards are powerful enough to do that.

- Parker! Parker!

The sky slowly began to turn red, and a pale spark of borate light appeared in the wizard's hand with his back against the sun. Under your feet, the blue energy that holds the power of the water begins to falter.

A double attribute that is close to impossible to achieve.

A master wizard with 5 circles covering both water and electricity.

That was Urea Seiren.

* * *

The Arfia Palace is the royal residence of King Remain.

It was said to be the king's longest stay, but it was inevitable that there would be a visit from an outsider. On the first floor of such an Arfia palace, only royal families were allowed in and out of the palace where no outsiders were allowed to visit.

Where all the original portraits of the royal family are displayed.

The portraits of the kings hanging on the floor of Remain's office were all copies of what was here.

'Hall of Memory.'

I knew it was there, but I avoided it.

The old Khalian never looked there, either.

So Kalian was about to set foot in this room for the first time since he was born.

Before I got here, I took Hina to the Wilhelm and left Jan with her. I haven't learned how to communicate well enough, so I was going to do that for a while. After doing so, I came here alone. It was a sacred place where no one but the royal family could enter, so the guards stayed outside the door.

The hall was wide enough to be merely spacious because the whole first floor was devoted. It is like asking them to see the rich history in person. On the other hand, according to history, Calian, who lived in Sacritia, a dynasty that lasted a little longer, was not very impressed by the many portraits.

- Buck, buck, buck.

Calian steps inside with a silent voice.

It was a portrait of the first kings Hartsara and the Sispanians, of course.

Hartsara is familiar with the Sispanian I met when I went to Siegfried. There was also a portrait of their son and the time of the crown prince of two kings of Cairus. And then Kalian walks right past it.

Two to three, four.

Calian's footing goes on like that and stops in front of the last portrait.

'Le Maine Lou Rune Cairis.'

There was a portrait of Le Maine, the current king and father of the three princes. There are no portraits of Randall, Plants, and Khalian, as they have not yet been determined.

You see the portrait of Aisha Arielle, Landel's mother. The empty space next to it was probably the seat of silica. And next to it.

There was.

Calian stares at you for a moment. He opens his mouth quietly.

"· · · · · · You look just like him."

Magenta hair. It was different in color, but everything else looked a lot like what I saw in the mirror. Wearing a big eyelash without twinkles. You look a lot like him. It was a strange but obvious Kalian's mother.

Bow Freya Whitlin.

Even the hallway where Remain's office is located has a replicated portrait, but I've never looked at it. Because of this, Kalian stares at that face for a long time without saying a word. Then you look down slightly.

It was an apology.

- Cheers.

After a long time, you hear someone come in, opening the door from a distant place. It was not the office, but Remain, of course, who responded to the request to meet in a place that was a little reluctant to walk.

After looking at the entrance of the hall from afar, Calian turns his head again and looks Freya in the eye. Once again, a little time later, Le Maine walks beside Calian.

Callian turns to Remain, for example.

Le Maine opened her mouth from Calian to Aisha, and once looked at an empty portrait of Silica and Freya.

"What brings you here?" "

I did not want to feel awkward, but did not hide the discomfort completely. Aisha's face, Freya's face, and Silica's vacancy. It would all be uncomfortable. Knowing that, Calian opens his mouth to tell you why he asked you to come here.

"I have a favor to ask of you."

"Please."

The recurring voice was really soft.

My youngest son, who died without caring, was therefore the only one who heard the word 'my son' from Remain. Various troublemakers who go through all kinds of accidents by themselves.

But isn't the only son who "asks" Remain Calian?

"It may not be difficult, it may be difficult."

"Yes. Talk to me."

Kalian turns his head for a moment.

In the portrait, Kalian stares at the red eyes that resemble him.

"Please honor my mother as queen, Your Grace."

He put everything in his hand like this.

I put my authenticity in my mouth.
