Episode 32 Unilateral Negotiations

The next day. In one room of the human realm, ministers of the nations had been summoned by the seven-star angel Seal. The ministers all look baffled.

"What the hell does Master Seal intend to do by gathering us..."

"From what I've heard, Master Uriel was challenged by the king to return the favor, and he was killed, wasn't he?"

"What, is that true!?"

"No way are we going to be taken responsibility for that...!?"

"Stupid! Master Uriel's death will have nothing to do with us!

"If you insist, you'll be responsible to whoever commissioned Master Uriel to crusade the King. He must have been the one who called Master Uriel here."

"You mean I'm sorry!? That was Master Uriel just bringing me the story and not me asking for it! If you're going to say that, those of you who didn't stop Master Uriel will also be responsible!

"What are you kidding me about! That's not the only joke they take responsibility for or anything!

As the ministers pressed for responsibility, the door of the room opened and Seal came inside. The ministers interrupted the argument and rushed out of the chair and knelt on the floor.

"Dear Seal, Thank you for your hard work today from the distant Sanctuary of Sky."

"I don't need an extra mouthful. Everybody take your seats."

As Seal told me, the ministers sit back in their chairs in an inexorable move.

"Ya still gathered us about Master Uriel...?

When one of the ministers asked in horror, Seal shook his head to the side.

"Uriel's death was very unfortunate, but there is no point in steaming it back now. I gathered you here for another reason."

The ministers look horrible.

"I'm going to tell you an important story. I want you to listen to me very carefully."

The interior quiets back with Sin. After a slight silence, Seal quietly opened his mouth.

Soon we, the Seven-Star Angels, will begin a human soul hunt in this human territory.

Upset runs to the ministers over Seal's remarks.

"To, human soul hunting, what is...?

"It means exactly what you say. If you want to explain specifically, let the souls of both humans be extracted and collected by the hands of seven-star angels. I'm planning on collecting at least 1,000."

"Bye, stupid!!"

The ministers stood up in unison with their eyes open.

"There is no longer any other way to destroy the King but to unseal the Gate of the Phantom Beast. As some of you know, it takes more than 1,000 human soul sacrifices to unseal it."

"Oh, my word, Master Seal. How many Seven Star Angels can you say you have seen such an act...!!"

Then a wrinkle leaned between Seal's eyebrows and the ministers' shoulders shook vividly.

"Whose fault is it that you humans have lived in peace until now? Without a back shield called an angel, the fragile humans would have been destroyed by both demons. Didn't I?"

"Oh yeah...!!"

"Nothing has any effect on us angels, whether humans are destroyed by kings. I also have the option of leaving it like this. I'm telling you to save us with a little sacrifice. I don't suppose you guys have much to be thankful for.

……!!

No one can argue, and the ministers will remain silent.

"I need your help, too. That's why I had you gathered here."

"Wah, we cooperate...!?"

"The acquiescence of human soul hunting, and a thorough information blockade on this. I'd like you two to have these two."

The ministers look at each other in confusion.

"If you guys are so powerful in human beings, it should be possible. For us to hunt our souls without delay."

"... ok, ok"

said one of the ministers. The other ministers nod powerlessly.

"That's fine. Then I beg your pardon with this."

Seal, who spoke of the ministers, followed the occasion with a sobering.

Returning from human territory to the 'Sanctuary of the Sky', Seal heads straight to the 'Light Castle of the Seven Stars'. And again he gathered three men in one room: Gabri, Micah and Raphae.

"You were quicker than I thought, Seal. So, how'd it go?

"Negotiations are done. We will now head to the human realm and begin the hunt for human souls."

"The boulders are our leaders! Damn, looks like we'll be having fun in a while...!!"

Like a child before an excursion, Gabri trembles his body.

"Gabri. Again and again, this is never a game. Don't forget your consciousness as a Seven Star Angel."

"Yes, yes, I know! Don't worry, I'm going to hunt you down with a broken heart!

"... well, that's good"

Seal turns his eyes to Micah, who is eating the confectionery polypoly.

"Micah, you're gonna do it too."

"... yeah"

Micah gets up from the chair with the confectionery in her hand. Its eyes were shining like stars.

"The human realm is full of delicious treats and fun"

"... you, you listened to me? We're not going to play."

"I know. I'll do my job properly."

After sighing, Seal now glanced at Raphae, who stayed all the way down.

"Rafael, you're not leaving a message here."

"What...!?"

Raphae looks up in surprise.

"It will take a long time to gather as many as 1,000 souls. In the meantime, there will be no more Seven Star Angels in the Sanctuary of the Sky. Besides, you're so sweet, you can't hunt human souls."

"... excuse me"

said Raphae in a fine voice.

"I have nothing to apologize for. That kindness is one of your advantages."

"Kind. Come on? Isn't that a hectic mistake?

"Shut up, Gabriel"

"Damn. Seal is still sweet on Raphae. Better than that, Seal, give me your" spell. "Otherwise, your soul won't gather, will it?

"I don't have to be told. I know. Gabri, Mika. Before me."

Gabri and Mika stand before Seal. Seal put his right hand forward and closed his eyes.

"Spell [Capability Sharing]"

For a moment Gabriel and Mika's body are covered in purple membranes. Eventually Seal opened his eyes quietly.

"... now you two can use my [soul absorption]. Use this spell to gather souls together. But never in the eyes, Gabriel."

"Whoa, why just me! Tell Micah too!

"Because you're the most dangerous. Even though the ministers asked us to regulate information, it would be important if it became clear that we were hunting human souls."

"Shit, I know."

Gabri tongued in dissatisfaction.
