Besides the increase in professional levels after ascension to godhood, the greatest enhancement comes from the attribute blessings granted by divinity and divine format.

Usually, weak divinity grants +1 to all attributes, lesser divinity grants +2, intermediate divinity grants +3, and mighty divinity grants +4.

The corresponding divine format blessings are the same; mighty divine power on the basis of divinity also grants +4 to all attributes.

This means that, when Shirek was a mortal, his constitution attribute was about 14 points, akin to a relatively strong mortal thief. Typically, demigod power and divine-like power are considered as divine format level 0-1, whereas Shirek’s mighty divine power approaches the strongest divine format level of 19 at its peak.

The Wealth Goddess Waukeen’s divine format level is 7, which makes her a minor figure among many divine spirits; however, the Goddess of Love Shunni has a high divine format level, reaching 16, which makes her a gatekeeper of mighty divine power.

The advancement of this divine format level is directly linked to the faith of believers and is also influenced by the laws of reality.

For instance, during the outbreak of war, the War God’s divine power is bound to increase dramatically.

That’s why, during the previous conflict with the Church of the Goddess of Torment, the followers of the Goddess of Plagues spread a little plague around Sambia, based on the principle of ’since we’re here’, to enhance the goddess’s reputation and prestige, inciting mortal fear.

For divine spirits, such actions reinforce faith and even slightly enhance imperceptible divine power.

Duncan has connections to the crimson shroud ruler in the Broken Domain of the Ten Thousand Abyss Plain, with half-demon incarnations buried in layers 45, 46, 47, and a connection with the Enchanting Mage in Shadella. He even has clandestine dealings with the Enchanting Demon Queen Meikanshute, who vaguely wishes to use Duncan’s strength to remove Di Maoge Gen.

When Duncan silently arrived here again, the Enchanting Demon Queen Meikanshute warmly welcomed his secret arrival.

Because Duncan’s swift appearance could only mean one thing.

The green tea bitches of the Bright Water Realm, numerous goddesses’ alliances, have utterly failed to satisfy this man, or rather they were reluctant to reveal their true foundations, likely only intending to consume this man entirely, as divine spirits tend to do.

The Enchanting Demon Queen Meikanshute also eyes Duncan’s soul, wishing to consume this man entirely.

But she knows that this man is exceedingly difficult to control, with a terrifying potential.

Meikanshute absolutely does not believe Duncan is in the Good Camp; he sometimes resembles a cold ruler, a dictator, a king, similar to her in some respects, a ruthless political animal.

The appearance of such a person means he has a flexible moral baseline, and the Bottomless Abyss holds the interests he desires.

She knew those pretentious goddesses couldn’t meet this man’s true desires.

They were merely a group of feigned prudes, packaging everything with love, friendship, and kindness, calculating the gains and losses ultimately, unlike demons who would openly seize things directly.

During Duncan’s time in seclusion, he was waiting for the Goddess of Love Shunni’s response.

But Shunni did not respond.

She treated Duncan coldly as a high and mighty empress, suppressing and molding him, making him understand that leaving the support of the goddesses, he would be nothing more than a mortal. With more practice, the technique of backstabbing can be mastered.
