Enduring this bizarre attack a second time gave Su Ze a deeper understanding of the skill.

The Golden Falcon’s attack skill felt like it was touching upon a sliver of some fundamental Law.

It was similar to Mr. Ya’s "Invincibility" skill—utterly illogical. No matter how much stronger his opponent was, he was simply invincible.

The Golden Falcon’s feather attack was the same. It ignored defenses, ignored Su Ze’s liquid state, and ignored the fact that he had split his body into multiple parts.

In this state, even Su Ze himself couldn’t tell which clone was his true body, which part was his head, or in which clone the Regeneration Core was hidden.

Yet, if the Golden Falcon wanted to strike his heart, it struck his heart. If it wanted to strike his head, it struck his head. There was simply no way to dodge.

’This skill is incredible!’

Su Ze’s heart pounded with excitement. ’Isn’t this the exact kind of powerful damage-dealing skill I’ve always wanted!’

A thought popped into Su Ze’s head... ’Could I mimic this skill?’

The Golden Falcon was a Tier 6 mutant beast, so this skill was, at most, a Tier 6 S-rank. ’I should be able to mimic it.’

Su Ze decided he had to try.

He coveted the Golden Falcon’s bizarre skill, but he knew it would be difficult to kill the beast with his own raw power.

Although his current combat power had reached the Legendary tier, he was far from being one of its powerhouses. Furthermore, the Golden Falcon was exceedingly agile—even faster than him—and extremely cautious, refusing to engage in close combat. It would be very difficult to kill.

His only chance was, perhaps, to give it a taste of its own medicine.

’The Golden Falcon’s bizarre skill ignores defense and locks onto its target. If I can mimic it, I can guarantee a hit on its vitals!’

’But I’ll only have one chance!’

The extremely long cooldown on his "Instant Mimicry" skill meant Su Ze would only get one shot. He had to make it count.

His mind made up, Su Ze started a mental countdown, calculating how much time had passed since the Golden Falcon had used its strange skill.

Instant Mimicry could only copy skills used within the last ten seconds.

He didn’t turn around, continuing his approach toward the Two-headed White Tiger.

He had to pick the softest target. The Two-headed White Tiger had one of its heads lopped off by the Golden Falcon, making it the most severely injured Tier 6 mutant beast on the field.

By coordinating with the other experts from the Blue Star Party, Su Ze had a good chance of killing it quickly.

If the Golden Falcon didn’t want to see the Two-headed White Tiger fall, it would certainly move in to provide support. That would be Su Ze’s opening.

He wasn’t sure if the Golden Falcon’s bizarre targeting skill had a range limit, so he planned to wait until the falcon got as close as possible before he struck.

The shattering of his Regeneration Core had completely healed all his injuries. He didn’t merge his clones, instead keeping them separate as he accelerated and pounced on the Two-headed White Tiger.

He did this to guard against another attack from the Golden Falcon’s strange skill.

Su Ze refused to believe the Golden Falcon could use such a broken skill indefinitely over a short period.

But just in case, Su Ze maintained his multi-clone state. That way, even if the Golden Falcon attacked again, it could only destroy one clone, not kill him outright.

It turned out his guess was correct. The Golden Falcon didn’t use its bizarre skill again; it must have been on cooldown or had some other restriction.

Su Ze’s clones formed an encirclement and pounced on the Two-headed White Tiger. He held nothing back, genuinely beating the creature mercilessly.

However, he was still holding several of his most powerful skills in reserve for the Golden Falcon.

Just as he’d predicted, the Golden Falcon saw the Two-headed White Tiger under siege and swooped down to help.

Su Ze continued his mental countdown...

As he reached the ninth second, the Golden Falcon was still a considerable distance away, but he couldn’t wait any longer. His clones instantly merged back into one. He spun around decisively and activated "Instant Mimicry"!

He focused on the memory of the Golden Falcon’s golden feather attack, and the mimicry skill activated.

’Mimicry successful!’

The feedback from the skill confirmed his success, and with it came a systematic understanding of the bizarre ability.

’So that’s how it works...’

The skill was called "Weakness Strike."

Its effect was to perceive a target’s weak points and lock onto them for a ranged attack!

The number of attacks that could be launched was equal to the number of weak points discovered.

The Golden Falcon had used Weakness Strike on him twice, which meant it had perceived two of his weak points.

The number of weak points it could perceive depended on the power gap between the user and the target.

The weaker the opponent, the more weak points could be found. The stronger the opponent, the fewer weak points could be discovered.

For instance, Su Ze currently possessed Legendary-tier combat power. While there was a gap between him and the Golden Falcon, it wasn’t huge, which was why it had found two weak points.

But if the Golden Falcon were to face a top-tier Legendary evolver like Jiang Pingle, it might only be able to perceive a single weak point.

Against a God-tier being, it most likely wouldn’t be able to find any weak points at all.

And against opponents who were clearly weaker, like Chen Suifeng and the other Supreme-tiers, the Golden Falcon could probably see at least five or six weak points.

A Hegemon-tier would probably be riddled with so many weak points they’d look like a sieve.

Of course, against significantly weaker opponents, the sheer number of weak points was irrelevant; Chen Suifeng and his peers likely couldn’t even survive two hits from Weakness Strike.

First, an attack on a weak point was a locked-on strike—impossible to dodge and impossible to escape.

But the truly broken aspect of this skill was that it completely ignored all defenses!

It ignored every form of acquired defense, including artifacts, Su Ze’s liquid form, and his clones. Once it locked on, a hit was guaranteed and could not be blocked.

The only defense was one’s own innate durability.

All skill-based and external defenses were useless. In short, if Su Ze wanted to withstand the Golden Falcon’s Weakness Strike, his physical body would have to be tough enough to tank the signature damage-dealing skill of a Tier 6 mutant beast.

But obviously, he couldn’t. His skull and heart were nowhere near that tough.

"Weakness Strike" was essentially a guaranteed hit that ignored all defenses.

The skill was already powerful on its own, but Su Ze had an even better use for it. For instance... ’What if I integrate it into my "Strongest Punch"?!"

Just how badass would a "Strongest Punch" be if it was fused with four other skills, could lock on from a distance, and ignored all defenses?
