Though Mr. Winter is also a top coach, he is not known for extremely high personal prestige and a tough attitude; he cannot become another Sir Manchester.

Arsenal’s path lies in making the pie larger.

They need a top-notch playmaking midfielder, as their solo play is strong, they should create more solo play opportunities.

They once had one, but unfortunately... he went all out to join Barça.
