I’m a NEET but When I Went to Hello Work I Got Taken to Another World (LN)

Episode 131: Gladiator Games Qualifying Day Two, Try

There wasn't much to see in the qualifying round.

What's really strong is that it seems to come out of the main battle with a qualifying waiver, and where they come out of the qualifying, the strong guys make a combination so that they don't crush each other as much as possible in relation to the odds, and the real battle doesn't look that way.

The battle of bees between middle-aged fighters of strength was quite a blood-boiling meat dance, but when it came to harvest, would the average level of the tournament have been known?

After all, Satti jumps through and is strong. Though there were a few who seemed strong there, about Francesca was likely to be a rival from what I've seen so far.

Master Massal, this is Mr. Lazard.

When everyone was not coming back and bored, Satie pointed to the venue. I also wondered where he hid near the end of the qualifying round, but he had something like a holding room.

"Do you know him?"

"Something I put together at the request. Ah."

Your opponent was blowing up while you were answering Armand. It brings back memories of being blown up in the same way and makes me feel a little nasty.

Fortunately, there seemed to be nothing else in my life, and I had been treated and stood up safely. I guess we're doing better than that.

You're a power type, but you're also good with arms. You can handle a sword lightly with one hand, like a normal adventurer wielding with both hands, and also use small moves. I wonder if it's highly perceptive.

In this way it is one ideal type as a swordsman. Muscles built up to a privileged physique. Extensive experience in high technology. It also has the bravery and courage to penetrate the dragon.

Mr. Lazard also won WWII and WWIII at risk. It leaves little show of strength.

"Good luck, Satie"

"Yes!"

Mr. Lazard's opponent was left to Satti. If you're looking to win, it's not unlikely you'll hit it.

I don't know if I can win now, but I'm afraid of scary things. I'm so glad I'm not leaving.

When Mr. Lazard's game was over and the whole game digested and the players and audience in the venue were a lot sparse, everyone finally came back.

Everyone is drunk in a good mood.

"It's a delicious drink. I got a souvenir for Masaru."

That's what I said, Anne showed me her booze. I am no thankful even if I can have a good drink, such as a stiff royal palace, but everyone seems to have enjoyed it. Finally, he also brought the food home, so I spread it over my desk and listened as I followed him on the answering machine.

Lilia's story was prolonged, but the royal palace visit apparently ended fine. The food and alcohol are delicious, and we were given a tour of the royal palace, and Ellie seems to have promised the king a little talk of territorial development and an official greeting when he gets on track.

"We're still ahead of us, but we'd better go smooth then, wouldn't we?

Territorial approvals and subordinations were likely to ask the Earl of Parks to mediate, but I would not owe the Earl any direct connexion, nor if that were direct to the King. There was also a proposal to go through the elves, but it was troubling that it might become a little important. I still don't feel a little important, but it would be safer to sneak up on the king than from the Elf Royal Family. I want to think so.

It is the current situation that our circumstances are too special to determine which option is the right one anymore. But at least I have no doubt that it is better to take the story to a favored king than a countess who is isolated here.

Either way, this story is years from now. By then the situation will have changed even further.

For now, if Ellie seems satisfied, that's fine. Things are going peacefully here in proportion, and if my daughter-in-law is happy, I'm happy too.

The qualifying round also ended, so everyone decided to go back to Elf Mansion and have Satie and Armand present as planned.

Conditions would be better the same, Armand seems to have the same style of shielding and hands-down as qualifying.

At the Elf Mansion training ground, the two of us will be relative as we and the Elf watch. Revenge and Sati are in a lot of mood. I hate losing a lot with that one.

"Begin!"

When Sati took one step, two steps, three steps and slowly walked on the signal of my start, he stopped. I had taken the starting position far away, but now it's a completely unclamped distance.

"Nice. That's what a swordsman is."

When I said that, Armand moved - gimp. Satti completely prevented Armand's sword. So the movement of both sides stopped once.

If you look at it again, it doesn't change that much from the unclamped beating Lord Sergeant showed you. I think I can prevent that, too.

Armand laughed happily and resumed the attack. Satti giggles the sword that has been wielded. And then he fought back. Armand scolded it. Now it looks like a reproduction of the match with Francesca.

But Francesca was a little more upward, or Satti jumped out of the way.

Is it a difference in experience? Preliminary reading becomes mandatory to cast the opponent's sword with his leg stopped at that distance. Satti has less interpersonal experience.

Satti set it up by repartitioning it. Now I am fully using stepwork.

The power... is Armand a little bit better? No, you're doing this assuming Armand doesn't know he can't use the left.

It's an exercise, and it's a grand way to fight, even though you can't help winning by poking weaknesses, losing or whatever happens.

Satti was attacking, though. I use my legs fully to get a good hit-and-away, and I often admire Armand's offense, but it's obviously a downside.

But the end of the day came soon. Satti's presence was over when Armand couldn't beat Satti's series of attacks and Satti didn't miss a blow where he was disfigured.

Though I won't aim and make a weakness, I can't help but happen to have an attack there. Satie can't afford it either.

"Good day, Satie. Mr. Armand, are you hurt?

"It's okay. I had it stopped."

"Wasn't Satie in your glasses?

"More than I thought."

That concludes today's event. If you sweat in the bath and think about it for dinner, now you've nominated me.

"I don't need a test or anything."

"Well, don't say that. You ladies want to see your husbands fight too, don't you?

I haven't heard back from him, but Satie saw him. That's his face.

I don't want to do it at all, but running away here isn't manly either.

"Look, I think I want the girls to do it, too."

"Well, fine."

I don't pretend not to see weaknesses or respond gently. You'll probably win. That's what I thought, put on leather gear and relative, Armand had two swords. Seriously.

"You can't lose twice a day no matter how much you say it's not enough. I thought it was time we showed you the strong part."

Is it the left?

But as far as qualifying goes, you wouldn't do anything to damage them unnecessarily.

"Honey, seriously, please add or subtract!?

I decide to keep it in mind for once.

"I know. This is just an arm test."

"Masal, I mean it"

Then I was hoping to deal with you appropriately, and Tirica stabbed me in the nail. The lack of motivation seemed to be on my face.

"... Okay, you're serious. Were you allowed to use magic?

"Of course not."

Can't you? Well, I can't help it. Let's try as much as we can.

The strength of this guy would be Sergeant Hall Class. You have to do it with the willingness to kill. No, I need to see if I can handle the slap first, too.

"I warn you. Because it's even harder to prevent this move from two swords."

Oh, what's that? I didn't hear that. As soon as I tried to get a distance, Armand moved. Two swords loom from left to right. It's a completely discrete motion and timing.

"I didn't expect to prevent them both."

I received one with a shield and managed to recieve the other with a sword.

Shit. I would have finished if I had eaten it here. No, you promised Tirica you'd do it for real. Let's be serious.

"If they were chasing us, we'd be done."

"I can't see your power then."

You pulled my sword as it was, so I'll take my distance, too. This is the problem. I don't know how to deal with it because of course I've never dealt with two swords.

Armand doesn't move. You mean do it from me this time?

I can't help thinking too much about it. I just have to believe that the experience and skill groups I've built up so far will do a good job.

This guy in front of me is an oak. Rare oak with two swords. Defeat him or he dies. All right, let's go with this setup.

No need for small moves. I should definitely outnumber my stats.

Set it up right in front of you. A blow from the top with speed and power on to the limit. Let Armand eat a slaughter that could kill him if it hits him properly.

I was stunned. That's assumed. Keep stepping in - is that right!? Sword recieves the left sword flying like another creature. At the same time, I stopped the right sword from sticking out with my shield, and the left sword I recieved - sucks again. Turn around and do nothing.

Desperately, he rolled unnecessarily down the ground, sworded and distanced himself. Armand will wait for me until I get up.

My breath is rough. I have a nasty sweat.

Jiri, Jiri and I don't know. I fall back. What am I supposed to do?... There's nothing I can do about it. There are too many power differences.

"If you don't give up, a miracle could happen."

I remember the words of His Sergeant. Be prepared. This will not kill you.

Step in. Be scolded. Another simultaneous attack of two swords. Now take it easy - here it is.

Magic power activation. Feint by magic. I don't intend to use it, but if I can sense magic, I can't ignore it.

As a result, my sword was held back by Armand's sword, and Armand's other sword was stuck in my neck. Too bad. Masaru Yamano is dead!

"You're pretty scary."

Even if I used magic, would I often let my bones cut and cut off meat? Armand's sword would have ripped my neck off, and my magic wouldn't have even killed me if it had hit me.

"Mr. Armand."

"Now, what would have happened to a magic ant?

"Am I fatally wounded and Mr. Armand temporarily incapacitated?"

If it was fire magic, maybe I could have even taken it to a match, but that was an air hammer right now.

"If you're a magic ant from the start?

As long as there is enough distance, I am confident that even the Sergeant will defeat you. Transfer swords and summons are also in the hands of his wife.

"I will win."

"Let's try it again. Now with magic and ants."

I'm not willing to lose if I can kill you, but when it comes to the game...

"Let's not. I'm no match for a sword, and my magic is too powerful for human hands."

Such a strong opponent, once you do it, I've had enough.

"More than that, I'd like Sati's opponent again with two swords, please."

I rarely get a chance to do it with someone in character. It would be a good experience for Sati.

"Huh. You saw those two"

"Again with your daughter, too."

"Wouldn't it be funny for both of us?

"Your master will be happier with your daughter"

That sword move at that age. My body is also small, so I can still expect significant growth.

"I guess so. It's only six months since I learned my sword."

"Six months!? How thoughtful you have been, Lord Vaukt."

"I only have minimal instruction. Satti's getting stronger on her own."

When I heard more about it, when I first came to the Adventurer's Guild, I learned from how to hold a sword, how to hold a bow. Then Masaru and the Adventurer went into business, and in about a month or two, he said, there were no enemies in that guild branch.

"Is it a bow too"

"I haven't seen you lately, but you're no better than a sword."

From what I've seen, there's little difference in strength between Satti and Francesca. But Francesca said she had been holding the sword since three years. It should have dawned on the path of the sword for over ten years since then. That's six months. Adventurer rank is already b. Did that arm build up in action?

"But what's really interesting is Masaru."

"But you're not motivated, are you?

"Mm-hmm. Besides, I have good magic arms and a lot of results. Unless you want to do it voluntarily, but you can't push your training because you'll have trouble getting out as an Alliance for a long time."

The wizard but that sword arm is extraordinary, but the lack of motivation is deadly. I wish I was a little younger, but at 23, I wouldn't expect any more growth in that physique, and how much stretch I have as a swordsman.

"Massal came to the guild eight months ago."

"Are you kidding me, Masal never had a sword, either?

"From the beginning it seemed that the sword and magic could be used somewhat. Even so, he came back losing to the wild rabbit the first day he went hunting. We only had the strength to do that."

"It's..."

Wild rabbits are ferocious, but they are opponents that even children have to win as long as they have weapons. That's only eight months and that's it? Few surprises compared to Sati, who held the sword for six months, but still would be a breaking growth rate.

"The problem is that I'm not motivated by the massal. Satti would train if she had time, but Massal doesn't seem to like the effort. Of course I have more enthusiasm than being an adventurer. In the short term, but with special training. But I don't usually train very seriously. That growth rate nonetheless. He's the only one who doesn't understand."

"The growth rate must be your daughter, too, right?

"It's magic that's grown. You only had enough fighting power to beat a rabbit, didn't you? Is that how much magic you're hearing now?

"So much so that the terrain changes."

It would never be haphazard to make me hyperbole that if you cross swords with me and magic is also an ant, you can win.

"Satie gets stronger. If you grow up safely, you'll be a great swordsman."

"I'm sure of that."

"But Massal is more than that. He'll be an adventurer in history."

Speaking of which, the composition of that party is the use of spirits in wizards to swordsmen. And even the clergyman. Then it's like...

"Like a brave man?

The legendary brave man was a magic swordsman.

"I wouldn't be surprised if one day Masaru would name a brave man."

Interesting. The master will love this story.
