Arnold and I headed to the royal castle together, just like yesterday, and dropped off his back heading for the exam. And I wait gracefully for a snack in the waiting room.

The air in the waiting room was so tingly compared to yesterday. Will the acceptance come out by the end of the day? I don't even know that. Look down. Hopefully, Arnold isn't the kind of character who tells me this from himself, nor am I the type to listen to root digging leaves - not close enough to ask easily in the first place - just dropping Arnold off.

But, well, it's not like there was no harvest at all.

Yes, I encouraged myself - deception, too - and began to look through the literature I brought with me. I brought it to kill the wait. Too shabby yesterday, the clock needle progressed slowly.

- Out of nowhere, I can hear the bell.

I was passionate about the literature and forgot the time, but what time is it? Is Arnold being tested?

Gugu, he stretches his back trying to untie his body, which has hardened. I asked what was going on around me as I was in that attitude - at the entrance, I found Arnold.

Is it over now? Seems earlier than yesterday, but is it because I was concentrating on the literature I brought?

Even though I thought so, I rushed over to my seat.

"Received"

Arnold said farewell, as never before.

"... what?

I can't chew the words Arnold pronounced well, and I get a weird voice.

Did you take the exam?

While I know that's the only way, I'm hesitant to report my passing too quickly.

"Starting tomorrow, I'm an apprentice in the King's family."

"... do you know whether or not to accept it on the spot?

"He was so good."

I don't even show a proud sleigh and say it in the same tone as usual. Turns out the whole area started to bother me.

Father, from your mother, I heard a report of the boy who suddenly showed up and said, "What about my child?!?" and there is no rush or imposition. Arnolt's attitude toward the noise that spreads like ripples on purpose.

Still, Arnold is good. I take the exam as a matter of course and take it with my natural face. I guess that's all I was confident about.

I, too, need to be careful not to drown in complacency when I have talent. Two more years, and let's encourage you to study until the end.

Two years later it was a slightly missing outing, but I was inspired by Arnold's appearance. I'm going to be studying again tomorrow.

"Come."

"Oh hey!?

He grabs his wrist and makes sure it stays pulled and walks out. It went straight through the garden and what a way into the inner castle.

Everyone was surprised by the knights of security and the well-dressed scholars, but they all had the grin contained in Arnold's face when they saw him uniformly. I didn't know what that expression meant, and I wasn't even informed where Arnold was going to take me in the first place, and I just looked around.

Luxurious chandelier on red carpet. Same view we saw on "Last Brave".

I went out into the courtyard, knocking through two double-open doors about two large. At its centre is a large fountain, sparkling with sunlight and water. Beautiful.

Second, I found a shadow by the fountain. I'm standing here trying to turn my back on this one, but that cat-backed back is clearly a man's. Tea hair is bouncing all over the place - the quick story is a bumpy head - wearing clothes with long hems and similar shapes to white coats.

"Mr. Caspel."

Arnolt stopped his legs and spoke to the bossy headed man. The man looks back at the voice.

He looked at this one and opened his eyes wide over his round glasses. And he shows his white teeth nicely, laughs, and rushes over.

"Oh, aren't you a genius!

Genius. The words were directed at Arnold. What an honorable nickname.

Is this man nevertheless a Wang conjugator? And the fact that you know Arnold at this stage, besides the way he looks,

"Does your little girl look like her?

My thoughts blew up.

"Ha!?" I told the one above me, "but this time I want you to miss it.

She's the one. Besides, she's cute.

From the look of a bossy head on round glasses, it's like a "geeky temperament researcher," but it's called a tone, an out-of-the-box young man - if I say so, it's challenging - maybe.

He'll be here in two years.

Instead of disputing the man's words, Arnold did so even more.

What as such a decision. Sure, I'm gonna take the exam in two years, but...

panic over a bunch of statements that can be thrown from next to next. Not sure how to put in a correction,

"Is she a genius... genius?

A man laughed niggardly as he was amused, so he hurriedly raised his voice before the story could be further expanded and corrections could no longer be put in.

"No! Um, just take the exam in two years! I'm not Arnold's girlfriend in the first place."

"Caspel! Is it the rumored genius boy you're with?

Unbroken, my voice was wiped out by the voice of a fat man who flew from the side.

Who the hell is that? And I almost got angry - I realized that the voice sounded familiar. No, “I remember".

It's the sinister voice of a mature man. Good going, familiar voice in the ear. “I” was guided more than once by that voice. Encouraged.

I look back, as I once did, to be guided by that voice. A man wearing black armor looked like he was coming closer.

A pleasant smile, resuscitated in the back of your brain. Blue hair solidified all back, narrow green eyes, large, arced lips, tough arms waving the great sword. He was admired by many for being the best of the Knights, the man.

He resuscitated in the back of “me” brain and the man who was right in front of him overlap. The contours that were blurred in my memory, become clear.

- Nice to meet you, Lord Brave.

And so he laughed, and his right eye had a big scratch.

"Mr. Vake! Yeah, I don't know what to do, you're too much compared to the other exams, you're a genius who's decided to pass on the spot. So this pretty girl Chang is a genius's girlfriend, and she seems like a genius."

- There were no scratches.

The person, some younger than in memory, gives in. Gaze at us, show your teeth and laugh.

"My name is Vake Buckell. Even if it looks like this, it's the Knights of the Chevalier Knights. I'll be able to help you with your recovery pills in the future, so I'll say hello early. Nice to meet you, future chef."

The man who gave me a pleasant greeting - Vake Buckell - was one of the "Last Brave" party members.

Vake was the oldest of the party members and portrayed as a mature man leading the protagonist.

The all-backed blue hair, the narrowed green eyes, the heavily arced lips, and the wretched arms that wave the great sword remain intact. Vake, who helped me more than once in the game. Keep it up. The only difference is - there's no big scratch in the right eye.

Because of that wound, Vake is almost blind to his right eye. But he didn't seem to care about it, and he didn't hide the wound with his eyelids, saying it was an "injury to his honor". The wound was explained to have been sustained in the battle against the demons, but no detailed information was revealed as to when or in what situation.

If I were to make a metaphorical statement, I was wondering if it might be one symbol to personalize the character design - my chest hurt tightly when I wondered if Vake would be scratched in its right eye over the next few years.

I was excited about the unexpected encounter with the "Last Brave" key characters before I even realized it. I felt a similar exhilaration when Arnold found out he was Elvira's brother, but I can't compare the excitement this time I met “in person”.

I loved the game "Last Brave". I feel it in a loud pulsating beat.

I bowed my head wide as I tided my cheeks with excitement.

"Thank you very much. I'm Laura Ampere."

"Ah, me and me! Kaspel Klarsen, King's cook. Say hello."

A bossy headed man who just walks in between - too, Mr. Caspel. Vake gently pokes the head "out of the way".

Yeah, the "Last Brave" key character, Vake, is moving in front of him.

I didn't expect myself to be so impressed. Soon afterwards, Vake was called by a young man from the Knights to leave the scene, but this excitement and emotion is going to tail off for a while.

"Oh, genius, do you have a minute? I explained the future..."

As I recall, Mr. Caspel spoke to Arnold. At that time, I look at the gaze pointed at me.

It wouldn't be a good idea to have me on the spot on the boulder.

"Oh, you're home alone"

Good job, and keep your head down and change directions. Arnold brought me this far on his own, but the map of the Royal Castle is in my head, so no problem.

"Laura, two years from now, I'm looking forward to it!

Returns a smile that seeped some bitterness into Mr. Caspel's words. Because of Arnold - thanks to you, I should say - the King's cook remembered my face and name before I took the exam. More and more two years later, we cannot fail.

When you return to Emme's village, let's encourage you to study more than ever. And two years later, I'll definitely take it. Even the slightest strength of the Chevalier Knights, of warriors from all over the world, and the brave - help the heroes.

That's where it was burning.

"Ampere!"

I can be stopped by Arnold.

Looking back feeling the footsteps rushing over here, there was Arnold's face right around the corner more than I thought.

"Two years from now, you're gonna get it."

"I'll try."

Words I don't know how many times. I smiled and smiled at it, but Arnold's face became even more serious.

"In case you fail the exam, I'll laugh for the rest of your life."

That's it?

Apparently Arnold wants me to take it.

If I were to be more honest, I think I should put about one word of encouragement on it, but I wouldn't expect that from Arnold's character.

With such disrespect, I tried to answer "ok" that. But faster than that,

"Waiting."

- Arnold's straight words rocked my eardrum.

Oh, my God, I can't even say those words. That, too, with those straight eyes.

I stared at my running back, in surprise. That back feels much more successful than it was three years ago. It may be normal considering the month of three years, but until now, I haven't noticed.

Mr. Caspel and Arnold have some conversation and start moving out of the courtyard. I dropped it off and then I walked out again.

- At the end of the day, me and Arnold never met until two years later.
