All the wheat and black wheat, which was a stunning golden plain, was pruned, and late autumn is about to see an early and silent winter in Viscount Cardia territory.

The apprenticeship soldier experience course is nearing its end, and there has been less vomiting back lately. Every day he walks a long distance with a longer-than-body than his body length, and he even wields it. It's weirder if you're not physically fit because you're mature with all that exercise.

The day of returning from the barracks to life in the Mansion has also become current, such a day. At the Lords' office on the ground floor of the Golden Hill Hall, which I thought I would never set foot in until the end of the course, I am currently taking a national situation class from the Earl of Teresia in front of four maps.

The Earl of Teresia has considerably reformed the laws in the territory, and everything concerning the leadership, in particular, is enacted by the hands of the Earl.

Until his arrival, there was no leadership. One way or another, a dozen of my father's surroundings were just flirting with weapons.

For once, in Arksia, all the kingdoms are ordained to have armies.

Especially since few countries are looking to invade Arksia, the continent's largest nation, the interior is more peaceful than it was when the kingdom was founded, and more often than not it is named after the leadership. It would not be an exaggeration to say that it is only the borderline uncle territory facing the border that holds a decent army.

The Arksian kingdom has renounced any aggression against other countries by military action since the time of its predecessor, the Holy Earl Kushafa kingdom. Since the transition to the present kingdom, the borders have always been closed and only those with the King's travel documents are allowed in and out.

There is only a peace treaty with foreign countries that does not interfere with each other in any way, or a friendly trade treaty that only allows trade exchanges of merchants approved by the state. I can almost say that it maintains its clan state.

The situation on the whole continent is marked by the rise and fall of nations day and night. This is the kind of situation in which states other than the Arksian kingdom lay almost constant wartime alert systems throughout the state.

Only the Arxian kingdom can keep that peace.

, it is to a large extent relevant that other countries remain undeveloped from the size of small countries. Countries are busy with countries of the same size, and they don't have time to reach out to Arksia, a prominent power.

There is, of course, a reason why the Earl of Teresia is raising a leader here in Viscount Cardia territory. This is the end of our vigilance against eastern countries.

"The Principality of Lindar United, is it"

I might change my name to Empire.

Four countries have been expanding their territory for about a hundred years in the eastern part of the Arxian kingdom. That is, the four principalities of Denzel, Pranates, Geograd, and Permiglan.

Originally, a nation ruling the eastern part of the northern part of the continent, known as the Kingdom of Lindar, began to make its ruling by placing four principalities in the north-south, east and west, a group of nations that occurred because each principality strengthened its character as an independent nation as it absorbed the proximate multi-ethnic groups.

Among those four principalities, there has been a move to set up a Grand Duke to reunite as a Union, he said. Though they may rename themselves as empires, as each puts a large number of peoples under its control.

Now it is time for the four principalities to be small in size when compared to Arksia, but if they are put together as one nation, they will become comparable powers to Arksia. If the same degree of statehood were to be born, the advantages retained by one Arksian nation would disappear. According to Lindar's movements, war between the two countries is also a realistic possibility.

"Cardiac territory only pinches King Yugfena territory between the Principality of Denzel and the Not only will you be ordered to join the front if you start a war with Lindar, but you can also be a battlefield if you do poorly."

The Earl of Teresia bites it down and gives a detailed explanation, slamming it into his head as he stares at the map with the northern part of the continent marked.

The balance of power in the northern part of the continent changes with the establishment of Lindar. It is Arxia who will be most directly affected by this, because, regardless of the interior, Viscount Cardia, located in the eastern and outer interior, is inescapable of the need to take a system of vigilance.

Since Lady Mareshan had only received detailed lectures on domestic matters, the Count of Teresia had to successively pinch an overview of events outside the country.

It was only in the morning that the Count entered the office, but it was only after a snack at noon that he came to the point.

"... I was thinking of going a little further to tell you about Lindar. At least after your birthday celebration. There's a reason I'm early."

The Earl of Teresia introduced the subject as such.

He first takes a precisely depicted map of the northern centre of the continent to point to the border between the Principality of Denzel and King Yugfena territory.

"You know the Yugfena Castle Fort is built along the border, right?

"Yes."

It's a fort where the Raswiwok brothers are raised. Oriental, beyond the forest zone known as the Demonic Forest, becomes the main shipping destination for cereals made on Cardiac territory.

It's not like the distance is open, but I have to bypass the forest area, so would it take me four days using a horse to get there?

The Earl moved his fingertips to the northeast of King's territory. Write a circle around near the southern end of the Bandicia plateau and tap gently.

"Do you know anything about nomadic people?

"Ethnicities that take a lifestyle that regularly moves pastoralist animals to the industry. Does it fit?

"There's no doubt about that perception. In the southern part of the Bandicia plateau, there is a nomadic group called the Shir. They were under Altrus' control, but since Altrus was supposedly fallen in Denzel, they have fought Denzel with the surrounding farmers."

Drawing on the oldest of the four maps prepared by the Count, check the prints of Altras, who is now in exile. It is the nation that temporarily ruled the eastern part of the Black Mountains, including the Bandicea Plateau. It is now incorporated as the territory of Denzel, having lost any function as a state because of the fall of its capital, Remesh, in the land north of the plateau, to Denzel.

The Earl of Teresia pinches a word that Altras was originally founded as an ethnic state of the Altras, including the Sir, and was an empire that took in the farming peoples around him.

"Denzel is subduing agricultural land in the east and the Shir are gradually moving west. If you come down along the plateau, there will be war in front of the king's realm. That area has a plain spread. Reports were made that farmers who were actually working hand in hand with the Shir in the House of Lords are being protected in fortifications as refugees"

There is not a single victory on the part of the Shir, and it is unlikely that Denzel will leave them alone when it comes to establishing Lindar.

Five years have passed since Altras erased his name from the map. Maintaining the anti-war regime will never be accepted by the long Cyr people as the people of Denzel after their defeat.

"The Denzel side intends to stop the Shir tribe, and the Shir side is fighting it with knowledge..."

"That's right. There is no further surrender. However, the Shir tribe is an outstanding horseback riding nation, albeit a minority tribe. I don't think they'll destroy us by the time we get to Arksia."

There will always be a showdown of the Sils with the fort on their back - then the Arxian side cannot remain irrelevant either. You can assume that the life of the service will come to the people facing King Yugfena's realm.

"It will be the Lords who will lead the leadership. I mean, Eliza, it's you."

As Viscount Cardia, he succeeded to the title, but the duty arises. The Arxian royal nobles, immersed in peace, had me march the title four years before Lindar's story did not even exist at the time.

"You can leave command on the battlefield to Calvin, the general of the leadership, but at least you'll be out to the fort. If there's anything you can do to defend the fort, you'll have to hold your weapon too. I'll teach you how to lead a soldier and how to ride a horse as soon as you get back from barracks."

There's no way I can say yes or no.

The battle that I always thought was far away, that it was imminent as a reality, could be seen in the eyes of the quiet Earl of Teresia, but it was no more than a snort.
