"Hey, are you sure you want to eat as much as you want?

"Oh, you can eat as much as you want during the festival. Eat as much as you want."

Wow, I did it!

The view is seen in a square in Paraméa, a waterfront fortress.

In the middle of the square, a huge campfire made of wood is set on fire.

And in the vicinity, there was an ancient instrument playing around here, and many people were dancing along with it.

Those playing the instrument were the people who lived in the village near Paraméa.

It was music that I thought I absolutely needed for the festival.

There is a culture of music that can be played and enjoyed in any world, including the previous life.

But it varies from region to region.

Even though it was closer to this paraphernalia than to Barca, the music in Ghanaian territory seemed a little different.

In a world where mobility is poor, society is small and closed, and it is complete in it.

Those who enter there with their feet and vandalize will be seen as enemies if they look at the small society.

If you were to play music from other parts of the world at a festival to comfort the neighbors, you would feel like you have been denied culture by the desolation of your land and the loss of your life.

That's why I adopted music from around here.

This is not just an enemy, but an appeal to blend in with you.

At the same time, we decided to give the festival a fruitful profit with immediate effect.

That's what I've prepared and made all-you-can-eat.

This is particularly effective for children.

There are angry children everywhere.

And those who feed the children are on their side, not their enemies.

No matter what parents or adults around them say, it's not the magic of food.

So I decided to transport a lot of food to grab the children's stomachs and behave at this festival.

"Ugh... you..."

"Dad... You're really dead."

But some of the children's cheers echo, and others sob.

They planted flowers on stone tablets a short distance from the campfire, and tears were pouring down on the ground in front of them.

The tablet was made of magic by me.

It uses magic to create a huge cured brick that looks like marble and turns it into a stone tablet.

And the stone tablets bear the names of those who died in Paramère.

After all, I landed when this Paramedia fell. I checked what I had left of it.

It was the church in particular that went first.

The church keeps a register of the people who live there.

I remembered that record in my brain under [Memory Storage].

It excluded only those left on the list that were known to be survivors and inscribed their names on stone tablets.

By the way, the priest who was lucky enough to entrust this church wasn't in Paraguay when it submerged.

I can say he was lucky, but he was lucky to me.

Thus, people who found the names of their families, relatives, and acquaintances in the stone tablets they had made shed tears.

You can fill your stomach with food, but sometimes it's important to cry.

Because by crying from the bottom of your heart, you can also heal your wounds.

The festival lasted for several days.

Because I wanted so many people to join me.

And on the last day, I had an event where I floated my magical creation in the water of the lake.

What I make is called bottleneck.

This is the one with the ship's model in the glass bottle.

The magically made glass bottle is lit with the magic [lighting] of life, and floats on the lake with the hands of the residents.

It was incredibly fantastic to have just made quite a few and they were swaying all at once on the lake at night.

Thus, the Paramedian festival was generally held without any problems.

"Hmm, there aren't so many slimes downstream of Paramedia, are there?

"Yes, that's right, Mr. Balka. There are several water fields in Arbarest territory, but not so many slimes. And in the river, fish can be caught normally."

"Can I sell that fish? If we can harvest it steadily, we'd like to be able to eat it from the balkans."

"Yes, but it's not that delicious. We don't sell everything in Arbarest because we use dried food as a preserve."

"It's okay. Sometimes I want to eat fish, but most of all I want to be financially connected to Paraméa. Fish are quite valuable in Balka, close to the forest. Some people will want to buy it even if it's not that delicious."

"I see. It's really helpful if we can sell things."

"Okay, that's settled. Thank you. So, is there anything else I should know?

"Ah, um, can I be rude? Actually, there is a dangerous place in the river passing near our village. I've been asking the Knights for construction before, but it's hard to get there. Um...."

Ah, the river construction. Very well. We will send a Vulcan knight. I think that you will do people in advance. I mean, it's gonna be a live evaluation, but is that okay?

"Yes, yes. Thank you very much."

"Ah, then we'll do the same....."

There were other reasons why the festival continued for several days.

It is for discussion with powerful people around here.

Power holders here are basically village and town chiefs around them.

As chiefs, they collect villages and pay taxes to the lords.

And even if control was transferred from House Arbarest to House Fontana, it basically remains the same.

It's because it's quicker to say, "Pay taxes at home from now on" to the people who originally put the villages together than to replace the village chiefs one way or another.

I talked to the village chiefs and decided how to develop the surrounding land.

Especially where there are rivers, it seems that there are quite a few floods due to heavy rain.

The most common was the development of such rivers.

In addition, in consultation with Ghana, village chiefs will also select people to live on land that has been [leveled] and [soil improvement].

It would have been nice to have redeveloped the fields on the land around Lake Paramère first.

At first, the village chiefs, who seemed to have had some kind of rebellious side to Ghana, were actually shown that they might get a newly developed field, and some people changed their opinions.

Then, I guided them to have some profit at home.

I've done this, but the land around here will be Ghanaian home territory.

It won't leave much benefit to me.

So I found out that it was only possible around here and signed a deal to trade with Barca as a matter of priority.

Although there are rivers in the Knights of Barca, there are not many fish to catch.

If the fish around here can be obtained stably, let's say it's okay.

In this way, we succeeded in creating a foundation that was not only shaped, but also easy to accept Fontana's rule over the residents of neighboring Paraguay for the time being.
