Around noon the next day...

"Right there."

Gard, with a sword on his hip, points to his finger. It was a cave pocketed in the rocky mountains.

At the entrance are two goblins armed with crude spears.

A goblin is a popular monster with a back length of about 150 cm and the same bipedal creature as a human being. My skin is brown and my head is big. Features yellow eyes with no eyes and a large mouth and fangs ripped to the ear. It has its own language system, but its cultural level is low. The clothes it wears are poor.

The lookout is relaxed and lacks concentration, but that would be for nocturnality.

We're here to raid Goblin's bunk. Now he's hiding in the bushes near the cave and wants to see how it goes.

"Finally."

Laura crushes nervously next to me.

When I say why this happened, the story goes back to last night.

We were led to the village of Laura.

On the road, Laura and Gardo had this conversation.

"Uncle Gard, a goblin, lives in a nearby cave?

"Oh. I wouldn't have done anything if I hadn't gotten close to their territory, but Laura would know things have changed in the last year, too, right?

"Yeah. How many times have there been incidents like a villager out there being intimidated?"

"Luckily there wasn't any damage... so I finally crossed the line the day after Laura left the village"

"What happened?

"They attacked the village."

"Huh!?

"Come on, there were only a few Zako goblins, so the young people managed to repel them and no one died..."

It's dangerous.

"So as a village, we were on guard... with strong arms."

"What do you do with the goblins? You're leaving me alone?

"No, no... that's right... I can't stand it if you're serious about attacking me. I asked my lord to march. We're going to attack first."

Therefore, a banquet was held in the village to welcome the five soldiers seconded by the Lords.

That's where Gardo distracted me.

"Sit at the end of the banquet and eat some dinner. There's good stuff out there."

"Let's sneak up on something delicious, Mr. Alberto!

It was a less-interested story, but I would have trouble breaking up with Laura, the innkeeper and village guide. I had no choice but to follow.

Five soldiers were in a good mood to talk down in the ballroom.

"Ha-ha-ha! Goblin, leave this Garcia to me! Let's cut him loose!

The five are feeling well drunk and blowing their strength out loud.

... as far as solidifying around with the women of the village and the look on their faces is concerned, they don't seem to be of very good quality though.

"Thank you Lord for your kindness! You sent us to such a cursed village!

Apparently the drunk Garcia hasn't noticed, but spicy emotions linger in the faces of the villagers around her.

... cursed, village...?

Probably reacted to that word. If you ask Laura next door, she might tell you... it's hard to ask...

That's when Garcia, the drunk, turned her attention to this one.

"Come on! You have a pretty, young woman! Come here and deal with him!

Laura next door shook her body in Garcia's words.

"What, you don't like it!? We're in danger for this village! Is that a good attitude?!?

... just don't be too harsh...

Laura said in a small voice to me.

"It's okay."

Laura sits next to Garcia.

"Women are young, after all."

Garcia speaks in a grumpy tone as she exhales her sober breath at Laura.

Garcia's eyes looked at Laura's hair as she appropriately dealt with her in an unfamiliar way.

"Hmm? You have amazing gray hair... is that it? Is the witch's blood out thick?

"... Yes, perhaps..."

What do you mean, you're a magician?

"Yes, you can use some"

"All right, all right, all right!

Good evening! and excited Garcia slaps the floor.

"You better have a lot of fighting power! You, follow the Goblin exorcism!

"Huh?"

"Ma, wait! This kid is just a kid!"

and the woman sitting next to him rushes in to crack it.

Garcia pushed the woman away with careless hands.

"You have nothing to do with witchcraft, do you? I don't care if it's a child or not. Can you use one or two of the attack magic?

"Yes."

"It's for the village. Are you coming?

"Absolutely."

Laura nodded without hesitation.

It's not because Laura was told - it's also been conveyed to me that she's trying to fight for the village.

So I decided I was ready to help.

I can only use magic for one thing.

But one of them is fortunately attack magic. I'm sure it'll help you get rid of the goblins.

That's how around noon the next day I was supposed to join the Goblin Crusaders.

The crusaders are five soldiers and twenty villagers, including Garcia, and me and Laura.

The soldiers are armed with metal long swords and armor, but the villagers are about daggers and hand axes. A few people in armor just wear skin breasts and gloves to the point of rest. Almost no-guard.

You shouldn't put too many villagers on the front line......

"Hey, gray-haired woman. Shoot the magic arrow."

"Okay."

"Prepare the bow, too."

Four villagers bow softly.

"Shoot in conjunction with the witchcraft of a woman. You got it."

Laura set up Wand.

I breathed softly, and uttered words that triggered it.

"Magic Arrow!

Shortly afterwards, two white arrows generated by magic were released to the goblins on the lookout.
