Damon pulled back from the embrace.
"Let’s do it now."
Seraphina blinked. "Now? Here?"
"The Azure Dragon Spirit’s power is still fresh in this space," Damon said.
"It’s the best time."
He guided her to sit cross-legged on the stone platform.
The cavern hummed with residual energy from the spirit’s departure.
Silver veins pulsed along the walls, casting shifting light across their faces.
Seraphina looked up at him.
"What do I need to do?"
"Nothing," Damon said. "Just stay still and let it happen."
He placed his palm against her chest, just above her heart.
’System, Transfer the Azure Dragon Bloodline and Physique copy, both to Seraphina.’
A surge of power erupted from Damon’s palm.
Seraphina’s back arched as golden-blue energy flooded her body.
Her veins glowed beneath her skin, pulsing with the ancient power of the Azure Dragon.
She gasped, her hands gripping the stone beneath her.
"Stay with me," Damon said.
Seraphina nodded through gritted teeth.
The energy spread through her meridians, reshaping them. Her bones creaked as they reforged themselves. Her organs burned as they absorbed the new bloodline, integrating it into her very essence.
She cried out once.
Damon held her steady, his hand never leaving her chest.
The light intensified. The cavern shook. Cracks spread across the stone platform as the Azure Dragon’s power poured into Seraphina’s body.
Then it stopped.

"Easy," he said. "Let it settle."

They emerged from the cave into the glowing valley.
The sky above the Azure Dragon Realm burned with streaks of violet and gold.
Spiritual energy hung thick in the air, so dense it felt like walking through water.

The world sharpened.
He could see the flow of energy across the valley, the veins of power running beneath the earth, the life forces of beasts and plants scattered across the landscape.
And in the distance, he sensed them.
Ariel’s presence burned like a blue flame near a large lake to the east.
Mio and Mia’s shadows moved through a crystal forest to the north.
Lark’s light flickered on a mountain peak to the west.
"Where to?" Seraphina asked.
Damon considered.
The Chaos Devourer had reacted to something in the distant mountains. That was likely the most valuable prize in this realm.
But his women came first.
"Let’s go East," Damon said.
"Ariel’s alone. We’ll pick her up, then head north for the twins."
Seraphina nodded.
They moved.
Damon activated Astral Step, his body blurring as he crossed the valley at high speed.
Seraphina followed, her new bloodline granting her wind affinity that let her keep pace effortlessly.
Minutes passed.
Then Damon slowed.
Ahead, the lake stretched across the horizon, its surface shimmering with condensed spiritual energy.
And at its shore, a figure stood with a trident in hand.
Ariel.
She turned as they approached.
Her eyes widened when she saw Seraphina.
"Damon? And... Senior Seraphina?"
"Things changed. Just called her Seraphina." Damon said.
"Seraphina’s with us now."
Ariel’s gaze flickered between them.
Then she smiled.
"Good. The more sisters, the stronger we become."
Seraphina blinked.
"Sisters?"
"You’ll understand," Damon said.
