Dhiraj studied it for a moment before turning back to the room.

Around the table sat representatives from manufacturing, infrastructure deployment, Atlas, Project Forge, and the newly formed Engineering Validation Initiative. For the first time, more than half the people attending had joined Aetherion within the last year.

The company had grown beyond a group where everyone knew every engineer by name.

That realization lingered quietly in the room.

Aarya broke the silence.

"The Ministry confirmed the pilot framework this morning."

Several heads lifted.

"They’re approving the Maharashtra Engineering Validation Network as a supervised national pilot."

Sameer leaned forward.

"No central authority?"

"No," Aarya replied. "Regional councils. Independent reviews. Shared evidence repositories."

Exactly as they had proposed.

Dhiraj nodded once.

"Good."

Then he looked toward Project Forge.

"The challenge starts now."

The room became noticeably quieter.

"Technology scales faster than institutions," he continued. "If we don’t build a process that survives disagreement, every deployment after Maharashtra becomes political."

No one argued.

Because everyone understood he was right.

Outside the glass walls, excavators finally began moving.

The future campus was no longer a blueprint.

It had become a construction site.

Their response would decide whether the next battle was fought through engineering—or through influence.
