However, when discovering the Glazed Tile Prince nearby, those auras dispersed rapidly, like a receding tide.

Though it was only a moment, Lin Xuan still felt cold sweat.

These killing auras were too terrifying, all emitted by powerful entities.

Even if Lin Xuan was formidable, facing dozens of such powers at once, he wouldn’t withstand it.

Fortunately, he didn’t recklessly charge into the core of the Glazed Tile Palace.

Upon entering, Lin Xuan looked around curiously.

He found that this core area was even more magnificent and vast compared to the periphery.

Endless in sight, like a grand kingdom.

The Glazed Tile Prince was flying swiftly, crossing countless mountains and rivers.

Finally, he stopped before a black mountain.

Swoosh!

With a gesture, the glazed aura on Lin Xuan also vanished, and then Lin Xuan’s figure manifested.

Surrounding him was a stretch of mountains, and ahead were three peaks.

Three towering peaks, reaching ten thousand feet high, piercing the clouds.

Moreover, these peaks emitted terrifying auras, as if mountains from the Divine World.

Their terrifying aura was indescribable.

If that were all, it wouldn’t have been enough to shock Lin Xuan.

What shocked him was that although the three peaks ahead emitted terrifying auras, upon closer inspection, they were all different.

The mountain peak on the left was fiery red, with towering flames and molten lava forming a world of fire.

The fearsome fire energy amazed Lin Xuan immensely.

He could feel that this flame was even more terrifying than the Heavenly Mysterious Flame he acquired from the Heavenly Nether Bird.

The central peak was surrounded by black lightning.

The violent energy continuously pierced through the void.

This power of thunder and lightning was rarely seen in Lin Xuan’s lifetime.

The third peak was snow-white, covered in snow, emitting a chilling icy breath that could be felt even from afar.

Each of the three peaks towered into the clouds, containing three distinct powers.

"What do you think of these three peaks?" asked the Glazed Tile Prince, in a deep voice.

"Mysterious, and containing powerful energies," Lin Xuan replied, unsure of the Prince’s intentions in bringing him here.

Upon hearing Lin Xuan’s words, the Prince nodded, recognizing their strength, beneficial even to powerful entities.

"Would you like to enter?"

"You want me to enter?"

Lin Xuan was astonished; he hadn’t expected the Prince’s inquiry.

Soon after, his eyes burned with eagerness.

Indeed, the power contained within those three peaks exceeded the wind, fire, and thunder energies he possessed.

If he could enter and refine the energies within, his strength would certainly enhance further.

However, there’s no such thing as a free lunch.

"Why would the Glazed Tile Prince want to help him? Is it just because of his talent?"

"Naturally, I wish to enter such strange peaks, but I wonder what conditions the Prince might have?" Lin Xuan asked.

Upon hearing this, the Prince chuckled, "You really are a clever lad. I do have some conditions."

Instead of stating the conditions immediately, the Prince began introducing the miraculous peaks ahead.

"Have you heard of the Hell Three-headed Dog?"

Hell Three-headed Dog!

Lin Xuan was stunned, indeed he had heard of it.

He was no longer a beginner; this Three-headed Dog was renowned among Heavenly List Demon Beasts for its considerable strength.

It was said to specifically suppress the Nine Netherworld Hell, incredibly fearsome.

Soon after, Lin Xuan’s pupils contracted sharply, his expression of shock evident.

"Could it be that these peaks are connected to the Hell Three-headed Dog?"

He was indeed shocked, for besides its formidable power, the Hell Three-headed Dog possessed three heads.

Each head mastered the power of fire, thunder, and ice.

Similar to the Three-headed Zhu Xue Bird, yet much more powerful!

"Indeed, these peaks are connected to the Hell Three-headed Dog."

"As for the exact relationship, it’s a secret of the palace that cannot be divulged. But know that entering them is a tremendous opportunity."

Lin Xuan took a deep breath; the reputation of the Three-headed Dog was colossal. He hadn’t expected the peaks ahead to be related to the Hell Three-headed Dog.

Moreover, regardless of the actual connection, he was tempted just by the energy attributes sensed within these peaks.

Thus, he asked once more, "What conditions does the Prince require?"

"Complete three tasks for me. Once done, I’ll allow you to enter the Purgatory Mountain."

"Three tasks, which three tasks?" Lin Xuan asked.

"These tasks are not simple, and can be considered quite perilous. I can’t reveal them all at once; only after completing one will I disclose the next task."

"In the past, more than one person accepted such tasks from me, but unfortunately, none succeeded."

"Are you willing to accept this task?"

"None succeeded?"

At these words, Lin Xuan furrowed his brow, wondering if the task was an astonishing feat.

Thinking this, he said, "Prince, I’m just a humble Six-star King, though I have some power to rival great entities."

Yet if it exceeds my abilities, I might not be able to accept.

"Rest assured, it won’t exceed your capabilities."

"At least, you won’t be pitted against Supreme Great Powers," said the Prince. "You’re someone I’ve chosen; I need you to help counter the power of other palaces in the future."

"Therefore, I wouldn’t send you to your doom."

"However, while not facing a Supreme Great Power, it’s still extremely hazardous. So whether to accept, it’s up to you."

"I can agree to your three conditions, but must first be granted entry into one of the peaks," Lin Xuan replied.

"Of course, I can first let you enter the Fire Mountain. Then you can proceed with the first task."

Said the Prince.

With a wave of his sleeve, the clouds ahead churned, and a glazed aura quickly paved a Heavenly Bridge.

Connecting beneath Lin Xuan’s feet to the distant Hell Mountain.

"I will allow you entry into the Fire Mountain, but the duration you spend inside and the opportunities you seize will depend entirely on yourself."

"Thank you, Prince!"

Lin Xuan clasped his fists, then strode onto the glazed Heavenly Bridge. He gazed at the distant peak, eyes shining.

His heart was immensely excited.

Soon his pace quickened, in no time he reached before the Fire Mountain.

In the next moment, he stepped forward and fully entered the Fire Mountain.

"Young lad, let’s see if you’re capable of helping me achieve the task,"

The Prince whispered deeply.

He did not leave but waited silently here.

Meanwhile, Lin Xuan had entered the Fire Mountain.

Upon entry, he felt overwhelming heat, transforming into waves of fire, surging towards him.

As if intending to incinerate him into ashes.
