Invincible Saint ~Salaryman, the Path I Walk to Survive in This Other World~
174 Unactivated magic and concealment
Mr. Orford chose an easy-to-understand book about magic while sitting in a magic library.
And Mr. Orford told me that all four of the attributes I have are Saints, Flames, Soil, and Thunder.
Apparently he really had appraisal skills, and I don't want to tell you that I felt a little sorry for him, but this one was a big shame because Spirit protection had nothing to do with attributes.
Mr. Orford's lecture, but only three were said.
"Magic is all about understanding chants, imagining events in detail, working out magic and interfering with the world to activate them."
"The same thing used to be written in the elementary magic book I saw in the Healer's Guild."
"When you change chants by image, good parts and bad parts come out, but they differ from person to person, so you see them as personalities and encourage training."
"" "Yes" "
Finally, the two aptitudes were also seen by Mr. Orford, who found that Nadia had lightning, water and wind attributes and Lydia had basic four-attribute aptitudes.
Then, for some reason, he was motivated to take on the two instructors as well.
But what I was waiting for was a reading named Lecture.
... I want to be taught about chanting and magic formations, but for some reason I just talk extensively about what's in the book, and then gradually I get sleepy.
That's why I decided to ask Mr. Orford to tell me if there was a good place to activate the magic by mistake.
"I remember all the level i chants of attributes that are right for me, so is there somewhere I can inadvertently activate them?
"Hmm, I certainly don't need a real fight either. Okay, we're heading to the magic training ground. There has been a prized training ground for the Sorcerer's Guild, covered in walls that heal instantly, no matter how much magic is unleashed and broken, since this Nerdar was created."
Mr. Orford laughs happily, but what he was thinking earlier and the fact that he has a dragon has apparently figured out the right answer to what the hell this Nerdar is.
"Thank you."
But I never opened my mouth about it.
Because if I put it out in my mouth, I'm sure that will become a reality...
As I followed Mr. Orford out of the magic library, I was thinking about the two followers.
They thought they could use magic because they were noble ladies, but in retrospect, they had never used any magic before.
Isn't it not only the attributes, but the job has something to do with magic, even though it's aptitude to think about it that didn't cast magic? I really think so.
And Lydia can exercise spiritual magic, too, but can ordinary magic be done and used? I had some doubts about that.
I also wondered that Mr. Orford, who viewed the status of the two of them, did not point it out, but he told himself that it was all after training.
When I walked into the door, which was about a minute away, from the Magic Guide Library, it was just a training ground to illuminate the boss room, although there was no anger there.
"What do you say? Pretty nicely made, huh? No magic can break here."
"... thank you. Sit down. Then I will try until the magic is expressed. Let's both try it first."
This is how I started my magic training, but I can enjoy this.
I had a feeling about that.
Yes. I only had a hunch, but that expectation is betrayed.
I tried all the attributes as normal chanting, chanting shortening, chanting discarding, unchanging, intrinsic chanting, magic formation chanting, but the attribute light just floods and wraps around like a fantasy wand sucks it, and it never activates.
"If you're being sucked at magic, you can activate it if you don't have anything"
I tried to reactivate the magic of the flame attribute, Torch, but now the magic got caught up in my body and I couldn't express the magic in the end.
It turns out that for some reason the magic is diminishing, so I'll take a look at the proficiency, but the growth of the attributes wasn't improving one bit.
I was a little lost but decided to ask Mr. Orford about an issue I wasn't likely to be able to open myself.
If you're the head of a magic guild, don't you know this phenomenon, too? Because I had such expectations.
"Mr. Orford, chanting magic entails the magic of that attribute, and it doesn't activate at all, can you give me any advice?
"... it manipulates the magic well, and the control is well balanced. But despite all the chanting, it's the first time I've seen someone whose magic doesn't work."
He said words like that with his troubled face tilting his neck.
Then I wanted you to tell me what to do, but I didn't mean to say anything, I was just staring at the magic training between the two of you this time.
"Mr. Orford, I have two... no, I have three questions"
"Uhm. If that's what Non knows, I'll answer it."
Ask me if I'm happy to be questioned.
Nadia and Lydia watching that also felt like asking questions later.
"So, first of all, other than Holy Attributes, no healing magic exists?
"There is. If it is a light attribute. It's all about attacking, aiding, recovering."
"But that was something only a brave man could handle, right?
This guy asks a lot, but he feels like he's searching for a reincarnator plainly.
"Don't be so familiar. Brave men can have all their attributes. That's what the literature tells us."
I don't know what makes me so happy, but I guess this guy essentially likes to talk to people.
If I thought so, I didn't feel the need to talk.
For that reason, I decided to bump all the questions about the direct ball match.
"... what can ordinary people use?
"If you mix holy attributes magic with water and wind attributes, it may be possible, but it may have been in ancient times, but there is no story that it could be restored."
"In the past?
"I don't know.
Mr. Orford shakes his head quietly to the side and touches his long beard.
"Really? Well, that's right. Someone would have told me if I had known... So here's my next question: Is it possible I'm under the influence of Job that I can't handle multi-attribute magic well?
"It doesn't. There may be some waste on activation if the job itself changes, but no problem."
Mr. Orford's face was full of confidence.
Considering that, I was somewhat concerned that the Pope did not know about this.
Well, thinking about it, my head starts hanging over whether I'm missing something to use magic, or whether it has something to do with getting dragon or spiritual protection and getting easier and more attributes.
I decided to look for a book with this information later in the magic directory library around here.
And ask the last question.
"One last question, the creation of this training ground is very similar to a labyrinth, but if you know why, I'd like you to tell me?
When I asked him that, it was only for a moment, but Mr. Orford's face hardened and I felt it obviously tense.
"Hmm. I don't know what it really is, but maybe he built a labyrinth for reference."
But I immediately pasted my usual smile and blurred and answered this question.
"Really? By the way, how many more training grounds are there like here?
"... I think it was only three, but why would you do that?
"We have some things to look into here, so we plan to stay for the time being. It just doesn't seem like the training area can be used at any time, so I asked."
If there were a similar training ground, wouldn't there be a dragon sealed gate showing up there? I decided to delude myself this time because I don't need to be stupid and honest about that hypothesis.
"Right. You can rest assured that you will be able to get through most of the neighborhoods with a map of the Sorcery Alliance."
"Thank you. I'll sit down. If anything happens again, let me ask you a question."
While I was thinking about the future, I decided to study in my magic training and magic library books and ask about the opportunity to take Nadia and Lydia to the fountain.
