After observing the situation, Lin Xinghai no longer hesitated, picking up the two Tearing Rifles in front of him.

However, before he started firing, he turned to Little Fatty beside him. "Relay the order: tell everyone to turn off full-auto mode. Also, I’ll handle all the High Level Zombies. Conserve as much ammo as possible."

"This..." Little Fatty, who had been frantically spraying bullets, hesitated when he heard Lin Xinghai’s command. ’Full-auto and single-shot are completely different animals!’

But Lin Xinghai ignored him after giving the order. He simply pulled the triggers and began strafing the Zombies in front of him.

Of course, his strafing was on another level. After all, no one else could achieve a 100% hit rate while firing on full-auto, ensuring not a single bullet was wasted.

Little Fatty was still hesitating, but when he saw Lin Xinghai open fire, the Zombies clambering up from below instantly began to fall like raindrops.

The exceptionally agile High Level Zombies were his primary targets. As far as Little Fatty could see, not a single High Level Zombie remained in sight after just a few short breaths.

Lin Xinghai’s Perception Range now reached a full 1600 meters. Within that radius, he could directly alter a bullet’s trajectory. It was useless no matter how keenly the High Level Zombies sensed danger.

As they dodged, the bullets would simply change trajectory, piercing them precisely through extremely weak points like their eyes or mouths. It was a one-shot kill every time, even with standard ammunition.

At this moment, Lin Xinghai was not only firing on full-auto but was also dual-wielding. At this rate, he could kill 20 Zombies per second. In a minute, that number would climb to a terrifying 1,200.

In other words, as long as he had enough ammunition, Lin Xinghai could kill all 15,000 Zombies by himself in less than 13 minutes.

Seeing this, Little Fatty immediately relayed the order. Soon, the firepower coming from the mall noticeably diminished, but the rate at which the Zombies were dying skyrocketed.

Little Fatty stood right beside Lin Xinghai. It was his first time seeing what Lin Xinghai looked like when he went all out. ’He’s a literal killing machine!’

He also finally understood why he’d been told to prepare a full six automatic ammo loaders. Any fewer, and they would never be able to keep up with Lin Xinghai’s rate of fire.

Moreover, these weren’t just any six ammo loaders; they were the latest models from his Hongyu Group.

Not only was their loading speed more than double that of ordinary loaders, but they were also different in another way. Standard loaders required you to manually detach the magazine, wait for it to be filled, and then reattach it yourself.

These latest models, however, were fully automatic; each had a mechanical arm on top that could detach the magazines on its own.

But even so, Little Fatty felt a little exhausted just watching Lin Xinghai have to swap his guns every five seconds.

"Boss, how about next time I get you a couple of Heavy Machine Guns? We could load them with ammo belts, and you wouldn’t have to swap weapons so often," Little Fatty suggested.

Lin Xinghai’s firing faltered for a moment. "Good idea, but Heavy Machine Gun ammunition is too expensive. Just get me two light machine guns instead."

"Preferably ones with a really high rate of fire. As long as it’s under 30 rounds a second, I can control it with perfect accuracy."

Hearing this, Little Fatty felt a chill just thinking about it. ’If Lin Xinghai can dual-wield light machine guns like that, wouldn’t he be firing 60 rounds per second? That’s 3,600 rounds a minute!’

’He’d be a human reaping machine!’

"Stop gawking and start shooting. I’ll give you all some pointers on your Gun Technique later," Lin Xinghai reminded him.

By now, he had slowed his rate of fire. He’d been killing them so quickly that the first wave of Zombies was almost completely wiped out, and the next wave hadn’t caught up yet.

Besides, he needed to give the others a chance to practice.

At these words, Little Fatty snapped to attention. He instantly realized this was a golden opportunity and, not daring to waste a second, immediately raised his Tearing Rifle and began to shoot with intense focus.

After firing for a while, however, he glanced doubtfully at Lin Xinghai. He noticed that the man wasn’t even looking at him. ’How is he going to give me pointers later?’

Although he was confused, Little Fatty didn’t dare to ask and simply continued firing.

Ten minutes later, the horde of 15,000 Zombies had been whittled down to just five or six hundred.

This small number of Zombies was no longer a threat, so Lin Xinghai put away his Tearing Rifles. He intended to leave the rest for the others to use as practice for their Gun Technique.

After putting down his guns, he turned to give pointers to Little Fatty. "Your shooting stance is very standard. I can tell you must have been trained by a Gun Technique master. However, you have a few bad habits when you aim."

Lin Xinghai pointed out several of Little Fatty’s mistakes in succession and then moved on to the next team member without waiting for a reaction.

As for Little Fatty, he was left standing there, stunned. He had never even noticed the details Lin Xinghai pointed out.

Of course, what amazed him most was that Lin Xinghai hadn’t even spared him a glance! ’How did he notice those details?’

And when he turned to look, he saw that Lin Xinghai only offered a few words to each person, but every member who listened would get a look of sudden realization on their face.

’Clearly, Lin Xinghai hadn’t just been observing him just now, but everyone else as well.’

Although Little Fatty was dying to know how Lin Xinghai did it, he was tactful enough not to ask. He stopped dwelling on the question, instead immediately correcting his shooting errors and continuing his practice.

’This is an absolutely golden opportunity,’ he thought. He had a premonition that if he seized this chance, his Gun Technique would undergo a fundamental transformation by the end of this mission.

...

It had taken Lin Xinghai nearly 10 minutes to clear out the Zombies, and another 10 minutes to instruct the other team members.

Of course, it wasn’t that he wanted to stop teaching. Rather, the five or six hundred Zombies he had left for the team to practice on had all been wiped out. With no targets left, he couldn’t teach even if he wanted to.

’Maybe I’ll leave over 1,000 Zombies next time,’ Lin Xinghai quickly adjusted his teaching plan.

After all, these weren’t ordinary Mercenaries. Even if a Zombie managed to get right in front of them, they could deal with it with a single slap.

He’d just seen one of the trainees practicing his Gun Technique at a leisurely pace, waiting until a few Zombies had climbed all the way up to his firing position before kicking them all back down. That’s when Lin Xinghai realized these people didn’t need him to babysit them at all. He could be a little more liberal with his teaching methods.

Of course, the next step was to clean up the battlefield and collect the loot.
