Iron Blood Earl Riccianne

Chapter 11. Closing, the War on Mines (3)

This meant that Earl Frost had already begun the battle, which meant that the Ruo Royal Guard garrison was already near. It came so deep that it could no longer go back.

Earl Crion, First Master, said with a cautious expression.

“Maybe I'm not in the camp yet. They may have encountered an enemy unit on the move, right? ”

Earl Crion's words echo in horror.

“You fool! ”

“Yes, yes? ”

“Have you ever seen them meet an enemy? ”

“I don't think so...... ”

“They haven't fought a single battle in countless battles. You don't think those bastards who dodged the troops of the Luo Kingdom have suddenly come upon us! ”

“Ha, but……. ”

“Shut up!”

Earl Holtz folds his arms in thought, covering the mouth of Earl Crion in pain.

It was too hard to come and go back without a guide. If we cannot retreat, we have no choice but to move forward. But it wasn't an easy decision.

The Confederate 1st Legion, led by Earl Holtz, was starving for two days. I wandered around the mountains hungry, most of my strength exhausted. No matter how well trained the Elite Soldier was, he couldn't fight properly.

Earl Holtz, who has been thinking for a long time, says to Earl Crion:

“Send a bottle to look around. ”

“Yes, Commander! ”

The commanders behind Earl Crion rush towards the soldiers, scared to death.

After the first wave of soldiers rush towards the sound, Earl Holtz also begins to move in that direction. In the judgment that it would be best if we were to engage Earl Frost and his forces at Ruo Kingdom garrison as soon as possible.

After about an hour or so of movement, the first bottles from the front come back.

And the story that came out of their mouths was a surprise.

“Say that again! ”

“Yes, Earl Frost and Earl Gronst are attacking the fortress of the Luo Kingdom Army. Strangely enough, Luo Kingdom troops seem to have no power anywhere. ”

“Earl Gronst's with you? They must have moved separately. ”

But more importantly, it was not the appearance of Earl Gronst. Earl Holtz asks again before he even hears the answer.

“You think the Ruo imperial army is powerless? What's that supposed to mean? ”

“There were only 2,000 of them combined, and the Royal Luo Army didn't seem to want to come out of the woodwork. ”

At that moment, there was something that popped into the mind of Earl Holtz.

“Have you seen any other troops? ”

Just then, another rookie arrives a little late, hurrying for help.

“Squad 2, squad 2 are on the main runway! ”

Between Bren and Ruo's garrison, there were three main routes for many troops to travel at once. Among them, the road that extends almost through the centre of the Acronian Mountains is called the Central Exit Route, which means that the 2nd Legion is waiting there now.

Earl Holtz looks after Earl Frost and comes down a narrow path, not a big road, but not the 2nd Legion.

A cold smile rises from the face of Earl Holtz.

“Looks like things are going well.... ”

Earl Holtz, who was briefly thinking of something, blurs his words and asks again to the bottleneck.

“Are you sure the reaction at the Ruo Royal Army outpost is not any different from what you said? ”

“Well, yes. ”

“If it is false, I will strike your head. Are you sure about what you said? ”

“Obviously.”

At last, the face of Earl Holtz is illuminated. I don't know what's going on, but something must have gone wrong at the Ruo Royal Army Outstation. Otherwise, only 2,000 troops are attacking, and there's no way they can be so passive.

Then, even though they starved for two days and lost a lot of stamina, if they attacked with the 2nd Legion, they might be able to capture enough.

And what if that becomes real? Earl Holtz was the first of many wars in the Acronian Mountains to take over enemy strongholds.

Earl Holtz hurries toward the bottleneck.

“Go to the place where the 2nd Company is encamped and attack the enemy stronghold in response to our attack. ”

“I understand!”

“Heh-heh-heh!”

The laughter spills from the mouth of Earl Holtz. It was true what the bottle said.

Despite the high standards surrounded by Earl Frost and Earl Gronst's bastions, there is no active response in the Luo Royal Army faction.

Never come back, what a great opportunity.

Once the two Earls Prokers and Gronst have taken over the Ruo imperial fortress, killing them should be a clean finish.

“Charge!”

The cloudy dust rises as the howl falls without delay.

The 1st Troop troops, who are aware of the situation, begin to squeeze the last of their power.

“Waaaahhhh!”

Despite starving for two days, there is a great shout about where such power comes from.

“Waaaahhhh!”

A shout echoes from another place, as if to answer that shout. It was a signal from the 2nd Company that received the shout of Satan as a signal.

As the dust settles, 20,000 troops quickly narrow the streets. A swift swoop of Confederate forces approaching 100 meters, but still no response from the Royal Forces of Luo.

“Got it!”

Earl Holtz clenches a burning fist. My hunch is right. Something must have happened in that fortress.

At last, the Confederate army was about to tap the wooden fence.

Kuaang!

Suddenly, the heavenly dust rose with a huge thumping sound of eardrums.

“Hmm!"

The startled Count Holtz looks at the place where the dust rose with an urgent look. But I soon remembered a smile on my mouth.

Some of the bindings were broken. The men who broke the scaffolding annoyed a little, but there was no problem.

After occupying the fortress of the Luo Kingdom army, they were going to behead them all anyway. I accidentally gifted them the accomplishments of occupying the fortress of the Luo Kingdom Army, but the moment I ignored my orders in the first place, it was as if their lives were already lost.

Earl Frost and Earl Gronst rush past the fallen scepter and into the keep. And then the Confederates charge in.

“Ahhhh!”

“Kuaak!”

A terrible scream erupted, but it sounded like beautiful music to Earl Holtz.

Soon after, the screams in the keep begin to fade. It meant that the occupation would be completed.

And that meant that the war on the mines had been over for eight long years.

There was an end to something, but it was not the process that mattered. The outcome of the war was important.

“Hehe, shall we go in? ”

Earl Holtz takes a relaxing step toward the keep with a smile on his face.

Meanwhile, the door on one side of the wooden ledge opens and the Confederate commanders appear to be about to greet Count Holtz.

“Hahaha, well done! ”

Marquis Holtz nods satisfactorily as he bursts into Paan Daeso. But something was wrong. Of course, Earl Krion and the other commanders had strange dark expressions to answer.

Earl Holtz, who feels something is wrong, stiffens his impression and asks.

“What's going on? ”

Earl Crion replies with a crawling voice.

“Th-that's ……. ”

“Answer me quickly! Have you not captured the Stronghold? ”

He asked the question and thought it was nonsense. If they hadn't conquered them, they wouldn't have opened the gate.

“Occupied. ”

“Then what's the problem? ”

However, Earl Crion is unable to open his mouth. Earl Holtz takes a big, stuffy step and pushes himself into the door.

At that moment, the voice digging into the ears of Earl Holtz.

“Hey, thanks for coming. that we don't have to do, that helps us do our job. ”

Earl Holtz truly doubts his ears. Of course, I heard a voice I could never hear here.

Then another voice rang before my ears.

“Back then, you were very brave today. ”

Eventually, the eyes of Earl Holtz turn toward the sound. And I saw it.

“Why are you guys……. ”

I couldn't speak a word. Why are they here? They should already be dead.

The people who caught the attention of Earl Holtz were Lycaen and Caith, who had been missing since they fell out of Jackson Canyon. The two of them were smiling meaningfully towards this side.

After a moment of silence, Lycaen turns to Earl Holtz.

“I need to talk to you... ”

At that moment, the eyes of Earl Holtz look down a little. Lycaen was on his knees, surrounding a man.

“Who is that……. ”

“Oh, this guy? General Ruo of the Royal Army. ”

“Well, what! ”
