② Skin peeling and dismantling

"Okay! Well, let's get started!

When I raised my voice in front of Gibba's giant, Ai-Fa, who was also clawing at the wall, snapped in a grumpy mood to "take it personally".

Maybe I'm not in a bad mood, I'm simply tired.

I'm a heck of a bitch, too.

First of all, it was a big job just to bring this giva back from the riverside, but then we had to turn straight to the riverside to exchange the Pico leaves and firewood collection, which was our original purpose.

Now there was no incident, either, but by the time I had finished all my work, the sun was already past Jomtien.

In other words, from early morning to noon, he worked out perfectly while scissoring the death battle with the serpent of Madarama in between.

In the afternoon, I was planning to go hunting for Gibba, so there was no rush work, so I decided to get to the bottom of Gibba.

Ey-Fa, who cooked the fire at my request, slowly lowered his back when he finished the role, and all he had to do was scratch the dried meat.

Side by side, I grabbed a knife I borrowed from Ai-Fa.

Now that we have completed the blood drainage and gut removal, the next step, of course, is "skin peeling".

There was a broken doorboard sleeping in the storage room, so I decided to let it be used as a workbench.

I didn't see any kind of desk, so I work locally, but this is all I have.

Cause Giva's body to lean back to install the prepared wood to the left and right to secure its posture.

Let's start with the back limb.

Insert a slice around the ankle with a sticky hoof. Insert the blade from the inside of the limb to the belly.

So, put the blade tip between the skin and the meat and peel off the slice.

Hmm, you're greasy.

Slightly between the skin and the meat. Is it about 1 or 5 cm thick?

It's a very cool story as an ingredient. The difficulty of working increases. If an animal is as low-fat as a sea lion, the flesh and skin will separate so quickly.

Well, it's all for a good meal.

Tilt the blade tip to the side and pull the muggle skin so that there are no holes in the fur, yet as much fat as possible remains on the meat.

Eventually, both legs of meat were exposed.

A limb, wrapped in bright white fat, stands out from the bare fur. It's a pretty surreal sight.

By then, the knife had almost gone numb already.

The blade became all over the fat.

So, whisk yourself in the boiled iron pan water and dissolve the fat.

This is why skinning cannot be done outdoors.

I wish I could have moved Kamado. The smell of cool blood and meat has already filled the room.

Whatever it is, plush the knife with the cloth cut I got for Ey-Fa, and get back to work.

Using the same procedure, skin the forelimbs.

It's easy to say by mouth, but it's already been about an hour at this point.

But the work is still at the beginning. Once the limbs are done, it's finally the torso.

Since the belly is completely cracked, that cross section shall be taken as the starting point.

The procedure is with the limbs. Place the blade tip between the skin and the meat and peel off the skin as it is cut.

However, when it is also a torso, it is not the usual area, so as we proceed with the work, it becomes more difficult to pull the skin. It glides with fat, and this doesn't hold the grip.

When that happens, drill a hole in the edge of the skin and hook your finger there.

Because it is thick fur at all costs, pulling it as hard as you can won't tear it like that.

If it tore, it tore. So, I'll drill another hole elsewhere.

It also removes fat from the blade on the eyelids, while peeling it off even anyway.

By the time Gibba's right half was upset, I was sweating, too.

As for the feeling, about two and a half hours. The light coming out of the window is still bright.

"Hmm. I think I'm gonna take a break."

Place the knife under Gibba's pillow and climb over the cloth.

So when I look back at the eye-fa for the first time in my hisa...

After all, Ai-Fa was decent.

It's soothing, but your eyes are round like those little kids.

It's quite a nice disparity because of the outrageous look that defaults.

"... you're a lot clever, Asta."

"Oh, well, only when it comes to cooking."

"And you're a lot more serious."

"Oh, well, only when it comes to cooking."

"... even if you don't follow such a nasty procedure, you can eat it if you boil Giva's meat or something. How can you be so serious with such an extra job?

I'm not going to be so narrow here as to offend you.

So, "I just like to eat and feed delicious rice," I answered peacefully.

I want you to decide if my job was an extra effort after you eat it.

"All right! Let's get back to work!

During this break, I was remembering one case.

There was something to be exchanged before the left half was left.

Amputation of the neck.

There are all kinds of organs stuck around my neck.

The one with the eyes and mouth and nose.

It is therefore difficult to peel off the skin.

So it would be wiser to cut off only the neck beforehand and treat it as something else.

That's why I get to cut my neck off.

Gibba, who had her skull cracked and was exposed to a crippled death face, said, "I'm going to make it delicious," and I just poked a knife under my mandible.

Whether stiffness had already begun after death, I felt the response was stiffer than when I drained blood.

Plus, as I cut through it, a cool amount of blood seeps through it.

There was only one way to do this. Blood draining doesn't make all blood suckalakan, let alone I'm an amateur, just an apprentice cook who relies on his memory three years ago to work stunningly.

Experience with boar demolition is unique. The tool is a small knife for hunting. A seventeen-year-old apprentice cook who crawls to the ground without a decent workbench and struggles to chop off his carcass.

That was no longer an eye-fa, so I might not be able to forbid one of the laughs.

But I had fun.

I could feel alive, all over my sweat and animal blood.

Making such a statement is likely to mislead me into thinking that I may even have a hounding hobby. What a psycho bastard dismantling an animal not just for eating, but for playing half the time, is shit.

I like to cook.

I grew up looking at my father's back from the moment I realized it, and by the time I entered elementary school, he was already helping me with the store.

Though that may not have been the path I chose at my own will, it could have been just my life running on prepared rails. Still, I wasn't dissatisfied.

My father's cliché was, "Try to find something funnier on your own than cooking".

If I still couldn't find anything, I wouldn't have to let him inherit the store because there was nothing left, my father laughed.

I guess that's one of the considerations my dad made me go to high school.

But I used to cook every day.

Why should I bother looking for something else when the food is so interesting? I couldn't find that inevitability in me.

One day, I'm going to cook you something that's going to make my dad sick, and that's all I thought about.

I like to cook.

"Hmm. That's just tough."

I got a glass of water from the water bottle about half way through my neck.

Cold and irresistible room temperature water, but it was sweaty so I felt terribly delicious.

Come on, let's get back to work.

The back of the knife must be for cutting corners and fangs, a gizzard saw blade, so the neck bone is cut off with it.

When he managed to cut the rest of it, his neck rolled over the doorboard.

Often I decide to skin my head as much as I need to and let it cut just around my neck and cheek meat.

Maybe there are other parts I can eat, but that's about the limit in my arms. Tan and all that is fascinating. I should have taught the hunter well.

Afterwards I get to peel the skin off my left half of my body, and when I'm done with that, I put Giva's body to bed on the side, and peel off the skin off my remaining back as well.

This completes the peeling.

Holes were emptied everywhere, but I could peel one piece of fur from the neck down with a connection.

It's a 70-kilogram grade with a length of 150 cm, so if you spread it out, it's quite a roll.

The body has fat all over the body, so it is a bright white meat mass everywhere.

Missing head, huge chunks of meat.

It is no longer difficult to tell what animal it is.

It's here too, it's rolling.

But there's no time to be hit by the aftertaste.

Finally, it's last-minute.

Skin peeling is completed and is the last step "dismantling".

Sleep the bare Giva giant on your back again and put the blade tip inside your hip first.

Cut the border between the back limb and the crotch, and if it does, twist the joint in the opposite direction.

There was a blunt sound and the tip of the femur fell out of the pelvis.

The wrinkly bones are white and beautiful.

Cut the rest of the tendons and muscles, and pull them in the opposite direction again, and the slip begins to peel off the flesh.

Place the blade tip along it and remove the right rear limb.

This is a big guy. There 'll be nearly 10 kilometers in one bottle.

When the right is done, then the left.

Once the left is done, the forelimbs are next.

The forelimbs come off as soon as the membrane on the surface is cut because the joints are not connected, like the pelvis.

Come on, it's a climax.

I no longer know the sense of time, but I feel the sun is getting a little yellow.

Maybe it's been about four or five hours since the start of the work.

"... Oh, yeah. Ai-Fa, where is the scarecrow?

Looking back at Ai-Fa for the first time again, unfortunately, it wasn't right.

Or the moment I looked back, I was stared at in a hazy way, and I couldn't even confirm what look I had on my face.

"What, were you asleep? Sorry I woke you up."

"I'm not sleeping! Can you sleep from this bright place!

Then why are you so angry? Ai-Fa stood up with his mouth as a letter to, and disappeared beyond the door.

Of the three, the middle room. It's a room that's supposed to hold utensils, wooden spoons, cookware, etc.

When he came out of there, Ey-Fa's hand was gripped by a scarecrow about 30 cm across the blade.

I can't tell the sword from the sword when it fits in the leather sheath, but when I pulled it out, it was definitely a scarecrow.

He's about five centimeters wide. The thickness is about 5mm. Thicker blade than my known scarecrow, but, well, there won't be a problem. Because the folks at the woods would have used this guy to build such a splendid house.

"I'm going to finish this so far, just give me a minute"

That's what I called him to when I received him, but Ai-Fa didn't even reply to me by turning to "Hmm".

I wonder what it is. The woman's heart is puzzling.

Anyway, it's a climax.

It's a "back crack," the big book round of demolition.

Break the spine into two pieces.

Plus, not horizontally, vertically.

That's how I divide my torso into two parts, left and right. This is called "branching".

In this way, it's easier to separate later.... only a hunter's buyout.

So, if this is the only big guy, it would be nice to use a chain sow. There is nothing but electricity in the land. It is the existence of any manual labor engaged spoiledly.

So I got to work.

As expected, this final process was the toughest physically.

I continued to excite the gorilla and the scarecrow, regretting that it would have been easier to work even if I had been forced to hang them.

The sharpness is, well, impeccable. If it had been a Sunday carpenter's hobby for me, I wouldn't have handled it that far.

But I didn't have that hobby, so I stuck it enough. Let me trick you. Breaking vertically a slippery spine with fat was no longer a half-breed struggle.

Sometimes I melted the fat off the blade and took about three breaks - it must have been about an hour later that I finished.

Peel off the broken spine, also pull out one rib at a time, and around the waist it feels almost like cutting the meat away, separating the meat from the bone.

And now, finally...

"... It's over. Ah!," he says, falling asleep in the big letters at the top, then waking up immediately.

The work is done, but the ex-post processing is not done.

"Come on, let's get it pickled up. Whatever this temperature is, the meat is getting damaged."

Only at the end did I get help from Ai-Fa as well, and I was able to nod my meat chunks safely into a pile of spices.

I think we could have collected about 40 to less than 50 kilograms of meat from the 70-kilogram class Giva. As an apprentice cook who doesn't specialize in this kind of work, I wonder if I can do it well.

"Oh, I'm tired! I can't lift my arm anymore!

Next time, I fell asleep in the big letters.

The sunlight that plunges through the window is completely changing to it at dusk.

From noon until dusk. If you think you spent about five or six hours working on it, well the calculations fit. I figured this world would be 24 hours a day too, and I blurred in the corner of my tired head.

"... dude. What are you going to do about it?

Called that way and looking back, Ai-Fa was royal beside Kama.

Rolling on the doorboards at its feet are giant furs broken in two and shredded heads of the left and right sides of the face, plus mountains of bone gallows.

"Oh well. It's a shame, but I wonder if I'll have to throw away the gala.... Usually, what's with the fur? You're just peeling off your feet, aren't you?

"I'm scraping off the sticky fat and then throwing it away. It's a lot of work to get rid of the skin."

"Will you throw it away? You don't even have the skin in other houses, do you? Then why don't we just present it to them?

"... if you engage with me, you will turn the Sung family against the enemy. Until then, there's no such thing as a house that wants fur."

"Huh. You're the ones who blame your heart.... Oh, you use fat for fuel, don't you? How are you going to scrape it off?

That's what I said. When I tried to wake up my body, I was cold pressed to "don't wake up" by Ai-Fa.

"It just takes a lot more work to get your hands on a person who's so rooted out. You go to sleep."

"No, but..."

"It's my job to sharpen the fat and to harvest the horns and fangs. You have to rest till then, because your job is at an evening stand."

It was a tremendously blurry tone, but that was a much appreciated offer.

I was literally running out of spirits and roots because I had been torturing my body this morning.

As a matter of fact, my eyelids were heavy just now.

"You're really sweet," he said, crushing it in his mouth or just in his chest, without even being able to recognize that as clear, I almost fainted momentum and rolled into the valley of sleepers.
