⑥ Xuan Weng Ting (top)

The story goes back a little.

Our first visit to the Xuanrong Pavilion was on the 18th of the Blue Moon.

On the day when the noise of the Sung family came to an end, the day after.

Though the public opinion was still precarious and it seemed premature to broaden the hand of commerce. I didn't have to worry too much about stimulating the people of the West if it was a job to wholesale food to the inn, and the Semirals' stay in Genos had cut off half a month left, so I bravely stepped out.

"Welcome, Asta of the people by the woods. I am honored to have invited you to this store."

It was a man named Nail, my husband, who went out of his way to greet us.

From the name of the store, I imagined an old man with a black beard. He's still a young husband who doesn't have to be thirty. The hair is brown, the eyes are corny, and the skin is ivory. The face is top-heavy, the back dress is middle meat and back, a typical western people and so on.

The only thing that seemed characteristic was that it seemed faceless and silent to all the people of the east.

"Nice to meet you.... I'm sorry I pushed you in such a hurry"

Currently, it was Jomtien.

We had to head to the Grand Tree Pavilion in the South an hour later, so at the same time that Li-Sudra arrived, we came to this Grand Ong Pavilion.

But the oligarchy husband has shaken his head loosely, "sticking, not rushing," he said.

"Okay, here you go. I'll show you to the kitchen."

The Xuanrong Pavilion was in a somewhat special place.

Instead of the stone streets, the shop was hidden away in a standing painting of a private house that went into the sidewalk from there.

The building, too, is two floors long but small in size and might not even have looked like an inn without a sign.

"Then I'll go. Thank you very much, Schmiral."

I bowed my head to Schmiral, who led me this far.

but a young man in the eastern kingdom with silver hair narrows his eyes a little sadly.

"Asta. Am I interrupting?

"Huh? No, that's not true, but Schmiral's busy, isn't he?

"... I want to see it"

He's about half his head taller than I am, and he's the kind of Schmiral who holds the head of a trade union at this young age. Sometimes you look strangely young. That's exactly what happened now.

"No, if Similar accompanied me, I'd be comfortable..."

When he responded, Schmiral narrowed his eyes slightly differently and nodded with a stiffness.

"I'll show you."

This way of narrowing my eyes is a way of narrowing when I'm happy, and I've converted my brain on my own, but I wonder what the truth is.

Whatever it was, we were supposed to take each other and step into the Xuanrong Pavilion.

There are four members.

Me, Schmiral, Vina-Lou, and the guard, Sin-Lou.

The noise of the Sung family came to a halt, but only Sin-Lu and Rud-Lu continued their escort duties, as they were to have such a complicated mood for the castle's humans, and two days earlier it was about to become a riot-like noise.

I asked if the hunter's job was okay, and now it seems that the neighborhoods of Luu and Rutim settlements have just entered the idle period of Giva.

That's how I stepped into the store, and I was supposed to say, "Wow."

The wall on the right hand side, on the door just behind the reception deck, was decorated with giant animal heads.

Peeled - I guess.

Only from the neck to the top of such animals, like sheep goats, grew from the walls.

"Amazing. What kind of animal is this?

"This is a beast called Gama, which lives in the territory of the Eastern Kingdom."

My husband Nail answers quietly.

A long, protruding nose with a buffalo-like corner that grew from the left and right of the head. The head would have been about the size of a human and the length of the curved corners would have been only 40 cm each. The furrows are stunning pitch-black, with splendid mustaches stretched long from the sides of the neck to the underside.

"The people of the east eat gamma. In the western kingdom, you don't get to eat very often."

Saying, Nail opened the door to the reception deck.

They say every inn leads directly to the kitchen there. I guess that means I'll accept food orders at this reception desk as well.

By the way, from a peek in the back, I didn't see any shadows of guests in the dining room on the ground floor. Like other inns, guests will be eating snacks in the open air area during the day.

"Go ahead," the voice leads, and the four of us knock on the door.

It was a decent kitchen for the size of the store.

Size, about six tatami. Two kamados on the back wall and two iron pans on top of it, with cookware hanging on the wooden wall, is sort of the default.

In the center of the room, a workbench is set, and the wall on the left hand side is a doorless shelf filled with dishes. Two water bottles on the right hand side. It is a truly simple kitchen with a persistent smell of vanilla and meat.

But the atmosphere was kind of nice.

In the space called the kitchen, I think the human personality who uses it appears strong. So I could only feel a little familiarity with your young husband, who had no love or affection.

"I will present the conditions first," my husband Nair says in a calm voice.

"Amounts range from 20 to 30 meals. Contents include dishes made with Giva meat. The price is two red copper coins for one meal without using fuwano. How many days should we start the day after tomorrow - the day after tomorrow?

"Yes, I also stipulate that" The Great Tree Pavilion of the South "will last until the last day of the Blue Moon, so can you go with that? In the form of a new contract starting next month."

"Roger that. The period is twelve days, from the twentieth to the thirty-first day after tomorrow. If an inconvenient day occurs within that time limit, please let us know so by Jomtien on that day. When the contact goes past Jomtien, how about a penalty for a piece of white copper coin, right?

"Yes, that's fine."

"So here's what the dish in question is all about. Were you talking about wanting something different from what you sell in the street?

"Yes, even the Southern Daiki Pavilion seems to have received quite a bit of popularity using a seasoning called Tau Oil from Jagal, so we would like to use sim ingredients here if possible and aim to cook something that our eastern customers will like."

"I see. Surely the same contents day and night would not be worth ordering as a customer. I appreciate that suggestion."

And with that said, your husband is as faceless as ever.

It's definitely us who have been begging, but so far I can't feel the enthusiasm or anything like what I've been hearing from Schmiral.

"But is it a Sim ingredient... because Sims are farther away than Jagal, or not too many ingredients are in circulation"

Still, Nail headed to the back of the room and brought me two different ingredients from the food pantry.

One is a small cloth wrap.

The other is a large bag of cloth that could possibly be one.

"This is cheese."

"Kanraku?

"It's an ingredient made from dry gamma milk. It's as nourishing as meat."

That was the meeting with Gama Cheese, who was to play an active role in the celebratory feast of Lara-Luu, 13.

"This smell! This is cheese!

"Chizu?

"Yes. That's what they called it in my hometown. Well, in this world too... no, there was cheese in this Genos too."

"Cheese hardly ever goes out in boarding town. Both gamma cheese and caron cheese are usually bought up in the castle town. I buy it specially from a personally attached Sim merchant."

"Silver Pot, Cheese, Sold"

To Schmiral's words, Nair nods sneakingly.

Everybody, he's all deposited, he's faceless.

By the way, even on this side, Sin-Luu is such an oligarchy type that he doesn't move his expression, so Vina-Lu, who doesn't turn up, has a chestnut hair tip that he seems bored from earlier.

"Gamma cheese, which is a common ingredient in Sim's own country, but the prices are really tight because there are no numbers out in the western kingdom. And it's not really suitable for commercial dishes because the number of items itself is low. It's like I'm buying it to eat too."

"Is it expensive? How much?"

"At this size, it's 20 red copper coins."

I see. It's about the size of a 15cm diameter and a 5cm thickness, so now its price is quite a luxury item. If you use it poorly, the cost ratio may go up.

"But cheese is fascinating. Can't I buy it personally?

"If it's this clump, I'll give it to you. Would you like a taste?

"Be sure!

The unfired Gamma cheese had a mellow, rich taste, like salty Camembert cheese.

"Hey, this is delicious! I would definitely buy it! … would you like to taste Sin-Lu and the others?

The two shook their heads sideways, seemingly indifferent.

It is a people by the woods who are not interested in luxury goods.

"So this one...?

"This is the fruit of the chit"

When I loosened the mouth of the bag, it was packed tightly with silo things like bright red soybeans inside.

It looks spicy, and the stinking smell is pretty good.

This must be a spice. From this smell, I guess it's like red pepper.

"It looks spicy. Do Sims prefer spicy flavors?

"Yes. The fruit of the chit, it matters," Schmiral answers this time.

"Gamma meat, smells, is strong. It's stronger than giva meat. So we, gamma and chit fruit, eat. … and I like it, pickled in chits."

"Chit-pickled? Do you soak meat in chits?

"No. It's pickled, it's vegetable"

Nair takes over the words of Schmiral.

"Chit-pickled is a dish where vegetables such as Tino are pickled in salt or chits"

"Heh. Sounds delicious"

The nail nods one and then disappears again into the food bin.

The next time he appeared, his husband had a small wooden dish in his hand.

Tino, stained with bright red pickled dairy, is put on there as much as the lid mouth.

Tino is a vegetable very similar to cabbage.

Tino, almost as pale green as white, was carved to a better size, where a red chit sauce was teased, and even tiny vegetables covered in dark green like carved hens.

The appearance and the sour, spicy smell seemed like a whole kimchi to me.

"Smells good, too. Chit, Myrmu and... and are you using fish soy or something?

"Geez? … we use marl salting for chit pickling"

"Mal?"

"It's a small, shelled creature that can be picked in a river. The people of the west make Mal's salting their liquor friends. In my shop, we make it into a chit-pickled ingredient."

Only pale, Nail says.

"Sims ingredients are hard to come by in this Genos. So I tried to recreate the chit-pickled flavor using ingredients from the west. … salt the tino overnight, then soak it in a pickle juice with chits, marl salt, myrmu, chopped bebe leaves and grated lamb fruit."

It's an on-parade of ingredient names I don't know.

I'm sure you've seen the real thing in a vegetable store in town or something, but I still can't remember the name. Many vegetables have not confirmed the taste by name, and I am still studying.

Whatever it is, it's now a chit-pickle offered in front of me.

I took a sip of him - the spiciness and acidity that didn't betray my expectations spread in my mouth.

Complex, exciting and aromatic aromas and flavors.

The strong aroma of Myrmu and the flavour of animal proteins enhance my appetite.

The tightly marinated Tino softens well and is an exquisite bite that can't be beat by cabbage.

Hardly, quite hard.

If you eat too much, your tongue is going to hurt.

But the aftertaste is refreshing.

It's no better than the Kimchi I know.

Besides, the taste of "acidity" is really crackling.

"How about that? Even the people of the west prefer this spiciness."

"It's delicious. I love it too!... but will this also result in a dish of such high value?

"No, because pickling chits is only an accompaniment. No customer wants to eat so much. Place plenty on this little wooden plate and half the red copper coin."

"I see...... aren't you going to tease this chit pickle into meat or put it in a pan?

"Do you want a chit pickle, not a chit? I don't think even the people of the east would eat like that."

"Really? Isn't that a very welcome way to eat?

This question is addressed to Schmiral.

Schmiral shakes his head quietly to the side.

"The way it eats, it's strange. But I'm interested."

"Really?"

Then I thought I'd think in the direction of the pork kimchi or kimchi pan, and I went around the idea.

It may be cheap, but this time at work, I was imposing one limitation on myself.

That is, "limited cooking time".

I didn't expect to get an order from another inn at such an early stage, so I turned the dedication of "The Great Tree Pavilion of the South" into "Stewed Giva Horns".

I have no regrets about the choice itself. That dish takes a long time to make.

Two and a half hours at the moment. Even if I can get to work, I won't be running out of two hours.

So, the stall hours in Inn Town are roughly six and a half hours, including prepping and cleaning up.

If you take longer to cook in your inn than this, you may not be able to participate in the street commerce any time soon.

This is already my personal preference story, but it's a little rusty that I completely let the ladies do the stall business where I can interact directly with customers.

Therefore, in the "Xuanrong Pavilion", I wanted to devise a dedication that would take as little time as possible to cook, which was the proposition behind this one.

"So if I could devise a dedication using chit-pickling, would it be possible to buy the chit-pickling for use in that dish from Xuanrong Pavilion?

"Ha. You bought the chit-pickle I made and I bought the dish from you using that chit-pickle? That's a lot of interesting stuff."

"If you don't mind, I'll devise a dish with raw chits."

"No. If my chit-pickling gives more customers a taste, it would be a great pleasure for me too. And I have a strong interest in cooking with chit-pickles."

While clinging that way, I knew the master of the Xuanrong Pavilion remained thorough and faceless.

"So I've been trying to devise a new dish!

That night, I was just going to ask Ai-Fa for a tasting.

It is a "giva chit" that is not a pig kimchi, and a "chit pot" that is not a kimchi pot.

In front of the bright red meat dish and the bright red juice, Ai-Fa has become an extremely complicated face.

"Asta, let me just say one thing"

"Yeah. What is it, Ai-Fa?

"Though your skill as Kamadoku's number is enough. But I feel like these dishes are rotten."

"Oh, I guess that is....... but this is ok! Corruption and fermentation are separate things. Because fruit liquor is with sour, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with your health!

"... if that's what you say, I'm sure"

Even though I say it that way, I-Fa doesn't quite try to reach for the vessel.

Apparently, it shouldn't be a problem. When it comes to red, Tarapa is more red, so I guess it's the sour aroma that bothers me.

I am proud to say that my performance is quite good.

"Giva Chit" uses loin.

In addition to the chit-pickled, I hid the tau oil and added just a little bit of Myrmu. The vegetables stir-fried together are thinly sliced aria and a pla cut into rectangles.

Plas are bitter vegetables similar to peppers.

It adds colour with vibrant greens along with the Niramodoki bebe leaves mixed with chit pickles.

On the other hand, the "chit pan" uses shoulder and momomo meat.

This one uses tau oil with about nuances of flavor struts rather than concealed flavors, and I was able to give it that much richness.

The vegetables simmered together are Aria and Tino.

Although it is unfortunate that we have not been able to discover substitutes for cabbage, tofu or yarn konjac. Still, the soup that comes out of Gibba meat well goes well with the spiciness of the chit, and I, for example, can't stop just now.

"... but well, it's a lot to be reminded that the folks by the woods don't like the taste too intense, and I'm sure they're not immune to things like spiciness and sourness. We have regular grilled meats and soup, so this is just a tasting product. Would you try pinching me just for a bite?

…………

"Oh, no, if you don't feel so good about it, you don't have to eat it..."

"... I'm not saying nobody eats."

Ai-Fa resolutely reached for the 'chit pot' wood dish.

but I just smelled it up close, and its frivolous brow drops without power.

"Oh, hey, I hope you don't have to! Originally, I only made tastings for one meal at a time, so if I can't do it, I'll clean it all up!

"Though I would be saying it's ok!

Ai-Fa lifts her eyebrows again and grabs the wooden spoon.

So, with the bright red soup, I threw the giva meat in one slice.

I erased all the expressions.

"... what do you say?

Ai-Fa was silent and put the wood plate down.

With no expression, its mouth chews the meat.

I wondered if it was okay, watching with harrassment, and eventually Ai-Fa sent me to say it was going to be hard with one finger.

It's a lot of calling for an eye-fa. I thought about it, but when I leaned over on my knees - with a sharp swing, I got my back of the head snapped.

"It hurts! He said he didn't hit anything anymore."

Complain and hold your mouth.

The condition of Ai-Fa had changed.

Namely - Ai-Fa was blocking her mouth with both hands, tearing eyes, turning her face bright red, and starting to jitter her legs as she sat down.

"Ouch! Hot! It's like you got a fire in your mouth! What the hell are you feeding me, you!

"Oh, no, I'm sorry..."

"I'm sorry!

Ai-Fa stood up in tears and flew towards the water bottle that was placed beside Kama.

"Ah, Ai-Fa, I don't think drinking water is going to make you spicy, do you?

I've heard that lactic acid beverages like Lassie are the best way to neutralize the spiciness of the chili system.

Also, hot tea worked as a practical experience for me. When Habanero fried rice made with a mix of jokes was terribly spicy, she drank hot tea at the recommendation of Lina, a childhood trainer, and the fire in her mouth subsided like a lie.

So - cold water even has the effect of amplifying spiciness rather than effectiveness.

It neutralizes me while I drink it, but when its cold pulls off, it spreads so much spiciness in my mouth.

I'm not sure about reason, but there seems to be a variety of theories about how the spiciness of chili is an ingredient that is hard to dissolve in water, or how vividly spicy your mouth is washed.

So.

What kind of upside did my beloved parents take?

I drank many glasses of water in the pattern, and I felt weak and weak in the meantime - and soon I started stepping on my mouth again with jitter.

"A, Ai-Fa, try the regular soup over here! It's a little hot, but Giva's fat could wash away the spiciness!

Ai-Fa came back at great speed.

but he doesn't even have eyes on the wooden dish of soup I offer, with tears on his eyes, bashing him in the head.

He may have handled it well enough, but it's still the hunter's arm power. Several times, sparks scattered behind the eyeballs.

Dozens of seconds later.

There was a figure of a breathing parent on the floor and a figure of a slight concussion that could be brought to the wall.

"... this is the first time I've thought about eating food and dying"

"... sorry from the bottom of my heart"

We put a few more dozen seconds of recovery time before we let dinner resume.

"You mean the spiciness of chit is strictly forbidden to the people by the woods. The devotional actions of Ai-Fa may have saved a number of forestside people.... Well, I guess no one brings this stuff to the woods besides me"

"Hmm!"

"No, I'm really sorry. Look! It's meat and soup for you!

This is a thick sliced steak of roast meat teased with the classic fruit liquor sauce. Soup also has a gentle taste with tau oil.

So, lined up before me are the bright red 'giva chit' and the bright red 'chit pan'.

(... I really didn't know I was going to have wings to eat alone)

Even "Grilled Meermoo" and "Stewed Gibba Horns" have made no effort because of the intensity of the flavor, but this is the first time this evening that it has been completely gibberish.

While I was stuck in a chit-making dinner a lot, more than that, I was saddened that I had been refused my own dish by Ai-Fa.

(Well, I just have to think I've learned a good thing. In the future, I'll decide to make the prototype in a few more modest portions)

With that in mind, I soak 'chit pot' juice.

Hard.

But delicious.

After all, the use of tau oil seems to be a great success. It's hard in the mouth because of the spiciness and heat, but it's not that pointy and I can feel the mellow flavour enough.

The tino used in the chit-pickling is a bit of a mess, and the raw tino I put in later leaves a good bite. Even the same ingredients have a completely different texture, and it seems that you are attracting the presence of your skin.

Aria also put it in carefully, but half of it has melted. but I guess that is giving the soup depth again. Truly, it is an excellent ingredient as well as a high nutritional value.

So, the pivotal giva meat is boiled as usual for only eighty minutes, so both the shoulder and momomo meat, which is a stiff area, are tender to eat.

This simmering time alone could not be shortened, so when this one is hired instead of "Giva Chit," it may just slightly overtake the time limit.

(Um, I wonder which one of you would like your husband to have. As far as I'm concerned, I can't put it on.)

I rested my mouth a little with a baked poiton, then I took a 'giva chit' wood plate.

This is also a simple dish that utilizes ingredients.

Although I adjusted the flavor with myrmu and tau oil, I basically just stir-fried it with giva meat and chit pickles.

Because of the use of large quantities of rose meat in "Stewed Giva Horns" and "Grilled Myrmu", I decided to use loin in this "Giva Chit".

The loin was originally a softer area, and I put a knife in the shoulder area with a lot of suzi in advance, so it should be ideal for baking dishes.

Throw chit-filled giva meat into your mouth, along with the neatly placed aria.

Moderate bite.

No problem, delicious.

The presence of Giva meat is wonderful, unbeatable by the intense spiciness of chit-pickling.

The bitter taste of the occasional pepper moddle is a small accent.

Even though it is the house of Fa, where only the rock salt and pico leaves and then the seasoning only existed about Meermoo and fruit liquor, a few days ago we gained tau oil and today we got a spice called chit.

All of a sudden, the variations in flavor have increased dramatically, and my tongue and stomach may be just a little surprised.

But I'm happy - and I feel so smug.

"Hmm? What's up, Ai-Fa?

When I realized, Ai-Fa was pulling my chock's soot.

It's kind of making me look a little weird again.

"... give me yours"

"Does that mean this' giva chit '? This is no less spicy than a chit pan, right?

"But I haven't eaten that dish yet"

"No, so if you don't have to eat like that,"

"... just give it to me"

Wrinkles around the head of your nose like a whooping bobcat.

I had to, so I offered him a wooden dish.

"Please, don't hit me because it's hard, okay?

Abandoned as "obnoxious," Ai-Fa scowls at 'Giva Chit' like her parents' revenge.

And - I stirred a piece of red-stained meat in my mouth with a wooden spoon.

Chewing and twitching tears early on.

but not rumble like just now, sip a tau oil-tailored 'giva soup'.

After eating more poitane, Ai-Fa let go with tears and said, "Give me that one over there, too".

"Yeah? Even 'Chit Pot'? You wouldn't have to bully yourself that far, would you?

"... he says it's weird"

All without question, the 'chit pot' wood dish is also robbed.

After hesitating for about a few seconds, Ai-Fa ate him too.

The eyes are no longer lukewarm.

"Oh, hey, Ai-Fa, are you okay?

"... it doesn't matter," Ai-Fa muddled his eyes with the back of his hand.

He's like a little kid.

"Okay. I'll eat half of it. Eat half of this one, too."

"Yeah, yeah? Whatever it is, it's impotent! I said I don't have to!

"I'm not pushing it or anything. He wants to eat because he wants to."

With that being said, he is jerking off the baking poitan just to reword it, so he has zero persuasion.

I was sad that I was rejected by I-Fa, but I don't mean to make it impossible.

"... what's that face? You're telling me you want to eat, and you're not feeding me?

"No, but..."

"I really want to eat it. Even though my mouth hurts and I cry when I eat it, it makes me want to eat it wonders. It's like bad magic."

Saying, Ai-Fa took another bite of 'Giva Chit'.

Could this be - you're not paying attention to me or anything, you just got into the habit of spiciness?

"Ouch.... Asta, are my lips swollen or not?

And all of a sudden, I've got a face in front of me.

The glossy cherry blossom lips are slightly wet and glowing.

"... nice lips as usual"

His temples were snapped.

"By and large, if you do it and it looks delicious, it makes me want to eat extra too! Cook totally nasty dishes."

"If you still think it's really delicious, I'd love to."

"I honestly don't know if it tastes good. It just makes me want to eat asexually."

That's how I - Fa rubbed the 'chit pot' and, teary-eyed, "But it still hurts..." he snapped.
