Vegetable and meat dishes were to be served simultaneously.
My vegetable dishes are caprese and meat dishes are Milanese-style cutlets.
"Oh, this is ridiculous!?
"Yeah, it's a dish with a little hands on it."
I decided to unify my cuisine in Italy this time.
My "sagittarius" was a popular cafeteria featuring western cuisine, but my father preferred Italian cuisine regardless of its menu.
"There are many parts of Japanese and Italian cuisine that resemble each other. It's not that they taste alike, it's a similar approach to cooking."
That's what my father once said.
In the same island country, mountain sea ingredients are loose and yet climatically similar. I guess that's why my father's theory is that there are similarities in the handling of ingredients.
Well, such little reasoning doesn't matter, I guess Italian food just suited my taste. My preference for tomato sauce and the fact that I once offered Lefreia a little maniac dish called Picata were inherited from my father.
So this time, when I heard that people in Banaam preferred dairy products, I came up with the idea of unifying them in Italian cuisine rather than Japanese or Chinese or Japanese Western cuisine in order to use milk fat and cheese - when that happened, there were not so many meat options. In my scarce knowledge, I could only think of an Italian-style hamburger made with tarrapa or cheese, Piccata, or this Milanese-style cutlet very similar to Piccata.
So, Talapa Sauce's "Giva Burger" has already been known to exist in Polearths, Leeheim, etc. If they serve dishes that are no different from those sold in the stalls of the lodging town, they will be interested in the aristocracy.
Therefore, because of the popularity of the last "Fried Giva Dragon Field", I decided to choose Milanese-style cutlets.
Most importantly, I don't have a formal recipe for Milanese-style snails. It doesn't have a long Italian official name. I'm just going for Italian-style cutlets with the same guidelines as Picata.
The big difference from regular cutlets is more or less two points. It was about sprinkling cheese on the clothes and using milk fat in the oil to be fried.
The area used is still loin.
Muscle cut properly, beat and crush the fibers as well. Once the bottom flavor is applied with salt and pico leaves, clothe in order of fuwano flour, kimus eggs and baked fuwano flour.
To this first fuwano flour was added a powder of vanilla like mustard, which Varcus called Sarfal, and to the baked fuwano flour instead of bread flour was added a grind of gamma cheese.
The fried oil is the oil of leten with the addition of milk fat.
The oil of Leten has a fragrance close to that of olive oil, so it goes well with this dish.
The sauce was everyone's choice and they decided to have a choice of seal juice or tarapa sauce.
However, the aroma of salfal and milk fat is loose, and I think some people will not need the sauce.
The accompaniment is sautéed with Rohyoy, Nennon and Bunasimedimodoki.
This one is cooked carefully with milk fat.
As far as I'm concerned, it was no worse than the usual "giva cutlet" or "fried giva dragon fields".
So, the vegetable dish served before this dish at the welcome feast is Caprese.
This is a simple salad with tarrapa and cheese.
Thinly slice the sweet tarrapa with the small grains sold in Castle Town and line it up with the same thinly sliced caron cheese. Caron's cheese was deserving of this dish, as it tasted close to a crusty mozzarella cheese.
As for the colour, this one is also made of rohioi, which is slightly hot, and is dressed specially from the top. Mummy vinegar and myrmu are reduced over those used in Carpaccio, and Panam honey is used for the hidden flavour, resulting in a slightly softer flavour.
In turn, it was a menu that I chose as a chopstick break because it was dressed like cream pasta and cutlets.
"Oh, this is delicious"
and a loud voice rose from the edge of the table.
It is not Dan-Rutim, it is the men of Sauti.
The man, with his young, big, park face, was shaking his head like he felt completely.
"Every dish was delicious, but this dish is exceptional. The women of Sauti are also somewhat handy in Rutim, but they are not much more than that."
"Hmm. But don't make me feel like I just ate it before."
And, Dan-Rutim is making me squeeze my lips.
"I don't know why. It tastes good, but I feel like something is missing. Asta, what does this mean?
"I'm sure that's because I don't use giva fat to fry it. For the forest folks who have been eating Giva for years, I'm sure Giva's fat is better suited to their taste than Leten's oil and milk fat"
This time, however, since the nobility was the main guest, we were allowed to use the oil of Leten. Gibba's lard was not compatible with blending with caron's milk fat.
"Right. Well, this is a dish made for nobility. I don't know if I'm complaining."
With that said, Dan-Rutim's lips remain crooked.
To relieve the discontent in my chest, I decided to open the lid of a special dish.
"Now, it seems to me that the folks at the woods shouldn't be eating a lot of fried food dishes, so here's what you're missing"
This was a fine dish, prepared only for the people of the woods.
Especially since the men have a strong appetite, they have prepared their stomachs to be satisfied with only one cutlet.
Dan-Rutim ecstatic before a plate turned out of Ama Min-Rutim's hand.
Of course, or whatever, it was Gibba's abalone meat.
"There are kilns in the kitchen here, so I tried to kiln the abalone meat. I have plenty to make, so please replace it."

It was already researched that the Milanese-style cutlets were not so pleased in the houses of Fa and Luu.
Deep-fried Gibba meat in Gibba fat, Gibba's flavour condenses, apparently a special dish for the people by the woods. That was so much so that even that Giza-Lou had to admit it was delicious.
But I'm sure Milanese-style cutlets with milk fat and cheese would be more delightful to the people of Castle Town.
This was also a choice that consisted of my idea these days that nobles should cook what nobles deserve, and that people by the forest deserve what people by the forest deserve.

"Yarn-like" is just a metaphorical expression, but it is definitely a fineness in millimetres. Even red and green have dark lightness, so it looked like a really colorful ornament.
However, there is no such thing as sauce or dressing.
Is it a dish that I chopped raw vegetables, vanilla, etc. into thin pieces and just put them together in one piece?
Around the corner, I used my own chopsticks to lift him.
It doesn't seem as soft as it looks and doesn't break shape. It's just that the area under pressure was lighter.
You throw it in your mouth and you chew it up.
A gorgeous fragrance burst into my mouth that couldn't beat its shade.
I guess they still use plenty of vanilla too.

The taste of vegetables is uncertain. It's like you're eating a solidified fragrance.
Sweet, spicy, bitter, sour. Different scents run through the nasal cavity.

Even if I think about it that way and focus my nerves on my tongue, I still can't feel the presence of sugar, salt or vinegar at all. So sweet, spicy, bitter, sour, it was all built with vegetables and vanilla only.
It wasn't a dish that could talk about that, like it was delicious or not.

It was hard to believe that this was the human hand and that it was made using only primitive cookware such as kamadu and firewood.
And it is a meat dish.
Meat dishes, or it was fish dishes.
Of those four species of fish, which is it? It's thinly cut apart, so I don't know the original shape.
On the outside, there was nothing odd about this one.
A white fish is wrapped in brown clothes. Even though I didn't look like I was using oil, it looks like a dish of fried food to me externally.
The blue leaves laid down below would be boiled rohioi. The red grain scattered there is probably the fruit of the chit.
Compared to previous dishes, it seems the least decorative on the outside.
However, I was concerned about the lack of water and air in the body of the fish peeking from the cross section.
It's completely dry and I don't think it looks delicious for flattery.
But Varcus wasn't supposed to serve boring meat dishes from the main course.
So I decided to tighten up my shaken feelings with vegetable dishes and then mouth the dish.

It is Rimi-Lou.
In his hand, the same dish as mine is stabbed in an iron skewer.

The vegetable dish was unpredictable, but this fish dish is incredibly delicious.
Besides, it's not a taste that deviates from my taste.
I'm sure they use different vanilla, which was beautifully harmonious.
It was such a strange feeling, after all, that instead of aiming in one direction, several conflicting flavors pointed at separate vectors, it was so converging in the nucleus in the middle that it circled.
I still don't feel any water or fat on the fish itself.
But the bright brown coat makes up for it.
I wonder what these clothes are.
The thickness is about 5 mm, but the surface is crisp, crisp and lightweight underneath, and the ground surface with the fillets is moisturized with water and fat. It's as if hundreds of layers of clothing are stacked on a micron basis.
And in the fish, the taste is concentrated in the cucumber.
It was a solid fish flavor that could not be beat by complex flavors that showed different colors like kaleidoscopes.
"It's a day long broiled and grilled Gillebs fish."
And, Varcus has stated in a quiet voice.
"We spent a day searing and grilling the eight herbs combined with twelve ingredients, dissolved in a sparkling Jagal liquor that drained alcohol and coated every half hour. I am proud to be one of my greatest masterpieces."
"Are you a twelve ingredient...... you use kimmus eggs and fuwano flour, right? And then there was salt, sugar, tau oil, milk fat… and I think I felt the flavor of Lamampa."
"Correct. And then we add aloof and minmi juice, panam honey, dried kiki squeeze juice, and stewed mammalian vinegar."
"And since we use up to eight different herbs, we can produce so many complex and delicate flavors."
And since they use fuwano flour and eggs, I guess this is how they can be made into fried clothes.

And, Dan-Rutim has embarked on himself in a casual manner.
"Asta and I thought you said you weren't sure the food in Castle Town was delicious, either? Are you gonna admit you lost?
"I don't think cooking is winning or losing. I just thought the Varcus dish was better than this cutlet I made."
"Wow," he said with a strange voice, then Dan-Rutim looked back at his beloved daughter with momentum.
"It's Morn! Try feeding me that dish too!
"What? It's a waste, I was eating it."
Morn-Rutim raised his dissatisfaction, but without so much hesitation offered the plate to his father.
Dan-Rutim is a clue and throws it into his mouth.
"... I see. Sure, this one might taste better if you don't use this giva fat."
That said, Dan-Rutim bumped his chest and stomach away.
"But you can never lose if you're a regular fool! And most importantly, don't make me think this abalone meat tastes better!
In response to that word, Ai-Fa now looked back at Limi-Luu.
"Limi-Lu, I'm sorry, but can't you share that dish with me?
"Yeah, okay."
Rimi-Lou smiles and offers a plate.
Ey-fa, who mouthed it, nods with a "um" serious face.
"It sure is delicious. Unlike previous dishes, this seems delicious to me too. If you do it badly, it could be as delicious as it gets."
That's how I said it, then Ai-Fa quietly looked back at me.
"... but I think Hanba-gu tastes better, Asta."
"... well. Thanks."
Neither Ai-Fa nor Dan-Rutim are the kind of people who lie against the rest of us. In other words, there are no humans by the woods who imitate that.
So I guess that was the heartfelt word of the Ai-Fas.
For Ai-Fa, the hamburger means that for Dan-Rutim, abalone meat is the dish that best suits each taste, I'm sure.
"But you don't think so."
That's what I-Fa said, like he spotted my mood.
"Then you have no choice but to train yourself. Don't brush yourself until you're comfortable with yourself."
"Oh, of course I'm gonna let you do that."
I stirred myself up, and then I got up out of the chair.
"Then it looks like it's cleaned up forever, so let's wrap it up with the last dish. I hope it fits your mouth."
The post-meal dessert I prepared was pudding.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the knowledge to make Italian-style sweets like Tiramisu or Panna Cotta, so I made a compromise at the end of the day.
And even regular pudding, I don't know how to make it. Mostly, I don't even know if I can make pudding without a fridge.
So this is a pseudopurine with a recipe for steaming a tea bowl.
If steamed in a tea bowl, it can be made in a steamer. That's the cheap idea that using caron milk or sugar instead of stock would be possible to make it look like that. When it comes to confectionery making, it's me who has no policy or clutter.
But of course, I don't get out of hand in the making steps.
Since it is an easy dish to divide the melted eggs with moisture and steam, we have been able to pursue them as far as flavoring and texture are concerned.
On the pudding body steamed in a ceramic vessel, sprinkle with a caramel sauce made of sugar, then top it with a jam of raw cream and arrow. I really just want to chill out and eat, but I just have to ask you to give me a break for all this.
The sweetness of the pudding body is peeled and sugar is added to the cream and jam. Even at room temperature, I was proud that this was going to be quite a success.
"Wow, Plump!" and Rimi-Lou and others raise a hazy voice.
Both Rimi-Lou and Tour-Din, and Yun-Sudra, who are not here at last, had greatly admired this pudding modoki when tasting.
"Hmm. Unedible flavor, but this guy's delicious too"
Dan-Rutim is also in a good mood.
There also seemed to be no dissatisfaction with Dim-Rutim or the men of Sauti, so much so that perhaps the least interested was Ai-Fa.
And the confectionery prepared by Varcus had another unusual appearance.
It is a colorful, marshmallow-like treat.
However, it is not soft to follow. It feels as hard as a regular cookie. The colors were all blurred, but four varieties: white, yellow, red and blue.
When I tried it, the gentle sweetness spread in my mouth.
What I chose was white, but it tasted like peaches, so I guess Minmi fruit juice is used for this.
The texture feels like a slightly softer cookie, only the surface is crisp.
"Few cooks also season confectionery strongly, but I believe this kind of soft flavor is deserving. This dish is made exclusively from the white body of Kimmus eggs."
Then maybe it was a treat you could call a meringue cookie.
"We use rare fruits: minmi for white, seal for yellow, aloof for red, and amantha for blue"
"Is it Amantha? That's a name I don't know."
When I tried it, it tasted intense and refreshing like blueberries.
I haven't got my hands on it at all because I can't even handle the ingredients that are so rare and expensive in Inn Town. I guess this Amantha fruit is one of them.
"Kimmus eggs are also used in this dish, right? The white one is the fat content of the caron milk, the brown juice is the melted sugar, is the aloe fruit actually simmered with sugar and honey"
"You know. Did it fit your mouth?
"Yes, not only this sweet, but all your dishes were delicious, Lord Asta"
Placing an empty plate, Vulcus said so quietly.

Only Siri-Low, however, has his lips drawn and tied as he weeps in those big eyes.
And his eyes were not on Varcus, but on me, stripping him of his antagonism.
