"Vegetable and fish dishes will be my Sim dishes"
Along with Varcus' explanation, the plates are arranged.
Lud-Lu peers into Limi-Lu's plate again, where he says, "Oh".
"This guy, too, is a dish I've seen. Wow, it tastes strange."
"Uh, don't tell me before you eat! I'm looking forward to seeing what it tastes like!
Rimi-Lou slaps his brother in the chest pompously. Rudd-Lou didn't look as itchy as a mosquito bite, "Heh," he snorted.
"It's similar, but it's another dish, isn't it? I ate dishes made by Siri-Low and Roy."
Not to mention, it was fresh and delightful to me that Rudd-Lou recognized their names. Although I have never seen so much interaction, Roy and I have already had a feast together twice.

Further underneath that dish lays the likes of thin, white saumens. It is a chaska, made according to the original method. The noodles seemed to be covered with oil to prevent them from sticking to each other, and its surface was glowing smoothly.
"Varcus was using Chaska, too."
When I raised my voice, Varcus nodded yes after the meal.
"For there were still some chaskas left in my shop.... Lord Asta also used Chaska."
"Yes, I didn't have this one on hand, so I asked the nobles to share it"
It was a delightful coincidence that the two contemplated using it on the same day, even though it is a thin chaska in Genos today.
But the way Chaska is treated is completely different between me and Varkas, so it won't be going to distract the Fermes from their excitement.

I decided to start by tasting it from a vegetable dish.
Siri-Low's vegetable dish should have been hung with a sauce of melted cheese, but we don't see such finesse here. When I spooned on the beautiful marbled surface, I was still able to cut it apart as puffy and easy as jelly.
When I brought it to my mouth - the flavor and aroma to the point of awesomeness spread in my mouth.
Malfira-Naham also probably got his hands on it from the vegetable dishes. From afar, I hear a hasty voice called "Aww".
This tasted far more complex than what Siri-Low once did.
Sweet, spicy, bitter and sour is a classic Varcus vegetable dish. Furthermore, the flavor of caron milk and milk fat can be felt, even the flavor of gamma cheese. Varcus sealed the cheese that Siri-Low used as his sauce inside the dish.
And most importantly, it is rich in seafood flavors.
This is probably a stewed dust made of fish oil. The different flavors condensed with vanilla, fruits and dairy products will also all be assembled on their seafood flavors on the axis.
(Although Siri-Low's dish was remarkably mellow sweet of vegetables... this dish by Varcus is remarkable for everything)
No shades of blue or yellow existed in Siri-Low's dishes. Blue is probably an amantha blueberry-like fruit, yellow must be a shade of cheese or vanilla. It has a strong sense of berry acidity, as well as mustard-like spiciness.
But that's just the answer you get after sharpening your tongue's senses about what ingredients are used. It was the crux of Varcus' arms, where different flavors teased each other in complexity and flirted with the eater.
"My chest is always shaken by the dishes of vegetables made by Varcus. I don't think it's made by the same person at all."
And, after Raina-Lou described it as smudging, I saw Siri-Lou better.

That's what I thought, but Rayna-Lew looked out for Roy and the others with some kind of complicated face. I don't know from the looks of it if you're sorry that you've become like a contender because of yourself, or if you're caught in another thought.

I decided to take up the silver fork and get to fish dishes.
Looking at it all the time, it has a fried finish that is twisted into a red coat. Red is the first thing that reminds me of spiciness - but I don't feel so strongly irritated by the fragrance that drifts.
So when I mouthed only half of the small fillet, the mellow sweetness and the better acidity spread in my mouth.
Apparently, this red shade belonged to Tarapa. There, the sweetness and acidity of the aloe and lamb tease, quite fruity flavour. Of course, many herbs are also used, but the spiciness and aroma that emanated from them were retained in their presence about as hidden.
However, the fish body tastes superbly good.
White, but firm in taste. Perhaps it's another fish, unlike Gillebs, which I've eaten before, and Lillione, which I also use. However, I don't know for sure, as manipulating flavor and texture would also remain an idea if it were Varcus. The only thing I could tell was that it was very tasty.
And, of course, it is also the benefit of red clothing that makes you feel delicious.
I'm sure this is not fried, but broiled and overlaid with sauce, just like previous Gillebs dishes. Sweetness and acidity tease the rich fish flavour, showing exquisite harmony. As for the dish made by Varcus, it seemed to me that it was a single dish whose strength had been pushed forward over complexity.
Yet again, this is delicious when you try to eat the remaining fillets along with the chaska. It was such a complete combination that it was regrettable to have eaten the first mouth alone.
I prefer the elasticity of the moist chaska noodles to my knowledge. And it seems that some of the chaskas are also refined with lamampa fruits, vanilla, and so on, and even their little flavors and textures all act in a good direction. Even if it's not a complex flavoring, it's all a calculated formula.
"After all, is this a dedication to serve with vegetable dishes, so are you cracking herbs?
"Yes, still, I don't think it's a product that beats the aroma of vegetable dishes"
As Varcus declared, eating alternately with vegetable dishes, a truly complex flavour, did not make this fish dish inferior. On the contrary, it even feels as if the powerful taste is accentuated. A small amount for tasting has been sparingly felt.

Fish dishes are simmered Lillione miso, vegetable dishes are simmered tau oil, and accompaniments are other chaskas.
Lillione is removing herself from her bones for ease of eating. Lillione was user-friendly as an ingredient in any dish, as it was a fish similar to Ivana and had such a crusty taste.
The broth is dominated by miso, with tau oil, sugar, Nyatta's distilled liquor, and Kerr's root and white mammalian vinegar as the hidden flavors to taste.
The ingredients for vegetable dishes were Nennon for carrots, Shima for dicon, Ma Guigo for satoimo, and Chumcham for tachenocho, and distilled liquor for tau oil, sugar, dried fish stock, hoboi oil, and gnatta, making flavors.
For me, it's a simple and irresistible dedication.
But I had found great significance in eating this with the white chaska.
This is what home tastes like to me.
Once my compatriots by the woods could have eaten 'Curry Chaska' or 'Giva Cuttlebowl'. If you can't get Fermes to eat Giva meat, I'd like you to at least taste my hometown dish with fish. With that in mind, he chose this dedication.
"So this is the dish from Lord Asta's hometown."

There is no such tradition in this Genos. It was only in the last few decades that distribution with Sims and Jagals was finally established, and in the ten years or so when Cycleus rose, that new ingredients were to be obtained one after the other.
Surviving such a time of confusion, Varcus was to acquire so many moves. That must really be a huge story.
I don't have that kind of intense experience. Instead, numerous culinary knowledge exists, handed down from parent to son and from master to disciple.
How can half a servant like me be so entertained in this Genos? The reason seemed only there.

Varcus' work is over with. Fish fillets are put on top of the chaska with the hands of Siri-Low and Bozzle, and after being covered with a silver crochet, they are moved to the trolley. The vegetable dishes had already been transferred to the trolley by Roy's hand, so all he had to do was entrust it to his lowest surname.

Varcus, who came in later than anyone else, leaves the room earlier than anyone else. We each decided to go after each other, laughing and sighing.
The person in charge of the confectionery is, of course, Tour-Din and Rimi-Lou.

Varcus is a thin, sauced confection made of flat cookie-like fabric.
The fabrics are broken into four pieces, each hung with a different shade of sauce. I'm sure the aristocrats will be offered four decent pieces at a time. Since the original fabric was 5 cm in diameter and which size, it was also a small portion as a post-meal dessert.

Varcus does not like to add a strong flavour to the shimmering confectionery. But still, the gentle taste brought me enough satisfaction.
