Nevertheless, I'm not that familiar with a wide variety of curries either. However, this time, I relied on unrestrained memories to try to taste closer to the real Sag Curry.

Sag Curry has been challenged several times before. However, I didn't come as well as the other curries, so I decided to review the way it was made from the ground up.

In the first place, Sag Curry - or the one called Green Curry - should have been classified as Thai, not Indian. Still, I didn't even know the official recipe, so I tried and mistakenly pursued the ideal flavor.

The basic way to make it was not to create curry vegetables as usual, but to create a basement that would be a root vegetable of various kinds, add spices, and then simmer in conjunction with a paste of nanal.

The basement that serves as the vegetable of Lou is the mincing of the roots of Aria, Myrmu and Kerr with crushed tarapa and milk fat. First fry the Myrmu and Kerr roots to give the aroma, add plenty of minced aria, wait for them to turn candy, then add them in the order of tarrapa, spices and milk fat. Then add the ingredients lightly stir-fried in another pan and the nanal paste and simmer.

The ingredients are made from Giva's shoulder meat and Aria, Nenon, Chach and Ma Pra. It's a champagne with Japanese curry around here.

And Nanar's paste seemed to me that it was not enough on its own, so I'm adding Rohyoi when it's Nila and Pepe and Luckola.

Initially, there still seemed to be some tightness, but after repeated trial and error, sugar and seal juice were also added when simmering.

It was this new book, Nanar Gibacalay, that made it possible to do so.

As far as I'm concerned, I was proud to say that the Japanese curry and Indian curry I finished earlier were no less successful.
