Today was the last day of experiential learning. The period of experiential learning is practically about 9 months, but it was a lot of fun, and the lunch meal was delicious and happy.

After years of eating our mother's rice, Sheila's cooking feels so good.

And when it came to the last day, I wanted to make dessert because I wanted to say thank you to Sheila and her employees and an extra menu.

There's a pudding alla mode on the existing menu, but it's another version of the pudding.

Very smooth pudding.

First make the caramel with sugar and water and put it in a container. And let it cool.

Add the raw cream and milk to the pan and warm at low temperatures.

Mix egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until white.

Add the warmed raw cream and milk in several portions and mix.

Filter with fine monkey twice. Then pour it into a container of caramel, cover it and steam it.

Cool and complete when available.

(There were no vanilla beans required for pudding, so I am replacing them with a little brandy.

"Sheila, the employees were for a short time, thank you!

"This is Ray. Thank God you're here. You always take on experiential learning, but you crack quite a few plates or something. Compared to that, Ray was perfect.

"That was good.

"And you're polite. I want to know the secret to how you can grow up like this from those parents.

(I can't say that's because I'm an old man in my previous life.

"So I made pudding in the sense of gratitude, why don't you all eat with the employees?

"... Ray.

"Yes?"

"Ray, let's be our kids today! I've never seen such a sweet girl!

"Haha, I'm glad about that, but because it's bad for Bratt.

Even from employees. Bye, my boy! Talks like that have continued. I'm glad to see it was a good impression.

After finishing cleaning up lunch in the dining room, we all had a smooth pudding about our seats, but the incident happens.

For some reason everyone cried silently...

(Why?!

"That's too much to say...

"It's supreme food, Pong......

"You can die now.

"What pudding has it ever been......

"If you grab Ray, every day......

(Something's wrong with everyone's reaction? Besides, my last statement is out......

"Me, I'll try it too...

(!?... Shit, that's too much to say.

Why not? I immediately remembered.

I'll [appraise] the smooth pudding.

[Supreme Pudding] God wants pudding too. I'd rather you make it.

……

(Also [material extremes], your work -!)

Later, in Sheila's dining room, there was no dessert for employees to hide.
