On the road, on the way to Sesto at lunch in Settimo, I saw a group flying the flag of the Kingdom of Lumiere. It doesn't look like an infantry unit, so I think it's the Knights of the Second Battalion. Ask Smiley to slow down because the boulders think the bare streets might taste bad.

Looks like they noticed this one over there, and about three knights come running on horseback here.

"Excuse me, but who are you? You don't look like a knight."

I guess so, because I'm not a knight. I gave him the bills of the patrol envoy. I see a surprising color on the three faces.

"Can I have it with the captain?

Because I was told, I decided to follow you quietly.

"I'm the Wolfgang who keeps the Second Knights. The patrol envoy is heard from Lord Ardelberto. Are you on your way back to Wang Du?

"Yes, I did what I could. The information has been given to Lord Bernhardt, Commander of the Third Knights."

"Hmm. It's a pitiful story, but the Third Knights and our Second Knights are not saying they are firm, but they can never say they are close. I can't say there's no risk of being tampered with. Could you disclose this information to us as well?"

Everywhere, there's factional strife. But will tampering be that much...?

"Um, I don't mind, would you like to go to Settimo? I need time to give you the information."

"If your patrol envoy is good with that, you've never crossed it."

That brings me back to Settimo. It's right around the corner, though.

When I took the inn and took care of Smiley, Mr. Wolfgang brought the offering.

The knights say they're staying dispersed in the lord's hall, the guard's quarters, the inn, etc.

Place the paper you have prepared at the table in the room and draw it from your map skills. By the way, Mr. Yuri is in the same room. There were no vacancies in the room. Me and the others are being dealt with by Yuri. Sounds like something fun.

Finish drawing the map and give the same description as before. I also told him about adding a new sentence to the military code.

"I'm afraid I don't have any information on the west side, but we'll have to do something about that here. I wonder what the patrol envoy thinks."

"Where you heard my thoughts, it won't do you any good, will it?

"Maybe so, but I'd like to hear your thoughts after seeing them differently from our knights."

"That's right. I wonder if the settlement in front of me should be dropped in a hurry, and at the same time request reinforcements from the Grand Duchy of Hildenburg to air strike the main base in the Dragon Cavalry. This will buy you time."

"What do you do in the time you earn?

"Is it a battlefield?"

"Battlefield making?

"Near the labyrinth of White Asia today, this is an overwhelmingly unfavourable battlefield. Circumstances in which the horseback cavalry is not allowed to live at all. If you don't do something about it, you won't have as much time to fall as the labyrinth of White Asia."

"Hmm. So, when you build a battlefield?

"Until the settlement in front, we'll have to cut through the woods. Or would you rather abandon the labyrinth of White Asia and intercept it in Quint and Quarto from the beginning?"

He told me to abandon the village.

He has a face that says it's unpleasant.

"That's one of the choices."

"Both, that's a tough choice."

"It's an amateur idea."

"No, it was very helpful. I thank His Highness the Patrol Envoy for taking precious time. If it is, I'd like to escort the person in my hand, but please forgive me for the situation."

I mean, you look convinced and you talk, but the vibe is the exact opposite. This one's gonna make me uncomfortable.

"I don't mind. Even if you were escorted, you wouldn't be able to follow me."

Mr. Wolfgang looks at us with a strange look.

"Tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, at noon, we will reach the King's capital."

"Are you serious?

"I mean it."

"Are you going to kill that battle hose?"

"I'm just letting you run as freely as you like."

"Unbelievable."

Believe it or not, you're on your own. You won't be needing me anymore. Please, come home.

Mr. Wolfgang took the offering home after thanking him, but he never hid his grumpy face.

"Knights are all, oh, are they just those who say?

"Isn't that what it is? The Third Knights are an aristocratic gathering, the Second Knights seem elitist, and the First Knights have never met."

"So can we do it well?

"Aren't we going to have to do something? Hunters and mercenaries will be added to it."

"It's disillusioning to think that's Nyate."

"Mi ~"

Me too, you don't have to come anymore - she looks. Fine. Were you angry?

"Mi ~!"

"Sprinkle the salt? Why not?"

Mee, you knew what to say about sprinkling salt. Then, do you want to sprinkle it gently?

"Nero, why are you sprinkling salt?

"Where Me and Me lived, it's customary to clean up dirt with salt if you get dirty on the spot. Does that work for the undead, too?

"What is undead?

"What? Skeletons, zombies..."

"Nah, that?

Nha!? It's like a fantasy world, but you're not undead? Maybe the words are just different, I'll explain them properly.

"Nero, is there a body walking around where you lived… I'm scared"

"How do you walk with only bones? You're not eating, are you?

Ooh... Oh, my God. There's no undead in this world, Mee!

"Mi ~?"

Mee leans her neck in the face just to see what's going on. I don't think I'm interested.

Listening to Yuri and Pelo, it is believed that when people die in the first place, they will be forced to go to God, and it is believed that what has happened there while they were alive will change their destination afterwards. Sounds like a Japanese monster.

So I don't have a ghostly concept. There are no skeletons or zombies. They seem to have similar monsters, but they're a decent species. There's no word for vampires, but they have a family that sucks blood into some of the people they call the Demons. Apparently, the Demonic Nation is north of this continent, and they rarely see it around here. Apparently, people don't like the heat......

I think you got a glimpse of the reality of this world.
