Kikanshita Yuusha no Gojitsudan

Episode 137: College Festival of the Brave II

Cancuncan.

Don't.

"A little more on the other side!

"Ah, Temeh, though that would be our area!

"Urse! Even Koch doesn't make it any less!

"I can't get the power cable!

"Propane, don't put it there, it'll be dangerous!

Peepee, Peepee...

The university campus is surrounded by tremendous hustle and noise.

The university festival begins tomorrow, which means that preparation is also a big deal.

From here, the sounds of various event installations and anger flies, presenting a far cry from the usual relatively adult atmosphere.

There are a lot of serious students just because they are quite a high level university, but there is sole, because they are young, when they can get laid, they can get laid. It's the brawl noise that hasn't happened yet, but there are skirmishes and overstretched runaways, inner roundabouts and other problems that are hiccups.

The Executive Committee of the Academic Festival is an affair. For this reason, the sound of the ambulance earlier apparently meant that one of the commissioners in the case had collapsed.

Nevertheless, last year me and Sy were unable to participate because it was an educational internship, but apparently it was quite difficult because the event circle that was usually centered on the year was solemn in activity. Perhaps this year is still better considering that.

Well, putting that aside, my touring circle is just in the middle of getting ready.

The location we were assigned was in front of one of the main venues, the central square of the campus, in the middle of an area where people would come and go the most.

Not bad in position. You know, pretty good.

A good number of people enter our university school festival every year.

Of course, it is an embarrassing level to compare the nationally famous Hayata, Aoyagi, and Keio as they will admit more than 150,000 people, but nevertheless it has become an indispensable event for more than 10,000 people as an area to enter.

Naturally, there will be a series of shops and stalls in and around the school, as well as a festival involving shopping districts in the neighborhood.

Though this is a student mock shop, we can expect corresponding sales. It is also about getting in the mood.

"Kashiwagi, it looks like we've got all the equipment now. Time to put it together?

"Oops! Let's do it."

I finished checking the equipment that Yamazaki brought in, so I'm going to get ready quickly.

Even so, the baking stations and stalls made by former professional carpenters at Gachipro's iron mill are well built enough for amateurs to assemble without any problems, and they are sturdy and less laborious, so thank you.

Looks like we'll be able to take full advantage of it after next year. It's the heaviest part of it, and it's quite stubborn.

... Would it piss me off if I built a basement or something on my own in my room?

First place a tarp in the designated area.

Tarp is like a tent without walls, with pillars and nylon roofs. Imagine the little tent used for broadcast seats and VIP seats at school sports events.

Now they usually sell in outdoor shops and home centers, and a lot of people use them at barbecues, so that's not uncommon.

I borrowed what Senior Keung had, but it wasn't big enough, so I bought another one. Combine the two to make sure they're big enough.

I plan on getting them to buy it out of profits when the festival is over.

Spread the frame (now the tarp doesn't need to be assembled if you extend your legs by widening the columns), then put a peg (like a nail) in the ground to secure it with a rope so it doesn't fall down in the wind.

The tarps are also tied together with strings and shaken to make sure they are properly secured.

Next, assemble the stall.

It seems that stalls made of wood are carefully made of non-combustible treated materials, and it is safe to use fire. It's not the kind of substitute to be used in a student's mock shop, but Totsuka's grandfather, who made it, said, "Never mind, it's something that went out of business and was in trouble at the end of the day when I was at the warehouse," and he offered it & created it for free because it was to be used in a circle to which my grandson belongs.

The baking table is also an iron mill run by relatives of Dabamboo and made for me using surplus end materials.

It's a sturdy construction that doesn't freak out whether it cooks or drops charcoal, but it's not originally made of iron for that purpose, so it's hard to do it and it's bitter and heavy.

However, this is also something you made for free, so if you complain, you will be punished. Plus, I'm sure it's appreciated considering it's sturdy after next year, and I have a boy with extra strength, so no problem. You should use a trolley to carry it.

"Good, you've got a foundation. Bye..."

"I'll give you a ride. Look where we are."

"Huh?! Oh, whoa."

Place the baking table body on top of the assembled foundation. The base of the baking table is also made of steel, so it feels stable.

"... wasn't that nearly 100 kg?

"Seriously, Kashiwagi Senior Bakemon, right?

"Brother, don't you have a hammer?"

"Boulder Harlem King!

Let it go.

Because of this, only men are working here right now.

It's physical work, and even if you have too many people, you're just in the way.

The girls have the ingredients planted in their rooms.

I even went to the home of a member whose car could be driven while yesterday to provide vegetables, and meat was delivered this morning by a trading partner at Kubo's house.

They cut it from one end to the right size, stabbed it on a skewer, and stored it in a cooler box each brought over.

This skewer is about 20 centimetres long and stung a thick bamboo skewer with plenty of meat and vegetables.

Pork, chicken, cabbage, onions, eggplant, potatoes, Wan Mai Temple chili, carrots, etc. were made into something of sufficient volume and appearance.

Then the cost is about 150 yen per bottle.

I greatly appreciate the Kubo family that provided the meat at wholesale value and the vegetables at wholesale value or less.

I was just thinking about bringing meat from other worlds (oaks and cow and bird demons), but that's dangerous for boulders, so I stopped it. Tastes and textures are a little different, and they sometimes check where ingredients are sourced by unplugging, because they can't be used after next year in the first place.

Anyway, I'll sell this skewer for 300 yen.

Two kinds: salt for flavoring and soy sauce specially made by Seto in a year where the dish is a hobby, contrary to the cool beauty look (which pissed me off when I said that). Cook it down while changing the ingredient combination, season and cook when the order comes in.

I baked some the other day to try it and tried it on the members but it was usually delicious.

The target number of sales set taking into account the price and flavour is 5,000!

1.5 million yen for the amount. Profits go up to 750,000 yen in simple calculations.

It's a pretty strong goal considering the sales of student mock stores that typically stay in the hundreds or so of meals each year, but I expect to be able to fight quite well among powder and beverage centered stalls & mock stores.

… but can sell to nearly half of the entrants or is anxious.

Well, let's just say we all do and consume a launch barbecue when it's sold out.

"Kashiwaki!"

"Kashiwagi-san!

Someone called me to dive into the underside of the assembled stall and check if it would fall or not.

When I crawl out and look up, the first person in a long time is peering into the stall and I see each other.

"Hey, it's been a while. Door, on the water."

It is also on the water for a former classmate, a high school classmate and his girlfriend, who had various incidents of event circle entanglement.

"Looks like we're getting ready for the festival."

"Well, quite. Why is the Todo, oh, event circle?"

As mentioned earlier, Event Circle is normally responsible for running the Festival with the Executive Committee members. He was suspended last year in a drug and assault case, but has been back in action since this fiscal year, and is naturally also involved in running this college festival.

"That's the thing. Isn't Cee here?

"Another job in the room. Why? Are you the director of preparations?

Instead, he asked me the requirements while responding concisely to the water, and Shindo laughed lightly shrugging his shoulders.

... Handsome guys don't get a little annoyed because these tricks are also picturesque. As always, my friendship with the water is like love love, and my jealousy makes me want to burn my hair yo.

"Have you thought about anything disturbing? I think my gaze sucks."

"... it's my fault"

"What's going on in the meantime? Well, I just wanted to ask Kashiwaki to help me set that aside."

"Cooperate? But I have a Circle mock shop, so I can't make a big deal out of it."

You know what I mean, but I'll stab the nail for once.

"Oh, I'm not going to tell you anything I can't. It's just that our circle is understaffed this year because of the example incident. The normal operation itself has some executive committee members, so we can work it out."

"A lot of people come every year at the college festival. Then naturally there's a lot of trouble. Well, some of them are pretty bad."

"I also plan to patrol security by the will of the sports department, but that's not enough. I'm not asking you to join me on a patrol, I need you to take care of me when I get into trouble around the mock shop area here. Just the first procedure is fine."

... troublesome.

You're just a convenience store. Touring circles are all you need.

"Don't ask ordinary people like me (Pumpy). Just let the rugby and judo guys stand around."

"" "Who's the average person (Pampy)!

Don't try to sell your body from behind, Omae and others.

"Kashiwaki is a college celebrity now. Takeshi's spreading, and all you have to do is show your face and you'll probably get in trouble, right?

"Yes, yes! My daughter Kashiwagi helped me in our circle, and she still says she was helped by a hero."

Takeo, tell me. Nothing to say. It's black history for me!

"That said, I don't care. Even Koch doesn't have much room for people. I want everyone to enjoy the festival, so I'm going to spin people around in rotation."

For now, I'm reluctant. I'm sure it's troublesome, but what you're saying is also true.

"Then I'll turn one girl from our circle instead."

"She wants to repay you too, Kashiwaki. I'll tell you what, they're pretty cute."

"Wait a minute. I just said something about being understaffed..." I got that story! Use Kashiwagi to your liking!! "... hey, Omae et al., on your own..."

Yamazaki and Otake suddenly broke in.

"This is crazy! I don't think Tia can help us with this festival! What if the sales go down even though I was counting on you? The seller has to be a pretty girl, right?!

Gu, where it hurts.

As Yamazaki said, Tia is not attending this festival.

Because it's not strange when your mother gets an extra month and realizes she's giving birth. Even so, you thought about safety. I've already been in the maternity ward a few days ago, so I don't have a problem with that aspect, but it's still better for someone to look after her around to some extent, and Mel wants her to take a good look at her mother's physical aspect.

That's why Tia hopes and goes with Mel as her mother's escort.

Initially, eight women, including Tia, were going to rotate and sell, but I'm worried about the combination.

"So you have no right of veto. Cooperate with the operation. It's not like you're being held captive, is it?

"Oh, you should ask them to go when you have trouble and contact the Executive Committee Headquarters. For once, I'd like you to show your face to the meeting this evening and the morning of the Festival."

"Not a problem at all. And about the replacement girl, I guess it's okay?

"Yeah. I can promise you that. Two days, half a day at a time, right?

"Copy that. If you want to boil it, bake it, do what you want."

Hey, Omae et al...

Yamazaki and Otake are shaking hands disappointingly with Shindo.

The water gets in my way trying to complain.

... What shall I do?

Sold......
