Kill the Dragon

“The promoter is here. Go to ward two, Kato. ”

Squad members say it is customary for the Squad Leaders to go to the 2nd Ward when the Promotion arrives. There was no need to go to a squad that didn't need reinforcement, but they were more likely to go for analysis. Kato doesn't miss an opportunity like that.

“Kato, can I come with you? ”

Lee stood up and said. Kato tilts his head and nods.

“Well, I don't see why not. Follow me.”

Lee Han and Kato went to the second ward. They walk in awkward silence. The two of them had no point of contact. There were other squad captains in front of the second ward.

“Hey!”

Then the silence was lifted. Kato talks to the other squad commander. Standing about 10 minutes, a researcher emerges from inside the second ward. The researcher guides the squad leader.

“There are six promotions this time. ”

The researcher says he leads you to a vacancy where the promotions are gathered. Lee turned his head and looked out the window at the void. There, I saw promotions enjoying free activity. I was adapting to a new body.

Lee's narrowed eyes widened. He finds a familiar face among the promoters. Apart from Jose, there were a few of the former B's.

“You followed me, Jose. ”

There was a brown, clean boy in the clearing. The Latino vibe remained cheerful. Jose was growing up playing a prank in the open field. He draws a simple symbol in the air with his ability to fire.

“You've got firepower. You've already done some characterization. You're pretty good. ”

Squad Leaders analyze the chin. They checked the promoter profile sent to the handset. Jose was not exceptional in one capacity, but overall excellent. Many squadron commanders coveted it because of the characterization.

Lee sat on the bench, closed his eyes, and opened his eyes.

‘It's time to get started. ’

Lee only waited for Jose to come. He needed a team member he could trust. Lee realized he couldn't just be a squad member to show his full potential. His true specialty comes when he serves as squad leader.

‘I will build my team. ’

Lee's eyes glowed with reflection on the sun. His lips slightly raised. It was a smile in a moment.

Lee put an application into the second grade instructor. The instructors thought it was a request for a squad transfer, of course. It was an application to reverse everyone's expectations. What Lee demanded was the creation of a squad. It was unusual. The instructors gathered for a meeting this afternoon.

“Squad building. So far, you're breaking up the 12th Squad system. ”

Instructors sent an approval message to the handset. The application for the creation of the 13th Squad was quickly spread among the second graders. Inside network billboards, as well as word of mouth.

“Permission granted.”

Lee took a sigh of relief. He sat in a chair and checked the authorization documents. Establish a 13th Squad. More than 4 people including Squad Leader. You have the right to borrow one person from each squad, but not if they refuse.

Jose smiled and said. He also heard about the creation of the 13th squad through the handset. Jose quickly realized that it had something to do with his promotion. Lee only waited for Jose to come to the second grade. I needed a friend I could trust with Kuro.

Lee reached out and grabbed Jose's arm. Lee finished recruiting Jose and looked around.

“Squad 13 is always short on talent. You're welcome anytime. ”

The other promotions were still looking into the situation. He didn't need to be in the 13th squad of Ihan. Lee looked at the brown-haired boy among the promoters. He was a boy from cold Scandinavia.

‘His name was Knut Meier. ’

Lee Han also wanted to recruit a boy from this promotion other than Jose.

‘Knut Meier. A boy from a fishing village in Norway. And the only way to get back to the arc is to build a raft in survival training. ’

Lee gives a slight glance towards Knut. Knut didn't have much of a clue.

‘Knut thinks I don't. It'll make up for the variables and the accidents I didn't think of. ’

Lee examined Knut's training records and analyzed them carefully. Knut enjoyed solving problems differently than other children. He was clever when he said it nicely, and nerdy when he said it badly.

‘Even if it is not Knut, the more members of the squad, the more diversity of tactics. It's a good thing we got at least one more. ’

I waited for the reaction, taking a few moments. Lee was satisfied with Hosseman and left the second ward. I kept thinking about the data on the dotted boys in his head. Lee moved quickly.

“Dmitri.”

Lee went to the gym. Dmitri was sitting on a sporting instrument, doing weight-training. His muscles tendon flare.

“Hey, look who it is. It's Lee Han, the reserve commander.”

Dmitri smiles boldly. His body sweats profusely. Dmitri has superior melee and above average psychic abilities, and is a multitasker with both sides of a single operation and a large operation.

“Won't you come to the 13th? ”

Dmitri scratches his head.

“I knew it would come to that. ”

Lee gained a high potential for Dmitri's acquisition.

‘Dmitri is not the type to bend over because he's afraid of other people's eyes. Rather, I enjoy the crisis I'm in. The more the squad leaders interrupt me, the more they'll want to join my squad. ’

“And the answer is? ”

“I'm sorry, but no. Hahn, it's not that I don't like you. I kind of like it. But I'm in the next five squads where I am. When the squad leader goes up to third grade, I'll take command of the squad. Now you can't just come in here and beat the shit out of somebody else, right? ”

Lee's eyes slightly shaken. He nods.

“I see.”

“And I think the enemy will be happier under you than he is underneath you. ”

Dmitri winks at one eye. Lee Han sighed lightly.

“Don't just burst into tears at me again. You'll regret meeting the enemy. ”

“Next time, I'll break all your arms. Han.”

Lee Han waved his hand as he left the gym. From afar, you look at Dmitri with a look of relief from the five squads.

Del Simon... will probably refuse. And it's hard to handle. ’

Simon's not very sociable. Lee did not include Simon in his squad. Simon is often arbitrary and protruding. Lee also proposed to several other candidates.

“I'm sorry. I won't betray our squad. ”

“Isn't there a reason for me to go? ”

Everyone refused for a number of reasons. Right now, Jose was the only one in Lee's squad. We needed at least two more.
