King of Hollywood

Chapter 79 Planning

Upon returning from London, Adrian began the late editing of Smell the Incense Woman, just like the previous Redemption of Shawshenk, editing and handing over other tasks to others. With the further development of the film company, under LaVerne's leadership, the efficiency and capability of the various departments were increasing, as both teams formed in conjunction with his high-speed production were nearing perfection, so Adrian simply entrusted them with all the other tasks and was responsible only for the ultimate supervision, not for asking questions everywhere.

To be honest, Adrian really wanted to leave the editorial specifics to them if it wasn't for Smell the Fragrant Woman, which was very important to him, and the other editors at the company didn't quite meet his requirements.

But anyway, Adrian had a lot more free time than the previous three films, so he took the time to focus on the other two films while producing "Fragrant Woman".

One of them, of course, was "The Grinch Pokémon" starring Sarah, and after several weeks of early preparation, the film started shooting in the studio because the film was made by Disney and Bosworth only invested, so only an executive producer was sent to oversee the financials.

Sarah was very popular in the crew, director Brad? Sebring or Bill as her father? Pullman praised her for being a great actor, even in front of the green curtain.

“I try to hypnotize myself and tell myself that Kaspar is in there. Anyway, I've seen a lot of the animations before and I'm familiar with this little ghost.” Sarah said so to Adrian during the break that she did it on the prop box, her white calf shaking off, and the smiling look completely revealed the girl's purity and greenness.

“As long as we work hard, everyone will succeed.” Adrian caressed her head and smiled.

“Do you really think so, Mr. Adrian?” Sarah looked over his head and asked, although she looked cute and well-behaved with the parchment, there seemed to be something complicated going on in her brown eyes.

“Of course,” Adrian smiled, “when you reach a certain level of effort, you only need a small opportunity to become a star of attention. ”

The girl picked her eyebrows and didn't speak any more, and Adrian touched her head again: “You know, sometimes you look gloomy, and I don't know what's on your mind, but I think it would be better if you smiled a little more, Ms. Roseland would certainly prefer to see you smile, right? ”

“I get it.” Sarah nodded with a smile after being silent for a half hour.

And the other movie, it's a promise to Drew? Barrymore's "The Flower of Gambling Life." This script is called Matthew? Written by Bright's male writer based on a film from the '50s, he and a Tara? Davis' female director invested everywhere hoping to make it and finally found Bosworth Film.

Adrian remembers a lot of things in his head, including these out-of-the-door movies, but it's not that easy to find, after all, he doesn't have a search engine in his head. Unless obvious cues are given, such as a toast to his Drew. Adrian had no reason to let go of this kind of dessert, which came on his own initiative, and he had this script in his hand.

That's it, Matthew? Bright and Tara? Davisla went on to invest, and although the female lead was named Drew, they didn't have much of an opinion. As for Drew, Adrian called herself to tell her about the film's strengths.

It's a small cost movie, it won't invest more than a million dollars, and with the recap, the box office isn't going to be too good. But the actress has plenty of room to play, and Drew is not now fit to play those roles that are pure, and taking this criminal role route for the time being can at least solve the current unreachable dilemma. Now that “once” she can be nominated for the best actress in the Golden Globe Awards for this film, Drew should be able to do the same.

Drew obviously realized this too, so after a few words from Adrian, he said no problem.

“I'm sure the ghost director doesn't look bad, right?” She giggled on the phone.

Adrian doesn't mind fighting for her again at the next Golden Globe Awards. Only 99 judges will have a much better influence than Oscar. Anyway, the black screen of this award has never been broken.

That's all there is to it about filmmaking, in addition to the script, Adrian spends a few new scripts writing every day when she gets home from her late edition of Smell the Fragrance Woman.

One is Tornado, which is going to have Kate as the lead actress, and this catastrophe film from '96 took a place in that year's box office leaderboard. The film doesn't have a lot of cg use, and Tornado is an attractive subject for Americans, even if it's only 90% of the original, who still earn a lot of boxes.

The main reason for choosing this film for Kate is to make her popular. At first, Adrian wanted to arrange for her to practice acting in a low-cost movie, like Dennis, and then pick a movie that was famous for acting, where she could be the lead actor or co-star, and then stand on her heels in Hollywood with an excellent acting label.

Unfortunately, unlike Dennis, Dennis' four years of crashing in Hollywood added a lot of experience to him, and his talent in the show made it no problem to take such a route. Kate worked hard, but there were relative shortcomings in acting, and Adrian, who had personally coached Kate, knew that, and he was connected to those lecturers at the California Academy of the Arts Department - don't forget that Los Angeles is his place.

Think of it, Kate in her previous life took almost 10 years to find a role that suited her, and she was still often criticized as a vase, so Adrian had to choose to accumulate popularity for her first. Besides, while Tornado is a commercial movie, it doesn't mean it doesn't need acting.

But Adrian didn't intend to direct the production himself, and he had a lot to do. Even the script was just like "The Grinch Pokémon," he wrote the syllabus and gave it to the editorial writers to enrich it.

And the other more important script that he needed to write personally was what he told Kate that night, inspired by last Thanksgiving's robbery - the Lowlife Novel!

As soon as Adrian completes the final production of Scent Woman, preparations will begin for the film, which will target Golden Palm at next year's Cannes Film Festival, in addition to the nomination of the 65th Oscar's best director.
