King of Hollywood

Chapter 119: Consistent Favor

The third story, "The Situation of Bonnie," began, returning to the scene where Vincent and Jules had asked the gangsters for boxes and then opened up a killing spree. The two didn't know that while they were killing, another guy was hiding in the bathroom with a gun, and even though his heart was trembling, he took the courage to jump out and shoot.

Unfortunately, it was Jules who read the Bible, and God stood by him, and the guy didn't hit a single bullet, and naturally, he was killed by Vincent and Jules. But Jules thought it was a miracle, and suddenly he felt he should get out of this life. Vincent thought he was a little strange, so they argued in the car, and eventually the mistake would sit in the back, the only surviving gangster, ready to take it back to the big guy and blow his head off.

The plasma was splashed all over the car, and in this case it would definitely not be possible to continue driving. Fortunately, there was a kid in the neighborhood who had a good relationship with the gang who had quit his proper business. The two had to drive over and call the big man to clean up the mess. And the dude in the proper business is now a guy who's afraid of his wife, and in an hour, his wife, Bonnie, is going home from work, and he's going to be furious to see what's going on.

Seeing this, the audience couldn't help but smile, and following the development of the two previous stories, after Bonnie came back, three men had to make a series of laughs to cover up these fears. But there were a lot of reservations. After all, in the second story, Vincent, who clearly played the lead role in the first story, was struck as a sieve. It was impressive. God knows if the director would play like this again?

Sure enough, as the plot progressed, everyone dropped their glasses again, chapter three was clearly entitled "Bonnie's Situation," but Bonnie from beginning to end only revealed a shadow. This is too messy. Does the director think it's interesting to make fun of everyone?

But the story still firmly attracted the audience, and after changing clothes, Vincent and Jules came to a restaurant where the rabbit and pumpkin were planning to rob the movie. Needless to say, the robber met a gangster killer, and although he had just begun to dominate, the pumpkin was quickly held up by Jules, and the story turned here again.

“Do you read the Bible?” Jules pointed a gun at the little pumpkin's head, "I am familiar with a passage, Ephesians 25: 17, the path of justice is surrounded by the tyrants...”

It was quite a surprise that Jules shot the man after reading the film earlier, where he not only let go of the pumpkin, but also gave his wallet to the other party as his own hard-working money. Then the movie ended, and in the music of the old song, the image slowly darkened and the subtitles slowly rose.

A few minutes later, the lights in the projection hall finally lit up, and while many people were whispering, few people were getting up and leaving. And then a few minutes later, there was a sudden crackling of applause in the corner, especially in the slightly quiet projection hall, followed by others, and then more and more people joined in, and in the end, the thunderous applause almost turned over the roof of the projection hall.

Adrian, sitting steadily in his seat, couldn't help but smile and then clap his hands to celebrate with Travolta, Willis, LaVerne and others. While this modest projection hall is not currently fully occupied, a warm round of applause has been declared a good start.

The next day, however, mainstream entertainment media, both in Europe and North America, were expected to greatly praise the Low Volume Novel.

“This is an exceptionally tailored film, an absolute cl-style film when Adrian comes back to Two Big Smoke Guns, closing in on the mainstream direction. Compared to his first work, The Lowlife Novel appears more mature and unexpected, and, of course, the intense black humor and the detail of the kung fu are still overwhelming.” - The French newspaper Figaro

“As the most popular young director in Hollywood today, Adrian has always liked surprises, this time boldly with the Italian model Monica? Belucci stars in a new movie. I have to say, it was a very correct decision, and Monica's performance made the whole movie extraordinarily appealing in the first story, a classic swing dance. Adrian himself admitted that Monica was his muse.” - The Italian Evening Post.

“This time Adrian tells the whole story in a simple subsection, as opposed to the multi-line narrative of Two Big Smoke Guns, yet this does not make the film seem fragmented - although the plot does disperse - but rather gives a completely different feeling. All three stories can be viewed independently, but they are interconnected, giving a surprising feeling, especially when the ends are combined to form a perfect circle. This young director deserves the title of a genius. - The Guardian of England.

“When John Travolta dropped The Officer Gentleman and The Mermaid, he probably didn't think his career would slip to the bottom of the valley, 'Forever John? The term' travolta 'has been replaced by‘ a Hollywood idiot 'for a long time. Perhaps that's why he agreed to Adrian's invitation to star in a gangster killer in this young director's new film.

But now it looks like he's about to walk out of the valley, in Adrian's new movie, except with Italian model Monica? Belucci's dance scene, which at other times had completely lost sight of the former John, had long, scattered hair, worn an earring, smoked drugs, and did all sorts of bad things, gave him a different charm.

I have to admit, Adrian has a lot of guts and abilities, the whole movie except Bruce? Willis didn't have a very popular actor, but he had to be praised for making it so well, even Monica? A model like Bellucci, from Italy, has also been fully enchanted by him, and apparently he's best suited to making cl-type films, so don't think about other films. ”

After reading this passage, Adrian shook his head with a smile and put the newspaper together on one side of the table, as reported by the Los Angeles Times after it appeared in Low Fiction.

The media in England, France and elsewhere have focused their attention on the content of the film and analyzed the story from their point of view, while the Italian media have focused on Monica and promoted her success in Hollywood - a mentality that is really interesting, even though Italians who live in “art” have always despised “commercialization” in Hollywood, but can't help but expect actors from their own country to glorify there. In fact, not only in Italy, but also in other European countries, obviously envious of jealousy, but also pretending not to care, sometimes ironic, really...

Well, back to what I was saying, of all the media, the American media were the most interesting, and although there were many praises, I never forgot to mention Adrian's film, which is currently “refrigerated," and make a slight mockery of it, like the last sentence of the Los Angeles Times story.

“These guys really don't let it go at all.” Adrian whispered. Unfortunately, it would take as soon as a year to own its own television station, and television and paper media were the same thing, which had a great deal of influence until the Internet, especially social networks, developed.

Well, let's not think about it now. Adrian shook his head and then stood up and stretched his body against the sea breeze that was coming. The white beach in Cannes was truly famous, the fine sand split bright in the bright sun, and the waves rallied and swept up, making the scenery extraordinary and charming.

Adrian grows out of breath, turns to Monica, who is lying in the sun next to herself, smiles and sits down again and slaps her on the butt: “All the media are complimenting you, Monica. ”

“It's just that swinging dance.” Monica looked up at him with some dissatisfaction and she was naked without a swimsuit on her back, only a pair of palm-sized swimsuits capped over her hips. According to her, Adrian has already wrapped this place up, so it's no big deal if you don't wear it on your upper body.

“That's great too. As for acting, you can practice slowly.” Adrian laughed, saying that, while 90 per cent of the media were complimented on that swing dance, they also agreed that Monica's behavior was not exceptional.

“She can definitely do better.” The Italian media wrote with great regret.

“Do you need me to push for you again?” Adrian, stretching his hand to comfort Monica on her tempting back, asked, his middle finger sliding slightly down the spine and finally over the tail spine.

“Oh” Monicarton raised her upper body slightly and screamed softly. She sat up more quickly. There was a mystery between her eyebrows that was unclear. She obviously remembered what happened when Adrian pushed her oil before. At that time, she almost...

“I'd better go for a swim.” Monica said she didn't go back to the sea.

Adrian smiled twice and followed him, and soon after he went down into the sea, he caught up with Monica paddling the water.

“Hey, Monica, Bibby, see who can swim there.” He screamed more than he did, “I can make you 20 meters."

“I don't need you to let" Monica responded equally loudly.

“Really? Let's do it." Adrian laughed, suddenly swimming in the right direction.

“How can you do this," Monica shouted angrily, swimming hard as she paddled.

Soon she narrowed the gap between the two, watching as she moved closer and closer to Adrian, and Monica got excited, just constantly paddling the water, and she didn't notice the speed of the other side slowing down. Finally, when she again shortened the distance and was about to catch Adrian, the other person suddenly shrunk into the water and stopped coming out.

Monica was stunned and before she could react, she heard a noise in her ear and was hugged.
