Chapter 273: Opportunities Are Right

“Look, three belts and two," Lily put the poker in her hand on the table, and then she looked at Dad with pride, shaking the rest of the cards in her hand, “she called the police. Oh, there's only two cards left. ”

“Um... over.” Frowned and swept a few poker cards in his hand, Adrian said in a helpless tone, then looked at Kate sitting across the street.

“No,” Kate said in a calm tone, still without any expression on her sophisticated face, while clamping the card in her hand onto the coffee table.

“Yes! One on three!” The little guy shouted joyfully, put the weight in his hand on the coffee table, and then he giggled and couldn't wait to take the note on the other side. He had to smudge it on his father's face and even wave his arm: “Come on, don't fool around, Dad! ”

“Is that what you like to do, Lily?” Adrian couldn't help but ask, his face was covered with notes except for two eyes, and a strip had dripped down, like a box had been dropped on his head in a shredder.

“Shut up and wait till I put it on.” The little guy shouted dissatisfied and licked his tongue back and forth on the note for several times. After the saliva had penetrated one end, he carefully observed Dad's face to find the right position, and then raised his hand and patted the note to the corner on his right.

“Since it's a game Dad invented, it's up to him to try it more than once.” After all this, I took a closer look and Lily clapped with satisfaction.

Look at my daughter's proud face. Adrian felt a little crying. Well, she shouldn't have been taught to fight the punishment of the landlord and the sticker, but... he couldn't help but look again at the same sticker on his face, but the number was far less than his own Kate, and she still washed her cards calmly, but the corner of her mouth curled slightly up.

“Well, baby, it's bedtime, it's late.” Adrian said so. The little guy shrugged his shoulders and raised his hands to Daddy.

“How old are you and want me to take you to the bedroom?” Nevertheless, he held his daughter up, kissed her in the face and walked all the way upstairs.

Come to the little guy's bedroom, make her a bed, and supervise her as she washes. She didn't get up and leave until she climbed into bed: "Good night, darling, have a good dream. ”

“Dad,” Lily called him suddenly, her eyes glistening in the dark room, "are you staying here today? ”

“This...” Adrian grabbed his head. “It's up to your mother to decide. ”

“Okay,” the little guy sighed, "when are you going to convince Mom back? Doesn't look like the usual dad. ”

“Oh?” Adrian picked his eyebrows by accident, "What does Daddy look like? ”

“Hmmm...” Lily was just about to talk and suddenly she was alert again. Daddy looked up and down and suddenly pulled the quilt over his head, "I'm going to bed. ”

Blinked his eyes, Adrian walked out smiling and took the door. He can guess, too. Big bad guys, always bullying their moms, always taking control of everything they think they can do, balbalbalbal... these come either from Lily's own summary or from Kate or Charlize's indoctrination, which is not objective at all, but...

Adrian suddenly realizes that this is a big problem, and it's nothing yet. But when the little guy reaches rebellion, it's hard to say. The development of a child is, in some ways, a process of kinsmanship, from one step to the next, of building one's own personality and three perspectives, a process that inevitably constantly denies parents.

Everyone is an independent individual, no one belongs entirely to anyone, even children and parents, and Adrian's ability to keep women around is exhaustive, plus a circle of halos and powerful power. So family education is important, and it's about whether the child can grow up to be a great person, and parents always want the child to grow up the way they plan for her, because it's good for her, but the kids are more willing to see the world with their own eyes, even if it's wrong, because she's an independent individual, and it's an instinct.

So, once it is not handled well, conflict is inevitable. Adrian has always been careful to create a dignified, friendly and communicative father image in front of Lily and her daughters. It just looks like the last two points are doing well, but the first point is... who gives children so many aunts?

In this case, Adrian's psychological state of the daughters will not be very accurate. It will be difficult to say how Lily will change when she enters the rebellion period. At that time, if his affairs with little Emma are inadvertently shaken up...

Without telling Lily what happened between Dad and Sister Emma, he and Kate and Emma agreed separately, no one could have predicted the reaction of the little guy. Although she was young, she was a little young, so in order to prevent anything from happening, we agreed to keep her confidential for the time being, until she was a little bigger and had a basically perfect three-way view before it was too late.

“Even so, it is an indefinite bomb.” Adrian came downstairs with such a grunt.

“What are you talking about?” Still cleaning up the living room, Kate looked up and asked.

“Well... nothing,” Adrian certainly wouldn't talk about it at this time, "I'm talking about the media, and they always like to exaggerate everything, even the most well-known authentic newspapers. ”

“Aren't they your dogs?” Kate's little sarcasm.

“Not all of them.” Adrian shrugged, "I knew those guys would write my name on it, and I should have listened carefully to them, not just nodded. ”

“This is self-inflicted.” Kate looked at her and the sarcasm in her tone grew stronger.

Adrian couldn't help but roll her eyes. After all this time, she was still so rude, but then again, it was quite self-inflicted. The whole thing is actually very simple. Though October is the peak season for TV shows and the second movie is off season, there are still a lot of movies that you choose to show at this time, like Lipton? This inexpensive campus comedy is called the Admission Notice, in which Maester is the lead actress.

Of course, because Halloween is at the end of the month, there are also a number of horror films, among them a new, creepy, bloody film by Bosworth: The Chainsaw Spirit.

As I said before, the movie was relatively mediocre in the first few decades, not much different from the average horror movie, and it did better on suspense. But at the last minute, when the old man, who was supposed to be a corpse, climbed out of the ground and declared the game over. It suddenly took the whole movie to the next level.

This shocking feeling of having everyone, including the audience in front of the screen, fooled around with the palms of their hands, has conquered 99 per cent of the people in previous life, and now the exception is how. So, despite the disparities after the movie, many film critics sarcastically call it a pervert who thinks he's God, manipulating the vulgar stories of other people's lives and deaths through cruel games. But the average person still says it's the best creepy movie of the year.

Together with Bosworth's new classrooms, which are increasingly working well, and despite the fact that Chainsaw Spirit did not participate in events such as the Sundance Film Festival to raise its profile, under their publicity, 7 million box offices were made available on the first day of the show, easily recovering costs, and those comments naturally do not have to be taken into account.

If it's just that, it's nothing. Since there are only a few movies fearing a reputation and a box office, and the investment is extremely inexpensive, it is impossible to combine them, of course the most profitable one. But the problem is, they're more likely to be released. Adrian's name was written in the Screenwriter's column, and despite being placed behind two screenwriters, it was released publicly.

This gives some guys the opportunity to jump out and attack -- well, you can't say attack, but keep claiming it in your own column or in some other media. The script in the film "Chainsaw Sorrow" is completely inconsistent with the identity of the Adriana Ace Screenwriter, which is a total mistake.

They then further led readers to associate themselves with "Ace writers have begun to expose the seedlings of downhill" and to initiate discussions on the appropriateness of a story about anarchy being written by a famous figure like Adrian, a great director, philanthropist, patriot and media tycoon.

As many people as they like, they hate it, maybe because of his power or because of his work. These people who don't like him can only hold on if they don't like it anymore, but once they grab the chance, they have to jump out twice.

Of course, this is of little practical use, at best it's disgusting, after all they're dealing with a media tycoon. Forgive me, Adrian still has the balls, how to put it, to lie down and feel shot. When he was discussing this script, he was using brainstorming, and in fact, a lot of the scripts he was talking to other writers in this way, and they were sitting together drinking beer and chatting, and you said I'd put the story together.

When discussing the script "Chainsaw Spirit," Adrian didn't make a sound, just throw out an outline and let them discuss it, then insert a phrase from time to time to direct the subject in the direction he wanted. In the end, he asked them if it would be even more shocking if the mastermind were to come out in a different way, such as at first designing a man on the field who had been beaten to death, climbing there, bleeding all over the place, and finally standing up in front of the person who stayed in the room and announcing the end of the game.

Anyway, most of this work is done by the writers, but when the film is finished and ready to be released in October this year, Bosworth asked Adrian if he could use his reputation for publicity. Adrian thought that they were also in the publicity when they said that the miracle director was very fond of clouds like this movie, but he didn't expect them to put their names in the screenwriter's column, and if he asked in more detail at the time, he wouldn't agree.

“Well, take it upon yourself.” Adrian shrugged his shoulders, turning the subject apart, "Speaking of which, are you going to take a few months off? ”

“Is there a problem?” Kate took the plates and went into the kitchen, and every time Adrian came here, she didn't leave her maid at home, and she had to pack everything herself.

“Of course not,” Adrian followed in the kitchen with the door frames, “I just... I think there's a script that suits you, and I hope you'll think about it. ”

“I've got a movie about me, Ed.” Kate's head didn't answer either.

“So what? Sophie is also directing her head minister's film, but promises to star in the lead role of Da Vinci Password, just a little bit later.” Adrian shrugged.

Adrian never leaves behind to catch herself in a tall box office movie, so Dan? Brown's novel came out of the oven, but it hasn't been released yet, so he lets people talk about editing rights. This year, we asked Universal Dream Factory to work together to prepare for the shoot. The male lead is Hanks, and the female lead is naturally given to Sophie after the new film.

Though Sophie began to turn to the director. From time to time, however, she is not harmed by the quality of the films in the show, because of Adrian, the rumor that three years after the shadow fades, there is no soil for survival.

“I'll think about it.” Kate said in a faint tone.

Adrian couldn't help but touch his nose and shifted the subject again: "So, you have to take Lily to the party in two days? You got away with it twice before, and everybody thought it was weird. ”

“Don't you have an excuse for me?” Kate finally looked back at him and quickly moved away.

“Of course, but it's not always good to get rid of it. Isn't that right?" Adrian continues to persuade this, "It's just a party, it's not a big deal, and you haven't given Megan any advice. ”

Naturally, the gathering in his mouth is a gathering between the mothers of several children, who together increase their feelings by discussing them, while also sharing their feelings. Even if they can't be close as a family. At least not to look at each other, not Hollywood, not even the entire United States, and only Adrian can do that.

Such gatherings have always been regular and largely unavailable until Kate broke the practice. She left his mansion because of little Emma. Although after a few days of feuding, he eventually calmed down under the guidance of Little Emma and Charlize, and agreed to live with Lily back home, he never met Adrian himself.

Almost three weeks have elapsed so far, and half way through October, and two mothers' gatherings during this period have similarly not been attended. For that reason, Adrian had to make up an excuse for her to keep the whole thing to herself, which Charlize deliberately proposed for Kate, and he promised. But it's hard to say without attending three times in a row, and in fact, when Kate didn't go for the second time, Gwyneth was pushed out for a sidekick.

Just last week, Kate finally let go, allowing Adrian to come and see her daughter - but not to spend the night - even if she still hasn't shown the will to come back. But it was also a good development, and Adrian naturally seized the opportunity to prepare for it, and he was on his way to Europe as planned.

“I'll think about it.” Kate still says that.

“Hey, Kate, I can't do this to you,” Adrian screamed, "I need the exact answer. ”

“I said, I'll think about it," Kate frowned and glanced at him, “How can I give you an exact answer if I don't think about it? ”

She immediately turned her head back and didn't seem to have * * looked at him more, so Kate didn't know Adrian's mouth was curling.

Despite just over ten seconds, he clearly saw the hesitation in the corner of her eye, what does that mean? It means she's hesitant to think about it, which is really... great!

“Okay, Kate.” Adrian walked straight up to the front and hugged the first woman after her rebirth from behind. She trembled slightly and tightened her body, but did not open his hand or turn back.

“I know that some things are impossible to go back to, and some mistakes I would never deny, but... I still hope you can go back.” Adrian put her head on her shoulder, "I know it's rude and shameless, but I'm going to say the same thing, because... this is what I really think. ”

Kate didn't open her mouth, but from the rear side, she seemed to close her eyes and her chest fluctuated, apparently very contradictory.

“Can I stay tonight?” Adrian immediately asked in her ear.

The woman in her arms trembled and looked down her back neck, her throat clearly shrugged and her breathing became slightly heavier.

Halfway through this, Kate slowly turned around and glanced up at Adrian: "… you should go back. ”

She said she was leaving, but she didn't push him.

“Don't do this to me, okay?” Adrian softly said, holding her hand a little tighter.

“I should say that to you, Ed!” Kate gets a little excited, "every time, always pushing me to make choices, always pushing me to make the choices you want! I'm warning you, if you ever stop in front of me again, I'll call the police and tell them you tried to rape me! ”

She realized it was wrong just after she said it, and looking at Adrian, his eyes had become dangerous. The next second, without Kate responding, he grabbed her and pressed her onto the kitchen table, swept things down and made a ping pong sound.

“Stop it, Ed!” Kate struggled with panic, "let go of me! ”

“Shh, Kate, keep your voice down," Adrian smiled badly, "don't wake Lily up. ”

She leaned over and licked her face, like many of the great rebels.

“Damn, you bastard!” Kate is angry and anxious, her arms and legs are swinging harder, "warns you, Ed, I was trained when acting, and once I kicked you, you're dead. ”

Nevertheless, Kate, a man of color, did not find herself in a state of panic with a little anticipation.

“It's okay, I won't give you a chance.” Adrian Haha laughed and grabbed her thin shirt and pulled it apart.
