King of Hollywood

Chapter 324: People Are Different

“I love the photos in these chapters, they're very exciting and you're not wasting them, I might be able to put them in my room.” Looking at a pile of black and white photos in his hand, Adrian said with a smile.

Because you need to show Tony? Stark's entire life, the movie had to show some pictures of him when he was young and young, and of his parents and family, so Adrian provided some pictures of his childhood for the prop group to ps. And now, with all this, the seamless, familiar and strange feeling of synthesis, Adrian brings back a lot of memories, and don't forget, a third of the soul belongs to this body.

But his favorite is the cover of Time, Jeff? Briggs acted as the big rebel Obadiah, standing behind him, twisting his head forward, while the younger chin light himself stood in front of him, looking hesitant and ambitious.

“This is good, but I prefer this one.” Touching his shaved head for the plot, Briggs laughed and picked up another Time magazine, which was his only cover and for the plot to synthesize.

This almost 60 middle-aged man is interesting, and he's kind of surprised to know that Adrian's starring role is the latest in a couple of major characters, after all, for the first time in the history of Hollywood. But he was also the quickest to adjust, especially when he got in touch with Adrian, and he was the first to say, "You've broken Hollywood's history, Ed. Are you sure you're not going to leave something behind? ”

“If you like, take it back for a souvenir, if you like. Absolutely allow them to arrange a little bit of content in it.” Adrian seconded Briggs because it was a prop. And it's over once, so it's all blank except for the cover. And of course, there's something there, but it's all the same, Hollywood has a lot of investment in the film industry, but on the other hand, it's very economical, like the newspaper that's been watched by all kinds of people on film and television since the '70s and hasn't changed in decades.

Although most props are good. But there's something wrong with that.

“If you had spoken to me earlier, you wouldn't have done such useless work.” Adrian sighed at what was in front of him.

“Why?” Ferris asked puzzled, then reached out and pulled the armor from the next prop master, “Well done, didn't you? ”

“Of course, both the metallic texture and the accessory construction are perfect. It fully reflects Hollywood's top prop master, but the question is…” Adrian walks around this Iron Man armor, "and no one wears it? I mean, wearing it makes a lot of big moves, not just walking around for two laps. ”

“This…” the prop artist then looked silly, and Ferju stunned, then some awkward relief: “Perhaps… we can try it first. ”

Adrian smiled. Not going on, very much: “Okay, let's try it on. ”

He then took off his shirt to reveal his fine body in a short sleeve t-shirt to match the film and Iron Man's appearance. Adrian did a lot of work in the month before the shoot. He's always been in good shape. Plus swimming is the best way to burn fat - in this part of California, you can swim in the pool most of the time - and it's better if you do some more exercise in the water.

Almost twenty minutes have elapsed since Adrian was given the armor built by the props master, and a little more time has been spent moving down to adjust to the armor.

“Unfortunately, no.” Adrian with the mask lifted shook his head, "it was heavy, boring, time-consuming, and inflexible, and some simple moves were okay, but if they were too big, like this. ”

He lifted one arm up to the shoulder, and the armor made of foam and other materials had deformed somewhat, and if he insisted on going up, he would probably scrap part of his shoulder.

“Let's do it the other way, Jon, instead of CG, it's lighter, it's more focused,” Adrian continued, "and you need me to perform as much as I can, right? ”

“Well, it's up to you.” Seeing him insist so much, Freud didn't have much to say, so he instructed the props artists to bring the clothes for CG to make, although they wanted to reduce the cost with ordinary props, but they were also prepared.

cG makes clothes very simple, it's just a regular t-shirt, and what's valuable is the little spheres that hang on the clothes and collect data against them, and the computer can easily build models with Adrian's body and cover Iron Man's armor. In this way, it will not only take so much time, but also make Adrian more relaxed and flexible, the only problem being that the cost may increase.

You know, the surprise budget is 120 million, which doesn't take into account the cost of publicity, but it does feel a little sloppy for a big commercial film, so Ferris inevitably gets a painful look.

“Well, Jon, those things aren't all useless, just when they're on the body and there's no big move, are they?” Adrian patted Freudian on the shoulder and comforted himself with a "beard” that stretched out like a cockroach to connect two small balls to gather data to make a helmet cg headset in the computer.

And then he comes up with something that makes a bad laugh: "Well, if I overspend, I'll make an additional investment in my personal name, I promise. ”

“Oh!” Everyone in the room had a neat white eye.

Overall, Adrian still has a very good image as an actor in the crew, and is well-educated and engaged. No matter what the shooting is, he generally doesn't use a double unless the circumstances are special. But he also has a more “bad” side, like always showing off his power or wealth in a prank, most typically when shooting a private plane.

“Let me introduce you, from left to right, Ellie? Gerry? Sorbsky, Eliza? Cuthbert and Leah? They're all stewardesses on my private plane, and I think it would be appropriate for them to come.” Adrian came to the set that day with four women in stewardess uniforms and introduced some of the staring crew members.

The scene was simple, Stark was going to sell his weapons at the U.S. military base, but he overslept and left Rhodes angry for a long time, so Stark conned him on his private plane to fill him with alcohol and finally let him down. Since it's on a private plane. So the stewardess is sure to need it, and again, since it's a playboy's ride, the stewardess must be very pretty and eyebrowing him.

Fernando and producer Asolon were going to find a few models to act on, but after Adrian found out, he braved himself that he could handle this, and the actor was not only appropriate. And acting is definitely not a problem. The two people didn't think too much, they thought he was just trying to pick up a few women, let alone a big boss, but he shook up the flight attendant on his own private plane!

Ellie Rather is mature and sexy, Greg? Sorbsky's gorgeous, Eliza? Cuthbert is beautiful. Leah Deatham was exotic, and each of the four stewardesses had a posture, looking at Adrian walking in with her waist and limbs, and she knew it was all there.

Well, although they invited billionaires to play billionaires. Invite a billionaire's former assistant as a billionaire's assistant, but use a billionaire's private stewardess as a billionaire's private stewardess... of course. No matter how reluctant they are, they have to say yes. Who makes Adrian their real boss?

It also reminds them that no matter how cooperative Adrian is, no matter how approachable he is, he has always been one of Hollywood's most powerful people and one of the super-rich.

“Goddamn rich man, damn dude...” Dundell mumbled half-hearted and half depressed, basically representing the minds of a lot of people in the crew.

However, the tune of tune, the crew actually doesn't have much malice, so long as they're not radical people, they won't really hate Adrian. And the four stewardesses did a good job, whether they were serving Adrian or dancing steel pipes together, it was very tempting, when it was a real show.

Besides, this is sort of a selling point, and a lot of the stuff that appears in the movie is owned by this billionaire, and listening alone is enough to get a lot of curious people into the cinema.

Interestingly, Adrian doesn't seem to have enough. After this play, he still wants to ask Ferguson if Stark has a female private doctor or a female private lawyer, so that Ferguson doesn't know what to say.

Well, that was before, and the movie's going pretty well right now, which is that Adrian gets a little depressed once in a while. When he was directing, because of his previous life, he had a very precise grasp on which lens to use, so he didn't need much less piecemeal lenses than the other directors, but the director of Iron Man wasn't him after all, and he promised not to interfere, so he had to keep shooting for a few minutes, or actually cut out the lens for just a few seconds.

Luckily, shooting is not very difficult, whether it's family life or making something, or holding a press conference or a wine party. At first, it didn't get used to it, but then it got better and better, especially for the show, which is a real show. Even came here for a character and asked for a front-facing Stan? Li praised, of course, the old man was more than bragging about his own vision.

The more so, however, the more depressing Adrian is, which amply demonstrates that Freudian's confidence in himself is not enough, and it is simple that the scenes in the cave have not yet begun.

“Are you in a hurry? It doesn't have to be shown this year anyway. When did the great miracle director fall ill? Or is being an actor going to change someone?” Charlize laughed at him with this.

“Be proud of yourself, Charlie.” Adrian gave her a white eye.

Unlike Adrian, Charlize received many compliments, both from Freudian and Briggs, for being born an actor. But in Adrian's view, this is because she doesn't have much of a part, so pick an actress, and you can play by the rules. And then, the second reason, and the most important reason, Adrian always felt. The Ferris guys, they loved watching her against him on the set.

“You should be on the other end of the planet by now. If you don't want to go, you should have told me sooner, not let a private plane wait for you there for an hour and a half —— of course, you can say it's your plane, but don't be so casual, Tony, or you can tell me that you still want to come with lollipop?” This is before Stark was ready to go to Afghanistan. Charlize's lines.

“Oh my God... this is definitely the worst thing I've ever been through, worse than that time in Maui, you bastard, absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely, don't make me do this again!” This is Charlize's line after changing Stark's chest energy source.

“This isn't just a dance, you're the boss. Or the boss with the reputation, everyone knows what kind of person you are, and you bother me like that. Tony, I don't mind serving you, but you've always been my boss, and please think about how I feel. Okay?” It's a party after Stark got back, Charlize's line.

One thing these lines all have in common is that they were freely played by Charlize, and unlike the original Gwyneth, Charlize's little chili is obviously more aggressive. I prefer to be proactive and have a sharper mouth. Those lyrics that have been tampered with are often implicit in tone, sarcasm, or irony. In the face of this situation, it is absolutely impossible for a group of directors to ignore it and say that they do not like to see it.

“Obviously, they don't dare speak to me in that tone, so they're all counting on you.” That's how Adrian summed it up.

Charlize answered with only one sentence: "You're jealous. ”

Jealousy? How could it be... Well, Adrian admitted, there was a little bit, after all, if the show didn't work, they couldn't let her modify the lines.

In the above three lines, for example, the first paragraph Charlize said in a light-hearted, already accustomed, but helpless tone of voice; the second paragraph she bit her teeth, as if very unhappy, but very concerned tone of voice; and the third paragraph she said in a worried, more distressed and obviously moving tone of relationship. All fit perfectly with the character's mood at the time.

Or, for example, the second paragraph there, because Charlize needed to synthesize his hands at a later stage, it was a bit odd to shoot, so it was a very simple shot, and Adrian laughed a few times. But every time I shoot, Charlize will have a different tone and attitude, there are people who are unhappy with their little temper, there are people who are worried about being depressed, there are people who bite their teeth, there are people who are delirious, etc., it's only wonderful, so much so that Freudian is afflicted privately, which one to use when editing.

And Charlize, who had a great time, had a little bit of fun: "Hey, how about we do it again, and I interviewed you for expressionless performances, just to express my mood in tone. ”

What should I say? Is it Charlize?

“Maybe you should have gone to the movies instead of being my secretary.” After today's shooting, Adrian, who routinely went back with Charlize, said so.

“What, you think I can get an Oscar?” Charlize asked back, but waved immediately, "Though I don't think you'd let me go, would you be so kind to have a strong grip on * * you? Poor Kate hasn't gotten a shadow yet, is that why? ”

“It's defamation, Charlie, and I just hope Kate gets more power when she gets an Oscar.” Adrian shrugged, "Don't underestimate yourself, Charlie, you can be vice president of ABC from the assistant secretary, not just because of my support. So, again, if you're an actor, it's just sooner or later. ”

“Perhaps then it will be my turn to take your test, and the poor woman who did not pass your test, to be your secretary.” Charlize snorted, but then realized he was wrong.

“It doesn't matter," Adrian raised her hand before she opened her mouth, "it doesn't matter whether she passes or not. ”

Charlize sighed for a moment and shifted the subject: "So you're still appeasing to another angry little woman? ”

“Yes, but don't worry,” Adrian laughed, "I have a point, and she's not entirely emotionally dominated. ”

Another angry little woman naturally meant Kayla, and the next day she woke up, realizing what had happened, suddenly tried to bite Adrian like a furious little lion. Under his deliberate and unintentional guidance, Kayla, who was somewhere in her mind unusually distorted, attached great importance to self-esteem and cared so much about the established pattern of "what he was allowed to do, what he could do” that she immediately lost control of the situation.

Of course, it's easy to tame a female lion, and when speech doesn't work, it only pays to... um... act —— the word is better.

Anyway, Adrian pressed her against the bed, tied her up and stuffed her mouth, and when she ran out of energy, she did it twice, and Kayla came down honestly. Then he slowly told her that he had the skill to tell her what happened last night, and anyway, Kayla was always the one who taught her, hiding the obedience factor deep down. In fact, if he made a formal request to go to bed, she would say yes at most once or twice.

Then, the value of hatred shifted smoothly to Natalie, and Kayla vowed to make her pay, but she never saw each other again since, because... it took time to reshape her personality.
