He looked at Lin Yu’an, and his tone held no command, only a solemn expectation belonging to an elder.

"Lin, now that you have children and this unparalleled family, everything has settled down."

"Therefore, I hope you can consider scheduling a formal wedding."

"We don’t need it to be grand, nor do we care about any legal documents."

"We just hope to see the three of you, on a sunny day, in the blessing of all the family, formally declare that you will forever guard each other."

These words, though said tactfully, carried such weight that everyone present felt it.

Aliya’s breath quickened instantly, she jerked her head up, staring at her father in disbelief, her eyes suddenly full of tears and endless anticipation.

Emily also nervously clenched her hands, feeling both apprehensive and a desire she hadn’t even realized.

Lin Yu’an looked into Robert’s earnest and hopeful eyes, then at the excited Aliya and Emily who were at a loss for words beside him.

He smiled, slowly nodded, and replied with the same solemn tone full of promise, "Dad, you’re right. I have neglected this matter."

"A wedding is the respect that Aliya and Emily deserve, and it’s also a promise for the children’s future. I will schedule it as soon as possible."

He turned to his two extremely joyous wives, his eyes filled with love.

After dinner, under the warm firelight of the fireplace and the satisfied laughter of family members, everyone gradually returned to their respective guest cabins to rest.

In the master suite of Eagle’s Nest, on the great cedar log bed, Lin Yu’an, Aliya, and Emily enjoyed a rare moment of tranquility after sending their two babies back to their room to sleep.

"I still feel like I’m dreaming, a wedding... are we really going to have a wedding?" Aliya leaned against Lin Yu’an’s chest, her face still beaming with uncontrollable happiness.

Emily also snuggled gently on his other side, said softly, "Yes, and it’s for the three of us. Dear, thank you."

Lin Yu’an smiled and hugged them tighter, his heart full of satisfaction. He was about to discuss the wedding schedule with them when Aliya suddenly raised her head.

Her pale green eyes, under the warm yellow light, sparkled with a wisdom and gentleness distinctly different from the day’s excitement.

"Hmm?" Lin Yu’an was somewhat surprised.

"I wonder... could we wait a little?"

This suggestion left Lin Yu’an and Emily stunned. They hadn’t expected that the most eager for the wedding, Aliya, would propose waiting.

Aliya looked at their surprised expressions, giving a knowing smile.

She extended her hand and also grasped Emily’s hand, interlacing all three of their hands together.

"Of course, I long for a wedding, I dream about it." She confessed, "But, dear, our family should be a complete one."

Her gaze finally fell on Lin Yu’an’s face, filled with understanding and encouragement.

"That girl named Max, I don’t want her to join us alone someday after we’ve held this sacred ceremony, that wouldn’t be fair to her."

"So," Aliya’s tone turned incredibly firm, "I hope we can first confirm her intentions."

"If she’s willing, I hope our wedding is for the four of us. If she’s not willing, then we’ll have a wedding for the three of us."

"But regardless, we should give her the chance to choose."

Lin Yu’an was completely touched by his wife’s wisdom and generosity. He had thought it would require him delicately bringing up this matter.

He didn’t expect Aliya would proactively pave all paths for him and Max.
