"Seth's Summer Holiday in the Southern Hemisphere"

Second year in the Southern Hemisphere. When I joined Comro Company, I got my first summer vacation.

Ayr and the other dwarf aunts are currently teaching them to prune the world's trees and exterminate monsters, so they can't rest, but I'm not so busy, and the president told me to rest while I can, so I decided to take a vacation.

Even if it's a vacation, there are no ships, and if there are monsters in the world tree, they will be called by a communication bag, so you can't go that far. When you're at the base, you'll be asked to help with Bertha's research and you won't be on vacation. Then you're mostly going to do something in the desert, but because it's a desert, there's nothing but sand.

Even if you just sit still, your sweat drips from the heat. I hate Mermo because his legs are buried in the sand and his health drains when he walks and runs, but Isle said, "Isn't it convenient for training?" The president ran through the desert at an unbelievable speed, saying, “Isle has no choice because her head is muscular.” The president is also strange.

The scare of the desert is the temperature difference between day and night, the sandstorms, and sometimes the slimes come out of the sand.

There's nothing good about the desert. As long as you have food and water, you can empty your head and stare back at yourself without worrying about anyone.

When there was a huge outbreak of centipede monsters in the world's trees the other day, I could hardly do anything.

The president said, "You don't have to be like me or Isle. Make the most of your personality! They said," Well, you know what? I don't have the ability to deal with new monsters. I don't know what to do, and the moment I encounter a monster, my thoughts stop and my movements often stop. If you give me instructions, I will be able to deal with it immediately, but it will take some time to think and act on my own. I don't think I'm confident.

To do that, I figured I'd have to do something by myself, and I thought I'd survive a week in the desert.

Food and water are the minimum necessary to prepare, and no matter how lost you are, you will only take the flying centipede so that you can return. I told the president where I was going and decided to leave the correspondence bag.

Between the rocky areas and the desert, stones are piled as road signs. When I brought the dwarf children to the Black Dragon Cave to meet their mothers, I prayed that the mothers would not make a mistake.

That's the entrance to the desert.

Well, shall we go?

Spending a week in the desert doesn't make sense, so I decided to walk to the northeastern edge of the desert, where the ocean is visible, and pump the sea water.

I was going to rest during the day and rely on the direction of the sun to go straight to the northeast, and at night I was going to wrap up a monster fur and sleep.

However,

It's cold!

Unexpectedly, I raised my voice.

The desert was supposed to be cold, but it wasn't so cold because of the kindling. I wanted to curse myself for coming to the desert without anything to burn, but I dug the sand, buried my body, and exposed my face to the cold desert night.

It gets hot all at once when the night falls and the sun comes up. As the sun shines, your skin is burnt to the brim, draining away moisture from your body. I planned to bring more water for a week, but my schedule collapsed and I noticed that there was not enough water.

"I've licked the desert too much."

I can't help but exhale, but I have to exhale as much as I can.

If you don't use the flying horns and Mr. Isle doesn't look far, you won't know how far you need to go, and you won't be able to keep pace. No one can help me, my feet are stuck in the sand, and I don't want to think about anything in the heat.

While chewing the dried meat of my fist, I put my foot forward. That's all, but my body just started to move as I thought it would. If you take a break, you will drink more water, sweat, and lose your strength. If the slime jumped out, I had to cut it with a knife and deal with it.

When the sun goes down, I dig a hole and go to sleep early.

In the middle of the night, it was cold and I got up and ran again towards the northeast, gaining distance.

On the third day of the morning, I finally saw the sea. However, if you go, you will not get to the coast, and you will arrive at the coast after noon.

You can see the shadow of a small fish in the sea. "Even if it was a net, I think some of it was caught..."

Should I turn my magic into a net?

The boss used a technique to pull air out of the magic wall, and Isle used a technique to chop the magic wall to exterminate monsters. I was also planning to use the magic wall to do something about it, but the amount of magic power was different from the two of them in the first place. Erecting a wall of magic power and doing something even more depletes magic power all at once.

However, when I was training as a fisherman, I was able to fix the net many times, and it was easy to imagine, and I felt that it would become my own personality.

I tried throwing a magic net at the sea, but I couldn't catch any small fish because the mesh was too big. However, when I threw it towards the desert, a large amount of slime was caught from the sand, and I used a knife to scratch the skin and collect the magic stone. The magic stone struck by the sun was slightly warm, and when I slept in my pocket at night, the cold eased.

All I had to do was go back to the Black Dragon's Cave... but on the fifth day, I was struck by a sandstorm, and without knowing the direction, I dug a hole in the sand, covered my face with the fur of a monster so that I could only breathe, and spent the rest of my life without thinking.

On the sixth day, in the desert, the sun was unusual and cloudy, and I walked in the dark clouds and completely lost my way. Maybe it's raining somewhere in the desert. I ran out of water somewhere, and finally I was struck by a barrage of arrowheads and washed away. “The most common cause of death in the desert is drowning,” the president said, but in fact, he was dying.

Fortunately, my body was tough according to my level, so I was able to get rid of the scuffs, but the flying hammer broke, and I ran out of energy to escape the flood of fire, so I couldn't move that day.

On the seventh day, there was no water, no food, and I began to move without fully recovering my strength. Whether you move or not, if you stay like this, you will die. While the sun was rising, I checked the direction and walked straight.

However, I don't know if I went straight because my legs were taken by the sand, rolled off the dunes, and it was rough in the heat. Just put your feet forward.

Even as the sun went down, I kept my legs out in front of me. If I stopped, I felt like I'd never get up again.

Walking in the dark desert, trembling with cold, I saw a sword of light in the distance. Maybe it's Mr. Eyre's magic. The sword of light lingered forever, and I continued to wave my last strength towards it and put my foot forward.

When I got close, I finally realized that the Light Sword was a giant thing that stretched up into the sky. The sword was floating on a sign made by dwarf children.

For some reason, the president and Mr. Eyre were sitting on the rock near the road sign and greeted me.

"Hey, have you grown a little?"

The president gave me a water bag and asked.

Yes.

Well, that's fine.

I have become a little more confident. [M]
