Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka?

Ghost 4 Named

Thanks to the smelting of weapons, the village of Goblin has developed, albeit slightly.

Since most of the blades could be smelted, there were plenty of daily necessities such as knives and scissors.

Besides, the crude stuff we used until then about the weapons, it was ancient from dead adventurers, made from demonic bones, etc., and the fact that they were fed a more decent weapon increased the survival rate of the goblins out hunting by only a few.

Six months after I became aware of my weapons smelting skills.

I kept refining my weapons the day they came and the day they came.

Thanks to much more MPs that were bottomed at first just to smell a crude knife, they are now able to smell a pretty good weapon.

I will appraise the finished sword. [M]

"Smelting Swords: Attack 96, Endurance 1099: Swords Created by Smelting"

I have been loaned an appraisal stone by the village chief to confirm my ability to smelt weapons.

I used that power to appraise it, and I can say that this sword is quite a performance.

Attack is the Attack that is added to the status as is.

Endurance represents the strength of that weapon, making it fragile when this value is lower.

It's like the defense of a weapon, and I think maybe when it's attacked with just more than any number of attacks, it breaks in one blow.

Think of it that way, this sword will not be destroyed by a single blow if it has less than attack power 1099.

I guess you could say it's pretty sturdy, huh?

Increases both Attack and 96.

My current attack power is 81, so just because I equipped this sword, it's more than double my attack power.

Should I mourn my attacking power, which is lower than the sword's attacking power, or should I be happy that I have a well-performing sword?

That's a subtlety.

I haven't been able to develop much offense in the last six months with all the weapon smelting, and maybe I don't have a choice.

A lot has happened in the last six months.

Goblins of the same age I found out froze to death or were eaten by vegetables in the wrong field during the harvest season.

Sometimes my brother's goblin, who went hunting, never came back.

I wondered if my real brother had ever evolved into a hobgoblin.

My family consists of four brothers, six sisters, two parents, one brother and one sister at a time, and together I am a family of fifteen.

If I were human, I'd be a big family, but if I were a goblin, I wouldn't be that far.

Because of the short gestation period and the high reproduction capacity, you can have children in a fast span.

However, mortality is also high for that matter.

As far as I could tell, she had four more brothers on top of me, and one brother had an abortion.

That was tough.

I was supposed to be my first brother.

But it didn't work.

The whole family cried.

I lost my appetite for a while. [M]

It was Brother Lazaraza, my oldest brother, who comforted me like that.

I think it's subtle that you comforted that one.

What did you do, you were beaten up.

"Don't look stinky forever. Eat and live well. That's the duty of the living."

That's what forced me to eat. [M]

I was forced to open my mouth really hard and stuffed with food.

Then, when I was eating at meals, I was fed whether or not I was depressed.

I thought I was going to die, but gradually I stopped being depressed.

Brother Lazaraza said the best, and most importantly, at that time his mother was carrying a new life.

Goblin's vitality is amazing.

That's how my sister was born.

That's when I swore to protect her. [M]

Brother Lazaraza is a fighter in the village.

Hobgoblins are even more evolved high goblins and their status is not comparable to that of normal goblins.

My proud brother.

All the men's brothers have Brother Lazaraza as their goal.

But I got in a bit of a special position because of my weapon training.

Even though he's still a young man who can't even go hunting, he's becoming something that has to be a village.

Hunting is dangerous.

But if you don't go hunting, you can't level up, and you die right in your lifespan without being able to evolve.

You can't lose me, but you have to let me go hunting.

So they're rubbing it a little bit up there.

Well, we're still on the hunt ahead of us, and I think it's roughly up to us what we're going to do by then.

I think we're going to have a good selection of warriors escort us in the multi-divisional village.

I'd like to ask Brother Lazaraza to escort me then.

Hopefully.

I give a name to the smelting sword I can.

"Naming, Claw Breaking"

The named smelting sword emits light for a moment.

I'll try to reassess it again.

"Claw Breaking: Attack 116, Endurance 1199: Sword Created and Named by Smelting"

Attack increased by 20 and endurance increased by 100.

This is the effect of the skill "naming".

I used to give it a name every time that I could use a weapon, and that's when I got this skill.

The effect is an increase in the status of what you name it.

Skill level two now.

This skill makes the weapon I named even more effective.

Actually, this skill, nothing but weapons.

If even creatures are named, their status increases.

Whether it is originally named or can be made effective by overwriting an original name.

But there's no goblin in this goblin village to get a name from me.

For goblins, the name means sacred.

No matter how much status I knew would rise, there was no goblin to change the name once it was named.

I salute that pride.

"Captain. I've got one goblin."

"Right. Good job. What's the damage to this one?

"At zero. No, it's a little dangerous for you. I've had some good weapons lately."

"Are you even a goblin who can blacksmith?

"No way. Goblins? But if there's such a goblin, let's make him a servant with the skill of a captain. No. That would make our gear a little better."

"Right. However, it cannot be overlooked that the scope of Goblin's actions will widen. We'll work something out as soon as possible."

"Heh-heh."
