Kuro no Maou
Episode 166: The 40-point man.
There are two Adventurer Alliances in Sparda.
One is the headquarters of the Sparda Adventurer Guild, located around the city's central square, an upper compartment ahead of the second fence.
Only high-ranking adventurers of Rank 4 or higher are allowed to use Headquarters, while other common adventurers are supposed to use the other.
That's the Sparda Adventurer Guild School District Branch.
The school district, as its name suggests, is an academic compartment built by several educational institutions, magic laboratories, weapons workshops and temples, including the Royal Sparda Seminary.
There are also such locations, and this guild branch is crowded with young people in uniform, students and other styles.
Regardless, there are adventurers dressed in tight armor helmets and robes that make you feel old.
They are currently overflowing with a wide lobby of guild branches, such as a student to adventurer ratio of 3: 7, but it is still remarkable to see students in matching uniforms.
Those who have only used the Adventurers Guild of other urban states and regions will marvel at this sight, but it is a landscape so familiar to her, Elina, a young elf female employee sitting at the reception desk.
She's smiling at the adventurers today.
"Mr. Elina, if this quest succeeds, will you date me!
"I'm at work now, so please don't talk to me in private"
Smiling nicely with a poor beauty that had nothing to be ashamed of in the name of the beautiful shape and the prestigious elf, Elina trumped the invitation of a young boy student under one sword.
To Sinyon, beautifully wrapped with pale chestnut hair, and to her admiring sister, Erina, with clear, empty sensible eyes, the invitation of this hand was a constant response to how she was actually used to it.
"But when you can get your quest at HQ before you graduate, I'll think about it."
"Seriously! Then I'll do my best. Me!
It's a cynical goal to take a quest at HQ, that is to become Adventurer Rank 4 or higher, but if they say it along with a seductive wink, a man couldn't have been less excited.
Increase your fighting spirit and escort your fellow students to the quest.
"Mmm, 45 points"
and leaked those words with a small sigh.
(I could have given you 50 points if this was all I had inside my appearance, grades, and households, but that silly personality is a reduction)
Essential to a man who would say in his beauty from an early age, she was like a habit naturally acquired to grade a man in this way.
(I knew it wouldn't work like a branch, oh, I just want to work for HQ and meet a nice guy)
But now it's time for patience, so to speak, for the downloading period, and Elina is encouraging her to do business without one unpleasant face.
Graduating from the Civilian Course at the Royal Sparda Seminary with outstanding grades, she took up her job without difficulty in the popular Sparda Adventurer Guild.
In addition to her education, she can be considered an elite, so to speak, a patriarch blessed to the extent that she has a home in the upper compartment.
And if you continue to work seriously without making so many mistakes, you will be promoted well, and in three years, you will be clear and prosperous to headquarters.
Walking on a smooth, sailing elite course, Elina naturally asked the man she would accompany for the ability and status it deserved.
At least, there is no chance of a man in her eyes appearing in an Alliance branch as used by Adventurers of Rank 3 or below.
Of course, some students will make tremendous leaps forward, but there can't be a way to discern it, because even magic can never know the future.
Therefore, as a young receptionist for her second year of service today, she is firmly committed to her work while wielding affection.
There has been a build-up of internal discontent here lately with a succession of less than fifty points men, but it's a cat-bearing skill developed over the years, and on the face of it, she shows a beauty with a smile that everyone will fall in love with, and her black thoughts never show shards.
"Yes, then, next."
The next figure in the mediocre-looking student adventurer was a pretty eye-catching looking man.
Regardless, beyond being a man, Elina's grading begins the moment she puts his figure in her sight.
(Heh, you look great)
Elina's tension rose in Russia so much that I thought I could give her 90 points if it was just her face.
Because men do not see any special physical traits, they can immediately discern that the race is human.
The contours are sharp, the nose is high, and each part is well organized.
The only thing is that the unusually long cut eyes emit such a sharp glance that some people are overly afraid of, but for Elina, who preferred strong men like adventurers and knights, they worked rather positively.
(It's a rare combination of black and red odd eyes on dark hair)
Dark hair long enough to wear on both eyes, but I don't feel the kind of inertia or uncleanness that I stretched unconstitutionally, which seems to be common with the atmosphere of the man.
And more importantly, the two completely different colored eyes, the black eyes reminiscent of the dark Naruto and the burning flaming red eyes, had a strong luminosity of life that enhanced the man's powerful charm over his dwelling.
(Seeing as there's nothing special 'set up' in your eyes, it's a shame you're not wacky to have 'Devil's Eye')
But Elina next glances at the man's gear, wondering if it's harsh on the boulder to seek even the special ‘power’ of the 'demon eye'.
(A pair of worn leather pants on a white shirt... if you don't have a guild card, you don't know if you're an adventurer, no matter how much you save, you don't have this outfit.
Besides, I don't even wear a knife, I guess it's just careless)
In a previously naked outfit from an adventurer called Poor Gear, Elina revises her assessment of a man as if the apple were rolling down.
As far as guild cards go, the rank was 1, and even the mediocre boys students just now were rank 2 bronze plates, which you can't expect to have a nice strength commensurate with their appearance.
"Please submit your guild card first"
With discouragement, Elina throws up a predetermined dialogue.
The Adventurer Guild is used by Adventurers as its name suggests, and other ordinary people do not want it.
Therefore, you have to prove first that you are an adventurer rather than using the services of the receptionist.
Incidentally, if an ordinary person applies to the Alliance for a request (quest), he/she will be directed to another point of contact.
"Go ahead."
And, the score is now added to the man who quietly utters a word and offers an iron plate guild card to be raised from his neck.
That was more than a nice voice that a man's voice used to go through.
(That's a lot of courtesy against appearance)
Just one word, but the word "go ahead" cares about your opponent because you can never speak in a rough warrior with muscles stuck all the way to your brain, or in a bigoted sorcerer who is made of magic all the way to your brain.
"Thank you"
Turning to a hundred-point smile (for sales) as a woman, Elina receives the guild card and begins loading the information contained therein with a dedicated magic fixture (magic item).
In fact, guild cards contain more information than is actually represented by letters, such as names and classes.
Personal information is engraved using magic techniques, such as, for example, what quests have been ordered, successful, or failed.
The boulder will not be updated in real time according to the behavior of the Adventurer, and Alliance officials will record it according to the achievement of the quest and the application.
Most importantly, Rank 1 does not provide a lot of protection (protection), so even if there is no guild card read-only item like this little box, it can be read if you are somewhat familiar with that aspect of magic.
As such, the man's personal data is displayed on the crystal spherical display of the magic fixture (magic item) in less than three seconds.
"Yes, you're Krono, the rank one adventurer."
Elena, who turned to Krono, who nodded in recognition, but read his information quickly on the side, was half as expected but could not hide her disappointment.
(Wow, you're from Daedalus... and where is Ils, not even the capital? this guy who's hardly a country guy)
For Elina, who also asks for a family member, she is a common man with no last name and not a rural person.
(oh, it's just a warm quest for rank 1 after all, and this is like ‘black magic’ or whatever)
With cold eyes, it was Elina who circulates and reads information lined up with all her user-level quest achievements, such as herb collection.
(Nm, emergency quest/evacuee escort...... could it be here)
Erina, who is only a newbie receptionist and still a terminal clerk, but only works guild on boulders when it comes to the 'battle’ that took place in Daedalus, and she hears more information than the average person.
Including that there were traces of genocide on the streets throughout Mount Galahad leading up to Sparta.
(I see, lucky survivors are wacky)
That's why it didn't seem to Elina to be the one who fought an awesome fierce battle, such as shaking off an army of enemies lined up like Rank 1 Adventurers and running all the way to Sparta.
It would be reasonable to assume that just no one would find it and we were lucky enough to cross the Galahad Mountains.
Thus, after browsing the adventurer experience of a man named Chrono, Elina pushed the ‘beginner level’ brand inside.
"What can I do for you today?
While listing in her brain the gentle use quests this novice adventurer deserved to order, Elina still inquired with a perfect smile that the shards also showed no evil.
"I'd like to know about the monsters, if I can, about habitats, etc."
You don't even know the existence of a monster list of freedom of browsing that would be any guild, sighing in the mind for the first time in a man's ignorance, explaining.
"There will be a book over there with information on monsters, check it out there"
If there is not so much learning that the letters cannot be read, Elina says, vowing in her heart to recommend admission to the Adventurer's Course at the Royal Sparda Seminary.
"No, I read the whole thing, but it didn't say what I wanted to know, so I asked, does that mean I didn't publish any more information than that?
Elina thinks slightly about the expected diagonal response.
Monster information, weaknesses, habits, attack methods, habitats, basic coping methods, etc. required for Rank 1 adventurers are all on the monster list.
Being able to read letters and have respectful conversations won't mean you're too retarded to understand the text itself.
Nonetheless, the fact that it didn't say what I wanted to know...... I had a bad feeling about it in Elina's chest.
"Which monster did Master Chrono look up for information on?
I'll ask the black gods a question to make sure I have that hunch.
"It's not a particular monster, but, uh, salamanders and highly-ranked things, for example -"
In the hunch, Elina felt like praising herself for still being able to keep a smiling poker face instead of erupting with laughter.
Apparently, this good-looking man dressed just like this Chrono, unfortunately, was an invisible adventurer like my child who admired heroes, who truly unfortunately didn't grasp his power.
Speaking of salamanders, it is more than famous as a type of dragon, it is a gateway to climbing for adventurers, so to speak, separating first-class or second-class for being able to crusade or not.
If you stand upside down, you're not the target of a rank 1 adventurer, even if you're partying with 100 people, it's the only thing that gets ashed from bone to bone with one flaming brace shot.
Elina started explaining to Chrono to teach him ‘reality' courteously, holding back the mood she wanted to do by pointing her finger and mocking her unknowingly with steel reason.
"Sorry, our guild does not introduce you to quests that are more dangerous to come into contact with monsters than rank.
For example, a Salamander Crusade Quest cannot be ordered unless the Adventurer Rank is greater than 4. "
In short, it's a completely marginal quest for you right now.
"I know that, that's why I thought I'd go knock you down for free, is that awkward?
More and more, he's an unsaved man, and he curses inside out.
Idiots who don't even understand the guild's system are better yet as simple as they are.
But after understanding the system, thinking about maneuvers like poking a half-hole is a troublesome smell that never ends rather than just having half shallow wisdom.
In short, this idiot figured out that he couldn't fight a salamander on a regular quest, so he went on a crusade of his own without a quest.
More than a free monster crusade is allowed, it is not a wack considered a criminal act in poaching, but it is nothing but a waste of life to allow an unknown abalone to try or imitate for material purposes, such as jumping into a mushroom dragon's nest.
I don't want you to imitate the way you would lose your young life on your own if you could as a guild side, because if you do the quest right now, even if you're a fool, you could be a fine adventurer in the future.
This is why information other than an introduction to the means of escape in the event of an encounter is lying low from Hazard Rank 3 or higher on the Monster List to avoid going to places inhabited by powerful monsters on their own.
I mean, the kindness of such a gentle guild, that this stupid rank one guy doesn't even understand shards.
"I'm sorry, but our guild asks adventurers to refrain from fighting monsters above rank as much as they can."
"Really..."
Chrono gives a sincerely unfortunate look.
If he is a brilliant and brilliant adventurer who seems to have expectations in the future, he can do it with one of his gentle words of comfort, but given this man's silliness additions and subtractions, he couldn't have gotten out of Elina's mouth, such as that dialogue.
"If you want a high ranking monster crusade, there's still only one way to increase your Adventurer Rank"
For God's sake, live a lovely, mattomo adventurer's life, and Elina speaks of an administrative explanation.
"Okay, so why don't you tell me the quest you need to make to Rank 2?
In the meantime, I'm glad you didn't have to say weird things about me, and while I'm relieved by the clarity of Chrono, Elina does her own job against a somewhat unfortunate Rank 1 adventurer.
"Well, Master Chrono has already accomplished several Rank 1 quests -"
That said, it's not all about a relatively safe quest that begins with herb collection and fights against 100% monsters, such as help from village vigilantes, escorts of villagers going to neighbouring villages, etc.
Inside there are even quests like repairing village fences and carrying luggage, which are just chores that you'll never encounter with a monster.
Regardless, Krono's quest success rate is 100% because it can't be a failure, although it's not something I can be very proud of because of the content of this quest.
Still, the track record is the track record, and the number of quests you've done seems to be quite good, and if you do some quests like crusading a Rank 1 monster later, you'll be promoted to Rank 2.
Elina quickly lists the quests Krono needs to rank up and presents them in less than a minute.
Chrono says, "Thank you." He gratefully accepts the list and looks at it on the spot.
It was Elina who predicted that she would choose to crusade the five easiest goblins in this,
"Then I'll take all orders."
Don't be ridiculous, I succeed in somehow restraining myself with the high spiritual power characteristic of an elf that I almost penetrated with vegetables.
Calm down, calm down, Elf doesn't panic at any time, Elina responded gently as she told herself.
"All of these quests can be ordered simultaneously, but I don't really recommend them"
Why? Answer Krono, who asks like an idiot, clerically.
"There is a deadline, so if you fail to achieve it, you will only incur a penalty or a takeover fee to another adventurer for it.
There is no extra risk and you can concentrate on your quests, so you should order them one at a time. "
It was such a kind attention of Elina,
"No, it's okay"
I got kicked in the ass.
"Really? Are you sure you want to order all of these quests?
Yes, staring at Chrono, who answers dignified, he later goes to debt hell with massive liquidated damages, cursing and ordering five requests for a Rank 1 monster crusade system at the same time.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I'd like to order at a party"
Then be the first to say so. I answer with a smile, cursing without hesitation with silly yallow and inside.
"It's okay, because if you still apply after the quest, you can consider it accomplished at the party.
But if you haven't already registered for the party, you should do it first and put it down, because you won't have to go through the hassle later. "
Then I'll be registering tomorrow, and Elina will just finish processing the quest order, listening to whatever good information she has.
"- Yes, then I wish you success in your quest, good luck"
And, while handing over a bunch of receipts, I sent a ale that I didn't even have in mind, wearing a mask of sales smiles.
"Thank you"
Thus, Chrono walked away with a slight smile.
He was an irresistibly dumb and unknown lowest-ranked adventurer, but Elina didn't think of the springy grin melting snow into his cold appearance and Chrono walking away vigorously with slurries and long legs on his tight, successful length.
"Huh - I knew it was just a good outfit, really sorry man, forty points"
That's how I leaked my discouragement.
