Kuro no Maou
Episode 510: Pegasus for Two
"Evacuate! Evacuate! Hurry back inside the castle!!
In the wake of Gratney Octo's fog braces, the Alsace Fortress becomes noisy in Russia. Voices ordering evacuation into the castle, anger intercepting impending monsters, and, screaming.
This place is now in the same situation as the 203rd supply base. Due to the fog, the octopuses, who fully demonstrate their ability to fly, are rained and poured, striking thousands of soldiers with their appetite. If we go into a muddy state of turmoil, people can't beat monsters.
Fortunately, however, there is a place of refuge here, literally the last fortress: the big castle.
"Evacuation is smoother than I thought."
"The order was thorough in advance"
"Are you ready to run?"
Assumptions are, of course, made if the wind's boundaries are torn, allowing fog to enter the fortress. Abandon possession immediately and evacuate to the castle. Close the door tightly and serve as a cage castle. Well, there's no other means under this circumstance.
"The fact that we've been playing octopus means that Gratney Octo shouldn't be moving yet."
When he drinks everything, the herd pulls everything away. If you stay on the spot, you get sucked in, so act normal.
While the octopuses are flocking to the castle, it's still safe. Even if the castle gate is broken, an indoor battle can still be fought. It shouldn't be so easy to wipe it all out.
"There's plenty of time to slap him down."
"Yes."
"But if Pegasus is eaten, it's bad. Run all the way to the stables."
Away from the line of soldiers evacuating to the castle in a stream like a river, I run out with Saliel on my back.
The surroundings are full of fog, but the general structure within the fortress is grasped within yesterday. You won't get lost on the journey to the stables because it's not that complicated a structure than the original.
"... a flash of disease (Yale Slash)"
I felt signs of an enemy behind my back, Sariel releasing martial arts in the next moment. Without seeing the looming octopus, only the sound of meat ripping into the blade of the wind reaches my ear.
It's incredibly fast, from discovery to interception. Faster than rolling out the Devil's Sword (Sword Arts).
"" Whirlwind Blade (Yale Auva Blast) ""
Now it looks like it's been swept away by a range attack. Really, I don't care about anything behind my back, I can just concentrate right in front of you.
This Sariel-style automatic interception system is too good. It is so convenient that you are likely to be unable to get your hands on it.
I push my way through the fog, cleaving the octopuses in my way, remembering my reliability to Sariel as I expected. I feel signs of snorting around, but I can hardly hear soldiers screaming. Evacuation seems generally complete.
But now instead of people, a horse's voice sounds like a high scream.
"Shit, they're already attacking the stables"
"I feel the reaction of Pegasus. Looks like he's still alive."
"You know what I mean?
"Yes, because she's special"
I'm pretty sure he's a good pegasus because he's enough to be the Apostolic Lover's Horse. I wonder how much it would be if I sold it. More expensive than my Nightmare Mary.
With that crap in mind, I stick a sticky stick to a wooden stables as far as I can see, and punch a demon bullet (Barrett Arts) in dozens of dozens into a herd of octopuses trying to devour fresh horse meat.
Step into a corner lined with unevenness and stables while appropriately reducing the number.
Naturally, this is a fortress originally built to garrison a hundred thousand sized legions. Naturally, stables that keep horseback riding in the possession of the army are the same size.
Most of all, I can't fit all the crusaders' horses in one stables in the fortress. Before he attacked Galahad, he said he had also spread his position outside the fort to keep his horse connected. It is a little ranch.
"That was building one for sure -" Howitzer shelling (grenade burst) ""
"Flash of Disease (Yale Slash)"
Properly sweep away the guys wandering in front of the large wooden front door before jumping into the desired building stables.
I was supposed to have a soldier in control here ready to hand over Saliel's Pegasus, either already evacuated or eaten under this circumstance. Let's just say I pull myself out.
"Do you know where he is?
"Looks like he's in the back over there."
Follow Sariel's instructions very carefully. Even in one building, this place is quite large. I can't afford to peek inside the fence one by one and look for Pegasus.
"- Whoa, could that be him?
Feeling the gaze of dozens of horses, there was a beautiful hairy pegasus running down the aisle, bright white at once.
I'm almost like an amateur, but I can still tell at a glance, that I'm a good horse. A splendid body with a sense of beauty and strength. And if you look at this tight white body, even if it's pushed into a stables like this, pure white wings without a spot of dirt, you can imagine it's possible to blink the white wings and run through the blue sky.
Until this rear, the octopuses had not yet broken in, and Pegasus was standing in a tattered manner.
"Yes, this is it"
Saliel, who was supposed to be reunited with his beloved horse, but didn't seem to feel this way, said a cold, affirmative dialogue.
"For once, the reins and saddles are equipped, so get on it immediately -"
What can I say, approaching, Pegasus' blue eyes glistened in a giraffe.
Buhihin! and his nose roughly lifted his upper body. No, Pegasus had rolled out his forelegs to pressurize. A stiff hoof hits the fence, producing an awesome impact sound.
Could he have tried to kick me?
"... is responding to your black magic"
"Aren't you loathing me terribly?
"I hate you."
Wow, I knew it was.
Or it would be touching that Pegasus is the only woman on board in the first place. Even though a man is negative at the point, besides, it involves magical compatibility, isn't it desperate already?
"Hey, are you okay?
"No problem. I can't help but make you listen."
Sariel, it seems my horse has no mercy.
I think I can treat my horse with a little more effort, but now I can't help it if I can't use this pegasus.
"I asked."
That's how I got Sariel off my back. I don't have any legs, so I dress like I let Petan sit directly on the floor.
I would have let him sit on top of it, but before the rough pegasus, I couldn't get close enough, so I wouldn't have a choice.
"Please open the fence"
Believe her, release the fence as you are told. If Pegasus rushes out, there's no way Sariel can get hit on the floor - but I soon find out it was worrying.
As Pegasus slowly took a step, he lowered his neck and pulled his face toward Saliel.
Oh, does this properly know my Lord? Sariel strokes the approaching Pegasus face with a single hand.
"... I'll ride"
As Sariel put his hand around the base of his ear, Pegasus lifted his neck vigorously. He was going to be blown away as it was, Sariel, but when he decided to make a gorgeous spin in the hollow, he was landing on the suffoly and saddle as if he had aimed.
"Go ahead."
Holding onto the reins with one left hand, Sariel, who decided to ride a curved horse, called me with a face that didn't eat anything.
"Are you all right?
"It's okay."
Hey, Pegasus guy, he's obviously got eyes that don't seem okay. Its eyes do not belong to herbivores, but emit a fierce glow like a carnivore.
"It's okay."
"Wow, okay."
Believe me, Sariel, you told me twice because it's important, and I'm getting close to Pegasus. Reaching out and touching its back, Bikun, trembled his body greatly, but showed no resistant movement.
Apparently, it was really okay.
Make sure I cross back and bring in the previous Sariel, and the horseback ride is done. Finally, the saddle sits comfortably. A simple white saddle with no decorations when it comes to this, but still, I guess it's the finest exclusively for the apostolate.
"All right, let me out"
"Yes."
Even if Sariel didn't whip in, Pegasus ran out of momentum as telepathically as he felt the Lord's will.
I feel my skin accelerating with gnawing along with the light sound of my hooves tapping the floor.
"Hey, the octopus is coming in. Interception -"
"I'm going through it."
From the open door, to the octopus that crawled and broke in with the cheats, Pegasus went in without hesitation, not thinking of attacking.
The crossing is for a moment. Without being taken by the tentacles that are stretched out, Pegasus steps his octopus head with his hooves and runs down the aisle.
"I fly."
Pegasus flew all at once into the sky as he walked through the door, just as the stables aisle alone had gained enough acceleration.
"- Whoa!
Unfortunately, I hear voices.
I have ever flown in the sky thanks to Lily, but never on Pegasus. It's a big difference between flying on your own and flying on something.
I feel fuzzy and odd floating. Not only are you just crossing a flying horse, but you have the kind of stability that moves from space to space that wraps you up.
Indeed, was it the logic that the magic for flying the sky that Pegasus uses to fly is also adapted for riders? This doesn't seem to magic naturally if ridden, he says, by the will of Pegasus. So it seems that the Tenma Knight (Pegasus Night) is a technique that can be considered the basics in the basics so that he can do the flying magic on himself as well.
Well, this would certainly be fine with just one reins, and a combat action that would spin a spear in the air and unleash attack magic. Seat belts are just out of the way.
Conversely, does the person you don't like mean that if you can fly without magic even if you are forced to ride it, you can fall as-is?
That means I'm in one mood for Pegasus, and I'm going upside down to the ground at the next moment... because if I have to, I'll hang with my tentacles, but I'll keep riding.
"Still, you're foggy. Do you know the direction?
"If it's such a huge sign, you won't lose sight of it"
"Well, then, go straight ahead. Leave the others in there to me - Demon Sword (Sword Arts)"
Well, I don't have time to be amazed at Pegasus' first flight forever.
Ten red-hot blackened swords want to be removed from the shadow space (shadowgate). Even if you let it unfold around you as usual, you won't be left alone with your sword. I would be able to fire this without any problems.
From the white-smoking surroundings, several enemy shadows had already begun to emerge swimming through the universe with signs as well as keeky and bug-like tall squeals.
The speed of flight is higher in Pegasus, but above all, they have more numbers. The way we stand in the way of where we're going is with floating lightning.
So getting rid of obstacles is my job. This Pegasus is a double-seated fighter. The pilot is Sariel, and Gunner is sharing the role of me.
"- Blast"
Lock on only enemies coming straight on the path of Pegasus. Fire right after.
A flying octopus swings its tentacles loosely like a seabed walk, and a blade that flickers a black aura and walks. In the next moment, it turns into a red and black two-color fire grinding, and it crashes away.
Do you feel like shooting down UFOs with fighters or something? No, the Devil's Sword (Sword Arts), which can be moved as you wish, would be far more user-friendly than the halfway induction performance missiles commonly found in the game.
If you don't even put a thread on the bullet count, you can shoot off as many octopuses as you want.
Pegasus rushes through to sew the gap between the blasting flames and the black-smoked space, without even being timid by the grand blasting noise.
Speaking of sticking a bunch of monsters in for two, it reminds me of the rescue battle at the ancient castle of Ischia. I never dreamed of riding with a real princess, but I personally can't be more likely to be riding with Sariel.
"Shit, I knew the big guy was flying too"
Soon, immersed in memories, on the other side of the sumptuous mist, a shadow as big as a whale roars. This place is shapely, like a dioquat, should I say?
"If a big octopus targets you at the same time, I can't handle it either."
Deploy the six-touch tentacles in a basslist manner, or it's a horrible, poisonous cannon opening that's coming this way. To the round mouth where the purple smoke leaks, I silence all ten bullets before firing... but from what I saw, the big octopuses in the same pose were floating from up, down, left, and right as if this were the final line of defense. In all, there are four, no, five.
Apparently, he's intelligent enough to shoot braces at the right time. Simple but therefore, absolutely reliable collaboration.
If I just missed the radiation, I'd be able to sneak in five of each at the same time. That means the other three will be shot before they hit the next bullet.
"Roger, move on to evasive action -" Chili Disease (Sonic Walker) ""
At that moment, I remember the acceleration enough for the gnaw and the scenery to brace.
Fortunately, thanks to Saliel's teaser, my demon sword, which was firing on the brink, could have landed on the big octopus without a mistake. Acid braces mixed with black smoke are scattered in the direction of the day after tomorrow.
The three lucky ones who weren't chosen by me blast out poisonous purple smoke tornadoes that pollute the blue sky.
But only the remnants of Pegasus can trace the Acid Brace. Neither steel nor the strong acidity that instantly dissolves makes sense if it doesn't hit.
Pegasus going straight at a tremendous speed. How many kilometers are out of here?
"-!? You made it through the fog!
Surprisingly, the sight opens around leaving the big octopus, completely escaped their braces.
The view, whilst still, is the eye of a typhoon.
Immediately above is a blue sky ceiling, surrounded by massive cloud walls formed in a circular fashion. Only here is beautiful and sunny, as if it were a lie that there was a thick fog that inhibited my vision.
And sitting in this huge cavity is the 'Gratney Octo' of bulimia, which will be the fifth trial, as the Lord who leads the flock.
Once again, looking up close, only a sigh of sigh appears in its immensity.
Pegasus becomes just the shape that popped over the head of the floating Gratney Octo. The view from here falls into the illusion of being flying low above the mountains.
Only he doesn't have the same big, round shaped head as an octopus. A flat shape that just swells somewhat. If this sleeps on the ground, it will be mountainous or hilly terrain as it is.
The foggy smoky mountain that the Spartans once drove the last of Gratney Octo's army, that must have been over his head. For what reason, I don't know if Koitsu woke up at the time, but if he was only seen as a wild mountain with no philosophy whatsoever of the trees growing, it would mean that over his head he was wearing quite a bit of dirt and sand to invent it.
Most of all, now that he had awakened, he did not need the earth and forest to cover his giant body, revealing a creepy dark green body surface that nullahs and teeters. In addition, a large eight-legged silhouette that swings to pulse slowly shows us that this huge object is unquestionably a monolithic monster.
And in my good sight, I also saw clearly the appearance of countless octopuses, large and small, waiting over my head.
"Damn, they're after us already!
The figure of a large octopus pointing up an oral cavity spitting out a fiercely poisonous brace in a uniformly flipping position also looks like a flower somewhere. As bright emerald green giant flowers bloom on a dark green earth, it's hard to say it's beautiful to flatter. It is so creepy that it is any demonic flower garden.
I could also see that some of the guys screaming with their cleverly tentacled tentacles adjusting the angle of shot, clearly over ten meters, were even more gigantic solids. Twenty, thirty... There's going to be like fifty meters of guys in formation around the middle.
I didn't know you still had these big guys hidden. Falling this bulimic aerial fortress is going to be a pretty tough one.
But now we have to start where we land safely. If you wear an Acid Brace at all, that's it.
"Approaching."
It was at the same time that fierce anti-aircraft fire erupted and Pegasus rushed out.
With a steep descent that falls upside down, we rush into a purple poison crucible.
A poisonous stream of purple smoke, approaching to cover your sight. Acid braces that follow a totally direct course are not about a single bottle. Dozens and hundreds of simultaneous breaths of poison fill the path of Pegasus by becoming thick bands.
"- Whoa!"
But it doesn't hit.
Pegasus literally kicks in the sky and exchanges braces that hit him directly with a single piece of paper. Jump forcefully with your leg strength and take the zigzag track and push on. Its aerial power cannot be achieved solely by Pegasus' natural ability to fly. Is it thanks to the 'Thousand Mile Disease Drive (Sonic Walker)' that curved aerial manoeuvres are allowed?
Normally, a step or two, stepping into the void should be the limit, but I know with this body that Saliel's 'Thousand Mile Disease (Sonic Walker)' is so transcendent that it runs hundreds of meters vertically up the sky.
From Saliel, who would have reached the frontier of the human horse, there's no way Pegasus could have even carved aerial steps.
Martial arts and equestrianism are still far from Sariel to me. Even if he loses his protection, he's still a monster.
"I'll be there."
"Okay - Rift Blade (Blast Blade) Huh!
A sudden drop to the point where my eyes turn, but to the point where I fall back and forth unconscious, my body is not a jerk. We have already identified our distance and fired all bullets (full blast) to secure the landing site.
I kicked Pegasus' back and jumped in as the red-hot blackened sword that had arrived sprayed up a fierce blazing pillar.
It was only for a moment that I felt the heavy wind pressure that struck my whole body. My body, wrapped in heavy armored helmets and equal to a chunk of steel, is struck by a tremendous impact -
"Hey, did you manage to get off..."
"Yes."
In anticipation of the fact that it would take magic to shoot down Gratney Octo, I dared not use 'Demon King of Steel (Overgear)' just to kill the impact of the landing. Though I knew my body would be fine, it's hard inside to roll off a horse with a hell of a speed.
A normal human would have flesh bouncing like a pomegranate just because of the impact of the fall. And then if you keep the momentum gobbling and turning, you shouldn't be able to retain the prototype very much.
Me, the boulder, couldn't decide to land cool with just one knee. It is an unrivalled, extreme torso landing that rolled around for dozens of meters and thus fell asleep on its back.
The sky that looked up was refreshingly clear everywhere, and then, in the middle of his sight, there was Saliel's bright white beauty.
"... why are you here?
Funny, Sariel's role is to carry me this far in Pegasus. After I threw my luggage over Gratney Octo's head, I was supposed to return to the base immediately.
……
Sariel just pats red eyes and has no answer to the question.
Um, I have to admit this was my lack of transmission. Maybe I left right after I dropped him off, and I don't think he said it.
"... excuse me"
"Don't apologize, if you've followed me, I can't help it anymore"
Seeing, Pegasus flipped from the steep descent and now flew away to escape heavenly heights. It's already risen to quite a height and apparently has safely taken off within the range of the Acid Brace.
All you have to do is wait until the battle is over, go back to the field, and do as Pegasus likes.
"In the meantime, let's just go. We're just gonna be surrounded."
I'm not going to be a wacko staring at each other with Sariel on my chest forever. Situationally, in my mood, it's a mess.
Get up quickly, and quickly carry Saliel with no hands or feet, with a procedure you are already completely used to. All right, we're ready.
"I hope you find some weaknesses."
I left the "Blast Blade" in pieces around here, and there's no enemy shadow. But beyond the black smoke that stands thin, there are countless octopus legions that I have just seen.
Whether, therefore, we can afford to just look for weak spots.
I'm anxious, but I can't physically pull back any longer if I get this far. Let's join forces with Sariel to overcome the Fifth Trial.
