SPECIAL PROJECT Unpublished Works Experience Part 1 "Madness Island (Tentative)" Chapter I: Peekers from the Abyss

Prologue

Run your car's 4WD to BGM with cheerful car radio on the highway lit by the early summer sun. Black hair shakes in the wind blowing in through the half-opened window. Ocean blue with fresh green covered mountains on the right hand side and gentle waves on the left.

A refreshing drive in the morning, but my complexion would be blatantly dark.

"... Daddy's not bad."

The young voice that seems to disappear on the wind. But it clearly pierces my ear.

Shit. No, come on, should I say. I didn't expect to be able to say these words of comfort to my daughter, who's just ten years old.

"If you're a mom, don't listen to people all the time, you decide on your own."

Points his mouth with a swollen face, but such a face is adorable too.

No, I don't have a parent's eye. My daughter is a beautiful girl with eyes on her. Sally flowing silver long hair with clear ice blue eyes, large, circular, etc. If I can stare at you with this eye, I can't turn down any favors.

Adorable and fantastic white beauty, as if you had come out of the fairy tale world. How attractive beautiful the hell you'll be when you grow up...... my dad is worried now.

"Alice, don't say anything bad about your mom."

Totally about the contents of the ketch, my daughter is right, but that's it, this is this. It would disqualify the father if he seemed to tolerate his mother's ill words in peace.

"But!"

"That's okay, just for a little while this morning, my mom was just in a bad mood. It's okay, by the time I get home, 'cause we're making up."

It was a really crappy argument. The storm the other day (hurricane) fixed the fence in the fallen yard, but it won't.

Yesterday, you promised to fix it within Sunday, but you didn't get anything. How long are you gonna leave it broken, and this neighborhood's gonna laugh at you, okay? Just fix it. Plus, a bunch of whispering daily grievances - the usual novel, if you honestly told me I was bad, I could have flushed it with it, but then I said it.

If you want to fix it that fast, you can fix it yourself.

It was utterly silent. Well, I'm the one who fixes the fence anyway, my wife won't help me with anything, and there's nothing clumsy about her being able to help. That's good enough for a boss of a company like that to tell you to fix it.

It's this zama because she put her boring frustration stand on the Ukkali table. My wife's complaining doesn't jump on fire for anything extra, and I let my pretty daughter say something about caring. Damn, I missed breakfast too because of a nasty fight.

Ha, since Monday morning, what are you doing, I... Corner, yesterday, playing with Alice and refreshing is ruined. Well, I didn't fix the fence because I was playing around with my daughter till night.

"Hey, Dad, breakfast"

Alice was unconvinced by my childish excuse, but I guess she still decided it was no good to continue this story. Somewhat forceful, but changed the subject for me.

The adult care, honestly, was appreciated. This kid is really, really smart.

"Right... can I have a Mac?

"Ugh, don't tell your mom?

"Oh, don't ever say that."

"Yes, Dad"

Maxnardo, the nation's largest burger chain, is synonymous with junk food, buying both a role and a role in promoting obesity in our country. My wife was health-oriented from the beginning, and since the birth of my daughter Alice, that kind of commitment has grown even stronger. You can't forgive her for fries fried in cheap oil in a suspicious snoring meat burger.

But I, too, as a raw Astorian, occasionally miss Mac's cheap taste asexually. I also love my child Alice for this dark, junk flavoring.

So when Alice and I go out alone, we often go out to eat.

From this morning onwards the boring mood of your ass, let's eat a gravy-dripping burger and forget it.

Running through Highway Route 13, we arrived at the Maxnardo, Envolt Bridge store in the suburbs. The school Alice attends is just across this Envolt Bridge, so this is the only place to finish breakfast.

"Welcome -"

Because it's still early in the morning, or the store is idle. I'll be heading to work, a salesman in a suit, but that guy, he's slightly big. Besides, sitting face-to-face is a guy dressed like a punk rock on a green Mohican. What kind of combination is that? Well, okay, this is Astoria, the land of freedom. Don't complain about people's fashion and friendship.

What else is there, a group of obviously morning college students in a grand formation in the middle of the store?

The appearance of a young man and woman making coffee, yawning loudly as she slept, is really sloppy. Absolutely, apprentice our Alice. She goes to school every day in discipline.

Such an objection is that, without being able to go to college, it just makes me look envious that I'm a college student from my high school graduate and I got a job. Even I wanted to play for four years, and more importantly, I wanted to spend more time as a lover than marrying my wife.

Even though I had no choice because Alice was there, I have no regrets about my choice. The job went well, and I was able to get a promotion as chief at some point.

I'm happy. myself or in the public eye. He works for a well-known large company, Emroad Heavy Industries. I bought a house with a garden in my twenties, and I bought a new car. I have a beautiful daughter-in-law and the cutest daughter in the world. A little old, but this would be the one called Astorian Dream.

Besides, the burgers you eat in the morning are delicious.

"What do you say, delicious?

"Yeah!"

Alice is really cute with a smile on her cheeseburger. Wiping Alice's mouth so cute would be more of a help than a favor. Whoa, don't jeopardize the sauce. A beautiful white piece in the corner ruins it.

After such a break, it was time to leave the store.

"Oh, could it be... he's too senior Claude!?

All of a sudden, I was surprised, too, by the voice of a woman who looked terribly surprised. Who is it?

Sure, my name is Claude, for sure, but I'm not going to be handsome, like getting women to speak up all over the city. It is, in one way or another, an avoidable strong side.

But when I looked up, I was immediately convinced.

"Oh, you, Amy?

"That's right! Wow, it's been a while, you remember me!

With a dazzling smile like the sun, a policewoman dressed in a blue uniform rushed to my seat.

"You can't forget. But, well... you've become a police officer."

A woman in my memory named Amy is a vigorous, bright girl in high school, a junior in the same club. Everyone liked her pleasure, although she couldn't say she was very quiet, full of masculinity, lacking in femininity just a little bit.

Brown skin, golden short blonde hair and eyes still sparkle as I remember... but the body seems to have grown considerably since my last two years of high school. Back then it was only to my chest. The head also now reaches around my jaw. Seriously, I'm over 190 tall, but Amy would be slightly over 170 centimeters too. As a woman, quite long.

From a privileged height, it has slippery stretched hands and feet like a model, but supple muscles to boost the fabric of a tight uniform. Not only is it beautiful, but it's well worked out. Now, the more I look at you unexpectedly, the richer breast swelling, the hips lines that extend wide from the creased hips, and the body full of feminine charm.

Is it true that you can see it differently? Keep the bright atmosphere in front of you, a little illuminating before Amy, who is finished as one beautiful woman.

"Mm."

How about stretching under your nose in front of your daughter? Alice, I'm staring at you so much. Stop, about your dad, trust me more!

"Finally, I've been assigned to this city since this year - but I can't believe I'm seeing my senior so soon... destiny, I feel"

"Ha ha, being hot when you get married was a true story"

"Uh, what are you serious about, senior? Could it be that you were expecting?

"You're the one who's gonna stop imitating my happy family."

"That's a good idea. That's a free woman's privilege."

"Oh, my God, my sweet junior has become a demon"

"Say it's the little devil."

Well, he's been a little devil since high school already. At the time, her breasts and ass were modest, but due to her beautiful face and her character, Amy was hot. He used to confess, and for some reason, I've been present at the scene. But I didn't listen to you talk about dating someone specific. It was a priority over romance.

"Dad, this guy, who"

Whoa, the princess looks angry because she left you alone.

"This guy is my dad's junior in high school, and I haven't seen him in a long time."

In the meantime, I urge you to introduce yourself.

"Nice to meet you, Alice Sylvain."

"I'm Amy, I'm Amy McClane. Dad's friend. Alice and I only met once when we were very little..."

"I'm sorry, I don't remember"

"Haha, yeah, but you used to and still are, you're so cute, you're like a doll!

Nico smiles and strokes Alice around Amy. She was raving about being good at her kid's opponent, but Alice looks like she's not very funny. Are you all right?

Nevertheless, speaking of when Amy met Alice... oh, on graduation day, was it when I cummed out that I was getting married? When I introduced my wife holding Alice, who was only three years old, Amy was terribly surprised. I'm so surprised I even saw it at the end of the world (Armageddon). I feel so surprised that I barely spoke to Matomo.

Was it so surprising that I was getting married? Totally, rude guy.

"Hey, Amy! What are you doing? Let's go."

"Oh, I'm sorry, Andy"

"Call me a good senior and let me tell you how many times"

"My seniors are the only seniors."

Amy turns to the senior cop she's working with and turns to the man, saying things that don't make sense.

"Hey, senior...... can I have your address, please"

"Oh, it's just like it was back then."

"Really, good"

"Corner, I'm back here. Next time, let's all gather up for a barbecue."

"Yes, please! I'll see you later."

It was unexpected and a delightful reunion. I dropped Amy's back off in a lucid mood to write off the morning melancholy and the extra event, that was then.

"Dad, look, the sky..."

Unexpectedly, outside it was supposed to be clear, a dark shadow falls. What, it was forecast that there would be no clouds today, but it was coming out of the sky and even rainy clouds?

"Oh, what the hell... could it be an eclipse"

The side facing Mac's road is fully glazed and well visible outside. Looking up into the sky, there's nothing to block the sun's rays, just a small cloud drifting through it.

But the sky goes dark enough to be seen and seen. All of a sudden, this darkness has come down the night book, so to speak, if it doesn't happen in both eclipses...

"Impossible"

But Alice assured me.

"We can all observe the eclipse in Astoria in twelve years."

"No, but... the sun is completely covered."

That's when I saw it.

I'm sure Alice saw it, too. It was just before I left the store. Amy, all the customers in the store, all the clerks. Everyone saw the sky over this glass wall.

The moment the sun, covered in pitch-black shadows, closes its light completely -

Gigg, giggle, giggle!!

"Huh!?

A high, uncomfortable noise sounded, pushing the rusty door forcefully open.

From where?

Empty.

No, I'm sure it was, from the sun.

"Hey..."

The sun filled with black shadows, opens.

I don't know what that means. But still, I can only describe it as open.

It's like a giant eye. The shadow moves and opens, as if it were a lid.

And I saw each other.

Red. Creepy, bright red eyes, instead of the sun, sat in the pitch-black sky - staring down at us.

Chapter One: Peekers from the Abyss

"- Ha!?

Wake up. What, have I lost my mind?

"... Daddy"

"Alice!"

Immediately, I notice my daughter standing next to me.

"Alice, are you okay? Anything strange or painful?

Is there a presence that should take precedence over me and that should be protected? I was worried about Alice once I put aside the shock of the nasty sight that I had just witnessed.

"It's okay, it's nothing. Nothing seems out of the ordinary, either."

"... oh, and the sky, you're brightening up"

If you notice, the view of the morning is spreading normally, as if nothing was going on outside.

It was as if I had even had a bad dream.

In fact, I just think it's a nightmare. Suddenly we all thought that the eclipse had begun, and the shadow of the sun opened and a giant red eyeball appeared...

"Hey, what was that?"

"Do you want to fuck something up?

"Wasn't it a dream?"

"Uh, we've been up all night."

"This must be a collective hallucination!

A group of college students' asshole-like conversations come to my ears, but apparently, it was the same thing they saw earlier abnormalities.

"Hey, Alice... did you see that?

"I saw it. Open to the Sun, Big, Red Eyes"

Definitely.

I'm not the only one who saw the sun's eyes. Alice, too, I'm sure, everyone must have witnessed it.

"You know what I was?

"Yeah, I don't know... you know, something that's never going to happen with a natural phenomenon. If this is just mass hypnosis or hallucinations, it's not a big deal."

If Alice didn't know, I wouldn't even know I was a high school graduate.

"Dad, I'm scared. I have a really bad feeling about this."

"Relax, it's okay, Alice. Whatever happens, my dad will protect Alice."

Gu is stiff and hugs my daughter. The warmth I feel in this arm is all I have.

"Anyway, whether it's a dream or a fantasy, nothing has changed. I have nothing to worry about, but... if I was hallucinating, there might have been a leak of dangerous drugs nearby. For once, you should go to the hospital and see him."

"Yeah, I think so, too."

I'm qualified to handle hazardous materials, but I'm not particularly familiar with the drug relationship. Still, I know enough that drugs and other ingredients cause hallucinations. If you saw a hallucination, and you felt it, it would be reasonable to assume that you sucked the nasty ingredients that have drifted both ways, even without realizing it yourself.

At least, that's what I decided to think. If that horrible thing was real...

"Shall we?"

"Yes, Dad"

I pulled Alice's little hand and just then I tried to leave the store, making a shitty noise, and the door opens.

"Aaaaaaaa!!

One man, screaming like crazy, broke into the door of Mac's entrance with all his might, and with the momentum, fell from his head to the floor dot.

Oh, my God.

It looks like a ryder with a bandana wrapped around a leather jean. He's an old man who loses weight and grows beards.

Somewhat of an eye-catching look, but not so rarely dressed in Astoria. But everyone gazed at the way so different a man entered the store.

"Ooh, aah..."

The man rose up with a beastly groan. My nose is crushed to see, and I'm drooling my nose bleeding with dope.

But as if you're not feeling pain or something, the guy moves his eyeballs with the gnaw - what, those eyes? Red.

No, if you're just a red eye, just like me, nothing unusual or irrelevant. But it's really glowing bright red. Plus, there's a vibration and blood vessels emerging in the eye area. No, what's emerging is really a blood vessel? The vascular muscles are all unusually thick and emit red, just like the eyes. It's not blood. Another 'something' glowing red made me think it was flowing there.

This man, not Matomo.

On several occasions, I've seen a crazy, flighty guy with a couscous, but the vibe is close to sole. But heterogeneous. An even more serious way of madness than losing your sanity with drugs.

"Huh!?

And, worst of all, I realized that such a crazy man's hand was gripped by a gleaming blade. It's the first balafly knife. Even short, it is a real blade.

Blade on crazy.

I'm not the only one already aware of the situation. Everyone takes a breath. The long idle Mac's store was surrounded by an atmosphere of tension in Russia.

"- Phew, whoa, what's up, guys?

At the next moment, the swallowing voice sounds louder than ever.

Glassed, Hyoroi youth would be part of a group of college students. What he showed up was a passage leading to the bathroom. He didn't know anything and came out.

Yes, he exposed himself just before the anomaly with the knife in his hand.

"WOOOOOOOOOOO!!

"What, what, hey! Hey, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!

It was an instant event. Not for long.

The college student with glasses was stabbed by a man.

"Wow! Wow! Wow!

"Oh, whoa, whoa..."

Stab, stab, meta stab.

The college student collapsed after being stabbed with a knife to advance. There, a man was horseback riding, waving down the knife many times.

In an instant, a blood splash spreads, and the sea of blood spreads.

"Caaaaaaaaaaaa!

"Whoa, you, what are you doing, stop!

"Police! Drop your weapons and raise your hands!

The screaming of a miserable woman, and the anger. In it, Amy's Rin voice echoes.

The first, dealing with the murder of a crazy man, was Boulder a real job, police officer Amy and his partner, uh, Andy?

We've both already pulled our pistols out of our hips, stood guard, and pointed gunshots at men.

"Wu...... GOOOO......"

A man stained bright red with returning blood rises loosely like a ghost with his bloody blade gripped and strangled.

"Drop the knife! Oh, Temee, you're hearing me! Don't move, I'll shoot you!

Pretty tense, Andy's fury. Amy also had a large amount of sweat on her cheeks and a terribly nervous face.

Even the cops, I can't help it. Peaceful Astoria, and, moreover, it is rarely the case that we encounter the scene of a murder in this city of good security. At times of need, can those two shoot guns?

In Astoria, where strict gun regulations are laid, even police officers are severely restricted from firing. Sure, the first shot should be an empty cannon for intimidation.

"... not good"

Not even as big in the store. Close proximity to the target. If that knife man hits me with all his might, the blade will probably arrive first, before the second loaded shot of live ammunition is released.

The man's aim is, Andy or Amy?

Possibility of surrendering to adulthood? There is no wacko. His eyes are completely insane.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!

"Whoa whoa!?

"Come on!"

At the same time as a man shakes up a knife and rushes out. Bread, bread, and dry gunfire.

And with that blank cannon as a signal to start, I, too, took a step.

"Whoa, don't come, whoa, whoa, whoa!

The man is about to dance to Andy. Unlike college students, it seems like the first blow will go up thanks to what I've been up to since the beginning.

It's okay, calm down, we'll make it. I'm sure it'll work.

Running, I grab a nearby chair.

The wooden chair in your hand seems lightweight that you can't rely on much. Probably a Buddha in one shot.

But that's enough.

"Olah!!

The mood is flashing. From behind the guy who's going to hit Andy, I'm going to shake the chair down with all my strength.

"Ngaaa!

Bang, and the leg of the tree breaks, it becomes a wooden end and bounces and flies. About the shock of a chair being destroyed in one shot, the man raises a short voice and falls all the way down.

Shit. I dropped the knife on the fallen clap.

Keep it up, make up your mind.

"Huh!

Kick where you fell and roll to get depressed. From there, he just presses it from his back and puts his arm around the man's neck.

If you take your back so far defenselessly, it's easy to decide. Back in the day, play or seriously fight, well done.

Naked, that's the one.

"Ngi, gi..."

I feel a man resist violently, but a completely determined bare tightness is not something I can get away with so easily, nor am I sweet enough to be gently pulled back. Most importantly, the weight difference between a skinny man and a big me is also overwhelming.

But the other guy is a crazy killer. I wouldn't be alarmed at all...... it was supposed to be, but not good, the knife I dropped my hand on is closer than I thought!

Did the man find the knife he was after, he reached out desperately and put his fingertips on the pattern -

"Senior!"

"Well done, Amy!

Amy's boots kick the knife. The only man who lost his murder weapon was, at the earliest possible moment, unable to resist anything - losing the absolute effect of bare tightening and suddenly fainting.

"Phew... Amy, cuff him. If you wake up, you're in trouble."

"Ha, ha!

Amy cuffs the back hand to the man who fainted slowly. For one thing, this will reassure you.

"Dad!"

So Alice in tears ran over and jumped into my chest. I tried to hold him as he was, but because he snuggled up with a guy who was perfect with his return blood, he's got a little bit of blood on my arm, too.

"Daddy's fine, Alice"

"Really? Are you hurt?

"Of course. My dad's strong, he can't beat bad guys."

"Yeah, but..."

"Come on, good boy, get away from here. After that, it's police business."

Perhaps you won't be able to go straight home from now on. I'd like to get dressed soon.

Nevertheless, I did something out of my mind.

If Amy got stabbed... that's how I came up against a crazy killer.

But when it's all over, my body's about to tremble with fear. I've had a lot of fights, but it's the first time I've really seen a person get killed.

"Um, seniors...... thank you for your help"

"Come on, my amateur's out there, it's gonna be dangerous! Look, at times like this, the police let the public tremble in the corner so they don't get in the way, didn't they?"

All of a sudden it was Andy, who was being attacked by a man and freaked out.

"Well, calm down. The killer has been secured. Besides, his attention was right for you, so I hit him on the back with confidence. So, you're in charge of half the time."

"Oh, Teme! You fucked me up!

"It must have been at his discretion to attack you."

In fact, it was because Andy was being targeted that he could easily aim behind his back. I have all that fighting experience to make you go down in one shot and faint with even more strangulation. We had a good chance of winning.

It's no different than dangerous things, but that's why it doesn't make sense not to do anything extra. He's a buying word for a selling word.

I don't know, I'm feeling too nervous, too.

"Okay, okay, I'll let you choose between obstruction of justice and insult, whichever you like"

"Stop, Andy. It's true you were helped by seniors. Besides, don't rub it down, just contact HQ. It's a murder."

"Shit, that too...... uh, this is Officer Andrew Coleman, there's been a homicide at Maxnardo Envolt Bridge, I repeat, there's been a homicide -"

Andy pulled the radio out of his hips and started contacting him. After all, rather than being serious about me, you couldn't make a normal decision because of the fear and confusion that was attacked?

"Thank you, Amy."

"It was this one who was helped, seniors. Really, thank you. After all, seniors are amazing."

"Seriously, fighting hasn't happened since middle school. Grow up, don't do it... let's call 911 (Rescue), shall we?

At the end of my gaze, I don't know what it is, it's solidifying and peeling my white eyes with a look like that, a bloody corpse. In case, there might be a chance that he could be helpful, but still, I didn't think he was alive when I was knifed to death.

"Right...... please"

"Oh."

I took the bi-fold phone out of my pants pocket, now completely driven out, and made a call to the rescue squad.

"Hey, HQ - what the fuck, no connection!

"Well, I can't connect"

For some reason, Andy and I agree.

I can't connect my phone. I still have the battery, and I used it this morning instead of waking up, so it shouldn't be a malfunction.

"Out of range, you say?

The antenna mark had turned into an icon indicating that it was out of range. It's natural not to connect.

But it's a funny story. This is a suburban mac, never in the middle of the Amazonian jungle.

"What the..."

For one thing, I think my phone went crazy, folds and closes. Instead, could I borrow it from Alice too - and when I looked up, it was really, just a coincidence that Sole got into my eyes.

Just like the glazed walls, the entrance doors are glass. So I can see right outside.

Outside, there were two figures. I wonder how hasty it is, both of us, to walk with all our might. One is a young salaried man with a tie in his suit. On the other hand, are you jogging in the morning, a middle-aged woman who came running clothes.

The two go hand in hand in a dead heat that does not give way to one another, as if the elementary school students were even competing on a 50-meter walk. And the end of the goal for the two of us, apparently, is this Mac.

In other words, two humans are trying to rush into the Mac with great momentum. Yes, he came into the store by the body, you know, like a murderer's man.

"Wow..."

"Ahhhhhhhh..."

A crazy voice for two, over a thick glass wall, I thought I heard.

"Close the door!!

I screamed, threw my folded phone and dashed to the door.

"What are you talking about, I don't like it, CARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!?

You must have understood the imminent threat. Sounds again, woman screaming. At the same time, I get to the door.

"GOOOOOOOOOO!!

"Ugh!

A salesman hits the door. An awesome shock runs through my body... but somehow, I can. Lehman looks skinny but quite powerful. Actually, rather than a thin macho I worked out, it would be because if I were normal, I would have hit the door with all my strength where the crisis works and the brakes take place.

The door opened slightly, but I pushed it back as hard as I could.

"Iaaaaaaaaaaa!

But hey, jogging. With the help of a woman, they'll push you off!

"Amy! Andy!

"Yes, seniors!

"Hey, hey, hey, what the fuck!?

Amy was the only one who responded to my desperate call instantly. Andy was completely rigid in front of the new anomaly, which appeared outside the door.

"They're just like the other guys! Never let him inside!

"Ugh, ku..."

With Amy's addition, the force somehow antagonizes.

"Gooooaaaa!"

"Gyoooo!"

But the two outside are angry shaped and push the door as far as they can power. The two faces that seemed over the glass, after all, just like the knife man, had red luminescent eyes and blood vessels surfacing.

"I'll help you too!

"Oh, me!

Helpful. He sensed an emergency, two men joined him.

One, as long as I am, is about twice as wide, a big man like a bear. He is a middle-aged man in a perfectly sharp suit, featuring a chin beard on his head and round glasses.

The other is a green Mohican punk rock guy who catches his eye first in this store. Average height, but I guess I'm working out quite a bit. On the stripping shoulders and arms, muscles appear visible.

Both seem confident in their power, and in fact, the burden on me has become quite light. If the boulder has the power for four, it won't even be pushed off by a crazy pair.

But it won't even go to the wax that stays like this forever. At least, the lunatics out there have no sign of giving up.

"Hey, clerk! Bring me the keys to this door! Close the key!!

"Ha, ha!

It wasn't the part-time girl who served me that responded to my cry, but the noise of murder that came out of the back, I thought was the manager, a little fat middle-aged man.

"Or, here's the key!

"Tighten it! Quick!

Fortunately, the key was in the manager's apron pocket. Though about to get stuck, the manager rushes over for a small run and plugs it into the keyhole with his trembling hand.

Katiri, and certainly with the sound of the lock, the impact on my body totally went to zero.

"Oops, gaaaaaa!

"Hiya!?

Screaming manager. However, although the guillotine and the door were twisted, the lock of the thick door, albeit made of glass, was not brittle enough to be pushed open by force for two human beings.

"Ha... ha... manager, what other door?

"Oh, it's the only place I'm opening it."

In the meantime, can this prevent intrusion? Well, to see, there doesn't seem to be any reason left, like you'd notice to use the back door.

"Um, seniors, this, I mean, what are these people?"

"Do I know... but riots are wacky. Well, they don't seem to"

There can't be riot noise in this city, even though murder alone is rare.

"This is absolutely crazy. Because even when you use drugs, it's not like this..."

"Before that, I really don't think he and this Lehman and Oba, decided that the three of them were crazy at the same time."

Now, if all three had gang-like strengths or a slum floater-like look, there was still credibility in the possibility that Lari was rampant nearby. But no matter what these three look like, the others in red are one another. There's no relationship at all, that's all I can think of as someone who just happened to want to go through this neighborhood at this hour.

"Hey, you know, near here, you're spilling even dramatic drugs that drive people crazy."

Next to our company is Ambreda Pharmaceuticals, the factory of a major pharmaceutical company there. You think a trailer full of ingredients with super nasty ingredients was going to be brought in there has been rolled over?

"After all, I can't. Because these people, their eyes glow red..."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!?

Now what!

It was the manager and the Green Mohican man who shouted.

I look back in a hurry, and this time, I doubt my eyes.

Oh, yeah, it's impossible, that's what I'm talking about.

"Woo... ooh, ooh, ooh..."

A body lying in a sea of blood rose. Slowly, as I woke up from a long sleep.

It won't be possible. 'Cause that guy... of a skinny college student with glasses, he was rarely stabbed with a knife. I'm not a doctor, but still, it was too late to tell at a glance. He must have been dead.

But he was supposed to be dead - glowing his eyes red, again in the world, resurrected.

"Wow! Come on, it's a zombie. Ahhhh!?

"Gruwwwwwwwwwwwww!!

Before the moving corpse, screams and screams echoed in the store, plunging into havoc. I don't know what it is, either.

Zombies? Ha, nice joke, it's still early for Halloween.

If there was a guy who said that stuff appeared in reality, I would have laughed with my nose and said that.

But I did see it with my own eyes. One man, stabbed to death with a knife, and, as he gave the madness ambition, came back to life with a red eye, now take this moment.

"Damn!

Run away from the door. A college student with resuscitated glasses, or zombies, came at us, guarding the door.

"Hiya! Don't come, don't - yaaaaaaaa!!

Me and Amy were jumping off the spot quickly. The big man was holding himself to shelter Mohican and flirting. And how blunt, the little fat store manager stood in front of the zombie that attacked him, unable to do anything.

Inevitably, it was the manager who bit me.

"GOOOO! NgoOOO!!

"Ahhhhh! Yikes, Ouch, Yikes No!!

I guess he had both arms on his chest. The zombie was biting into the manager's hairy arm. White teeth are eating into the meat and blood is erupting. Even if a big man cries out, it's not weird enough wounds.

But it's not fatal yet.

I'm glad college zombies don't have knives.

"Olah!!

Unleash a full kick on the zombie. Don, and the feeling of beating the meat hard, is transmitted to the legs. Pretty good hit. If it's a hyorous student's body, Avara might have broken it.

"Gvoooo!"

The shock of the kick prompted the zombie to blow away, raggedly wrapping the chair and the table around and falling in.

"Hey, ahhh!

It wasn't me who set up the chase there, it was Amy.

Beautiful kicks are released, as long legs arc. Even in a woman's body, if she rolls out with her forged body and moves, she becomes much more powerful than that. Especially if you kick with far more power than your arm, even a man can't be fine with the destructive force.

The zombie's body jumped as she twisted herself with the grunge on the spot. I didn't know I could kick up one guy, Amy's leg strength sucks pretty bad. That's not a high school comparison.

"Ha!"

I don't have time to gorge and admire intense kicks. Aim for the fallen zombie's neck with a flowing figure. Just like I did to the knife guy, I guess I'm going to strangle him.

However, it was not the naked tightening by the arms that Amy rolled out, but the triangular tightening using the legs.

"Huh, Koh, Quéye..."

Amy set a beautiful triangular tightening, like an example. Stuck around his neck with supple feet, the zombie groaned bitterly - without any glistening resistance, he fell.

Even though the zombies resurrected from the corpse, do they need to breathe? In the meantime, just like humans, they stopped moving snugly, like they had been strangled so hard that they passed out.

"Wow, Amy. Thank you."

"No, because I just did it like a senior"

Phew, and on Amy's face, who stood up exhaled, there was no fear, and Rin was frightened. That's very brave of you. Honestly, I was rather hesitant to strangle you closely against a zombie opponent.

Soon after I lost my way, Amy jumped out, and I'm pretty sure I got nothing.

"Oh, shit! Amy, not if you're happy, you're fucked outside!!

Even now, Andy, who was useless, is starting to disappear. Now what's the fuss? I can't believe I didn't say anything but swallow it.

"Wow!"

"Gaaaaaaaaaa!!

Three, four, five...... no, still more. On a glass wall, a red-eyed madman, or zombie, is stuck.

They were like hungry beasts, staring at us, alive men who kept us sane, ambitious.

"Oh, my God... are there zombies everywhere outside already"

There is still a small crowd, lucky in the morning hours, not enough people to overflow. But in addition to the guys sticking to the wall, from across the street, like those Lehman and Oba, I saw a glimpse of people coming at me with all their strength and disease.

Shit, keep it up, it keeps coming together.

"Alice, come here"

"Dad, it's not safe here."

"I know."

In addition to a series of shocking events, Alice, who doesn't cry out, even in front of a zombie who appeared like a hell of a deceased, actually has a liver on her feet.

"Hey, what's up, what's up, here! Can I shoot you?

Andy puts his hands on a gun that's gone holster, and he's about to fire with zombies that groan across the transparent wall.

"Come on, you dumb-ass. If you shoot them through the glass, they'll come crashing in."

"Well, what are you going to do! Damn, what's a zombie, it's impossible!

"Hey, calm down, Andy! If we mess up the cops..."

Pretty confusing, but not impossible either. Instead, maybe it's weirder for Amy to be able to stay calm.

But what do we do? Two of Lehman and Oba still stick together at the entrance where they closed the key, stripping their fangs and roaring.

"Dad, let's get out the back door. The manager has the keys."

"Oh, right, right, right."

After all, I guess I couldn't have stayed calm either. I didn't know such a normal thing wouldn't happen right away.

"From what I've seen, they're just trying to see us and come straight at us. There doesn't seem to be any movement around. First of all, if we could just take it easy and evacuate to the backyard, they might lose us and not come after us."

"Alice... aren't you scared"

"It's okay, my dad's with me"

A fighting spirit springs to the smile of an encouraging daughter.

Calm down. And let's do our best.

In such a wacky place, the crazy zombies attacked you, and you died? Of course, it's no thank you to die and come back as a zombie. To heaven, I have decided to go with a one-way ticket.

"Hey, guys, calm down and listen to me! Use the back door now to get out of this store. If we make a scene, the guys outside might come around behind us and chase us. Slowly, quietly, get out of here - do any of these guys want to stay?

Everyone shook their necks to the side. Not even Andy would fly a single piece of ass.

Well, you'll never forgive me for staying here. From what they can tell, this place will only look like a cage with delicious bait.

"Amy, take the manager and lead the way. Don't open the door until everyone's in the backyard."

"Copy that! Um, can you stand?

"Ugh... first aid kit, can I get it"

"Yeah, we'll finish the first aid, then we'll go."

Having borne a deep hand on his arm, the store manager stands firm as he desperately suppresses the bumps and dripping arm wounds.

"Evacuation, in turn, from women and children… and Alice, go ahead"

"No, I'd rather be with my dad"

"Escape is what my dad told me. So be responsible, it's the last time you run away. If you're smart, you know what I mean.

"Well, I'll be the last, too"

"Alice, please, don't tell me Wagamama -"

"Wait, I'll serve the lord."

It was the big man with the glasses boy who spoke to me.

"No, I appreciate the offer, but, uh..."

"I'm Roddy. It's Roddy Saxony."

"I'm Claude Sylvain. I'm going to take responsibility for your words."

"Though the heart is splendid, it doesn't disturb your daughter, I wonder if her responsibilities as a father are more onerous"

"... sorry, thanks"

"It's this one who appreciates it. You've already taken the lead twice. [M] Besides, at times like this, we help each other, don't we? Let me get dressed, too."

He gets slapped on the shoulder with a flamboyant smile.

Roddy was somewhat royal and put his arms together to stare at the zombies outside.

"When you have to, scream. I'll join you soon."

"Yeah, I'll keep an eye on them until we get out of here."

All right, for one thing, it's safe to leave this place to him. There was a man I could count on, and he was really helpful.

"Let's go, Alice"

"Yes, Dad. Thank you, Mr. Saxony."

"I can't thank you enough. Take care, pretty lady."

I grabbed Alice and headed to the backyard one foot away.

As soon as you get past the cashier and through the cooking area, which you don't normally have access to, the locker and the office quickly reach the backyard for both.

"Senior, we don't see them on this side yet."

The window has a blind down, and Amy tells me what was going on outside from that gap. The key, she already has it.

The manager sat in a chair with a blue face, with the help of a clerk girl, just wrapped a bandage around her arm.

"All right, then, you're gonna figure it out."

"But when you leave here, where are you going?

"Uh, I'm sorry, but I don't usually know much about this neighborhood, just passing through"

"What, you didn't decide to run away!?

"Shh, sorry."

Anyway, it was a top priority then to give an opinion to get out. A confused Andy was about to shoot at a zombie.

"What is Amy and do you have a candidate?

"Uh, if it's a refuge, if it's a district around here... it's just over the bridge, it'll be the University of Halbadia"

"I'd love a drugstore across the street."

Alice, who was holding her, suddenly pinched her mouth.

"That ABC drug? Why?"

Amy with a surprised look at Alice for interrupting her adult story with a cheerful face, but as far as I'm concerned, my daughter's opinion would be appreciated.

Speaking of which, right next door here was a tight 'ABC drug'. It's the largest pharmacy chain in the country. Of course, it's right near us.

"There are other zombies out there. Before we cross the bridge, there will be a definite casualty. The distance at which humans can walk at full capacity is 400 meters, but not even 200 meters can actually run. But that zombie could keep running anywhere. It's dangerous to travel more than 100 meters on foot."

If you take the back entrance, you are likely to be captured by other zombies immediately. If you're chased, it's hard to shake it off. I have confidence there in the speed of my legs, but if I hold Alice and run, she'll catch up in no time.

"The distance from here to the drugstore is about fifty meters. If you run, it's a quick run away. There are no other empty stores and no guaranteed doors to open"

Indeed, most shops are still closed this time of year. Even if you ran into the right building, the door would likely be locked.

"Besides, that store over there can barely be seen inside from the outside, as long as the shutters at the entrance are down. It's easy to seal it off. Worst of all, even if there are zombies in there, we know how many people there are, so we can make sure they're safe - but it's an old building, so it's not the best shelter. Still, as it stands, that drugstore is the only way out."

"See, Amy, we're gonna run into ABC drugs."

"Oh, oh, yes... you know, Alice, could you possibly... feel so smart?

"Oh, this kid's much smarter than me."

If a ten-year-old gave his opinion in good order, anyone would be a poker. But I know Alice is like this. You're a proud daughter, I can count on you in such an emergency.

"Claude, how's it going over there?

I can hear Roddy. Is it time to hurry up?

"Okay. How are they doing?

"I too am kneeling in the shadow of the cashier, escaping their eyes. They seem to have lost sight of all of us out there, and they're starting to roam."

"It would be troublesome if they came all the way back here. I'm leaving now. The destination is a drugstore just ahead of your eyes and nose."

Copy that. I'll take care of it.

"Sorry, I asked for it"

Okay, then, let's go.

"Guys, did you hear what I said? From now on, we'll escape to the ABC drugs over there. Run as fast as you can without a voice."

Everyone nods with a strange face. The clerk girl, the green Mohican guy, hey, Andy, you do your best to pull everyone more, though, cop.

"Amy, when you get inside, check to see if there's any zombies. I'll put the shutter down."

Okay, I'll take care of it.

"All right, let's go"

One last time, check the outside through the window. There is no shadow of zombies. If you're going to jump out, it's the only time.

Kachiri, and Amy unlocked it, and we escaped from Mac.

"Phew...... for now, I'm glad it worked"

Beyond the closed white shutters, the sound of banging and banging comes along with groans, but only the hell. There are not enough people to break the shutters by force.

I was in a hurry when I noticed this zombie evacuating us and dashing hard from across the road, but thanks to Roddy teasing and buzzing off strong tackles like a football player, I got enough time for everyone to run in safely.

"Senior, there are no zombies on the floor"

"All right, now you're safe for one second."

Other than the shutter guy, there are no zombies gathering here. From the outside, only unspoken whispers and occasional, crazy screams echo.

In the meantime, we managed to get out of their eyes and into the safety zone... but before this unusual situation, everyone can't get over their anxiety. Naturally, everyone gathered behind the store and sat back tired. I don't know what else to do, but it was a total death stroke. Everyone would have never run so hard for their lives.

"Hey, what the hell are you..."

In heavy silence, Andy snapped.

It is the biggest question that everyone here has.

"What, you can only call me a zombie, you know"

"I know, that's not true! I did see, the bastard who was rarely stabbed with a knife, and I thought he swept up, and he came out shouting and biting me. Oh, no doubt, I'm up to zombies - but how did such a mon show up, just boiling out of the world of apocalypse or b-class horror!?

"Hey, don't be too loud, Andy. They might come by outside."

You really didn't even come up with that obvious idea, Andy looks at the closed shutter, as he was played.

Did you lose sight of us and give up? Already, I couldn't hear you tapping the shutter.

"Damn... how did this happen... one way or the other, it went crazy"

"The anomaly happened, no matter what you think, it would be that eclipse. I just wanted to make sure that everybody saw you, didn't they?

"Arre, the... open to the shadow of the sun, you mean the red eyes, right?

Again, Amy is witnessing the same thing as me.

Following her, they all testified that they were pompous and "saw".

"Then you mean the lid of hell with those eyes open."

"I don't want to think it's such an occultic thing. Isn't that a mass hallucination?"

"Hallucinations? Then all these zombies are delusions!

"A nasty drug spilled nearby. We had to hallucinate, but the others didn't, and we went mad. If you don't do that, you won't understand or be convinced."

"You're kidding me, that eyeglass bastard did get stabbed to death and just did! You think I'm hallucinating what we saw?"

"... that's what you do, keep it"

"Ha, that's ridiculous!

"Earlier, God lost to Satan and the earth went to hell, more of a realistic interpretation than that."

Damn, Andy looks completely unconvinced, but I guess I didn't even think of any other mattomo hypotheses. Keep it up, keep it down.

Even I seriously don't believe that Ambreda Pharmaceuticals caused a dangerous drug spill that caused hallucinations and madness.

"Oh, uh, isn't this more of a virus than a drug?"

"Yes, absolutely, it's a zombie whistle."

"The only thing we're safe with is resistance to the virus."

It was the guys from the group of college students who told me what they had seen in some movie or game.

The number of them is three...... if you include zombified glasses, do you mean four? Besides that, it means there were two girls, and it was originally a six-pack.

Again, each of the three is distinctive with a little one, a fat one and a knoppo, but they all wear glasses. When I line up, I feel like the zombied glasses are the most handsome.

In appearance and atmosphere, is this an alle or so-called geeky kids? There's one of those in my junior year. I'm not wearing glasses, and she's a cuter kid.

"Uh, stop around there. There's no other way to speculate."

"Oh, yeah."

"Extra information can cause confusion."

"Too close to the truth is the death flag."

Will he and the others be okay? I hope you believe in weird speculation and don't imitate the first one...... well, as far as their bodies are concerned, they don't seem very capable of fighting the whole zombie thing.

Zombies are monotonous in their movements, they just jump, but with no forgiveness, no hesitation, all the strength. Even I don't know if I'll be able to cut it off if they attack me from the front and back at the same time.

If they also put zombie power in front of them again, they won't come up with any other option but to escape and hide.

"Yes, under these circumstances, we'll all still be confused, so why don't we just introduce ourselves? It's not too late to think about what we're going to do, and if we're going to discuss it, it'll be smoother."

"Right, I agree"

As soon as Amy agreed, everyone agreed to be fished by it. Andy also nodded at the suggestion as to whether he was aware that he was not calm.

"Well, let's start with me. I'm Claude Sylvain. I work in the factory of Emroad Heavy Industries. I work out a lot and have some fighting experience, but I don't really want to fight the zombies."

From me at the top of the note, get up and introduce yourself.

Earlier, you all knew I could fight a little because I knocked down a knife man. But even with this big body and the muscles I've built up in my daily muscle tray, it's hard for you to think you can take down a zombie without an easy win.

This is my daughter Alice.

It's Alice Sylvain.

"Seriously, you're a parent and a child, I can't believe it."

"Don't say that, Andy, because seniors get hurt"

Yeah, it hurts when people say that for real.

I understand that if a big man on the strong side and Alice like a fairy tale princess line up, it would be a less than good picture. The color of my hair, the color of my eyes, and my completely different appearance would go hand in hand, and from the side, a vicious gang would kidnap a pretty girl for ransom purposes and look like one.

But seriously, because I'm a proper parent and child. If you see him in the city, don't report him.

"Then I'm next. I'm Amy McClane. As you can see, I'm a police officer. Martial arts is a hobby, and I have a lot of training. But I don't know how far it works for zombies."

"Andrew Coleman, officer. I'm telling you, this anomaly, it's just out of the cops' hands. If you have a problem, shoot as many guns as you want, but don't rely on them."

Have some more consciousness as a police officer protecting your citizens, Andy. What a tyranny I think shielded my identity as an ordinary citizen. Indeed, in such a situation, the title of a police officer would mean nothing more than possession of a gun.

"My name is Roddy Saxony. I played football in high school and wrestling in college. But because of my age, I don't think I can move as beautifully as Officer Claude or Officer Amy."

Hahaha, and Roddy laughing frankly. I do look like I'm in my forties or something, but my body is more reliable than mine. In fact, I've just been helped by his powers.

"Oh, and this Sam over here, he's my lover."

Sarah, everyone is breathtaking to Roddy in the bomb speech. Sam, whom he referred to as his lover, is the most prominent look of all, because he is a green Mohican man.

"Seriously, I didn't know you were a faggot"

"Tell me you're gay! Me and Roddy, we really love each other!

Sam bites at Andy's words that don't pull.

"Take it easy, Sam. In the world, love like us is still incomprehensible. You knew that."

"But I... I'm sorry, Roddy"

When Roddy graciously holds his shoulder, Sam grows up with a maiden tick look. That casual trick alone reminded me that they were not joking but genuinely loving each other.

I see, is this what the world calls a bear gay couple?

I'm not a discriminator, so I guess that's fine if we're happy together, but it's also hard to be seen flirting between too many big men. Whatever couple you are, sweet times between lovers should be just for the two of us.

"Well, next time..."

Honestly, Roddy's relationship with Sam was too shocking and the content of the other introductions didn't really come to mind. Tell me to introduce myself. I'm not very good at remembering people's faces and names, either.

Still, I could now grasp the approximate circumstances of the facades gathered on this occasion. Of course, he is a man who stays with Mac on weekdays and mornings. There can't be any special circumstances.

First, me and Alice visited Mac for breakfast before heading to school and work, respectively. Amy and Andy's cop combo just stopped by the store to tummy first as they were about to go on a city tour.

Roddy, like me, is the couch who walked into the store on his way to work. Sam was searching for a job because the tattoo shop he worked at crumbled during this time. After dropping off Roddy, he said he was due for an interview. It is still doubtful which company will be interviewed in that outfit, but I will not pursue it in detail.

The group of college students, after all, were college students. I thought you were a student at the University of Halbadia at the end of the bridge, but they're not. I attend a second-rate private university in this city. Well, the University of Halbadia is the most deviant transcendental school in Astoria, and one of the top regular, awesome schools in the world university rankings. Just because you're not a student there doesn't mean you're stupid.

Little one, fat one and Knoppo, and now a dead handsome eyeglass boy and two girls, this group is a college circle member. Modern Culture Nantka, in a circle with a name I don't know, uh, what, this kind of thing, Otasar, did you say? Well, it was a reasonable affiliation from their looks.

By the way, the two girls, one of them a kid like the book chairman with three knitted glasses and a blushing face with a perm on her blonde hair. Honestly, it's hard to say they're both cute or beautiful. Average, Below Average...... No, I can't say any more about a woman's appearance.

Whatever it is, the composition of the four boys with two women seems like a drool, not just their appearance, but it's none of my business.

Well, within my people, I want you to do well.

And finally, the manager with the bite on his arm and the clerk's girl. Among the members, the elderliest would be the storekeeper of all depressing winds, who became fat and lonely for a long time. But it would also be a harsh story to ask for leadership from injured him. Now we should try and keep it as calm as possible.

The clerk's kid says he's a part-time student and he's still in high school. Oh, my God, it was the same high school as mine. I am a junior. I mean, he's also a junior to Amy. Suddenly the intimacy boils.

By the way, this kid has a cute face for it. Well, it's not far to our Alice.

"I've just finished introducing myself, and we're going to discuss what we're going to do."

"Dad, wait a minute"

Well, here's the point, I cut it out, and Alice gets up completely with a serious face.

It's about Alice, maybe she noticed something serious.

"What's up, Alice?"

"I want to go to the bathroom."

I see, that's important. We have to hurry.

"Dad, I'm scared, follow me"

"Okay, let's go"

Sorry, I gently gestured, and I took Alice away from the scene.

"Um, the bathroom."

"This way."

Even in the same chain, interiors vary from building to building, so it's hard to find a restroom subtly. Am I the only one who thinks so? When I'm kicking around, Alice immediately pulls my hand.

What came was the door near the dispensing reception counter.

"Wait, Alice, check inside."

"Yeah."

Just in case, through the little peep window I got to the window, I look inside. There is no zombie figure. Three short passageways, quiet and quiet, and doors. One of them is the representation of WC.

If you go in, it doesn't suddenly pop up. In the first place, there is no such thing as a clerk in this store. Did you see the anomaly and escape, or did you already turn into a zombie?

"Daddy, come on"

"Oh."

With great care, I opened the door and went out into the aisle. Against the backyard and the warehouse, the door leading to those two, and the toilet door, I walk with particular vigilance.

Then Alice releases her hand and rushes out with Tokotoko. It was an indoor hydrant, installed on the wall, not a toilet.

"Hey, Alice, what are you doing"

"Uh, oh, it's open. Good, you got it right."

Alice suddenly opened the hydrant on her own. Zombies have broken out, but the fire hasn't started yet. It's stored inside, though there shouldn't be a hose turning up.

"This is because the early win. Come on, Dad, hold it."

And, what Alice showed was not a hose that would let off a stream of water that extinguishes the fire... it was put on a set right beside it, it was an axe.

It is a long patterned axe, characterized by a red painted blade, called a fire axe.

"No way, just to come get this, you called"

"Yeah, I'd love to go to the bathroom, too. But the primary purpose is to get my dad to have a decent weapon"

Alice with a pure smile, without any evil. Does this mean that we didn't let everyone out?

"I know that if I get this, I'm going to push my dad into a dangerous role. I'm sorry, I'm a weak kid, so I can't fight"

"What are you talking about, Alice? You are only ten years old. You don't have to be sick about that. Look, no matter what happens, my dad will always protect you. I'm not afraid to fight zombies to protect Alice."

"Thanks, Dad. So all I can do is get you a weapon."

Well, be Alice, did you mean to show yourself to me? She has a clear sense that she is just a helpless child who will be properly protected. On top of that, I just did what I could.

Its wit, its calm. Sometimes I get scared of it.

"... well, if you're going to fight a zombie, you've never had a weapon before"

Let's do what Alice says. I know, that I have this fire axe in my hands as a means to make sure it's safe for me and for Alice most definitely.

Ultimately, the mindset is a gathering of others in red. If you have to, you're the only one who can protect you. And I'm the only one who's willing to protect this kid even if he replaces his own life.

Might be sloppy. But if I could increase the likelihood that I could protect Alice at all - I'd never, ever, since the installation, have taken a fire axe similar to the new one.

Zsilli and heavy. But it's a reliable weight. If you shake him, you can smack him in the head with one shot, etc.

"Hey, Dad, can you kill a zombie with that axe, a thing that might still be human?

He stared at me with Alice's clear blue eyes, as if to peek into the bottom of my heart.

"Their horror has already been experienced with their own hands. I still don't know who I can talk to."

At Mac, I just happened to be able to defeat him well. Honestly, I was scared. I know. I said those zombie-like crazy people are so horrible.

"It's okay, when you have to... kill a zombie. I don't get lost."

To Alice, lies and deception don't work. I'm sure you can spot all the fear and anxiety I have.

So say it right. Very, I shouldn't let a 10-year-old hear, brutal determination, too, I tell Alice.

On her knees, in line with her little gaze, that's what I answered.

"I'm sorry, Dad, I'm sorry... I can only rely on my dad..."

"That's okay, Alice. Don't worry about anything."

I hugged Alice as she jumped into my chest.

No matter how smart you are, this girl is my daughter. Cutest, proud daughter in the world.

"Daddy, I love you"

"Oh, and my dad, I love you"

Always protect. Zombies, I don't know, but what do you fear? Only this kid, I'll make sure he's protected.

Yes, I consolidated my readiness again, then.

"-Ma, wait! Stop it, stop it!!

The voice of a hurried man. Is this the voice of the manager?

"Come on, now what?"

From that voice, I detected unusual signs, and I immediately got up and took Alice back to the floor with the fire axe in my hand.

"What's the matter, what's the fuss?"

"Claude, you - are that axe!?

"I found it in the aisle there, so I brought it. It's for times of need. More than that... why are you surrounding the manager?"

While I answered Andy's question appropriately, I somehow guessed the situation.

Store manager with his arms down so he could be cornered on the wall. And Andy led the way, a threesome of college boys dressed like they were stuffing the store manager.

'Cause this guy's got an arm bite.

"I don't care what you think. Come on!

"If a zombie bites you, you decide to get infected. Think common sense!

I see, I know what they're saying.

Even I've seen horror movies featuring zombies, and games that shoot and kill with guns are what I used to love when I was a student. Zombie things are a classic subject matter in Astoria.

So, anyone in Astoria knows, the iron rule of zombies.

One. Zombies don't run.

Two. Zombies don't talk.

And part three.

When a zombie bites, it infects and becomes a zombie.

Until just now, I was desperate to get away from Mac, but if I calm down a little like this, anyone would go right to this idea.

"Wait, calm down, you guys. Sure, I'm calling him a zombie for now, but it would be premature to think the same way about movie and game stuff"

"Claude, now that we've seen that movie and game, it's a world where the dead come back to life."

"That's why you doubt cheap! Imagine being infected if they bit you, and so, what are you guys going to do with the manager, no way, you're going to kill him?

"What, no, it's a little bit to kill"

"But you suck at keeping it that way, too!

"Mr. Claude, sheltering the infected with a bad sense of justice is a death flag!

I know. Even I suspect, like, half of it. Because wherever they looked from, they were zombies themselves in the world of fiction. Then is it possible enough that you just get bitten, infected, and zombied?

"Oh, no, wait... God..."

I'm dressed to cover my back when I pop out, but maybe the next moment I'll be attacked from behind.

If it were normal, an impossible situation. But they got bitten and believed in infection, and Amy and Roddy, they're half-hearted, so I guess they can't put it in the detour to stop it.

Bad. This is a bad situation, this is... What should I do? I'm not a viral doctor or anything, so there's no way I can provide a clear answer to whether or not I'm going to get infected if I get bitten, with physical evidence and a set.

The bitten manager, indeed, is suspicious.

But if that suspicious demon claps at me and kills the manager, who may just be an injured person, worst of all... I'm sure I can't go back as a mattomo person anymore.

"Claude, get out of the way! I know it's just dangerous to take refuge in Soytz!

"Come on, don't hurry up -"

- The manager won't be a zombie.

Alice's chilled voice echoed in an atmosphere of urgency.

"... hey lady, how can you say all that"

After a beat of silence, Andy asks.

'Cause you're not a zombie.

Indeed, the store manager is just injured in the arm and I don't see any changes like this. There's no such thing as red eyes glowing.

"It could be a zombie from now on, it's a dangerous story."

"No, if you're going to be a zombie, you should already be. A person with glasses who was stabbed to death and turned into a zombie. Time for that guy to zombie, about five minutes. The manager has already had more than enough time since the bite."

Speaking of which, that college student with glasses, soon came back to life as a zombie. Just stopped the two zombies pushing over at the entrance, the manager locked them, and managed to prevent them. That's the right time.

"No, but maybe it's not the same as being dead or injured."

"In the first place, biting doesn't have anything to do with being a zombie. 'Cause that guy, he was just stabbed to death with a knife. It's not a bitten wax."

If you ask me, you're right.

That knife guy, he's finally going to be a zombie too... but he's just been stabbing me like that with a knife in his hand. The glasses have never been bitten.

"Hey, that's, I mean... what do you mean"

"That even if you're not in contact with zombies, you could zombie. If it was the first suicide on this scene... I'm sure that would only make you a zombie. On the contrary, unless you die, you won't be a zombie"

"No, but..."

"If it's an infection, it doesn't matter if it bites or doesn't bite, everyone must already be infected. Zombies occurred less than five minutes after the example eclipse occurred. If it can only be infected by biting, or other contact, there can't be so many zombies showing up in this short time"

"Oh, hey, you're lying! You're saying we're already infected!

"That way, within being able to talk to you of your own free will, you'll be fine. Whatever it is, I don't know anything about it yet. For one thing, just in case it's dangerous, well, why don't you ask the store manager to stay in the backyard here? It also had a key, so if you really become a zombie, it's safe to keep it locked up - no way you, the police officer, can be relieved if you don't shoot him right now, what a cowardly thing to say, right?

"Nothing, I'm not a wacko who likes to kill people, either. But, well, keeping it quarantined is certainly the best proposition."

"Then I'll show you quickly. Dad, can you let the manager stand up for you?

"Oh, oh..."

In the meantime, it was decided to treat the manager.

But if you keep it isolated in the backyard, the manager will be safe, everyone will be safe, and it won't be a bad solution.

On second thought, it's a natural trick to come up with right away...... with the appearance of an unusual monster called a zombie, you could lose your cool right away with even a few things. I wouldn't be able to fool them for rubbing ahead, either.

"Ugh... I wonder what the hell will happen..."

"I'm sorry, but for now, can you stay here for the day"

"Oh yeah...... hey, you, if I became a zombie, then -"

"Please calm down. Alice said she wouldn't be a zombie, so I'm sure she'll be fine. Rest in your room so you don't get stuck in the wound. I'll bring medicine and meals later. And if a zombie is about to come in through a door or window, call it right away."

"I'm sorry, thank you... thank you very much, lady. What would have happened to me if you hadn't given me your opinion"

"No, because this is the only way I could possibly fit that place in. I'm sorry I've decided to lock up just one person."

"What, in that atmosphere, I didn't have to get hit a single time, so I'm survived. Really, smart lady."

Then again, the manager thanked him and went into the backyard himself. For once, I decided to have the keys here.

"Thanks for saving me, Alice."

"Dad, in that case, no matter what the grounds, if you say so confidently, it's surprisingly going to work out."

"Ha, my dad doesn't seem to be able to imitate it."

On second thought, Alice's story ends up with the conclusion that she doesn't know if the bitten manager is going to be a zombie. But Alice is the most open-minded, dignified, "Even if it bites, it doesn't make you a zombie!" By affirming, he drew the initiative of the conversation to himself.

In fact, Andy's objection that "the time to zombification is different from that of death and injury" can be sufficient as a possibility.

But Alice deliberately switched the argument through, and what a deliberate stir to anxiety that everyone might be infected with - and took it straight to the drop of store manager segregation.

"As things stand, there's only one way to isolate the manager, so even if I kept my mouth shut, I wouldn't have developed into a murder."

Well, if you could see the answer 'quarantine' from the beginning, it wouldn't be so hard to land there.

"Still, it could have been a beating. I figured Alice would be awesome because I was able to fix it early without making a fuss."

"Uh, hey, you can praise me more, Dad."

"Ha ha, Alice is a genius, the best genius in the world!

Alice, such a gifted child, is a cute child who would love to cackle if she stroked her head with a eagle.

"Hey, Dad, before I go back, I need you to hang out with me for a second."

That's how Alice cut it out after she was left alone.

"What, the bathroom?

"There is, but before we discuss it, we should have a little meeting."

Well, naturally, if we go back, the agenda will be a "what are we going to do" thing. Andy and the students are also anxiously driven to say something unscrupulous. Even if I thought it was stupid, at that moment, I wouldn't be able to argue with them rationally. In fact, that was that zama earlier.

"Right. I feel bad for everyone, but my dad just wants to borrow Alice's wisdom, too."

"Well, let's go"

Me and Alice, now it's time to hold hands and head to the bathroom.

"Senior, you were late. I was a little worried."

"Sorry, I've been doing something for you, too. I have also checked the safety of the other rooms and the locking of the doors."

Finish your secret meeting with Alice and I'll head back to the floor with nothing to eat.

Thanks to the isolation of the manager, for one thing, everyone seems calm. Outside, I can't hear a single zombie groan, and it's quiet stuff.

But only unspeakable anxiety can be wiped away, the atmosphere itself is heavy.

"Where did Roddy go?

"He'll be snooping through the window, watching the outside."

"Well, thank you"

While we were talking, the zombies suddenly came into an avalanche, then we couldn't bear to end it. I really appreciate Roddy's follow up.

"Well, let's discuss what we're going to do."

"I don't care what you do, you have to run."

Andy turns off the tantrum first.

"Seems quiet now, but there 'll still be zombies on the outside"

"So, you know, I can stay here forever. If this isn't a crusader fort, it's a nuclear shelter. Hey, it's just an ABC drug. If they come flocking around on a whim, they're gonna rip that cocky shutter right off."

The shutters here were very ordinary electric objects. Where each person hits his body, it only affects him a little bit, or the opening and closing function is crazy, but... if those two or three always fully-pitched zombies hadn't hit me, they might deform big enough to have a gap to put in.

"Andy, are you insane? We were just rushing in here from Mac, and we risked our lives."

"So you're shivering in this straw shed until the wolf gets here, Amy?

"There might be a rescue coming soon."

"You may not come... No, you can't rescue me, Ate."

I know, the situation now is completely contrary to what the police and rescue teams assume. If it was just a riot, it would be suppressed sooner or later. If it was a storm, one day it would pass. If you endure, there will always be help.

"... the radio doesn't work. No matter how many times you do it."

"What, Andy, is it true!?

"Oh, the smartphone's out of range, too. I don't know if it's an anomaly, but anyway, I don't have the means to get in touch."

"Wow, I'm serious!

"Dude, you're lying!?

"Ugh, I can't use the internet... oh, it can't be..."

Everyone in the group of college students has their smartphones in their hands. It seems I'm still not the only one with a cell phone out of range.

"But the landline went through."

"Senior, is it true!?

"It was in the backyard. I got the manager on both 110 (police) and 911 (rescue), but he seems to be flat over there too"

No matter how many times I called, I couldn't answer the phone, the message was just repeated.

This is the situation, the police, the fire, it's natural for the phone to arrive. If there is a disaster such as an earthquake or a storm, the same thing will happen.

"Damn, then I guess I'll have to go back to HQ directly!

"Calm down. The phone is killing me, which would mean I'm panicking all over the city right now, everywhere. Even the central station doesn't know what's going on."

I mean, there's a zombie outbreak and it's raging around this envolt bridge, very

That it is not just a limited area.

"Well, then, this whole city of St. Elles..."

"Maybe all of Astoria"

"Hey, you gotta be kidding me..."

Even I want to think it's a joke, Andy. But we should assume the worst case scenario.

If that eclipse wasn't the only illusion we saw, and that opening of eyes was the direct cause of the zombie outbreak... at least, it would mean that all the areas where eclipses can be observed are suffering from this unusual great anomaly.

We now realize not only the crisis ahead of us, but also the wider world out of sight, which may be at stake. The shock, because it's too big, or rather, it doesn't feel real.

"But this is only the worst case. Besides, even if there were zombies all over Astoria, the army might be able to crack it down successfully. There is no military presence in St. Louis, but it is possible that the police alone can deal with it."

"Heh, I only have a handgun, two cops. Well, then, there was nothing I could do."

"Oh, it may be a hopeful observation, but it would also be too early to abandon all hope"

At the end of the day, we can't afford to be in this deadline drugstore on a very different scale. If only a landline connected by a telephone line could pass, and the wireless, the smug and the internet could be sealed, you could not be in one place and gather information, etc.

"So first of all, here, why don't we wait for rescue for three days. Isn't it too late to run away at the risk?

This is our opinion, after discussing it with Alice.

"But if they push it over right now, what are we gonna do?"

"You won't even wait in silence for three days without doing anything. Elaboration of escape routes to secure escape routes in times of need. Prepare weapons against zombies, ready to do anything."

Maybe the only way to survive is to escape now without thinking about it. As a matter of fact, the zombies are ready to enter here with tiger vision, or in an hour's time, the invisible zombie virus will spread and the people still alive will zombie without question, too.

The possibilities are not wacky.

But it's only possible. Sole is also a relatively unlikely thing based on half-descendants.

rescue possibilities. And to be fully prepared as you flee. We don't have a better chance of survival than these two combined.

"... well, there's food here, and if it's about three days, can we work it out? But you can't expect a weapon in a drugstore like this."

"But you're better off dressed than running away"

If I put up a fire axe in my hand, I wouldn't have objected. There's only one here, but if you look at a clear weapon like this, a man shouldn't be able to stay bare anymore.

"I agree with Mr. Claude. Maybe even Roddy."

The first person who showed his agreement was Sam, a bear-based gay couple Mohican. My girlfriend, Roddy, also spoke for me.

"Um, me too... because I think you should wait for help"

Agreed, and a small voice, but it is Mac's part-time girl who did express her opinion.

"Then I agree!

"Me too!

"My survey of working out with erosion whispers that this is the survival flag!

The university formation also seemed to agree and unify opinions. It was Nori who just seemed to follow a cute part-time girl, but well.

"How's Amy?

"I will obey my senior. Say anything."

"Are you okay with that?"

"That's okay, 'cause I'm a junior."

It's a lot lighter, I'll keep my trust. I didn't know you could put so much pressure on me just because I'm a senior for a year.

"What about Andy?

"This is the free country of Astoria. No fool defies democracy."

Sure, though the majority is far exceeded.

"Don't act fast on your own."

"Theory is the one who dies first by himself, isn't he?

Wasn't he so selfish on the boulder?

"Well, that's settled."

We'll wait here for rescue for three days. While we wait, we will also be ready for the escape.

"I'd like to decide on the details, but let's take a break here. You'll need time to relax and get your thoughts together. However, be quiet so that the zombies outside don't notice. If you're going to the bathroom, it's me or Andy, if you're a woman, accompany Amy and do it already. I made a safety check, but be prepared when you get off the floor."

Everyone snorts at me.

For one thing, this has consolidated the policy. Good, with conflict of opinion and anxiety, without any extra rubbing.

"Phew... Alice, how was it?

"Ugh, well done!

I sat on the floor tired, and Alice stroked my head with a full grin.

Well, then, which one of you is the parent, you know? My daughter, who relies too much, is also a thought.

Though complicated, Alice didn't hate being stroked.

"... damn, I can't connect"

It's already the third time, I can't answer a mechanical phone. When I heard the call, I put the receiver down.

"I'm sure Mom's already evacuated."

"I hope so."

Only a backyard landline with a physically connected telephone line can make calls, so anyone who wants to contact me, such as my family, decided to use it in turn. Zombie control is also important, but it would be humane to want to give top priority to checking the safety of your loved ones first. Of course, I'm one of them.

But even at home, my wife never answered the phone.

"I'll call you back later"

"I'll make regular phone calls to Mr. Claude's house."

"Thank you, Store Manager"

"Anyway, I just have to be here alone. It's more distracting to have a job."

Most people, including me, didn't answer the calls they made. There is certainly the worst chance, but it can be just a matter of timing. Some people want to keep calling, but I can't help but get too much time on the phone.

In such a wacky way, the store manager called their respective contacts at regular intervals and called them if they were connected. From time to time, we are also supposed to call the police and the fire department and other places where information is likely to be purchased.

It's not like there's no hope. The only person miraculously connected to the phone, the part-time girl, heard from her mother who answered the phone that she was going to evacuate.

Apparently, no zombies have been identified in residential areas. However, evacuation instructions were issued from St. Elles city authorities, television and radio, as well as speakers installed in the district, saying that a massive terrorist attack had occurred.

The mother of the part-time girl, fortunately, said she was on the verge of leaving the house and was answered to the phone. She said she was going to head with her neighbors to secondary school, which is designated a place of refuge in the event of a disaster.

Actually, the part-time girl's house is in the same district where I have my home, and it's not that far away. So it is very likely that my wife has already evacuated as well.

For one thing, they're all done with the phone and disbanded from the backyard. I'll go back to the floor and get ready for this.

"Senior, I knew the radio wouldn't work either."

"Well, it looks like we can only use wired stuff around here anymore."

Amy was flirting with the radio I discovered in the backyard, but no matter how many channels she matched, only Tsarser and Noise said it didn't fit any station. Evacuation instructions issued in residential areas cannot be heard here either.

"So, what do we start with?

"Right...... let's make a barricade first. They don't seem to be around right now, so it should be okay to make a little noise."

It won't be too late to relax and discuss the escape route until we've consolidated our defenses. Build a barricade and set, and I want to go over every corner of this drugstore building, too, as a matter of priority. If there is an unexpected space for zombies to enter, it is the Great Counsellor.

Copy that.

It's a wack that, even though it's not work, it's time for manual labor.

First, the formulation of a place to block in a barricade, a place to keep it open for escape. Again, investigate this ABC drug store from the floor to the backyard, warehouse, and toilet. Well, it's a bungalow, so it doesn't take long to look around everything.

As a result, it was found, as a matter of course, that the building of this shop had only two doors: the shutter on the surface and the back door. When it comes to other places where people can get in and out, it's just the backyard and the windows in the aisle. The toilet window was too small, and the duct was too thick for people to go through.

"The back door isn't locked, so let's block this place first"

Either it was open from time to time, or the people at this store opened it when they ran away, either way, the back door wasn't locked and I couldn't find the key when I looked.

That zombie remains intelligent enough to stab with a knife in his hand, that is, to understand the murder weapon he has. If you have more or less people's knowledge and experience in your crazy head, you may recognize doors, push, pull, and act naturally with momentum, too, such as turning knobs. Even if the door is closed, if it's not locked, it's very dangerous.

"Phew, for now, is this what this is all about?

Andy takes off his hat and jacket and tells him to look tired. Don't you think I'm sagging to raise my breath with this degree of carrying?

At the back door, a steel locker was erected and properly packed to make it heavier. Otherwise, I'll do the chair, I'll put the big guy in position for now.

With tools, I can do a lot more, but there can't be a set of nails and hammers, screws and conductive drills, etc. in the drugstore. I had no choice but to borrow the gum and vinyl tape that was in the stationery corner and merge the chairs and tables with each other's feet bracketed.

"Let's make the escape route this window"

The window facing the back of the store, right next to the indoor hydrant, was the one that decided on the escape route in times of need.

Behind this store is a fence, precisely, on the premises of the building next door, but anyway, right in front of me stands a fence with a height there. Even if the zombies have been massive, the back is sandwiched by fences and buildings and turned into narrow passages. You won't push straight from the front like a tsunami, and if you keep your left and right blocked, you'll be able to buy time.

And just beside this window, a ladder is installed for climbing to the roof. Though a bungalow, it's not the height at which you can jump and climb lightly. In order to be surrounded by all the surroundings of the store, it is time to escape to the rooftops and from there to the nearby buildings.

Well, I'm gonna move on to a building nearby, because if you don't work out another idea, it's hard. Me or Amy would be able to jump all the way to the emergency stairs of the apartment next door where the fence is installed, but there are women and children, including Alice. I just want a trick that can move smoothly and interfere with the zombie chase.

In the meantime, this one's going to take a while, so I'll be back.

After blocking the back entrance, seal off the shutters on the table. If you're over here, you can arrange some display shelves. Me, Andy, Roddy, Sam, while I was blocking the back door with this adult male member, Amy was taking the pronunciation and getting the product removed from the shelf moving with the rest of the member, etc.

"All right, we'll lift it all together. Don't drag me down or drop me down."

"Hey, wait, give me a break"

In front of the big shelf, Andy, with a raunchy face, took the can of coke out of the refrigerated shelf and opened it on the spot to start drinking.

"Can a cop imitate that first"

"It's an emergency, it's a good decision. You guys want a drink, too?

You can drink as much as you like, and I'll just go ahead with the cold drinks. I don't think it's your thing.

"Either way, let me use the supplies from this store."

I'll borrow the coke, too.

Look, the others have already spoken voluntarily of drinks, and what a group of college guys, potato chips in a chocolate bar and all you want. Don't drink. At times of need, you can't afford to get drunk and move.

Build a shutter barricade across a sloppy little pause. Carefully arrange the shelves as Amy monitors the outside through the windows on the table.

"Oh, shit, I'm tired. No more, I can't do it."

Sweaty Andy falls asleep on the spacious floor. I didn't clean it, so it's dirty.

That said, I'm just a little tired too. With this level of object movement, it's no big deal… Again, work while alerting to zombie raids drains mental power. It was hard inside to carry the large display shelves, quietly, slowly, while tension forced them.

"Good luck, seniors"

I also took off my jacket and as I sat back and rested as a single shirt, Amy plugged me in.

"It's past lunch."

"Thanks"

Tea and rice balls, a delicious lunch, but I can't tell you the luxury.

"In the meantime, in about three days, I'm going to have enough food and drinks"

"Oh, with all this, worst of all, even if the electricity and water stop, we'll figure it out"

So far, the lights are on in the store, and the toilet flows water. The lifeline hasn't stopped yet. But it's not weird when you stop. You should be prepared and prepared.

"What do we do next?

"Let's set the escape route. Set some direction and you'll be able to run without hesitation when you run away"

If you really panic, you'll be running around without knowing the right or left... but if you can, I don't want to fall for that kind of pinch.

"There's a map, there is. Do you want to see it?

"Oh. You know, it's been a long time."

"Alice found it for me"

Speaking of which, I remember urochiring the backyard when I was sealing off the back entrance. I can't leave my child Alice with a hard job, and if she's smart, she'll never imitate anything extra.

It was an abandonment of peace of mind and trust...

"Speaking of which, what about Alice?

"I'm at the warehouse. Maybe that'll be the girls' room."

"Oh, sure."

Wait three days, which means you will spend the night today and tomorrow. Multiple men and women sleeping in miscellaneous fishes, then in mental hygiene, would not be nice.

Beyond isolating the store manager in the backyard, the only room available is a warehouse. There are two women, Alice, Amy, a part-time girl, and a college student, five combined. It's a small warehouse, but there's plenty of room for everyone to fall asleep.

Something about Alice being an adult there so that she doesn't get in the way? Everywhere, he's a considerate kid.

"Andy, Roddy, Sam, come on. I want to make sure you decide your escape route."

Pompous and finishing lunch chatting with Amy and calling the three of them.

We gathered five people and spread the map by replacing the cashier's table.

"I ask you again, who is bright in geography around here?

I checked with everyone, but again, he wasn't there. Everyone just goes through here, to cross the Envolt Bridge. The part-time girl goes to Mac almost every day, but says she has never strolled nearby either because there is no place to play around here.

To check the geography of the neighborhood, so far, there is no other way to rely on this analog map.

We've probably never seen a map of the city of St. Elles where we live more seriously in our lives.

Astoria United States, Elder York, City of St. Elles. Astoria's leading city, this St. Elles is a small island adjacent to the western coast of the continent. The whole island is divided into a single city. Approximately, a rectangular shape extending from north to south. The neighboring city on the mainland is the city of Halbadia, which is also known as the University.

There are several bridges from St. Elles to Halbadia, but there are three big ones. The largest bridge is the Victoria Bridge, which runs in the centre. The next bigger is the Primuel Bridge, which runs slightly further south from the center into the pleasure district. And the third is the Envolt Bridge, which stretches from the northern part of the island and the suburban residential neighborhood.

The city of St. Elles on a small island, but also a bustling island with characteristic regions.

My home extends to the north, in a quiet residential neighborhood that serves as a central city bedtown. I'm not a businessman. I don't go to Central Street, but the commuter route is to cross the Envolt Bridge to send Alice to a school in Halbadia, and back from there, through a tunnel on the north side of the island, across the mountains, to the Seventh Plant of Emroad Heavy Industries St. Elles in the industrial zone on the west side of the island.

And now, the unbelievable anomaly of a zombie outbreak has left us isolated in this suburb of the Envolt Bridge.

"If there's an evacuation instruction out there, shouldn't we head to a determined shelter first?

"If the shelter is truly safe."

Roddy's opinions are good, but we're actually witnessing a zombie threat, and we can snort at Andy's.

"Sure, if a zombie attacked you, it might be more dangerous to have a bunch of mountain people"

That is the reproduction of a zombie panic film that everyone in Astoria has seen. If a zombie kills you, there will be more zombies in the rat formula from there.

"It might be safer for us to be caged alone, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah."

"But that will be the worst case the city has ever been devastated in earnest. If the city authorities are still functioning, it would be best for us as citizens to follow their instructions. Besides, everyone will be worried about their own family. Which way, visit the shelter and find your family will be your top priority."

"Oh, I'm worried about my wife's safety, too. Ultimately, I want to go to a residential shelter."

If it's kept safe, my wife should always be there. My own safety is also important, but everyone has someone as important as that.

"Uh, if it's for family reunion, I figured you shouldn't go to the University of Halbadia."

"I don't know, maybe there's a guy in the city of Halbadia with a home. We'll see about that later."

Anyway, the next most important purpose of our lives is to rendezvous with our families. Andy probably didn't think he could bend that opinion either. More than that, I had no objection to the policy of going to the shelter.

"But you can't go anywhere you want all of a sudden."

"Well, first of all, do we have to head to the nearest shelter"

"If it's a shelter, we're gonna get a little more information."

If the police and the army are going to crack down on this zombie panic, we just have to put it in the shelter and wait for it. If there is any assurance that things are moving towards a solution, there is no reason to travel at risk.

"The closest thing is, where will it be? Andy, you know what?

"Uh, I wonder where it was, sure around here...... oh here, here, Brooke III Middle School"

The destination Andy showed on the map is a public secondary school, about 400 metres from here at a straight distance.

Naturally, to be used as a shelter in the event of a disaster will be a large building with a foreseeable capacity. Basically, the school would be the nearest refuge.

"If you fly by car, it's a short distance..."

"I don't know if I can run."

"But shouldn't you have legs after all?

If it's my favorite car, a powerful 4WD, it'll be okay to dial some zombies. However, given this circumstance, it is likely that the road itself is blocked by accidents with commuter cars everywhere.

And most importantly, if you run high with Vonvon, the zombies will notice and push.

"As for the car, let's see how it goes a little more. After three days, if you don't see any zombies around, maybe you can go back and get them to Mac's parking lot."

Think carefully and identify the situation if there is any merit in matching the risk of using the car. Even for me, I'm just saying I'm going back to my nightmare mac again, and I'm going to butt in.

"Well, let's see if we can make it to middle school on foot."

We all hang out and peek into the map.

The destination secondary school passes forward on the way to work, so I know where it is. In fact, if you keep going down the road that leads from Mac, you'll see the ground and the fence in the middle school square school building. But if you go straight down the promising road, there is naturally a chance that zombies will find you. In fact, even before I ran in here, I was caught and chased by zombies.

You won't be able to go down the street unless it's also a situation where there's obviously no zombies. When it does, it will go through the back roads and residential areas and make roundabouts.

Fortunately, this Brook neighborhood hasn't become as complex a road as the old town. Basically, residential areas are created in the eye shape of the Acer board, so even if you get lost, if you run straight, you'll be able to get out on the front street somewhere. It's obvious from Mac's escape that zombies don't have the intelligence to make roundabouts, so the hard way to get lost is in our favor.

"Senior, if you couldn't get close to middle school, what would you do?

"As long as you're back here, you want to evacuate to a more protective and sturdy building. Let's list those places within the moment."

Given its location in the suburbs, it's about a condo when it comes to sturdy buildings. That zombie would be able to climb the stairs without difficulty, but it's hard to imagine the kind of guys who url down the road coming all the way up the high stairs. So the higher it is, the more zombies there are, or more influxes, there shouldn't be. Well, if the inhabitants of the high floors were zombied, they would stay that way, so there's no guarantee of absolute safety.

At once, I finished checking the map by looking at some apartments of height and location that seemed good for standing in cages.

Okay, next time we have weapons ready... before we do, let's see how Alice is doing.

I headed to the warehouse to see how my beloved daughter was doing, which I had left for a while.

"Alice"

"Ah, Dad!

Looking back, look at my face, Pa. Smiling flowers all the time, Alice rushing over. How cute.

And I usually just end up with that feeling, but I got my eye on the noisy stuff behind her.

"Hey, Alice, I'm..."

"My dad seemed busy building barricades, so I made a weapon first."

Alice introduced me to a bladed weapon with a giraffe, as she boasted of her summer free work.

"Is this a spear?"

"Yeah, if zombies are opponents, they'll want to fight as far away as possible"

It makes sense. Besides, if amateurs use it, spears that just stick it up are easier to handle.

The tip is a knife and the pattern is a mop.

The knife was in the product, and the mop... this long pattern type should not have been in the product, but from the feel of this use, it would be the store equipment for cleaning the floor.

Instead of just a chatty construction where the knife is taped and glue-wrapped and stopped, the hardware on the brush fixing part of the mop is combined with parts that would have been diverted from something else so that it can be fixed with a tight bolt.

"It's a big deal. The boulder is Alice."

"She helped me, too. Fine, clever, thank you."

A part-time girl waved at me as I hung up. Even though I'm in high school, I didn't expect to be used by a ten-year-old. My daughter, I'm sorry.

"The knife with the biggest blade is left behind. Because it seemed better to use it as a subwapon rather than as a tip."

Alice already seemed to be collecting all the blades in the store here. The knife used for the spear would actually be like a fruit knife. A cultural knife with quite a blade crossing, well, it's sold in the drugstore, so it would be a cheap mass produced product, but still a decent blade feels reliable as a weapon.

If this was the home center, blades and blunt instruments, including tools, were a diverse assortment... but this one type of cultural knife and fruit knife is the limit in a drugstore that stays at the level of daily groceries. I don't see any heavy objects that might be available as blunt instruments. Spears will do the best they can.

"Dad, the students are going to be playing with their hair sprays and lighters, so I want you to stab them in the nail."

"Okay, let me tell you something."

I don't know how you feel. But it's dangerous to suddenly put you in action. If they blow themselves up in the vicinity, it's not something I've enjoyed.

Anyone will know that spray cans containing flammable gases, such as insecticides and hairsprays, are sprayed into the lighter's fire and flame emitted, but the array is not a wack with a band of flames stretching out like a real thing. Fire does erupt, but the range is short. If it's enough to spray on the zombies coming at you, it would be better to wield a knife.

"But I'd like to verify if the fire works on the zombie opponent."

"I wish I didn't have to imitate that."

You have to seriously think about fighting zombies, i.e. you can't expect any rescue at all.

"And you should look closely at fireworks, fertilizers, disinfectant ethanol, and other materials that might make bombs."

"Oh, yeah"

If you try to make yourself a bomb in a place like this, you're more likely to get yourself hurt before you blow up a zombie. It's not something that amateurs can cheaply get their hands on.

"... Alice, I'm going to search the apartment next door"

"Yeah, well, if you jump, you'll get to the emergency stairs."

"Oh, we have to get some scaffolding over here and beyond to secure our escape route."

We have to secure this escape route before we celebrate the third day. There's still time for the sun to go down. I want it done before it's too late.

"Dad, if you want to go, take this"

Alice gives me jalajara and fine metal parts. Things like gnats and bent wires and patterns in colorful plastic, precision drivers like toys, etc.

"Maybe, a picking tool"

"Dad can use it, can't he?

"... how do you know"

"I used to be pretty wacky, 'cause my mom told me."

Or stop, I'm too ashamed to be proud of my beloved daughter for her old Yancha!

"No, my dad was a very normal middle school student everywhere."

"Hmm, a very normal middle school student is something that picks open the back door of a bad stash and makes an ambush."

"Sorry, I'm reflecting now"

"It's all right, it's already a statute of limitations."

Just fighting, not stealing or blackmailing. Back then, I believed that winning by bugging the bad was the coolest guy ever. So, when my wife (Canojo) turned around, I really thought... hey, really, guys are dumb. Especially boys' secondary school students.

"In the meantime, let me use it."

"Yeah. Because the apartment next door had a garage on the ground floor, and you might find something useful"

With this picking tool, a chatty key would open it. I wish I could find some treasure... but don't hold an empty nest gut.

"Well, then, I'm coming"

"Wait, Dad"

Now I wonder what it is, and Alice hugs me.

"Just let me stay here for a little while"

I just whispered that I loved you and held my little girlfriend back.

"... it still looks like there are no zombies around"

"Right."

3pm. Me and Amy came to the roof of the ABC drug. Once you get out of somewhat higher ground, I'll look around you a lot, but from here on out, I don't see any moving figures.

But it doesn't necessarily mean they're not lurking over one of those streets, or in the shadows of the house there.

"Well, let's go."

"Yes, seniors"

The most confident member of the group, Amy and I, was to fly to the next apartment. From here, it is quite close to the apartment that stands behind you as it approaches. Jump for the emergency stairs and you can fly away enough.

Firstly, a fire axe was thrown into the emergency staircase, which would be a large piece of baggage. Galangaran, and make a noise and land safely. I noticed the sound and the zombies popped up... never.

You're nervous.

"Really? I'm a little bit of a parquet, but not so much."

Successfully fly away somehow and share your thoughts.

Parcool's probably like an obstacle race to do all over the city. Did you also call it free-running?

"As always, you don't do anything"

"Sometimes we're dating."

"Oh, my God."

"It's not, Parcool is fun. How about a senior with you next time?

"I just did it, that's enough"

Don't jump or jump to get away from the zombies. Let's be precise and careful not to.

"All right, let's make sure we're safe first."

Copy that, sir.

With the fire axe in my hand, I open the emergency staircase door and go upstairs to the floor first. It's not that big, it's a four-story apartment. I just looked around all the rooms and it won't take that long.

Depending on the condition of this apartment, we may be moving our base from the drugstore to this one. A four-story apartment would be easier to prevent zombie entry than an AC store in a bungalow. Seal the stairs, too, and you can buy time to come up to the top floor.

Along with the significance of discernment, we need to be sure, often.

"So... what do you want to do?

"Well, we'll have to try to ring the intercom"

As a matter of course, it is very likely that there will be a resident of the apartment. Seeing an example eclipse, I may or may not have suddenly zombied. If you have safe residents, you should talk to them.

Wake up, never mind, Pinpawn.

"You won't answer."

"Oh, it's locked, and you must have already gone out"

Due to a mysterious radio fault around here, no one should be able to hear the evacuation instructions. If you are in a room and learn of an anomaly, locking and pulling the cage, or trying to escape somewhere, your actions are limited.

In the meantime, all the upstairs rooms were locked, and when I rang the intercom, no one answered. Pick it up, we don't need to step inside, so let's just move on.

"Can we go to the third floor?"

"First floor later?

"'Cause there's most likely a zombie... if I can keep it safe up there, I can turn down my hindsight worries too"

If you get into battle on the ground floor, you won't be able to get a zombie from up there. Well, if you fight up there, there's a chance they'll climb upstairs, so I feel both.

Anyway, we're going to do the same checks on the third floor.

"There's nobody here."

"I guess he ran away in a hurry"

On the third floor, there was a room with only one door left empty. Inside, as if he had even entered an empty nest, he was scattered for a long time, and there were signs of scratching around, but he noticed the presence of a ten, eighty-nine, zombie, and he must have escaped.

The other room was locked, just like upstairs, and no one answered when it rang.

Unlike the emergency staircase, the original staircase passes through the central staircase and reaches the fourth floor, which runs to the top floor.

I didn't think, I put my hand on the nearby door. It's locked. Ring the intercom.

"Ahhhh!!

I heard it from across the door, in that voice, nervousness running in Russia.

Yes, a zombie. But from the feeling of this voice, no, not this door, next door...

"Khoaaaaa!

Van, I just happened to open the door and a zombie popped out of my standing, next room.

Disturbed long hair, woman. Standing out like a young lady in an apron... the apron had a doth black return blood on it, and a blood-coated knife was squeezed in her hand.

Have a weapon, huh? Suddenly, he's a dangerous opponent.

"Senior!"

I dare to move forward to shelter Amy.

"KYYYYYYYYYYY!!

No questions asked, flying female zombies. She has a pretty neat face, but now she has completely lost her reason and her sanity, distorting her beauty to the shapes of anger. How the hell do I look in those bright red eyes?

"-Oraah!!

Temper flashed. Thoughts and strays shook everything off, and I just carelessly slammed the fire axe. The target is a knife. Terrible blade, but my weapon has a longer reach. If you shake it, it makes sense that the axe blade arrives first.

Beating meat and bones, dull sound. The odd noise that binds my ears also breaks when I bump into it at that moment.

Immediate death… naturally. A big man like me shook his axe down with all his might and broke his brain. The head of the zombie, a woman who collapsed at the front, cracked with a buckle and dried from it -

"Ha... ha... Ku, shit... I did it, finally, I did it..."

I was ready. If it is to protect Alice, the determination to dye this hand into blood has been sufficiently consolidated.

In shame, this is how I waved my axe. I did it, I smashed a zombie to death with one blow.

But when I see a woman who turns into a corpse without saying anything, I am struck by unspeakable fear and anxiety.

Did you do it, really, I... people...

"Seniors! It's okay, it's okay... Seniors did what they had to do. You protected me."

Amy hugs me from behind. Just now, it's not like you hugged Alice. Gu, tough, her skinny but tight arms tangle in my body.

It must have been obvious that he lacked calm, just exhaling rough breaths. Goddamn it, I showed my juniors, what I didn't look like.

"Oh, oh... Amy, I'm fine"

"Is it true?

"Ready, that's what I did. I'm a little upset about the boulder... but it'll fit right in."

"Well, until then, here we are"

I become aware of Amy's soft feeling on my back as soon as possible. Relax, I'm, like, at a time like this, no, because this is the time. When I feel like my life is in danger, I don't know what my survival instinct is to leave my offspring behind, I've heard of it, but, you know, I really want you to give me a break now.

"... I'm fine, get away from me, Amy. If my wife finds me here, she'll kill me."

"Nobody's watching now, so it's okay."

"Yeah, you jokeless bastard. Fine, we'll get back to work soon. If we hold each other forever, the sun will set."

"I'm still like this... Oh, my God, you seem to be okay now"

Ugh, and Amy, who let go of my body, had a little devilish grin.

At all, does he understand his charm? If it wasn't me, it would be an absolutely wrong response.

"Thanks, Amy. Thanks for calming down."

"No, now if the seniors hug me, that's fine"

"I'll do my best not to."

Even if you're breaking it off as a zombie opponent, it's still, like, resistance to murder is big. Until Amy, I don't want her to carry any extra stuff.

"It's already dull."

"But what?"

"It's nothing - what about this room?

Zombies popped up. Naturally, the door stays open. Get inside.

"We'll just have to check"

"Right"

I had a bad feeling.

But when we see reality, I, no, we'll soon regret it.

"Oh, my God."

"Hih, that's terrible..."

In the middle of the living room, the baby's body was rolling. I wonder how stabbed he was, his torso is worn out and he's about to cut half a thousand pieces.

Dos From the sea of blood, which has discolored black and begun to dry, the footprints of blood follow, dots by dots. The destination there... is the leg of the female zombie I defeated earlier.

What the hell happened in this room? I didn't want to think about it any more.

"Hey, Amy, maybe the situation sucks worse than I thought"

"Right..."

For now, after checking the fourth floor, me and Amy sat down on the stairs and talked in peace.

"Damn, what's a zombie... you know, a hell of a devil"

A mother kills my child. That's still a baby, too.

The delusion of nightmares passes through my brain. If that mother was my beloved girlfriend. If that tragic corpse was Alice... I don't even want to think about it.

The plaque in that house also had the father's name. I guess I wasn't at home because I was already at work. What would you think if he were alive and found out about this miserable situation? And if I'm in his shoes...

"Senior, let's go"

"Oh, let's just get this over with"

I appreciate the fact that I have work to do at times like this. When I made a serious mistake with my wife, I concentrated on my work and distracted her.

I didn't think too much of it, but I came down to the ground floor, gripping the fire axe tightly.

Fortunately, I don't see any zombies. Auto-lock automatic doors are a common transparent type, and are rounded outside. There doesn't seem to be any zombies passing by this entrance.

"Ah, seniors, the garage door is closed."

"I can't help it, I'll try it"

The door leading from the ground floor to the garage was locked because it was for personal use on boulders. Don't you think picking has been around since middle school? When I accidentally lost my locker key, was it last year that I collected and opened the tools that seemed to be available from the workplace?

I don't know, I don't even have a full-time locksmith, but I have a limited number of keys that I can unlock... Besides the thought that it was Alice's protection, the garage was lightly unlocked.

"Oh, seniors, I knew the rumor that you were wal in middle school was true,"

"Please, don't pursue me deeply."

"It's okay, I'll keep my eyes closed properly"

"You're a cop, you're not kidding."

They're all trying to expose my black history. I started searching the garage with anger.

The search results for the apartment were excellent.

The garage has a longer stepladder, stretched to the maximum, between the rooftop and the emergency staircase, which takes critical steps. If you pass this along, Alice will also be able to move from the drugstore to this apartment. Most of all, in a situation where zombies are chasing us from right behind, there is no respite enough to cross the stepladder, which is a poor scaffold.

And there were tools in the garage that could be weapons.

One hand axe, one hammer, one sickle for horticulture, one bar at a time, but better than no. Unfortunately, no fire axe was found.

I got a hammer, Amy had an axe, Roddy had a bar, and Sam had a sickle. Andy said he didn't need anything else because he has a gun.

For once, now everyone will have a weapon. There were three spears made by Alice, held by Amy, Roddy and Sam, and the knife was handed out to a pair of student boys. For once, both part-time girls and student girls are allowed to hold small fruit knives. It's noisy, but I can't do it under the circumstances.

Anyway, I've already killed one crazy person, not to mention that zombie. Half of it may be justification, but still, when I see that zombie again, I realize that there's no other way to stop it than to kill it.

Anyway, we ended our first day with a change in this peaceful routine.

"Let's turn off all the lights. As far as possible, be careful not to get lights outside."

Just before sundown, I decided to go to bed.

Zombies, at least, look at their prey with their eyes. If, then, you see brilliant lights in the middle of the night, you are likely to gather like bugs. There will be nothing more than spending time lurking in the darkness of the night.

Of course, you can take turns watching, and in case you have to, everyone has a flashlight that is a drug store commodity. I'm also showing everyone the escape route I just made, so, well, I want to think it's okay.

……

Two o'clock at night. Spend your allotted watch time alone.

Alice sleeps in the warehouse with Amy and the rest of the women. The man sleeps in a miscellaneous fish on the floor. Only Andy was lying on the couch he used for the barricade at the back door. Well, you should have people over there.

There can't be any bedding for everyone in the drugstore. So I rushed in the mattresses, blankets, etc. that were in the apartment to the critical point where the sun set. It was pretty tough because all I had was a stepladder scaffold, but, well, I managed.

It's quiet out there. I don't hear creepy zombie groans. It doesn't even sound like a car running. This is the situation. No one on a boulder would think of blowing up in a car in the middle of the night.

All I hear is a whisper of summer bugs ringing and… Sometimes, Warn, and something like a wolf howling echoes from afar. Instead of wild wolves, St. Elles doesn't even have wild dogs. The dog who lost the Lord must be barking.

On a quiet night, in the darkness, if I stood still alone, I would think all the extraordinary things. What the hell am I doing here? I don't know what's going to happen next, what to do...

"Mr. Claude, it's time for a change."

I didn't have to wake him up, but Sam, the next watchman, called out.

I guess I didn't get much sleep than I woke up on time. The green Mohican also looked numb somewhere.

"Then, after that, please"

"Yes, get some rest"

It's a polite dialogue that doesn't look good at all, but it also feels strangely familiar. Is the root a good guy? Sam looks like a dangerous man who's going to cause problems first, but he's a big man among the men members. What you say is common sense. People don't look good, sounds like an example to me.

I changed my watch on Sam like that, and I didn't feel like I could sleep much, but I lay down with a big, thin blanket.

Luckily, we didn't get woken up in the middle of the night, and we made it to the next morning.

And the problem was discovered first thing in the morning.

"... has the electricity stopped"

"Senior, no water supply, either"

"Then the gas must have stopped too."

Not an earthquake, but a zombie outbreak can be called a catastrophe enough. It is only natural that the lifeline should stop.

But this is also what was expected. Our policy is to wait for rescue for three days or one night, so we don't have to move in a hurry. Even if the lifeline stops, I'll have it for about two days.

However, the problem is still, if no rescue is forthcoming… and perhaps this is likely.

Since it's not an earthquake-hit wax, there shouldn't be any damage to such installations as a pole collapsed, a ruptured water pipe, or a gas leak. Still, the lifeline stopped, which means it's an emergency that has to be stopped. Or the very person who moves, is gone? At the very least, I want to believe you took evacuation.

Anyway, there's nothing I can do about it stopping. Let's do what we can now.

"I'm going to move the base to the apartment next door"

In a dimly lit store with no lights, I gathered them all together and suggested.

There were no objections. Already yesterday, me and Amy secured the apartment. No one was obsessed with this drugstore.

"As originally planned, we have two more days to wait for rescue. But for more time than that, you could be standing indoors. We're going to get ready."

The move began with a wax called

First me and Amy, plus Andy and the rest of the guys, I couldn't open it yesterday because it was locked, start exploring everything in the room. The sound of chimes alone could be a zombie who didn't respond, or a survivor could have used his presence. If you're going to be a base, you have to check all the rooms.

The key didn't even go to the wack of picking. The door to the apartment room on a boulder isn't as chatty as it opens just a little chatter. From the empty room, they say emergency partitions on the veranda, kicking doors, etc., but if you kick that, you can break in. It's a real emergency right now, so I can't complain when I kick it in.

Now, before you try, just visit the janitor's office... and discover the master key. They often don't, but I was fortunate this time.

Thanks to the master key, it took me all at once to inspect all the rooms. After all, there was no one else but the zombie of the woman I killed yesterday.

This work will also be completed by noon and will finally be a migration for all.

"Alice, be careful. Don't look down. It's okay, my dad's on."

"If I already did, I'd worry too much."

I saw Alice crossing the stepladder in a hurry. I got much more nervous.

By the way, the most tricky thing was a pair of college girls. The boys were cheering, but do it yourself.

"... I'm sorry, Mr. Claude"

"No, is the manager okay?

"So far, there's no sign you're going to be a zombie."

Dry laughs, Zombie Virus Infection Suspected Store Manager, were to be the last to cross. As he declared, there are no anomalies in appearance. You think the wound is strangely discolored or the eyes start to glow red?

A whole day, getting through it safely, has half-proven that if bitten, it's not a single infection, an immediate onset, like a common zombie thing. Maybe the manager is the only one with antibodies to the rare zombie virus, and there's no miracle whatsoever.

"I'm sorry, but two more days"

"Oh, I know. Because that would be more reassuring for everyone."

There are plenty of empty rooms in the apartment. As with the backyard, have the store manager spend time in the right room, locked up.

Okay, now we're all safe, and we're all done moving to the apartment. Then let's continue yesterday and try to encourage barricade making.

"Um, Mr. Claude, do you have a minute?"

It was Sam who cut it out.

"What's up?

"Me, can I cook, make"

I suddenly wondered what to say, but for now I'll ask why.

"Eh, the electricity's off, and you should use the ingredients in the fridge fast. Besides, eating delicious things will cheer you up."

"But isn't the gas stopped already?

"Oh, that's okay. This apartment is propane."

When he came across it, he said he saw a grey gas cylinder installed. If you ask me, it did happen.

If it is urban gas, it is pulled directly from the gas pipe, so it can be cut off from the main yuan in the event of a disaster, similar to electricity and water supply. However, propane gas has a dedicated gas cylinder installed in the building, so it can only be used for its capacity.

In the most current situation, if I run out of cylinders, I will contact the gas company, but they will not come to refill.

"For once, I'd like to ask... cooking, can you do that?

I'm a licensed cook.

Seriously, people don't see it, how many times has this feeling?

"Delicious food is good, but I think we should make a preserved meal within the moment."

It is Alice who has suddenly pinched her mouth from the side.

"Can you?"

"I'll take care of it, Alice. I'll let you keep any ingredients at room temperature for three months, me!

"Wonderful."

Alice smiling and patting and Sam with a good face.

Apparently, it's a decision.

"Assuming the worst, I've never had food. I'll leave it to Sam. Take it right away."

Fresh foods in the fridge will soon be no better than electricity turned off. Processing into preserved foods would be necessary now in order not to waste any ingredients at all.

Put Sam in charge of cooking with women who are not fit for hard work as leaders.

Then let's just say the rest of the men focus on hard work.

Then I spent the day building a barricade. The front entrance and garage on the ground floor are completely sealed off. We don't assume we're going in or out.

If you want to go outside, do you want to go upstairs windows or go back through the emergency stairs to ABC drugs again?

The stairs on the second floor were assembled in such a way that they could be immediately sealed off in times of need. For that matter, it's brittle than the ground floor, but at the time we allow this far in, we'll have to abandon this stronghold.

Escape routes were secured on both the third and fourth floors. That said, it's just the evacuation ladder for the fire.

"Uh, shit, I'm so tired..."

In the evening, when I finished the work and retracted, Andy was still blurry. But I'm tired, too, of boulders.

Even the women seemed busy making Sam's preserved food today. Simply gathering ingredients from each room is quite a labor. Salted, oiled, dried, looks like they really made a lot of stuff.

Lunch and dinner were both delicious with Sam's hand cooking. There is no doubt about his cooking arm. Everyone was convinced that the culinary relationship and the management of ingredients should be left to him.

For one thing, the centralization process is going well. From what I've seen, I barely even see a zombie. About three times, as much as I saw a guy walking flirtatiously in front of the street. Dauntingly, we all lurked our breaths, but we didn't notice this one at all, and walked away in a lump.

It seems that there is still no such ability to accurately perceive the hidden human place, and it is reassuring. For the minute they're hiding, they're going to get away with it.

"Good day, Dad"

"I'm home, Alice"

After work and dinner, me and Alice came to the room on the fourth floor.

Maybe they should all be solidified in the same place, but it's just a breathless evacuation life. There are a lot of empty rooms, so let me use them as I please because it's a corner.

The room is allocated to me and Alice, Roddy and Sam, three college boys, two college girls and a part-time girl, and Amy, Andy and the manager, each alone. This apartment has six rooms on one floor. One room on the fourth floor rests and seals off the example female zombie and baby body, so there are five rooms available. Although there is an aversion to the same floor as a corpse, the top floor is the best in terms of safety.

As a result, it was decided to allocate four floors for the women and three floors for the men. I can stay on the fourth floor because I have Alice.

"Barricades aren't complete yet, and there's a lot to do. Early tomorrow morning, let's go to bed, Alice."

"Yes, Dad"

Even with a night book, I'm in bed relying only on flashlights in a dark room with no lights on. The room we're using must have been a family. A bedroom with a double bed for couples and one that obviously seems to be a children's room. I only fish around the kitchen for ingredients, so I haven't seen any photos of the landlord or anything. I'm not even going to see it. It just gets hard.

Pushing anxiety to death, I fall asleep in bed with Alice. When has it been the first time I've slept with my daughter? At least, since Alice enrolled in her current school, I feel like she's never had one.

"Hey, Dad"

"What's up, Alice?"

"I tried dissecting a zombie today."

"Become!?

To a sudden bomb statement, I lose my word.

"My dad knocked me down, it's a female zombie. My head was cracked in two, so I could take a peek inside."

Why, why, why so dangerous... but I know Alice's genius, so I didn't pinch her mouth. Just don't let kids do it with interest, it's outrageous, what a parent with a normal 10-year-old, I can't scold without a headache.

"... Alice, were you okay? If you suck, you get infected or something."

"I'm the first one to say I won't get infected. It's okay to touch the flesh."

Because it would have only been speculation.

No, but I guess Alice wanted to get a little information by autopsy because even the current state of affairs doesn't know anything about zombies.

"But I'll do something unscrupulous... at least if you'll talk to me a word"

"If I told you, Dad would stop. Besides, I think we can stop it, even if someone else asks."

"So you did it alone in silence"

"I'm sorry. I apologize for behaving on my own. But I really had to find out about the zombies. Before the time comes for my dad to fight more zombies..."

"Oh, I know, Alice. Alice is smart, so she acted after thinking about it."

But I'm still worried about what I'm worried about. And I also understand that stopping Alice from acting with just that much emotion is crap emotional theory and not the best way to survive.

"Alice, next time you want to do something, be sure to talk to your dad. Because it's dangerous, I don't disagree cheaply. If Alice were to say it, it would always make sense."

"Daddy......"

"Unless you feel sorry for yourself as a father, Alice, the genius, should be treated not just as a child, but as a companion to be borrowed of wisdom. So talk to me. Daddy will always help Alice."

"Thank you, Dad... thank you, for admitting to me..."

I lean myself in bed, Alice, and I'm hugging you. I really regret the current situation that I have to rely on, even to my daughter, who is so small.

But just to protect my daughter in front of me, it's me now. You can't even tell me this country is, no, just a factorian about what's going on in the world.

"... hey, Dad, just a little bit, I dissected a zombie and I figured it out once"

"Oh, tell me, Alice"

After hugging each other for a while, in my chest, Alice started talking.

First, she secretly went back to ABC drugs and said she was ready for an autopsy. Because it's a drugstore, I also have a mask and medical rubber gloves. Besides, if you wear rain feathers, you won't mind some return blood. The blade for cutting, he said, was procured in the room.

"What I found visibly strange was the head, after all. Dad, what do you think is in that zombie's eye like a blood vessel?

"Well, isn't it blood?"

"Yeah, there was another red liquid in there that looked a lot like blood."

That seems to be an awful nebulous gel-shaped liquid, although similar in color to blood.

"Has blood changed?

"At least I'm pretty sure it's turning into something completely different. Because it was acidic."

Is human blood alkaline?

"People's blood is weakly alkaline. The paher value is 7.4"

Thanks for the detailed explanation.

"Does acidity mean, uh, like stomach fluids?

It wasn't that acidic.

"Well... I mean, how did you find out?"

Was Litmus paper sold on ABC drugs?

"I looked for the litmus paper, but it didn't. I couldn't help but make my own instruction solution. If it was too late, Sam would have used purple cabbage."

Purple cabbage?

"If you rub the purple cabbage with salt, the dye will appear, so dissolve it in water and it will become a color changing indicator."

Seriously, what is that bean knowledge? I'll never use it in my everyday life. Well, since this is such an anomaly, did you see the day when you actually try?

Anyway, the purple cabbage discriminating method of Alice properties proved that the mysterious red gel was undoubtedly weakly acidic. At least, fluids of that nature are not secreted by humans.

"So this red gel filled not only the enlarged blood vessels in the eye area, but also the eye itself. People's eyeballs are swollen with moisture, but all that seems to replace this gel."

"... their eyes glow red, does that mean I'm shining"

"When I was inactive, it didn't shine anymore."

But I also checked the eyeballs, which means that Alice, after choosing the eyeballs from that woman's corpse, I slit them and put the contents... not really the sight I want to imagine.

"So you're saying that the cause of zombification is because this red gel caught my eye?

"It's most likely an external infection route. But Dayuan, who causes zombie-like frenzy, is not an eyeball"

"Daiyuan? Could it be -"

"Yes, my brain."

Alice took a peek at the brain I smashed with a fire axe. So, she confirmed clearly.

"Her brain was covered in that red gel. No, it was stained bright red, I should say."

Not only did he cover it, but he said the brain itself was stained red like blood. It will mean that the brain itself is visibly degenerative.

"You mean when the gel infects the eye, it goes from there to the brain, zombies it?

"No certainty, but I think so"

"... but it didn't look like something was in my eyes"

We first came to the realization that we were zombies because a young college student stabbed to death with a knife was resurrected. Until just before he was stabbed, he was definitely a normal person. I still vividly remember the confusion of showing up from the bathroom at the worst time, being attacked by a knife man and not knowing what it was.

At that time, the young man was pushed down almost irresistibly, from where he became a horse rider and rarely stabbed with a knife.

With that series of motions, I don't think he got that kind of thing in his eyeballs that could be a source of infection from a knife guy, that red gel guy. More importantly, he wears glasses, so even when a splash strikes, it should be quite preventable to get into his eyes.

"Dad, from here on out, it's my imagination, no, it's just a delusion to say..."

Alice used to nod her face at my chest, as she was terrified to put it into words.

"Maybe there's no physical source of infection in that zombie"

"... what do you mean?

"It's not blood or gel. But I can see through my eyes."

Then what the hell does that mean?

"It's in my eyes... yes, it shows. It's something that just 'sees' me with these eyes."

"That's stupid, it's not hypnotic."

It can't be a dubious imprint to rave humans that far and even resurrect the dead, just hypnosis.

"But we must have seen everything about the Astorians. A definite anomaly."

"No way, those eclipse eyes!

"I may be Providence's eye - just one glance, and we've seen the evil eyes of God that change the reason of the world."

So people go crazy, and the dead come back? Because the devil or the devil peeked into this world at some whim.

"... Impossible, such a stupid thing, there can't be"

"Yeah, I know, Dad. Such an unscientific thing, something that can't be. So this is my delusion. I'm scared. Because I'm scared, I'm gonna think about this stupid thing."

Oh, you're right. 'Cause Alice, she's only ten years old, she's such a little girl.

"Don't tell everyone about this now. Crappy delusions will scare the crap out of you."

"Well, it's a secret between me and Alice."

Zombies are caused by a mysterious virus, which infects the eyes and brain with bright red gel-like liquids. That's the thing, let's keep it.

"I'm scared, Dad. Give me a stronger hug. Don't let go of me."

"Oh, my dad's always been with Alice"

Even if the Eye of the Evil God has turned the world into a hell of a reign of madness, only the little warmth in this arm is the truth for me.

Definitely protect Alice. And you're going home with me. The three of us, on a peaceful daily basis, must return to show...
