Kuro no Maou

Episode 726: The Narrow Room of Coquitos

The narrow section of Coquitos is a special sealing facility deep beneath the basement of the Royal Castle of Sparda.

Originally part of an ancient monument, it is operated by ancient magical ritual devices that still remain in effect.

Studies of this ritual device have been carried out since the founding of the Sparda Nation, or since the darker ages of the past, but its principles and procedures have yet to be elucidated.

There's only one thing I know. Whoever is trapped in the confines of this cocoon can never leave.

Facilities that can keep people alive would be the finest prisons in Sparda.

To such a place, Wilhardt Tristan Sparda, the second prince of Sparda, was visiting.

"… this is the narrow space of the cocute"

"Oh, was that the first time you came? Well, I don't normally need it for this kind of tocoro."

Standing next to Wilhardt, with a slightly nervous face, is First Prince Eisenhardt.

It was he who invited Wilhardt here.

"Are you sure, brother?

"Don't freak out like that. If you don't, I'll protect you properly."

"No, that's not what I'm worried about..."

"What, don't feel that way. It would be nice to have a proper chat."

My brother laughs as he bangs his thin brother on the back.

Though he tends to seem like a luxurious personality to his father, Wilhardt knows that Eisenhardt is a man who is very resourceful and caring for the finesse of a man's heart. My brother is looking forward to everything, like worrying about him.

"Okay, I'll take full responsibility."

"Still tough, you are."

No, against my brother on a boulder. While I thought with all my heart that Nori would... etc., Wilhardt stepped into a freezing prison.

Diving through thick steel gates that slide on both sides, characteristic of the deep depths of ancient ruins, there is a white monochromatic inorganic hall.

In the center is a large altar. The magic formations of ancient magic emit a blue and white glow, which tells us visibly that their function is still alive today.

On that altar and in the four corners of the room were refrained by the court magician of Sparda, wrapped in red robes, who welcomed the entry of the prince brothers with the utmost salute.

But it is not their appearance - a huge mass of ice that floats directly above the altar - that makes eyes go in this hall.

Roughly thirty meters of roughly shredded ice floats in the hollow above the altar, as if drifting through the sea. Ice, like the magic formations, bore a blue-white glow with bonyards, and it could be detected that a tremendous amount of magic was poured into it, especially in Wilhardt, who had no sixth sense of excellence.

"That's... the Eighth Apostle Eye"

I can see one girl in the glowing ice cubes.

She has long golden hair with blue eyes, a cute, but very normal look like a girl.

But what the girl wears is a pink black restraint suit. A belt made of a black dragon's wing film is wrapped in place of clothing, with a dark matter (dark matter) collar, shackles and shackles.

The appearance felt more indicative of her being so dangerous by far than a great sinner.

"Unzip."

Eisenhardt's life led to the partial thawing of the Eighth Apostle Eye.

The effect appears immediately.

"Mm-hmm."

In the ice, Patsy and Eye began blinking, groaning like a wake-up call.

"Heh, heh. You again, Ike... I brought you a pretty girl next time."

"I'm sorry, I called, but everyone turned me down."

"Haha, I'm not too hot for the prince's cunt -"

Wilhardt was somewhat surprised by Kerakera and the innocent look of the laughing eye, and I see.

Apostle. Even that Chrono is a fear. I guess for the chosen one given so much power by God, even if he were to be captured in this eternal prison, the shards would not remember fear either.

"Well, here's the guy"

"Your liver seems to be sitting still."

"Like this, no matter how much you interrogate, you don't throw up a lot of information. It's more troublesome than just having a hard mouth."

Wilhardt nods at his brother's words, which he hears softly.

The interrogation by the Eighth Apostle Eye is so unsuccessful, it is how Eisenhardt brought his brilliant brother to try.

Wilhardt is also aware that no expectations have been met. But if you don't feel like jerking off, you're not taking on every brother's favor.

A real apostle who still believes in and receives the power of a white God, unlike Saliel. Wilhardt wanted to see with his own eyes what it was like.

The opportunity has come. I would like to draw information from the Apostle, even if this is not the case here.

for the motherland Sparda. And for the allies of the soul.

Ready on his chest, Wilhardt walked out in front of the ice cubes with his grand eyes sealed.

"I am the return of Leonhardt Tristan Sparda, the great Sparda's 'Sword King', the ancient demon king, with his son, the white holy sword, the black forbidden magic, and the all-knowing gray brains, yes, I am! In Wilhardt Tristan Sparda ahhh!!

"PHAHAHAHAHA! What, this kid is super sore -!

The grasp is OK.

I don't care if you have the grin your brother drew behind you.

"Eighth Apostle Eye, you have limited time to wake up. Let's get this straight, make a deal with me!

"Um, me, I'm still a crucifix. The deal with the Demons is a bit"

"Then I'll be a Crusader now! Come on, admit it, you white apostle of God!

"Haha, I don't hate that momentum. Fine, then, Will. You're only a crusader now."

"Measure, thank you!

Apparently, it caught Eye's interest a little. We may say that we have reached the starting point of the dialogue.

"So, what's the deal?

"Answer what you want to know."

"So, I'll answer your question, Will."

"Ranri! It is square, Q&A!

"Isn't that not necessarily telling the truth?

"It's worse not to see lies as lies."

"Phew, don't tell me... fine, ask me anything"

"Phew, expose all the truth before my crossing tongue! Question one! How old are you?

"At the age of seventeen forever."

Apparently, he's not as old as he looks.

If it's just the look of the eye, I'm seventeen years old and I'm not uncomfortable in any way, as I declared... if I'm really seventeen, I'm limited to answers such as being honest, being silent, reading realistic savages, etc.

I'm not a real seventeen years old at the time I claimed my grandiose, joking age without any shyness. Now, I'm more likely to be older than I am halfway older than I care about age.

Based on the information provided by Saliel, some apostles can contain aging. And the Eighth Apostle has been active for a long time before Saliel became the Seventh Apostle, and his appearance has not changed.

In other words, it may be assumed that Eye is a kind of messenger who can remain young.

Wilhardt thought it might be the same age as a long-lived elf.

"Will, how old are you?

"Ten thousand and seventeen"

"I see, that's the way to answer it..."

I'm kind of impressed with the eye, but it doesn't look bad as a reaction.

"Second question. Why didn't you use your 'specialization abilities' in the Galahad War earlier?

"Heh, you know very well. Did Senior Saliel tell you?

"It's my turn now. If that's the second question, it's not a rush to answer."

"No, that's fine. So the answer to the question is, I didn't use it, I couldn't use it."

More than that, Eye did not continue to speak. That's probably all the tips I can pull out.

But I can make a guess.

That Eye is not like Sariel who doesn't have the ability to specialize (iggyst) from the beginning.

Now, the fact that the power could not be used even in such a predicament that it was itself caught alive means that it is capable of limiting the number of times - no, it is not combat-oriented.

The Eighth Apostle Eye appeared about the same as Saliel's appearance. I mean, by the final phase of the Galahad war, she never had a chance to fight. At that point, it meant that Eye was appearing in a state of perfection, without depleting his power.

On top of that, if you didn't use your specialization abilities, you should think of them as useless kinds of effects in combat.

"Hey, what's Senior Saliel doing now?

"She is fully surrendered to Sparta, acquitted, and free."

"Hmm, well... well, I think Senior Saliel should do that. Tell her to be happy with her dark-haired boyfriend."

Chrono and Sariel, are you guessing the relationship between the two, or are you pushing evil?

Either way, I saw no feelings of hatred towards Saliel, who betrayed the Apostle to Ai himself.

"Shouldn't you learn how to swing at her, too?"

"Unfortunately, I'm not going to stop being an apostle yet, and I can't. I can't help it. I'm gonna have to get ice pickled."

It is a mouthful as if Sariel knew that he had lost the power of the Apostle.

The apostle sometimes hears the words of the white God in the name of the divine, the divine. Perhaps the Seventh Apostle, who worked the worst betrayal, is passed on to all his other companions.

"Third question. To the best of your knowledge, who is the strongest messenger?

"I know you're the first apostle by spec, but, well, you can't help talking about someone who's not here,"

The First Apostle Adam was the first Apostle, also described in the Bible, and is still considered to be a legendary figure who continues to reign in the first place… but no one has ever seen himself and has never descended in the history of the Sinclair Republic.

Believing in its existence is about some eager followers, and even Sinclair says he doesn't think the majority of them are surviving figures.

"So the strongest is the Second Apostle Abel. He's the most powerful man in the Crucifixion, called The White Brave. Yeah, really, because I'm a monster."

"Well, you seem to know the end of that brave man and his power"

"Well, I'm quite an apostolic, too, then? Just a little bit of an opportunity."

"Aren't you seventeen?

"Because it's forever. But even if you're sad, it's hard to be on the lower end of an apostle."

"True"

"Yeah, yeah, seriously. Second, third, fourth, and fifth brave party combinations are different."

Second Apostle, "The White Brave" Abel.

Third Apostle 'Virgin' Mikael.

Fourth Apostle, "The Wise Man" Judah.

Fifth Apostle, "The Holy Knight", Johannes.

It is also consistent with Saliel's view that this quartet has the power to draw a line with the other apostles. There is no lie in the words of the Eye, more like common sense among the Apostles.

It is a headache problem that the Crusaders have more monsters than this when they say they managed to capture one Eye alive because of Sparda's four strongest men.

"Conversely, because the others are, by and large, as good as mine. One at a time, you guys can handle it, right?

"Don't insult me, my Sparda won't give in to any enemy!

"I don't know... Sparda's like a human-centered country, and maybe it's easier to just give in, huh?

"Will the defeated general speak of it?"

"The Crusaders are not the only ones who are terrified."

"What does that mean?"

"The fourth question, is that okay? I'll give you a pass."

Sparta sees it as more threatening than enough, as a crusader's assessment of its power.

Simple number of troops mobilized, morale and equipment. Plus the presence of chimeric soldiers and ancient weapons Taurus. And a messenger with literally a thousand powers.

But if there's anything more than what I showed you in the Galahad war, you should know that it exists.

"Fine. Fourth question, answer."

"Daedalus isn't the only one with a crusader. That there are other crusaders on this continent of Pandora"

"... you mean it's unfolding in secret"

"You're right when it comes to secrets, but it's not like the Crusaders who built Virginia right now."

"Then when did you show up elsewhere?"

"From the beginning. The Pandora continent was originally a thing of the Cross."

Once, it was not the black gods who ruled the Pandora continent, but the white gods.

But evil worship spread by the hands of the Demon King, and all the Crusaders were banished to the Ark continent.

It is therefore this crusade that is about to bring back Pandora, the land of true faith. At the very least, the common perception of the Crusade priests in service is this.

"You can say as many things as you like."

"Nothing. I don't know if Pandora Continent is going to be a crucifix thing, but it would be a Demonic thing, but either is fine... don't you think the problem is that back then, there were a lot of Crucifixes living here?

"No way, there's a remnant"

"Well, I'll ask you, how much do you keep Monolith down? You know how many there are on this continent in total? Do you know exactly how the earth pulse and the giant dragon hole change?

"Whatever. Sparda Intelligence is the best in the continent."

Of course, I have no idea.

I am sophisticated in managing things that are within my own country, such as monoliths, and I am very unable to find out where and how many are all over the continent. In the first place, in Pandora, where continental unity has not been achieved, it is impossible to collect data that combines all the continents.

Even for the earth pulse and the giant dragon hole, its mere existence is known, especially without any observations or records such as this.

"Well, you should pay close attention. Pandora had a crusader from the beginning. You could be in this sparda, my ancestors, who have secretly inherited the Crucifixion, traitors. Come on -"

Time to freeze.

So Eisenhardt instructed Eye to seal again.

"Brother, please wait, now is a long time!

"Will, it's more dangerous than this. I'll make you the next chance."

Eisenhardt's response is as prescribed.

But Wilhardt guessed that there would probably be no next time.

Beyond the ice, the eye, with its unyielding smile, freezes every hour.

"Well done, Will. I could pull a story out of him like never before."

"Brother, from now on, it's better to ask a diplomat standing on his valve than a spiritual wizard interrogator."

"Oh, maybe we could really get some beauty for this"

As a result, it would be good to skip my brother's eyelids.

But Wilhardt honestly doesn't feel comfortable with the achievement.

"It is possible that the Crusaders lurking all over the continent also have traitors in Sparda... Chrono, things could be worse than we thought"
