Lesson 3: Teachers

Arthur Weisman was an assistant teacher at a military school.

Its role is not to assist teachers, but to take care of students who have fallen zero in military schools.

There is a wide variety of work to do in supplementary courses, accompany swordsmanship and equestrian archaeology, consult, and sometimes make old martial arts traditions heard.

I spent twenty-five years like that, and I'm fifty-five if I'm aware of it.

Of course, I'm proud of my work, and I'm quite proud of my skill and track record as a teacher, but the gaze I was directed from around me was a chilling thing.

Perhaps it also affects that Arthur came from a lower aristocracy and was relocated to his present workplace due to his injuries.

He grinned bitterly that the meaning and value of the jazz had changed for one reason.

Even with Arthur's chest up as a knight, the jazz position is only as valuable to military school students and graduates as it is to commemorate attending military school.

Arthur crossed the grounds of the military school as he poked his wand and exhaled a great sigh at the gate.

Looking back, the military school building stood staring down at Arthur.

The military school is a remodeling of an old castle fortress built when there were only four neighborhoods in the Imperial City of Alfilc, bordering the third, ninth and tenth neighborhoods.

Arthur Weisman was an assistant teacher at a military school.

Yes, in the past.

At the end of the day's work, he was summoned to the principal's office to say he was dismissed.

The principal said a lot, but in short, he said that others didn't appreciate Arthur.

Well, what do we do? and Arthur placed an unusually swollen bag on the ground.

I wish I had a nobleman to hire me as a tutor, but I don't have that connection with me.

There is nothing precedent to opening a private school.

My vision shades unexpectedly.

Looking up in wonder, the bearers of bodies comparable to Lizardman and Minotaur were stuck in front of Arthur.

"... taul!

"Arthur, it's been a while."

Count Taur Hernato had a wild grin.

"He just said he was in the direct jurisdiction of Nouzi."

"I need to talk to Alphirk. I finally stopped by your place of work."

Oh, and Arthur drowned his head without power.

"I'm not at work anymore. I just got fired."

"... well, you have no eyes to see firing a teacher like you"

Walking a little, Taul grabbed the bag up subtly and slowly walked out to fit Arthur's gait, who had a limp leg.

Arthur thinks it's quite unusual, side by side with Taul.

Arthur and Taur dated thirty years ago… going back to the turbulent period of the Empire.

By that time Taur was a man who, if cool, would also behave violently towards his allies.

It was a turning point for him to meet mercenary Claude Crawford.

In one battle, the battalion to which Arthur and Taur belong was saved by a mercenary regiment led by Claude Crawford.

Most of all, at that time, the protection of the Six-Pillar God was lost, and all I could think was that an army of demons had pushed over.

Claude Crawford was so mortally separated at the time that he had such ridiculous delusions.

Despite being a devilish man, there were those around Claude Crawford who admired him.

There was no one beside Taur.

Taul was lonely because of his roughness as he harnessed his gigantic body and powers to save his companion's predicament countless times.

I don't know what Taur thought.

However, I was certain that my encounter with Claude Crawford affected Taur.

On that day at the border Taur stopped waging violence against his allies.

Taur was no longer lonely by the time five years had passed, accumulating tiny changes that made him teethy watching as countless failures.

It wasn't in vain to lose this leg, Arthur still believes.

"Hey! Hernato, Weissman!

Called unexpectedly, turning around, a big man stood near the dining room...... Claude Crawford.

"Why don't you come over here and have some tea with me? I've never been kicked out of a mansion because I'm in the way of packing."

"... Arthur?

"There's no hurry."

As he entered the dining room, Claude lowered his hips dodgily to the seat in the back.

Arthur sat next to Taul, but was driven away by Taul, his body sticking out of the table about half the time.

Most likely, sitting next to Claude would have been in a similar situation.

"Don't look so gloomy, Dr. Weissman."

"Does Lord Claude know Arthur?

"Well, he's my son's teacher."

"... Chrono, you are"

Arthur had never seen anything like a zero fall in his twenty-five years of teacher life.

Seriously, I couldn't help but pity myself for being serious in character.

"I'm talking about Lord Chrono, so I guess he had excellent grades"

"... it"

"Ha ha, that's my boy, huh? I think we've lost a lot of momentum in the history of military school."

I appreciate you making me laugh.

"I've fallen to zero at school, but I'm going to do my military work and hold two territories. Besides the mistress... look at my grandson's face soon, I'll"

After graduating from military school, he emerges as a battalion leader in a year and is given two territories.

I'm glad my own godson came out, but at the same time Arthur felt like he had been pointed out for his immaturity as a teacher.

"I have to worry about myself more than I worry about my son. In April, the barbarians will come down from the mountains, and besides, we'll have to meet up with the new captain. Shit, why don't you just give your son the housekeeper and hide?"

The empire has shouldered the costs each lord has to bear to maintain security by sending troops everywhere.

This does not allow the Lords to have their own military power, to repress them quickly when they try to rebel, or when they do, but naturally the Lords are unhappy with the kind of situation where daggers are stuck in their throats.

A lord's proximate is to be sent as a captain to dispel that grievance at all.

Most importantly, it is limited to the old aristocracy, and because the new aristocracy formed in a generation has few close relatives of the military, military men of neither fringe nor itch are dispatched as captains in battle.

That's all the empire is wary of the new nobility.

I fear the new nobility who led the royal brotherhood to victory in the unrest of thirty years ago, drove the barbarians to the Areos mountains and transformed the southern border into a barn zone in only twenty years.

The fear is that Claude Crawford's son... is beginning to be specific with Crono showing up at the head corner.

I realize, I wonder if the principal was afraid again.

Wasn't Chrono sharpening his fangs while playing incompetent?

Weren't you watching the tiger's eyes for a chance?

Haven't Arthur kept his mouth shut knowing that?

"That's the thing, Lord Claude."

"I know, as much as a new captain means your son"

Claude grinned as Taul cut out her sorry teeth.

"My son Gaul... is he similar to me when I was younger, you idiot"

Taur said in a sigh, but his son, Gaul, was an excellent student.

At least in Arthur's memory.

"I told the vigilantes not to rub it, but after too much time, I can't keep it down."

"No, I'd like to believe you're not that stupid."

You remembered yourself when you were younger, Taul didn't seem confident.

"Either way, I can't go on like this for long. Whatever my house is, the rest of them have been years since my grandson graduated from military school. If your son beats you bad, you can make a fuss about it."

The others...... There are eight new nobles who played a central role in the development of the southern border, and the Crawford family serves as a compiler.

But there is also a limit to the Crawford family suppressing the other seven.

Originally, the Eight are so distrustful of the Empire that they organize vigilantes.

"Damn, I miss the mercenary age when I could solve anything with one sword."

Claude threw up and drank all the incense tea at once.

"Oh, hide away."

While there are those who want to hide but cannot, others are pursued for their jobs like themselves.

Staring at the cup, Arthur sighed.

"Dude, what's going on?

"Actually, I got fired for my teacher's work"

"All right, let me handle it! I'll take care of your next job."

That being said, Claude Crawford had a fierce grin.

Claude Crawford acted fast.

Arrangements for a carriage were made early, and he sent Arthur to the Marquis of Elakis.

More than ten days after leaving the Imperial City of Alfilc, Arthur, who reached the city of Hashel, visited the dining room with information gathering.

The reason I chose that dining room was because it seemed thinly dirty and inexpensive, but I should have kept it in another store, Arthur immediately regretted.

Asians were the only ones in the cafeteria.

Even if Arthur doesn't have any special feelings for the subhumans, the opposite can happen.

"... excuse me"

"" Ouch!

Turn around. Turn right, I hit two elves.

"Oh, I'm sorry"

"Hey, are you going to let me finish you off with a word on the bump?

"Apologies and reparations seem like a different matter."

"... we have to stay safe. What do we do if we cause problems?"

The two elves...... they would be twins because they look just like they did in the mirror...... but when they pointed their lips to dissatisfaction and stuffed Arthur, the brown half elf said in a chilling tone.

"Just kidding."

"Oh, yeah, yeah."

Eh heh, and the twin elves laughed to fix it.

"Then apologize."

"I'm sorry."

Encouraged by the half-elf, the twin elves uttered words of apology... the notion of reflection was not felt even shards... but mouthed.

"... because I was careless too. What do you think, could you give me a meal to apologize for?

"" Ugh! Grandma, super good man!

I just decided it wouldn't take me much trouble listening while eating rather than bothering to find another dining room to gather information, but the twin elves gleamed happily.

Sit in an empty seat and briefly introduce yourself.

The twin elves named Deneb and Aridead and the brown half elf Leila.

They were all assigned to the Marquis of Elakis territory six years ago, and the Elf twins apparently also took part in the parental enlistment of His Highness Alfort.

"Grandma, I'm a nobleman"

"I thought you were a civilian because you weren't great at all."

"It's not a great family."

In fact, it's not a big deal.

"On what business were you in Marquis Elakis territory?

"... I was actually fired from my job, and an old friend introduced me to a new job"

"I mean, you think you know the big husband?

Arthur couldn't understand who the big husband was about.

"You know Master Claude, don't you?

"Yeah, well."

Arthur nodded.

"I don't know if you can hire me if I don't see you, Chrono."

"... Chrono, you?

"Oh, I was an assistant teacher at a military school, and I was teaching Chrono your... no, I was teaching Chrono your studies"

Arthur hastily added, as Layla narrowed her eyes suspiciously.

"" Oh, Master Krono's teacher ""

"I understand the circumstances, but I don't think Master Krono will be able to see you any time soon, as he was headed to inspect Count Cado's territory"

"I still have some hands on this, so somewhere appropriate... I'd like to stay in a cheap inn and wait for you to return, Chrono"

"The cheapest lodging in Hashel is here, though."

"But it's also a companion inn."

Ah, and Arthur leaked his voice.

It's a common story that dining halls combine inns, and it's a good story that they combine inns and whorehouses.

"Hehe, you may be too loud to sleep"

"I was sleeping here with Leila, but you didn't care?

"... no, not really"

He's blushing slightly, so it's not like he didn't care as much as he said with his mouth.

"You were immersed in Master Chrono's room right after that."

"You were crying that you didn't understand Master Chrono's love."

"Oh, you know, in public, that sort of thing"

Leila wandered off and bowed shyly.

Apparently, Leila is Chrono's mistress.

It doesn't seem like I got my hands on it with half the play because it's about that serious chrono.

"Wow, that's so nasty."

"But do you admire that a little?

The twin elves looked at each other,

"Hehe, you mean you want to run out?

"Sometimes, like, you want to be alone with Master Chrono?

Hehe, hehe, hehe. The twin elves leaked a creepy laugh.

"Let's stop it"

"Enough as it is now... Rather, I won't have time for it when I'm alone with Master Chrono"

Apparently, Deneb and Aridead are both Chrono mistresses.

Because it's about that serious Chrono... what's happened in the last year?

Arthur modified Krono's rating significantly downwards in his mind.

"... you can't leave Master Krono alone."

"So why don't you just ask Mr. Alyssa?

"I'm a maid of honor, and I'm allowed that much authority."

Right, and Layla took out a transparent sphere... a magic item for communication and told her what to do.

'... Yes, I did. I'll be ready for your room, just in case you need to confirm a letter or something.'

"Okay."

Leila turned her gaze, and Arthur took the letter that was given to Claude from the bag.

"Whoa! It's paper!

"Mmm, this touch is paper made from Marquis Elakis territory!

The twin elves said in a hard-acting tone that they would take the letter from Arthur.

Claude's letter circles the paper in a cylindrical shape and is waxed after wrapping the string around it.

"Is this paper in Marquis Elakis territory?

"Master Krono knows how to make it… I remember he built a workshop to secure employment"

Arthur sighed in his heart as to why he had so much knowledge that he could fall away.

"Seems definitely in a letter from the Big Master"

"" How do you know?

Leila said, the twin elves leaned their necks strangely.

"When I trained as a maid, my instructor showed me the Crawford family crest and Inr."

"Did you show me something?

"Do you feel like you were just getting mad at me?

Once again, the twin elves tilted their necks wonderfully as Layla pointed her finger at the pattern of being pushed by a sealed wax.

"Didn't we both train as maids?

"I did, but cleaning, cooking, shopping, that's about it"

"Trying to dive into Mr. Chrono's bed as a maid's hobby, being found and chased"

Phew, and Layla exhaled and returned the letter to Arthur.

When Arthur was led to the Marquis Elakis residence by three people, Leila, Deneb and Aridead, from there on, a human maid led him to the room.

The human maid said Alyssa, who was protected by Chrono where she was sick and in distress, and now that she's recovered, she's working as a maid chief.

The rooms were bigger than those Arthur had rented in the Imperial City, and all the furniture installed was superior.

How much would it take to stay in this level of inn, Arthur felt the weight of his wallet was unreliable.

"... you have to rent a house if you decide to get a job"

Arthur then scalded the journey in the bathroom and returned to his room to open the book.

In a book written about past tactics, Arthur writes a sentence there based on his experience and knowledge.

Then a while later, Dwarf's maid told him that the meal was ready, and Arthur took a seat.

The moment he stepped into the dining room, Arthur doubted his own eyes.

When he was certain of the person's identity, Arthur had thrown down his cane and knelt before the Empress of Tilia, who carried the soup in her mouth.

of the knight...... it was a courtesy of his subordinates.

"... Empress Tilia"

"Who, you?

Arthur felt weakness in the words of Empress Tilia.

"I... worked as a teacher assistant at a military school. My name is Arthur Weisman"

Mm, the Empress Tilia frowned as she thought.

"Don't you remember the Empress Tilia?

"Oh, you were Faye, Faye Mullifine, weren't you?

Ugh! and Faye got stuck in words.

"You don't even remember."

"I'm sorry, too."

Faye drowned with regret.

"Since the fall of His Majesty Ramal V, I had heard that he was in unexpected physical condition, but why, in Marquis Elakis territory?

"... for whatever reason they say"

"Empress Tilia was deprived of the right to inherit the first throne and was flushed into the Marquis of Elakis"

When I saw the voice, the girl was carrying a small, thousand slices of bread into her mouth.

"... Viscount Eryl Sardomerik?

"You know me?

Arthur nodded as Eryl opened her eyes to her surprise.

The so-called Viscount Eryl Sardomerik is a prodigy.

Born as a civilian child, she was found that talent by Viscount Sardomerik, a court scholar, and welcomed as her adopted daughter.

Eryl studied academics under him, and the interest was to be directed to witchcraft.

Witchcraft is a crude imitation of divine authority… It is assumed that it began to denigrate God's cause to man, incomprehensible to man, to a controllable level….

She developed a technique that uses relatively safely the multiple activation of several sorceries that had never existed before, and which were inherently life-threatening.

But many slap her in the pussy that she was built up with all this accomplishment because it was a favorite of former emperor Ramal V.

I usually end up with an unfounded rumor story and a smile, but in her case there is an undeniable part.

Even though she is the leader of the Eleventh Knights, she has not even enrolled in a military school.

"Why are you in Marquis Elakis territory until Eryl?

"... I am seconded as a watchdog for Princess Tilia"

Arthur couldn't understand why Eryl was chosen as a watchdog.

Didn't I say it was precise, to divert attention from the real watchman, or that I pushed the right part in her treatment for losing her back shield?

When Arthur shut up, you lost interest, and Eryl resumed her meal.

"Well, that's why I'm taking care of Chrono."

"... no Kingsguard knights?

Empress Tilia shook her head weakly.

Why? And those words come up to my throat.

Why did you overlook the robbery?

Are you saying that the meaning and value of the jazz has changed and so has the meaning and value of the knight?

"Arthur Teacher Assistant, no, knight Arthur. I'm happy with the feeling, but I deserve to have lost my right to inherit the throne. I just thought that if I were a princess, I'd get a pledge of allegiance."

"… arrogant"

When Eryl told him to blur, Empress Tilia laughed bitterly, even saying she had been poked in the pain.

"Yes, I was arrogant"

Empress Tilia took a seat and knelt on the spot to gaze at Arthur.

"I ask the name before I labor you for loyalty to the Empire until you are so wounded. I didn't deserve to be an emperor. Still, if I may say so as the daughter of Ramal V... I am pleased with your loyalty, Knight Arthur"

"... whoa, Empress Tilia"

Arthur raised his voice and cried.

I felt like my life had been rewarded with those words.

"I'm sorry to give you water, but can you eat soon? Corner, the rice you make will get cold."

I'm sorry, Admiral.

Apologizing to the woman who stood behind her at some point, Empress Tilia lowered her back to her original seat.

"The queen's dishes are quite delicious."

"Not quite. I know it's a compliment, but is it my fault that I don't feel complimented?"

The Empress Tilia cut the chicken up elegantly and carried it to her mouth.

"It's okay, the queen's food is very tasty"

"I'm glad to hear it."

The service, the service, and the general added the chicken to Eryl's plate.

The next day, Arthur was accompanied by Empress Tilia and went out to Count Cado's territory.

Empress Tilia and Faye are horses, and Arthur and Eryl are traveling in front carriages.

I felt cold when I left the Marquis Mansion, but after a while it stopped bothering me too.

I don't hate the freezing air of winter that irritates the tung and nasal cavity, but I don't hate the warmth of spring that floats either.

"I can't believe you sent out carriages for people like me."

"Empress Tilia just wants to see Lord Chrono"

Gohon and Arthur coughed.

I feel like I've floated too far, even though I haven't decided to get a job if you ask me.

"Viscount Sardomerik, what does the Empress Tilia look like to you, the Knights of Kingsguard?

"Good with Eryl. And I don't need respect."

Eryl answered without moving her gaze from the book.

"Empress Tilia is such a shame"

……

I thought Arthur might want to pick a few more words.

"He walks around the city without a job, encourages him to train in swordsmanship if he feels like it, and is bored with his head the day after he is with Marquis Elakis"

"The Empress Tilia is with you, Chrono?

"I was pushed down on the fifth day"

"The Empress Tilia?

"No. Marquis Elakis was pushed down by Empress Tilia"

Even though I can't imagine Chrono being attacked by Empress Tilia, the reverse was relatively easy.

"... arguing on the same level as slaves, civilians, and subhumans in the discussion that determines night games, I am delighted and worried about the number of times night games. Very, very, very sorry."

Arthur was also about to sigh dangerously as Eryl exhaled a long sigh.

I also feel better than being depressed or losing my temper to live, but wouldn't it be too pushing through for a princess deprived of her first throne inheritance and flushed to the border?

No, the Empress Tilia is re-learning.

I am in the midst of exploring what is important to the Emperor for those who stand above him.

"... positive is"

"I'm heading in the wrong direction"

There was no island.

Corn, I heard the sound of corn when Arthur opened his mouth to shelter Empress Tilia.

Moving from the carrier to your seat, Arthur glanced at the surprise less.

More than a hundred sub-people...... many of them are Lizardman and Minotaur, but there is a mix of Dwarves here and there...... because they were doing the construction.

Lizardman carries the whole thing in a few passengers, and Dwarf sharpens it and tailors it to a certain pile of wood for ten meters.

Wood piles are transported to a predetermined position and slightly smaller minotaurs to the coast.

The sound of corn, corn, was echoed from above the sea about a dozen meters from the coast.

There is a huge scaffold with holes in the middle there...... it is supported by a round too stretched from the coast by a combination of barrels, canoes and plates...... was built.

There are four minotaurs on the scaffolding that floats in the ocean, one supporting the pile and one shaking the hammer.

The remaining two look free with their stepladders.

When he finishes striking the wooden pile and Minotaur, who was waving the hammer, sits on the spot, Minotaur, who was waiting on the coast, pushes Marutai to move the scaffold.

The pile of wood is a human...... probably hired a man from a fishing village...... carries him to the scaffold and Minotaur receives it.

Minotaur threw the new wood pile through a hole in the middle of the scaffold so that the gap would not open with the wooden pile he had punched in earlier.

What are you going to do about it? and as Arthur looked at the pile of trees protruding more than five metres from the sea level, the two minotaurs, who seemed free, supported from left to right with their stepladders so as to cross the hole.

Minotaur, with a gavel, climbed to the stepladder in a familiar motion, and as he lowered his hips to the top plate section, he waved down the gavel.

Corn! Corn! and the sound of piling echoes across the coast.

Apparently, they're doing the same work in two places, not one.

A line at right angles was drawn at sea with a pile of wood, now about fifty meters in total.

Further afield, Minotaurs were throwing rocks into the sea one after the other.

Chrono, what about you? and Arthur looked around and noticed a chrono-like figure standing near the skeleton of the house.

That seems to have been the same for Empress Tilia, who only slightly quickens the horse's gait and approaches Chrono.

As the front carriage approaches Chrono, the full extent of what seems to be the frame of the house is revealed.

That wasn't the frame of the house... but if you ask me anything, I have to lean my neck.

It is provided so that the lattice is parallel to the ground inside a cube made of wood.

I can assume that's not the only home, but the reason a bunch of straw is tied to the lattice and there's a concrete reservoir underneath is beyond comprehension.

Outside the mysterious building… there was built a stair-like object perpendicular to the sea.

I described it as stair-like because only half of it was stair-like and the other half was in a tank.

I don't know why, but the number of tanks and stairs doesn't match.

Ten steps up the sloping staircase, it looks like the next tank.

A round-the-clock object was placed to connect each tank with the reservoir, which was also beyond Arthur's understanding.

"Chrono, what did you make?

"Oh, I'm here"

When Chrono looks back, Empress Tilia descends from her horse magnificently and Faye imitates her as well.

Here he comes.

Eh and Empress Tilia breasted like a child.

For a moment, Chrono's expression loosened, but Arthur decided not to see it.

"Marquis Elakis is obsessed with the breasts of Empress Tilia. I don't see why you're so obsessed with just chunks of fat."

Eryl narrowed her eyes in a grumpy manner. I may simply be losing my eyesight and narrowing my eyes, but he seemed grumpy anyway.

"So, what's this?

"... the prototype Shioda II."

It wasn't Chrono who answered, it was the dwarf that emerged from the shadow of the stairs.

"Mr. Silva, it's done, isn't it?

"No, I'm fine"

Returning a subtly unmeshed answer, Dwarf laughed.

It was not a laugh created by external stimuli, but was similar to a laugh leaked by soldiers who continued to fight on battlefields where neither water, nor food, nor reinforcements could be desired.

"I was making the prototype Shinoda I suffered from inefficiency. After troubles, troubles, troubles... I saw a bunch of straw to use on the roof. And I got an idea for this 3D salt field!

Dwarf...... Silva reached out to Marutai, who was stood in the reservoir as she ran out like she was driven mad.

Turning the lever on the tip of the round too, the water overflows and builds up in a staircase tank.

Silva moved water from tank to tank... I guess it's salt field or sea water... and moved it to the top of the stairs and sprinkled the sea water in a bucket onto prototype salt field II.

"The sea water! Pass on the straw and drip off! The sea breeze evaporates the moisture, and the sea water increases in concentration into the reservoir below. No, no! Build up! Repeat this, repeat this, and simmer the dark seawater that's made and you can salt it efficiently, efficiently!

Running down the stairs as he rolled down, his eyes running bloody and screaming was insane.

"... Mr. Silva has become a shame. But if history is to have a name as a Silva-style 3D salt field, Mr. Silva must be desirable."

"It's just a lack of sleep, so I think you can go back to sleep."

"Next, install Silva-style 3D salt fields in each fishing village! Supervise the construction of the harbor, too, and you don't have time to sleep!

When Silva screamed, she ran out to the coast.

"Can you sleep, that dwarf?

"I'm going to convince you that when you can fall, you're going to be inefficient, or something like that"

Pointed out by Empress Tilia, Chrono replied to the sigh mix.

"Chrono, you have a visitor?

"... slave traders? Or Miles, the whorehouse owner?

I got eyes on Chrono.

"Wah, Dr. Weissman!

"Hey, long time no see. Chrono...... you"

After getting lost, Arthur called you Chrono.

"Really, it's been a while!

……

Chrono ran over to the front carriage and squeezed Arthur's hand in both hands as he was impressed.

My chest gets hot.

How many people in a military school graduate would call Arthur a teacher like him?

"Chrono, what's that wound?

"In the first line, hey"

Chrono covered his right eye wound with his hands as if it smelled.

"There's a lot going on, but it's only thanks to Dr. Weissman that we can live like this."

"Chrono, was the knight Arthur just doing a zero drop remedial? Where did Arthur the Knight come from?

Chrono stared at Empress Tilia in a grumpy manner.

"Tilia, punish"

"Wherever you want!

When Bosoli and Chrono muttered, the Empress Tilia braced herself arrogantly.

"After all, no punishment"

"Hey, what is it!

"... why is Dr. Weissman here?

Ignoring Empress Tilia, who absurds her voice, Krono said.

"I think it's too soon for you to see this."

"Oh, Dad's"

When Arthur gave the letter, Chrono untied it and dropped his gaze on the letter.

"... I think it would be quicker to teach Dr. Weissman"

That said, Chrono pointed the letter at Arthur.

There's a word there, 'Hire!' It was written only.

I guess you cared.

Krono gave some instructions to Dwarf and was to return to Marquis Elakis territory in a front carriage with Arthur.

Explaining how he was dismissed from military school until he reached the Marquis territory of Elakis, Krono said he would soon hire Arthur as a teacher.

Monthly salaries increased by one gold coin, three gold coins and ten silver coins, from when I worked as a teacher's assistant at a military school.

"I'll get you a room at the Marquis Mansion, if you don't mind?

"No, no, I can't take care of you that much."

They hired me for a higher salary than a military school, which is a breaking deal you can't even hope for.

I can't take care of you any more.

"... is the harbor building going well?

"It's a continuum of trial and error. Making a scaffold that floats in the ocean also feels like it was made up by trial and error... at this rate I think it will take another two months or so to finish striking the wooden pile. Well, the prototype Shioda II finally settled down to that shape, and I think it's a little less burdensome on Silva."

If the Silva-style 3D salt fields spread to fishing villages in Count Cado territory, the inhabitants should be able to earn a steady income.

After that, Chrono could buy and sell salt, or he could leave the deal to a trusted merchant to collect taxes.

Neither fraud nor charity.

The idea of shafting profits is not noble, but makes me feel that it will succeed as a result.

"Chrono, what am I supposed to teach you?

"Right. Now I'm asking the Loess Temple cleric to read, write, and do arithmetic, but he's pretty busy with his main job."

"Oh, I see"

Since it is time for farming to become full-scale, it is logical for more cleric work to serve the Mother God who makes it loess and conducts abundance.

"Because I'm also entrusted with the agrarian reform of the territory, the operation of the Poverty Salvation Home, and the compromise with the headquarters"

"... Chrono, don't you make me work too much?

"I'm short on talent."

Oh, and Arthur nodded.

There are manpower to run the territory.

If you are an old aristocrat, you can also rely on relatives, but Krono, the new aristocrat of the growers, has no relatives to rely on.

"I thought I'd ask Dr. Weissman to educate my men while developing human resources."

"I mean, you have to equip yourself with basic upbringing and train officers."

"Well, like that, please"

Chrono's reply is probably ambiguous because he himself has not found a clear answer. Either way, territorial management will not work without securing and training people with basic upbringing.

Arthur had to spare his bedtime to work while he was also relieved by the decision to get a job.

First, we had to secure a base for our lives.

Though I glorified that I couldn't be taken care of until where I lived, it was difficult to find a home in a strange land and I was feathery of relying on Chrono.

Next, creating a curriculum… It was relatively easy to read and write characters and create a curriculum for arithmetic.

That is also because I was able to refer to the curriculum created by the Cleric Theon of Chrono and the Temple of the Loess.

Though I had to figure out for myself how to teach just because I could grasp the whole flow.

It was about cadet education that bothered Arthur to the end.
