Old story, Golden Demon King and Black Demon King ②

“Golden Demon King." Alice's Demon King's army has gradually prepared itself for invasion of the human world.

But Alice's heart froze every day knowing that preparation would be nothing more than her death approaching, and she felt as if she was a sinner waiting to be executed.

But time never waits for me.

And the day has finally come for the Demon King's Army to start invading the human world.

All the armies of the Demon King's Army, the armies of the Demon Nation that count 100,000, are aligned, waiting now or now for the time of march.

At the head of that army, Alice, the Demon King, had a grand magic chant to wear a hole (gate) that would allow as many as 100,000 troops to pass through the walls of the world separating the demonic and human worlds.

The chant, which extends over several hours while maintaining extreme concentration, makes the wall that separates the world no longer seem strange when it breaks.

And a few hours after the beginning of the chant, when I finished uttering the last word of the spell, and it was precisely at that moment that a great hole was about to be put in the wall that separated the world, something happened that no one on the spot would expect.

What a sudden, someone fell from heaven with a flashing momentum slashing that open hole (gate).

Originally, the walls of the world, which could not even interfere with any physical phenomenon other than some grand sorcery, were destabilized by that blow, and the hole (gate) that was about to be opened now was misty as if it were an illusion.

No one on the spot understood what had happened and the place was surrounded by silence.

Its mysterious figure, a young man with pitch-black hair and eyes, who fell from that heaven, once looked around slowly, then named just one word towards Alice, the demon king at the head of the demons.

"I... am a brave man," he said.

“The Golden Demon King." Alice was confused by too many circumstances at first, but was strangely convinced when she heard the name.

Perhaps the goddess has taken the lead and sent brave men in before the damage was done to the human world. The insanity of breaking holes (gates) worn in the world itself seemed to me to do so to that extent, too, if you were a brave man.

If this man is a brave man, he will kill me. And then you will kill my men, and at the end of the day you will kill the world itself: the demonic realm. I felt such inevitable despair looming right there.

But the next word of this pitch-black brave man was as unexpected.

"Demon King, I'm here to help you."

I didn't know what you were talking about. I couldn't believe that a brave man would tell the Demon King that he was here to help, and so on.

But the man apparently means it.

Words said at least the color of pity in their eyes was more eloquent than words and that's what they meant.

Alice was baffled first, but the next thing that sprung up was boiling anger.

For her, who lived hundreds of years of being born into the demonic world relying solely on her own power, the experience of being born and begun to receive pity from others felt like a terrible insult.

Burning anger instantly became an absolute zero-degree killing intent, and countless densely condensed magic balls were unleashed against the brave.

A special demon bullet slaughtering a giant dragon with just one blow and wiping out a steel castle fort will kill you to the brave at a faster rate than the sound.

But the brave man didn't avoid or defend those attacks, what, he just ate and showed them indefensibly.

It wasn't inevitable. I dared to eat it after I cut it off.

Besides, instead of having a distressed look, keep a cool grin on your face.

That was to prove that there was no hostility for him.

But that appearance, which showered full of demon bullets with rain and did not show itself as if it had felt pain rather than death, aroused further anger in Alice.

They don't even think they need to avoid their attacks. I felt like I was being molested.

In an effort to make that sentiment pay with death, Alice struck a brave man with further willingness to kill.

Its killing intent was on the fiery serpent, on the big tree of ice, on the headstand of the wind, on the castle hammer of the earth, on the demon sword, on the demon spear, on the hammer of war, on the chain, on the Great Sickle, on the cannon, on the arrow, on the fierce poison, on the lightning, in vacuum, on the scorching heat, on the extreme cold, in darkness, on gravity, on the explosion, in all its forms, and poured down on the body of the brave as if it were heavy rain.

But it's as if all of those attacks have no effect, even though they hit the brave body.

We suspected that powerful illusions were causing phantoms to be danced against us, and we exercised countermagic to defeat them, but no reaction. In other words, this man is not powerless to attack by any special means, he simply let the strength of an abnormally sturdy flesh say things to show a mildly tolerant runoff of killing equal to a natural mutation with only vegan endurance.

As it happened here, the emotions that dominated Alice's head changed from anger to confusion again.

A brave man is certainly a transcendent man who can defeat even the Demon King, but anything can't be stronger than this.

At least the battle between the “Red Demon King” of his predecessors and the brave men who defeated him had the strength of both of them befriending each other to the extent that it was established as a battle.

I doubt it. Is the man who names this brave man in front of you really a brave man?

Maybe it's more obsessive, horrible, nasty, nanica...?

Such doubts that arose in the corner of my head gradually eroded my mind like a disease, my anger turned to agony, and my confusion turned to fear.

It's not like a man did anything else. From the very beginning, you're just sitting there smiling in a storm of killing intent and destruction, as if they were a breeze.

That's what I'm afraid of.

I'm more prepared to fight and die than I am originally. I am confident that I will not break my heart trying to be captured alive and degraded by prisoners. However, they are only within the scope of the perceived understanding. When you put something in front of you that you don't understand, people attack you to ostracize it or try to escape where you can't see it. But none of what underlies it is anything more than fear of things you don't understand.

I have ordered this man to be slaughtered by an army that is no longer proud to be the Demon King or anything else.

Hundreds of thousands of demonic troops will be attacked by men.

The fangs, the nails, the sword, the iron fist, the magic, the secret, the mystery, the stunt, just to kill one man. Did the storm of death continue to blow for hours, or a whole day or more, without a second's clearance?

But the results are the same. Without even being able to wear one scratch, the health and magic of all 100,000 troops bottomed out, eventually exhausted and unable to move.

It is no longer possible to invade the human world where we have broken the man in front of us.

Then, in an attempt to reward the Demon King with at least one arrow, Alice decided to use a ban that would cause immense destruction in exchange for her life. If activated, one or two of the continents is a great curse to erase.

Develop your magic and start chanting the Prohibition.

All remaining magic will be converted into destructive force while withstanding the severe pain brought about by the recoil of a technique in which the nerves of the whole body will be scraped with yasles.

Then the whole body of Alice, the surgeon, is wrapped in light, shaking out as if the earth resonates with the art.

But that moment when I was about to finish uttering the last word of the chant, when a man approached Alice's forehead with a divine speed that also exceeded the speed of sound, the banning technique that was activated was discarded (cancelled) and the magic that was gathering was fogged.

I felt like Alice had heard her voice just before losing her mind and letting go of consciousness in a hazy thought because of all her magic loss.

I'm here to help you.

That was the same dialogue I first heard, but now I didn't get angry. Alice's consciousness fell into the abyss with wonder and serenity as she felt someone's temperature supporting her to embrace her body as she tried to fall to the ground.

Thus, the invasion of the human world by the "Golden Demon King” failed without even taking a step into the human world.

But the fate of the demonic world, which should have had to go to doom, changed dramatically at this time.

It is a little further away that this mysterious young man named brave will save the demonic world from its doom and eventually become known as the “Black Demon King”.
