Labyrinth Restaurant

As early as a few days after visiting Lisa's country, Alice (me) and the Demon King enjoyed the trip.

It was one day, we were visiting a garment shop in an historic tourist destination. Apparently, traditional costumes are seldom worn in this country today except for special events, but the glamour of that costume still catches my eye. I happened to be concerned about the kimono I saw when I walked in front of the store and wanted to take a closer look.

When I asked the store people, they said they were offering a service to try on Japanese clothes and take pictures for foreign tourists, so I decided to try on Japanese clothes too.

I didn't know how to wear it myself because of the unique structure, but the veteran clerk helped me and managed to wear it.

"What do you say, Demon King?

I walked out of the fitting room and asked the Demon King what he thought. I'm nervous and a little thrilled.

"Yeah, she's cute, she looks great, Alice"

The answer has returned, I am very glad. Now I was thrilled for a different reason than nervousness.

What I tried on was a kimono with a white peony pattern on a light peach fabric. I'm a little uncomfortable because of the outfit I'm unfamiliar with, but it was more comfortable to wear and move around than I thought. I tried gently bending my hands and feet on the spot or walking a little in the store but it worked fine.

"These clothes look good on you, Lisa."

I think Lisa's dark hair looks more like a kimono than my golden hair. Doesn't she wear these clothes?

"Hehe, I like it. Because of this kimono, let's buy a few other pieces with different patterns."

The clerk was quite surprised when I said that. Apparently, few people even try on this type of garment because of its high price, but they even buy it. Fortunately, there's no problem with the holdings, and we'll decide to buy some souvenirs for the Cosmos.

When I told her that I wanted to buy it all together, the store people were surprised to open their eyes for a moment, but the boulder was only professional and I immediately hid the upset and recommended that and this and various products. Probably decided this one was a good paying customer. He even served tea and tea treats and taught me details about how to wear Japanese clothes and how to take care of them. I also got a booklet that put that information together easily for the buyer, so I think I can handle it properly when I get home.

Because I bought a lot of them, or I was given an omelet with a peony ornament to match the kimono pattern I tried on, and I made a good purchase once.

After purchasing kimonos at the garment store, we were having tea while eating dough at the sweet spot recommended by the garment clerk. I bought the kimono I tried on, so I still wear it. I'm relieved that they even deliver us to the inn where we are staying when it comes to other purchases.

"Delicious, demon king!

I carry the sautéed dough skewers into my mouth from an assortment of several kinds of dough I ordered. The soft yet elastic sensual texture of the dough, and the sweet and tender sauce of the sauce, go perfectly together. Followed by a hot broom tea to refresh and rinse off the aftertaste of your mouth.

"Ho..."

I accidentally leaked a sigh. The dough goes perfectly with the tea, and it feels like it's going to suck. Boulders are only recommended stores.

"Alice, this one's delicious too!

That's what the Demon King said and offered me a skewer of yomogi dough on grain. I took that skewer with care not to fall into my kimono and tried a bite of it there.

The bitterness of yomogi, the refreshing bitterness and aroma, which is also not an unpleasant bitterness, successfully reconciles with the intense sweetness of Xiaodouan. As was the case with the earlier sagging, multiple flavors and aromas combine to create a high level of finished shape.

Looking at the menu placed on the tabletop, besides the staples such as the fillings and sauces I just ate, there seem to be many different types of dough, such as those made from chestnuts and potatoes or seasoned with miso.

They all look delicious and you'll want to try them, but the dough feels good for you, and unlike someone else, you're not going to be able to eat too much at once.

"But because of that, let's buy it for a souvenir!

The flavor may be somewhat less than freshly made, but I still want to try it and decided to take it back and enjoy it slowly at the inn.

Another day, we went to the aquarium.

"Demon King, it's a dolphin!

"You're a dolphin!

I was just doing a dolphin show, so I took a look at it in the front row seat of the stage. Jumping and playing ball as signaled by the breeder. I was interested in what was often taught so much.

"It's tuna, demon king! Sounds delicious!

"Yeah, that looks delicious!

Elsewhere, tuna was gluing through the tank. I only wondered for a moment if the feeling that it looked delicious in a place like this was out of place, but if you look around, I don't think our eating place is particularly tense because other tourists said the same thing.

"Master Demon, it's a jellyfish!

"You're a jellyfish!

Some tanks collected only various jellyfish in the building. I don't get tired of watching it, even though it just drifts fluffy underwater. They say there are some enthusiasts in the world who raise jellyfish in tanks, but I also know just a little bit about how that feels.

"Demon King, it's a catfish!

"You're a catfish!

... On second thought, this wasn't particularly interesting, there's just a black object on the bottom of the water. It's delicious if you turn it into vinegar or simmer the dried stuff.

"Demon King, it's turning! It's turning!

"Yeah, you're turning around!

Another day, when we were visiting a certain seaside town, we wanted to grab lunch and went into the sushi shop we noticed, but we were surprised to see the sights in the store. There's a plate of sushi on the lane set up in the store, and that's what's gobbling around the store. Among sushi shops, they say it's a business type store called spinning sushi.

Later I checked using a smartphone and it seems that spinning sushi is positioned as a relatively inexpensive mass store compared to a normal non-spinning style of store, but this store seemed fresh with sushi stories that only go around the coastal town, which seemed so delicious.

"Heh, you can order it on the touch panel, too. Demon King, it looks like there are many other menus besides sushi!

"Well, it's a corner, and let's try everything!

Apparently there are various side menus besides sushi. There is a wide variety of lineups including tempura, fried fries, fries and other fries, fish baked goods, sashimi platters, steamed tea bowls in noodles such as udon and buckwheat noodles, and even desserts such as cakes and ice cream.

We ordered the menu curious with the touch panel out of curiosity. All I asked for was a tempura platter of seasonal vegetables, steamed tight udon and tea bowl, and matcha tea ice cream for dessert. The flavor is somewhat inferior to the boulder's of each dish specialty, but it was quite delicious. We ate everything we ordered, got full and left the store and realized it was there.

"Ha!? Demon King, I haven't eaten any sushi!

"Me too!

Don't be afraid, spinning sushi!

Fun times are fast passing.

The days spent in Japan were more than two weeks, and the scheduled date for returning to the original world was approaching. It's a shame about the remnants, but the Demon King and I are in a responsible position, and we can't delay our return with our thoughts.

"Master Demon, buy a souvenir!

"Right!

We were on the run to get a satisfactory souvenir with limited time remaining. Especially since there are few food-related souvenirs that don't get sunny, you need to buy them just before you go home.

"Excuse me, take this bun and pickle!

"Please also this keyholder and wooden knife!

We went around souvenir shops and department stores and bought more and more of the things we cared about.

"Excuse me, take this tenderloin!

"Give me this pennant and this wooden knife!

Honestly, I have a sense of being too tense and lacking calm myself. I bought things from one end that I would never normally buy, but that bothered me a bit.

"Excuse me, I need a full set of this girl comics!

"Wooden knife!"

The total amount of stuff I eventually bought was over a ton, but I managed to fit in once I distorted the space in the trunk.

There is little time to travel because the Demon King only holes in the space when he returns. Scheduled Dates We came back to the original world at critical times. I went out to the restaurant at the bottom of the labyrinth, in the space just in front of the store and home, so I opened the door and went inside.

"Demon King, that was fun."

"Right, Alice."

Come to think of it, it was my first trip across a few days or something, and I might have gotten a little too hasty while I was at it. I was nervous at first about traveling with the Demon King, but I think I was able to successfully remove the shark as a result, or purely enjoy the journey.

Welcome back, Demon King, Alice.

There was a cosmos in the store. It's already late at night just before the date changes so the restaurant is closed, but were you bothered to wake up and wait to welcome us? Just a little bit, no, there's something pretty strange about that, because he's basically a good kid.

"I'm home, Cosmos. I bought you a souvenir."

"I'm back now, was there anything wrong while I was away?

Well, I didn't think this question really went wrong, so to speak, with something like a job stereotype.
