Labyrinth Restaurant

Festival Seed Fire

Lisa visited the Demon King's Restaurant to give her candied tea leaves and flowers purchased for souvenirs the night she strolled around the city with the Divine Son. The opening hours were already over, so the Demon King and Alice and the three of us are interested in public speaking, enjoying the flowering tea.

"I see. Is that what you thought there were flowers all over the city?"

Alice and the Demon King didn't seem to know about the flower festival, an event in the human world, but they have the face that they were convinced to know why the flowers were decorated throughout the city.

"Oh, isn't that the kind of event that gives you public delivery? No, well, I don't know how it goes in this world."

The Demon Kings are supposed to be at the head of the Labyrinth City public sector, but it's also a strange story that two of those positions don't know the city's events. I was curious. Lisa asked the two of them.

"I generally throw that kind of thing round around Hendrick."

"It would be nice to have a good man."

They are the ones who usually flaunt their work as traders to their hobbies (restaurants) in the first place. Sometimes we look at reports that come up, but there are many suspicious parts of it that we can get a good idea of practical things in real time. So far, I haven't had a problem with it because it's turning around well, but we were both a bad type of power.

"Speaking of which, apart from what I was doing today, wasn't there a story before about having a festival in a labyrinth city?

When it was only the beginning of spring, the Demon King remembered that such a story had come out. Alice, who was pouring tea substitutes for that question, answers.

"Yes, Demon King, only Cosmos had such a plan. But since Cosmos was trying to privately embezzle the budget, it must have stopped right there in the universe."

"Oh, speaking of which, I would have been"

"Mr. Cosmos, were you doing that..."

Unfortunately, that plan had stopped before it was specifically moved because of the discovery of wrongdoing on the part of the drafters. The Demon King is flushing lightly because cosmos oddities are usual, but Lisa, who was listening on the side, is pulling lightly because she's not used to it yet.

Besides,

"Oh, that's a nice festival, isn't it?"

"Well, we have a harvest festival around autumn in the demonic world, but it's a festival every time."

"That only started about fifty years ago?

The three blossom on the subject of the festival. It's a demonic world that didn't have a culture-like culture until about a hundred years ago, but for about half a century we've been doing festivals as well.

"What do you do for a Demon World Festival?

I was curious. Lisa asked the Demon Kings. It's a world where the concept of religion didn't exist until recently, so when it comes to festivals, it's like a big banquet of no religious colour.

"I did it about twenty years ago. The current blast, the gold net, the Death Match, it's booming."

"It was also a good BBQ tournament we had at the volcanic crater about ten years ago. Angry Fire Dragons have stormed in, but the ingredients have increased."

"... is that really a harvest festival?

Anyway, there's no such thing as precedent or custom, so it's just a silly noise to do an interesting event that someone comes up with every time at that time. Seriously, there are a lot of sturdy menthols in there for the most part alcohol, so the direction of the event tends to lean towards the violencer in one way or another.

"The harvest festival seems to have been quiet because we couldn't make it last year."

"It just coincided with the time of the meeting."

"Oh, was that then?"

Unfortunately, last year's harvest festival coincided with a time when we were having a meeting between the human and demonic worlds, so the demon kings did not participate.

"For that matter, we need to have a big year."

"Well, we'll have to start getting ready in a little while."

"As far as the dead are concerned, please."

Thanks to the invisible power of the Magic Door Gag Correction Door, there have never been any deaths so far, even after a radical event. I'm not used to Lisa worrying, but I don't even feel like I might be able to handle it in the future.

"Speaking of which, what festivals are there on Earth?

Alice asked Lisa a a question over the festival topic connection.

"All I've been to is about a summer festival at a neighborhood shrine, but when I was in elementary school, I looked forward to getting my yukata on and going to the stall every year. It's a little pricey, but because of the burning scent of the sauce, I buy a lot of things."

"Is it a yukata? Speaking of which, I bought it when I went to Japan, but I haven't had a chance to wear it in this world."

"Well, that must be it,"

There can't even be an event where yukata looks good in different worlds. I take care of the fabric from time to time so that it doesn't get damaged, but Alice's yukata is in tans fattening as it stands.

Lisa finds out as a practical experience is about the summer festivals that local shrines do every year, but still famous festivals are sometimes reported on TV news and so on, and as a knowledge.

"There's a lot going on, but it's actually easier to see the images."

Lisa cut the space in front of her into small pieces with a holy sword embodied about the size of a paper knife, then manipulated the smartphone. It's like backgammon, but drilling a hole that leads to Japan allows you to get smartphone waves, so you can access the internet while you're in different worlds.

"Look, this is how big gods come out."

"Well, this is brilliant."

Lisa showed me an image of the Asakusa three-company festival. It's a brave word for men in law (Happy) to walk in charge of divinity. It was powerful to pass over the image.

"And look, there's a lot going on overseas."

Famous events in Japan, such as Christmas and Halloween, are also a kind of festival, and the Olympic Games and the World Cup of various sports contain a few festive elements.

"Other famous festivals like the Spanish Cattle Pursuit Festival and the Tomato Festival."

Incidentally, the cattle chase festival is a fairly impactful festival of running away from a sick cow, and the tomato festival is a festival of throwing raw tomatoes at each other like a snowball fight. The former is a fairly drastic event: the injured and dead are pounded by bull horns, and the latter is bright red with tomato juice all over the city.

"The Earth has quite an unusual event, isn't it?"

Alice expressed a mixed sentiment of emotion and awkwardness as she looked at one image after another displayed on the smartphone screen. Even if the parties were serious, there are few kinds of odd and rare festivals that suffer from understanding.

"I don't deny it's weird, but this kind of thing is about nori and momentum."

In fact, there is something about festival exaltation that also leads to a kind of madness. Doing acts that diverge from everyday common sense in groups, if we change the way we say them, by removing the sharks and doing the fools together, strengthens the sense of complicit union, which also leads to an increased sense of belonging to the group to which we belong.

"But I would have liked to go if I'd known there was a festival today..."

"Right, I wanted to go too"

The Demon King seems to be sorry that festive greed has been stimulated because of a topic from earlier, and he inadvertently passed through without knowing about today's flower festival. Alice honestly isn't so much, but I'm sorry she missed the pretext to go out with the Demon King.

"... All right, let's do it"

I'm a demon king who was only depressed for a moment, but I quickly said it back in my mind.

"Right, do you want to"

Alice also takes the will of the Demon King to agree immediately.

"Um, let me ask you something, what are you doing? No, I can kind of imagine."

Lisa questioned the terminal exchange between the Demon King and Alice (which I had thinly anticipated, just in case).

"Let's do it, festival!

If it's normal, it's not something that one person can do easily by saying they want to, but everyone knows that common sense around it is useless just to preach.

An unparalleled festival in history, both in the demonic and human worlds. It started, as usual, with the Demon King's confusion.

It should be noted that Alice and Lisa will later regret not stopping the Demon King at this time, but unfortunately they didn't have the means to know that now.
